Well, you rate a person good or bad on their post.
Good: Chocolate Frogs
Bad: Slimey Slugs

You click on the button to rate them. You click on the CF one If it is good and the SS if they are bad.

I think when you get over 500, or 1000 you can't give anyone chocolate frogs or smiley slugs anymore. I'm not sure why.
