WHY does all of the good stuff happen when I`m not here?!?! And this isn`t just on this site. When I don`t go to practice, everyone gets candy!!! WHHHHYYYY!

We had our first show tonight! We did so well! I`m so proud of them!

Ugh, it took forever to comb out though, and I`ll have to do it again tomorrow.

OH MY MOTHER ------------ GAWD!
That was the most AMAZING concert EVER!

Chimera, Licoda Coil (or w/e), Killswitch Engage, and DISTURBED. ALL LIVE.
Concert tickets: $41.75
Food & Drink: Around $17
Gas: $15
Speeding ticket from on the way home: $110

Getting to see Disturbed LIVE: PRICELESS.

And mosh pits are fun as heck...so long as you stay on the fringes and away from the fat guys plowing into each other... WALL OF DEATH = DIIIIE. Hahaa. There were so many people crowd surfing...it was hilarious, especially since the bands kept telling everyone to do it...meanwhile security would run up and drag people out for it. XD.

And the town we were in for the concert is called State College. Because that's where Penn State 's main campus is located. So the...war phrase...for Penn state is to yelle, "We Are....PENN STATE."
So David from Disturbed (the main singer) at the end goes, "I know you guys are Penn State, but tonight my brothers and sisters, my blood, you are DISTURBED! So let's hear who you are! WE ARE-"
And everyone in the crowd screamed "DISSTURRBBEEEDD!!!"
It was awesome...

And before that they tried to say it was over...and no one would move. Everyone in the pit stood there screaming, "ENCORE!" and then clapping for ten minutes, and then chanting "Penn State! Penn State! Penn State!"
Until finally the band came out and did three more songs.
Of course, the finale was "Down With The Sickness."

Oh jeeze, I LOVED that. I have a sore throat though from screaming the lyrics...and my legs hurt from jumping like an idiot....but I had soooooooo much fun. And I met this cool guy who actually ended up jump starting our car for us...haahaa.

And yeah, I drove us home...got caught speeding...but the cop was nice about it and didn't put any points on my license cause I'm a good kid and didn't get pulled over ever before. So I just gotta pay that fine and it's said and over with.
Good thing she wasn't around on the way TO the concert...hahahaa.

Ahhhhh....what an awesome night.
