As for the Llama deal, you have to go into your profile.  At the top of each page is a big banner of the site.  Under that it should say "Home, Help, Search, Profile, Notifications, Calendar, Logout" each having a button before the word.  Click on "Profile"  and in there you can change whatever you want!  ^_^  Hope that helps.
