My neck hurts a bit.
Our school nurse is going to talk with everyone in my class, one by one.
It's like standard that the school nurse talks to the eight-grade students, who are all 13-14 years old.
So, she gave us some sheet as preparation. Haha.
I hate talking with other grown persons about my private life, by the way. Can not stand it at all.
So, on this sheet, there were firstly some "Health and Happiness Circle" where we were going to mark how we felt about food, pain, sleep, etc.
Then, on the other side, were some questions. We are all going to set goals about what we want to do to improve ourselves and our health, may it be losing weight, eating properly or getting enough sleep.
So, I wrote that I wanted to work with my self-confidence. Then the next questions were all like, " Where do you see yourself in a week, if you try to accomplish your goal?" " How in a month? ". I didn't answer those, of course.
Then came the best question.
" How is it possible for me to help you achieve your goal? "
And I answered, "By getting out of the way. By not trying to help when I am most capable of helping myself."
