I'm turning my day rhythm today. : D
I read in an article that if you don't eat in 12-16 hours, then the time you get your next "Healthy, protein rich" meal will be when your body adjusts it's sleep clock to.
Like, I stop eating at 2:00 PM.
Then I do not eat before 7:00 AM the following day.
Then, my day rhythm will be turned, and I will much easier wake up at 7:00 AM.
