Eh, this isn't that hard to believe, by a younger version of earth they mean another planet out there that is possible to support life.  Take a near infinate number of stars in the universe, then only focus on those who have planents, which is still quite a lot.  Then, just those worlds that have a planet in the Goldy Locks Zone.  Getting smaller but still a large amount.

There you go really, just need a planet in the right place around the star to be able to have liquid water on the surface.  There are probably a lot more out there, just hard to find since planets don't give off much light and we have to look at the small wobble a planet gives a star.

But you can still see the crack in your reflection

Exactly what Harry said. There's just so many planets out there that there is a likely chance there is at least one other that supports life. Although there is no such thing as a "younger version" of earth unless you were talking about its stages of slow transformation to sustaining life. But an exact replication of earth is INCREDIBLY unlikely, as different planets have different distances from their sun, different rotational speeds, different gravities, different orbital periods, and so on.

It said it was in the magizine.
