Aiden

He smiled at the compliment.  "Thank you."  Aiden said, looking at her dress.  "And I must say, you look rather striking in that dress."  He pointed out.

Stacey smiled. "You would probably say the same thing if I was wearing sweats instead." She teased.
"Get out of my way! I'm a free spirit!"
FOREVER WILL NEVER BE LONG ENOUGH.
"And now I understand a phrase I once thought odd;
I guess to love another person is to see the face of God."

Aiden

Aiden tilted his head, and nodded.  "Well, you're probabaly right.  But that dress...."   He said trailing off with a smile.

Stacey rolled her eyes and playfully pushed his shoulder with her own. "You don`t look too bad yourself, there." She reminded.
"Get out of my way! I'm a free spirit!"
FOREVER WILL NEVER BE LONG ENOUGH.
"And now I understand a phrase I once thought odd;

Aiden

Aiden wrinkled his nose for a moment, and fixed the jacket of his suit.  "Well, thank you."  He said with an amused tone.  Aiden looked leaned back, and looked at the bright moon in the dark sky.

Stacey smiled and stared at the bright stars. "You know, the stars remind me of you." She said almost shyly.
"Get out of my way! I'm a free spirit!"
FOREVER WILL NEVER BE LONG ENOUGH.
"And now I understand a phrase I once thought odd;
I guess to love another person is to see the face of God."

Aiden

Aiden looked back at Stacey.  He smiled a little.  "Remember when we first met?  I told you that, in a way, I'm almost drawn to the stars.  Like they amaze me, and such.  Well, you remind me of a star too."  He told her, noticing the shyness in her voice.

Stacey`s smile grew. "I remember, all right. That first night we met, I knew you were something special."
"Get out of my way! I'm a free spirit!"

"And now I understand a phrase I once thought odd;

Aiden

Aiden sighed happily.  "I knew you were too.  I remember that night like it was yesterday."  He told her with the same short smile.

Stacey wrapped her arms around his waist, resting her ehad on his chest. "You walked into that forest, completely unaware that I was waiting for you." She whispered.
"Get out of my way! I'm a free spirit!"
FOREVER WILL NEVER BE LONG ENOUGH.
"And now I understand a phrase I once thought odd;

Aiden

Aiden tilted his head to the side, and looked down at her.  "You were waiting for me?"

Stacey shrugged. "You know, fate and destiny and stuff." The words sounded funny in normal conversation, but it seemed right.
"Get out of my way! I'm a free spirit!"

"And now I understand a phrase I once thought odd;

Aiden

Aiden nodded thoughtfully.  "Yeah.  I could believe that.  I don't think it was a coincidence."

Stacey giggled quietly. "I know you don`t like me to spend a ton of money on you, and I didn`t know what else to get you, so...here." She pulled out a rectangular box that was only about an inch tall. She held it out to him. "I was thinking of you."

Inside, under a layer of tissue paper were three drawings. The first was of Aiden, flashing a large smile. The second was of him laughing. The last was of the two of them sitting together with their arms around each other.
"Get out of my way! I'm a free spirit!"

"And now I understand a phrase I once thought odd;

Aiden

Aiden smiled brightly, suprised that she had gotten something for him.  He opened up the box, and looked at the drawings.  They were great.  "You drew these?"  He asked, completely astonished.  Aiden looked at each picture carefully, with a large grin.
