"Ahh.. My favorite class. Snape really likes me. Gives me special attention. But not the goofs from the other houses! He treats stupid Harry Potter like dirt..unlike the other teachers who treat him as their favorite. ugh! They even like..mudbloods. bleh"
Sarah walks in and see Draco but goes and sits in the very back. Maybe if she did Draco would not give her crap abou being muggleborn.
cho comes in and sees sarah but also notices draco is up in the front to see his favorite teacher *eww..*
"hi sarah"cho says as she sits next to her
"hey. I hate this class." Sarah siad as she saw cho sit down next to her.
Draco,who is still sitting alone at the front, glances back at Sarah and Cho and sneers "ugh. mudblood and..and mudblood appreciater. sick" Draco makes sure to say this loud enough for them to hear.
"Gross a teachers pet. I hate them." Sarah siad load enough for him to hear to cho.
"Why he got to be so. I don't even have a word for it." Sarah siad to Cho.
Draco turns backwards and says " ooh. how about..rich? pureblood? great? smart? amazing? All describing me. But I wouldn't expect a mudblood like you to be very good with words. You're so stupid. ugh"
"Ya I'm not them but I got friends who are not scared and have a brain." Sarah siad sticking her tounge out.
"Immature mudblood" Draco says. " And I know you weren't implying that I was scared and stupid. You better watch it! You don't know who you're messing with! Ugh. Where are Crabbe and Goyle?? Probably pigging out in the Great Hall. Wish they'd hurry. The mudblood and the Mudblood Appreciater are getting on my nerves.'

Draco then walks out of the room, throwing a very smug look at Cho and Sarah.

snape: "whatever" and starts his class
When Draco returns to this classroom, he turns to Snape and says, " I hope you punish them well. They really deserve it." And sneers towards Sarah and Cho. Snape then replies "Who? Crabbe and Goyle? They are your friends! Are you sure you want me to punish them severely?"
He then looks frantically from Snape, to Sarah and Cho, and then to Crabbe and Goyle. "But...I..Cho..Sarah... and th...th...the glue...They....Crabbe..Goyle....didn't..." Crabbe and Goyle, still under the jinx turn to Malfoy and say " Don't take up for us, Draco. We did it to you. We don't deserve your kindness."
Draco, seeing theres no way out, faces Snape and says " Fine. Don't punish them.. Um..I'll deal with them." He throws a look towards Sarah and Cho. "Oh yes. I'll definetly deal with them"
cho smiles innocently and turns backto her schoolwork
*whispers to sarah*score ;)
Draco then returns to his seat at the front and slouches down, not looking nearly as smug as usual.

Draco overhears them talking about apparating and walks up to Snape. He then thinks of a lie that will stop them from apparating to their next class so he can torment them. "Professor, um..you see.. I want to tell Cho and Sarah that I'm..um sorry for anything mean I've done to them..but I dont wanna disrupt your amazing class by doing it now.. So i was planning on doing it in the corridor..but they're apparating so..could you possibly command them not to so i can...um..eh.. apologize? "
Snape, knowing exactly what Draco is up to, smiles cunningly and says "Ofcourse Draco. Cho, Sarah, I forbid you to apparate to your next class."
Draco then throws them an arrogant look and returns to his seat. He turns around to them and says "Looks like you'll have to face me now." :D
sarah know that this would of happened decided that it was bast if she walked to her next class and loss Draco.
Draco does taunt them all the way to their next class until they get very agravated. but no magic in the corridors ;)
okay guys..lets move on to the next day of potions..i'll start
Draco walks into the Potions classroom.. Once again - the first to arrive. "Maybe that mudblood and her appreciater will do something again today to excuse from all my work. haha. Atleast I finally got all that glue off. bleh," he said to himself.
Sarah showed up wearing some hot looking glasses and sitting in the class reading.
Draco, looking at Sarahs glasses, sneers at her, " Whats that on your face? Oh. It's some kind of awful looking glasses. Trying to look like famous Harry Potter or something? Or maybe they're just all the rage for pathetic, poor, little mudbloods."
"well no I put a spell on them so that you look good." Sarah siad tessing him.
Whatever. You could just take 'em off and see that anyway. I always look good.
Ya that what I've been told but then I rembered that it was not true.
"That was one of the most immature things you could have said."

"cause ive argued with so many immature mudbloods and mudblood appreciaters i know all about it." Draco said with a smirk.

"Well maybe because you were born so I have to put up with you." Sarah siad she hated him.
"It was a blessing to everyone when I was born. But you, a filthy mudblood, must have been some sort of curse on the wizarding world when you were born. You're a disgrace to all of us Purebloods." He said, throwing her the smuggest look he had ever given.
"Good i would not want to make you happy sorry." Sarah said grining as she took of her glasses to clean them.

"Ok. I will. One-Crabbe, Two-Goyle, Three-Pansy, Four- Proffesor Snape, uh...ooh. Five - My great & powerful father, Six - my amazing mother.. Um..Seven..Seven is.. well.. uhh. This is getting boring but as you can see, there are atleast 6 people who like me.. not including many more I'm too tired to name. But, yes, I am very much loved by many, many people. No one likes you. Well, no one who matters. Mudbloods and Mudblood Appreciaters are just annoying, stupid, nasty, little things that no decent person person would ever like. "

Sarah then stood in the back and said a spell in wisper that would make Draco blow up like a ballon.
At that moment, Snape walked into the classroom and quickly blocked the spell from hitting Draco, "Alright," He yelled. "Who directed this curse towards poor innocent Draco?"
Draco then replied "It was Sarah..and Cho." He threw them a smug look, hoping they are to get severly punished.
"Nah it wasn't us, it was one sutdent over there!"Cho said randomly pointing somewhere, I swear. ;)
"It was not me." Sarah siad looking innocent.
"You know my grades when Have they ever been good enough to do a spell like that. I can barly make things leviate. Let alone send spells at people." Sarah siad hoping that this was the truth.
Snape looked at Sarah and nodded, "Yes. Your grades are quite terrible. Even a simple spell would actually be very difficult for you. It couldnt have possibly been you. But I dont have time to sort out who did it. Everyone take a seat and get your materials ready for class. I will be back shortly to begin teaching." And he strode out of the room without another look back. Draco dropped his jaw at what Professor Snape had just said. "Wow.Wow.Wow. You two aren't being punished?" he said, throwing a dirty look at Sarah and Cho. "That's not possible! You deserve it! Ugh. This isnt fair." Many members of the class laughed under their breath at how mad Draco was. He then continued. "My Father will definetly hear about this."
"Oh come on. Who would believe that little muggleborn witch who stinks at every sudject could do it." Sarah said smiling and turning to his sits.
"Sorry I think I might have to talk to the Teachers about you being mean to me." Sarah siad starting to cry.
"Whatever. Your too scared of me to do that," Draco said with an arrogant sneer.
"Well You not right." Sarah siad saying it. Then she did a spell that that mad him turn green and this time it hit her.
Did the green spell hit you or me?? ???

Students around Draco that disliked him then began to laugh. He glared at them and said, "What are you smirking at?" One of the students handed him a mirror and he got a good look of his now green face. "Ahh!! What's wrong with my face! My beautiful, gorgeous face! How dare you?!?," he yelled and pointed at Sarah. He looked at his hand and realized it was green, too. "Ahhh!" he screamed once more.
Cho laughed along with the class. "good job, Sarah!" Cho whispered smiling.
"well it was not that good." Sarah said smiling.
"I was trying to make flowers grow from his ears. I did the spell wrong." SArah siad laughing.
Draco just sat there..looking at his now green face in the mirror. "I...but..Why..You...Ugh! Why did you this to me! Undo it!" he shrieked. Most of the class continued laughing..but harder. "Where's Professor Snape?? He'll get you for this! He'll actually believe it was you, considering you did the spell wrong. Haha. Stupid mudblood..," he said this very arrogantly.
"WEll I don't know how to sorry." Sarah siad looking at him.
"So tell him I could say some one else did that did know what they were doing."
"Whatever. If Snape wont believe me, I'll tell my father. He can change Snapes mind for sure.." Draco said smugly.
"Fine but how." Sarah siad smiling.
"But who would really believe that i did Knowing I did not do it."
"What? I didnt catch that," Draco said scratching his head. ??? "But, then again, I wouldnt expect a stupid mudblood like you to make very much sense at all."
"Thanks but hey I think I'm going to study." Sarah siad walking over nad opening a book.
Cho smiled and said through fits of laughter,"Sure Draco go tell your father about your ugly face."
"For your information, I have a very charming, handsome face. Everyone thinks so. Even filthy garbage like the likes of you. You just wont admit it because you are SO jealous." Draco said smugly. "Oh yes. My father will definetly hear about this," he added.
"oh Listen Draco when you go make sure you show daddy your green face and hands. What your whole body." Sarah siad smiling and going back to studying.
"Whatever," Draco replied. "I'm going to find Snape..then you'll get in trouble."
He then walked out of the classroom..When he came back in a few minutes, his face was no longer green..but turning red. Not because of a spell..but because he was so furious.
"Ugh! I cannot believe that stupid, unfair, mudblood appreciating Headmaster would do such a thing!!," Draco was now screaming very loudly..he turned to Sarah "I told him what you did! And all he said was 'Oh, now Mr. Malfoy, I'm sure Sarah had a perfectly good reason of doing this to you. Maybe you should consider not taunting her about being muggleborn. Now run along to your class',"Draco quoted Professor Dumbledore, sounding remarkably just like him. "Oh! I am so angry. Just wait until I tell my Father." He then slouched down in his seat, still fuming with anger.
"Oh I'm sorry I hope that you are not so upset. I mean Dumbledore is cool." Sara siad smiling.
Dumbledore is the best headmaster there is and your father can't do anything. ::)
"Ya I love dumbledore." Sarah siad happy.
"Cool? You actually think he's cool? Dumbledore is the worst thing thats ever happened to this school. My father agrees. Oh, my father will be so furious once he hears what that stupid, unfair, Harry Potter loving, maniac of a headmaster has done this time. I can hardly wait to tell him," Draco said with a smirk.
"Listen Dumbledore is cool don't mess with him." Sarah siad sort of angry.
Cho getting angrier at Draco for humilating Dumbledore and decided not to do anything.

"Draco I could get get mad but I will calm down." Sarah siad smiling.
"Haha. Yeah right. You coud never get mad!! You're too scared!
Oh, and Dumbledore is not cool. I'm right when I say he's the worst thing this school had ever seen."
Draco said all this very smug and arrogantly, with a huge smirk.
Sarah walked over to Draco. "Well it was great to see the school joke today but I need to leave him now."
Sarah then walked out of the class room after hitting draco where it hurt with her knee.
Cho jinxed him hoping that he would be unable to move.
"That was great now lets go so he won't mess with us." Sarah siad walking around.
Cho rolled her eyes and said,"He is so annoying...."
"well I knew that already." Sarah siad smiling.
Cho laughed and said smiling,"So what should we do now?"
"Well I'm not sure."
School is ending and there's hardly any classes now.... ::) :-\
"Ya so I hope that we don't have much of him."

"good now that we got that fate. Lets go by that suit we were going to get it."
Cho said,"You have any remaining classes because I do..."
"No what do you have. I have only one sort of class where I'm going to go talk to a teacher maybe if I want." Sarah siad thinking. "No I don't have any classes."
"I have Care of Magical Creatures, Herbology, and Potions." Cho said dully and disappointed.
"Oh well sorry. I took mine early so I could get it over with.'
Draco just stood there alone in Snape's classroom, unable to move. "Hello?? Is anyone around? I need your help!!" he shouted.
A couple of third years ran by, laughed, and ran away..but only after they did a spell to put out every candle and turn off every light. Draco, fuming with anger in the dark, growled at them," I'll get you later!! I will! You'll be sorry! I will get you!!" He then muttered to himself, "Ugh. If only I had see their faces."
"Oh I see."Cho said to Sarah.
"Ya it feels great to get them over with so now I don't have to worry about anything."
Draco's voice was beginning to get tired. He could hardly scream anymore. He had been there for almost half an hour and still no one had come to rescue him. "Hello??" he tried to yell..although it came out rather quietly.
Sarah decided to walk around and walked back by and heard Draco.
"Be nice I'm letting you go." Sarah said when can and turned on the lights and let the spell go.
Draco simply walked by her. He didnt even look at her. And he defenitly didnt thank her.

Cho sat in her regular seat in Potions class tired....
Sarah stood at the door watching she did not have to come but she was not going to let Cho be there by herself.
*Hey cho look towards the door.* Sarah then waved. *I'll be here ify ou need me*
Draco came up to the door to get into the classroom. Sarah was standing there. He simply pushed her out of the way and said "Move." He walked to his usual seat at the front of the room and sneered at Sarah and Cho.
Cho smiled at Sarah and noticed Draco's grumpy mood.

Sarah smiled back.
*Hey that I will come on. I can ignore him he is a loser* Sarah then looked over to draco and sent a spell with her mind and wand that would zap him.
"Ow!" Draco shouted, feeling the zap. "Just wait until I tell my....I mean..uh..I'll get you..um..er...Where are Crabbe and Goyle?" he said. "Oh and I'm not grumpy!!! Ugh!" Draco added.
"That was they all say but you are." Sarah siad looking at him before looking around the room.
Draco simply rolled his eyes. "Whatever, you filthy mudblood," he said with a smirk.
Cho got alittle angry and threw him a spell to keep his mouth shut and hands binded.
Draco was now furious. He was making angry humming noises trying to speak.
Cho went back to talking with Sarah.
*Man I wish I had thought of that* Sarah siad to cho where no one could hear it.
Draco was becoming very angry. His face was red. He tried to pick up his wand to throw a filthy spell back in return, but his hands were indeed binded. Not that it would have done any good, considering he couldnt speak correctly. But with his hands binded as they were, he couldnt even throw a good swing at them with his fists. He was stuck, with no way of fighting back.
Cho smiled and said telepathically*You can take care of him another day....*
Cho laughed as she saw Draco's red angry face.
*Well okay that might be fine. You might want to pay attention so that you don't get in trouble.*
Draco was fuming with anger now, tapping his fingers on the desk. He was waiting for Snape to enter so then Sarah and Cho would both hopefully get severly in trouble. Especially considering they were the only ones in the room..and for that fact even near the room. (except for a few teachers ofcourse, who would never ever curse Draco)
*Well I'm going to go get my book so that I can help you do your work ok.* Sarah siad to Cho.

Cho tried not to laugh at his anger and just sat still.
Draco was just sitting in his desk, still making humming noises trying to speak (although he knew he couldnt)
He absolutely could not believe what they had done to him. This was definetly the worst and most shocking year at Hogwarts, considering people usually did not treat him this way. He was furious, face still red. He was, ofcourse, planning to tell his Father.

Voldemort was bored so he decided to go see Draco and see how evil he was.... ;) ;D
Draco was shocked, yet extremely happy, to see Voldemort. "Ahh, Lord. It's so good to see you Master," Draco said, feeling nervous to be in someone's presence that was so great.
Voldemort slightly smiled and looked at the two young girls evilly.
Cho said alittle frightened,"What are you staring at you-you-whatever you are!"
Sarah stood there speachless. Sarah was scared and shock and did not know what to do.
"hi there." Sarah siad trying to act brave and nice.
Cho said,"Sarah! Move back, that's you-know-who."
Draco simply smirked at how scared they were and looked at Voldemort with extreme admiration.
Cho rolled her eyes and decided what to do.
Voldemort looked at them disgustingly especially Draco but tried to hide it. Voldemort said with a bit of annoyance,"Draco what are you doing here with-these foolish girls."
Draco was shocked to be spoken to by someone so amazing and wasnt sure how to respond. "Oh..er..well..Lord, you see..I was um...actually taunting them and.er...being really arrogant," Draco said, hoping his answer was pleasing. "You know, being as much like you as possible." He finished with a grin. ;D
Cho rolled her eyes.
Voldemort said muttering to himself how this was a waste of time and then said to Draco,"Well...ummm good job--ummm Draco right?"
"I know who that is." Sarah siad she turned to him.
"Hey Voldemort you know that Draco is just saying that because we tricked him into do some stupid things. Right." Sarah siad she loved making Draco mad.
Draco faced Voldemort and said "Yes. Ofcourse! Draco's my name..ya know..Malfoy? Lucius's son??"
Then he turned to face Sarah "Um..er..shut up you filthy mudblood. You never tricked me into doing anything stupid," Draco finished, hoping his voice sounded more confident than he truly was.
Voldemort smirked and said trying to sound kind,"Oh yes Malfoy,how is your dad?" Muggles get out of the way!"
"Oh, my Father's fine. He's so happy to be serving someone so incredible as yourself. I'm happy to be serving you too, ofcourse," Draco said to Voldemort, with a smirk towards Cho and Sarah.
"Hey draco I'm glad your dad is fine." Sarah siad.
"But hey that is fine just leave me alone." Sarah siad as she started to walk around.
Voldemort said alittle aggravated at Sarah's attitude and appeared in front of her. "What did you say little girl?"
"well I said that I'm glad his dad is fine." Sarah then smiled.
"Then I added that I wished he would leave me alone. that and I hate standing still so I'm walking around." Sarah siad as she started to spin in circles. SHe was trying to drive them crazy.
Cho laughed as Sarah was spinning in circles.
Voldemort turned to face Cho and said making a funny angry face,"What are you laughing at?"
Sarah continued to spin the bottle until she was dizzy and fell down.
"Woops I'm okay."
Cho laughed loudly at Sarah's silliness.
"Sorry I hate beening this way. I can leave if you want a serios chat." Sarah siad as she start to head out to leave.
Draco rolled his eyes at their stupidity. "Oh, Voldemort. Excuse them. They must not be aware of your greatness," he said, grinning to be in Voldemort's great presence.
Voldemort muttered stupefy at Sarah and rolled his eyes.
Cho still laughing didn't notice anything.
Sarah was there wishing that someone would help her out. Why was she the ones getting in trouble and finding him.
Draco, seeing Sarah stupified, began laughing hard. "Oh Voldemort, th..that was g..great!!" he said, through fits of laughter.
Cho stopped laughing and quickly did a countercurse for Sarah and glared angrily at Voldemort. "Let's go now." Cho said tugging Sarah back to the school.
"well hate to tell you Cho. That was what I've been trying to do." Sarah siad as she started to go you did not have to tell her twice.
"Ahh. Voldemort, they're scared of you! Well, I knew they would be. But they are so cowardly, they couldnt even be in your presence!! Well, they're not worthy to be anyway. You are too great..and uh..mighty..and powerful!!," Draco said, with a smug glare towards Sarah & Cho and a grin towards Voldemort.
Cho walked quickly back to school.
Voldemort made the move to stop them in their tracks but decided it was no point.
"Cho why is Draco always such a jerk." Sarah siad as they headed inside.
Cho simply shrugged and said,"He just it, I guess....his father is a jerk too....well you know what they say like father, like son."
"well that is true my brother are just like him." Sarah siad as she smiled.
Cho smiled and continued walking.
Sarah laughed. "I hate being the only witch I try to do stupid things."
After a few minutes, Voldemort left and Draco headed back to the school behind Sarah and Cho. He ran to catch up with them. "Well, how was that? Oh, didn't you feel honored to be in his presence? I did! He's so great and amazing. I'm so happy to be serving him..." Draco said, voice trailing off as he didnt want them to discover his serving Voldemort. He was supposed to keep that between himself and other Death Eaters and people who serve the Dark Lord.
"Draco we knew you were serving him. So don't worry." Sarah said laughing.
Draco smiled at this. "Oh, is that obvious?? Good. You know, you should be serving him, too. Although I seriously doubt he would except a disgrace like you two. But you should atleast want to. He's so magnificent!" he said with a smug & conceited smile.
Cho rolled her eyes and muttered,"Whatever...freak...."
"Uh,no. It is you two who are the freaks for not wanting to serve him. Come on, you know he's great.and powerful..and magnificent. Just admit it. I already know that you are jealous that I serve him and you pieces of filth dont. Haha," Draco replied, very smug and arrogant.
"Listen Draco why would I want to join someone who would not want me." Sarah siad as she looked at him.
"I have thought about it though."
Ginny was at the doorway and looked at the three of them. She raised an eyebrow at Sarah and Cho.
"Is he bothering you, girls?" Ginny asked them. Her arms were folded over her white T-shirt.
"no Professor. He was just leaving." sarah siad looking at him.
Cho coughed fakely and said,"Yeah right..."
Sarah stared at Cho. *We don't want her into this and he will because he is scared of her*
"Sorry about that. Draco you were just leaving right."
Cho gave Sarah a sad look and then said smiling innocently,"Yes, he's leaving because we're going to our dorms."
Sarah looked at Cho.
"Well I guess we were. I need to study anyways."
"Uh..r..right. Just leaving," Draco said, walking away and throwing them a dirty look.
Sarah smiled.
"Cho are we still going to study."

Cho smiled and said,"Well then let's go study, hopefully Draco won't cause any more problems."
"Ya I have them test soon." Sarah siad as she walked with Cho.

Not long afterwards, Draco (dressed in blake cape with hood but face still visible) along with three Death Eaters,one of which was obviously his father, came barging into where Cho and Sarah were studying.
Cho turned around to the sound of footsteps nearing them. She quickly put her invisibility cloak around them and muffled Sarah's questions.
Draco saw them do this and turned to his father. "Ugh, Father! You can't see them now! Oh, I was hoping you could teach them a lesson!" Lucius looked to him and replied," Not now Draco! I'll get them someday soon but now...we must search the room and as many others as we can before we're caught here." He looked around and then turned to his fellow Death Eaters."Well, what are you waiting for?!? Search the place!" he yelled at them. Lucius then too began scrambling through the room. He soon turned to Draco and said, "Draco. You stand outside the door and keep guard." Draco opened his mouth to protest but decided against it. Then he obeyed his fathers command and headed outside of the room to stand guard..

Cho held Sarah's hand and quickly apparated to Ginny's office.
"Cho what in the world was that." Sarah said looking at her friend scared.
Ginny looked up as the two apperated into her office. Instantly, she knew something was wrong. She stood up, looking at the two girls.
"What's going on?"
She really didn't need to ask, she had just searched their brains, without their permission, and knew. Death Eaters. Worthless scumbags they were. They didn't even realize that their leader was no longer a threat, not as long as Kiara was around. Pathetic men, trying to scare pople, and all they did to Ginny and most of the staff was annoy the hell out of them.
"Come on. You've both learned alot." Ginny said, touching them and transporting them into the dormroom, sidestepping Draco.
She leaned against a window frame, "Lucius, how nice to see you. Visiting your son? I daresay he needs it. He's a lonely boy, you know." Ginny smirked at the death eaters as they all stopped what they were doing to stare at her.
Sarah sat next to Ginny and just listened. She still could not do spells real good but she could contorl the elements mostly wind and water she stunk at earth.

Cho smiled and sent a message to Ginny. *Wow...figured that out quick enough, I'm here to help just to tell you.*

*Ginny what do we need to do* Sarah siad as she stood there looking at the father of the one person she could not stand.
Draco realized that they were about to be caught and he shouted into the room," Go! Go! Get out! COme back later!" Lucius and the other Death Eaters quickly apparated but not until Lucius had shouted to Draco," I dont know when we can return! Continue to search for the diamond once we're gone!" Draco nodded to show he had heard and ,in the blink of an eye, Lucius and the Death Eaters were gone.
"Well Draco did you daddy get scared." Sarah siad to draco becuase she knew his dad was there.
Ginny scowled, shaking her head as she reached out, grabbing Draco's robes. She ppuched him into a wall, angrily.
"Tell that coward that the next time he comes back into this school, he is dead."
Cho whistled and in a sing-song voice said,"Saw nothing."
"Cho I don't like scary Ginny." Sarah siad to cho underher breath hoping no one else heard.
"Not many people do." Ginny told Sarah, stepping back from Draco, scowling.
"Mr. Malfoy, I'm taking 100 points from Slytherin, and you have detention for the rest of the month." She snapped at him, scowling angrily.
Sarah was now glad that she was on the side of Ginny.
"So Ginny why do you think they were here." Sarah siad it made her wonder becuase they were looking for something.
"Lucius said something about a diamond. Know anything about that, Draco?" Ginny asked, growling.
"Draco I would answer her she don't look to happy with you." Sarah siad she wanted to know about the diamond.
Cho was still scared. "How did the Death Eaters manage to come into this school....I thought we had top security."
"Well Draco let them in." Sarah siad to cho.
"He is one of them."
"Agh! What was that for?" Draco shrieked in reply to being punched against the wall. He spoke with his hand against "I d..didnt do anything. I know n..nothing about a s..silly old diamond!!" he pleaded. He then turned to Sarah," And what m..makes you th...think I'm a D..Death Eater?" He paused for a moment then turned to Ginny. "I most certainly w..will not be going to d..detention for a m..month! My f..father will most definetly be hearing a..about th..this!" he sneered as he began to stand up.
"Draco you know that your dad will be here and then Ginny can get him." Sarah siad as she laughed.
"Sure we know your not a death eater."
"Well you're not a Death Eater but you're with them....causes suspicion if you know what I mean."
"Ya that is a great point. I think I would think about who you hang with."
Cho just shut up before Ginny got even angrier or got into her cranky mood.
Sarah saw cho and decide to do the same.
"Draco, you will be going to detention for a month, and 50 more points from Slytherin for back talk!" Ginny told him, her voice low. She scowled, "I think it's time you started realizing I'm your teacher. So you better pay me some respect." Ginny snarled, turning away from him. She looked to the other two.
"You two, stop antagonizing him, or you'll lose points too."
"Yes Proffesor I will." sarah siad as she sat at a table and opened a book.
Cho nodded her head. *I'm going to sleep now...it's late rght now.*
*okay talk to you later. I have to study anyway.* Sarah siad as she started going through her books.
*Well actually I'm going to stay here with you until the 'show' is over.*

"A month?!? Detention for a month?!? Not once my father hears about this!" Draco replied, catching his breath and standing up. "How can you take 50 points from me and give me detention for NO REASON?!? I wouldnt have had a reason for back talking if you hadnt punched me against the wall and most certainly if you hadnt falsely accused me of letting Death Eaters into the castle and then questioned me about some silly old diamond I know nothing about," he said, with a slight fake grin. ;D
*Cho I don't like that grin.* Sarah said as she looked at her friend.
"Draco, I can give you detention for tripping over your own robes, which I know you do every time you walk down the stairs!" Ginny said, turning around. If looks could kill, Draco would be dead several times over.
"Let's get this through your head, Mr. malfoy. I. Am. Your. Teacher. Not your equal, not your peer, not anything, except your teacher. Learn that, get it into that air filled head of yours and don't let it escape. One more word, and it'll be detention for two months."
Sarah had put her book open and was starting to read it.
*Me neither...* Cho quickly looked back at the book pretending to read it and found it pretty fascinating.
Sarah keep looking over the top of it. Sarah said as she smiled at to Cho.
"Are you saying that you, a Weasley, is in any way superior to me? Ha!," Draco smirked. "But how dare you say that my head is full of air?!?" he added, angrily, pulling out his wand from his black "Death Eater type" cape he was still wearing.
"Malfoy, you would do best to put your wand away, because if you hold it against me, I am in my legal right to kill you." She told him, steadily. She wouldn't want to. Kiara would be mad. But she could, if he raised his wand against her.
Sarah looks at Cho this was getting interesting.
"Um..uh..er..well..uh....ugh.."Draco sighed, putting his wand back in his pocket. 'Well then..uh..I guess theres no need for me stay." He then began to quickly walk away. It was obvious how scared he was.
Ginny let him go, before she turned to the girls.
"You two, stay out of trouble if you can help it." She said, dissappearing.
"Cho I don't think she know us." Sarah then smiled.
"I mean if Draco is anywhere here we are going to find it." Sarah then put her book up.
"I need to go put my books in my room."
Cho smiled back and said,"Draco just seems to follow us everywhere....trouble around every corner...well I better get to sleep....it's pretty late now."
"Ya I'm going to go out to the lake for a minuite." Sarah said as she grabbed her bag.
"Okay then Sarah be careful strangers might be walking outside during these hours."
"Cho am i ever not safe." SArah said as she smiled to her friend.
"Calm down I can do elemtal powers remeber."
"Well still be careful....powerful people in the world...." Cho said nervously laughing.
As Draco was leaving, he overheard that Sarah was heading to the lake. Although Ginny had humiliated him pretty badly, he hadnt learned anything and ofcourse wanted to follow Sarah and taunt her. Seeing as she was alone, Draco felt as if he had much power.

Cho said,"Well then bye Sarah...." She left for her room.
"Bye." SArah siad as she headed to the lake.
"Well I feel alone now." sarah said a she smiled and sat at the lake.
"Well, you shouldnt feel alone. Once again, the filthy little mudblood is wrong," Draco smirked, coming out from behind a nearby tree.
((I noticed I have left for my room plenty of time....maybe it's because Draco is usually the next one to appear...LOL))
"oh hi there I wanted to be alone. At least not with you." Sarah said as she looked at him.
"Why? What's wrong with me?" Draco smirked, walking a bit closer now.
"Well nothing Draco." Sarah siad as she looked at him.
"Mainly the fact that your never nice to me." Sarah siad as she smiled at him.

Draco was sitting in the front of the Potions room one morning. He was the alone and waiting for his favorite teacher, Professor Snape, to arrive. He was thinking of something to do to stop his boredom when he suddenly had a great idea. "Ooh.. How I hope Sarah and Cho come in here before Snape arrives! I have the perfect idea of which curses to use on them!"
((yeah I'm thinking of other great ideas....aren't I the best at these things....well except for the long-timers....LOL))
Cho enters the room half-way and only sees Draco. Thinking to herself,~Ugh going to have to deal with him, and then I'm the one who is going to get in trouble, rather just stay here and wait for Snape.~
Sarah had walked to cho. *what we looking at*.
Cho smiled and said,"Nothing let's go in now I suppose, Draco is in there...I don't want to deal with him so early in the morning."
"Well okay if you say so." Sarah said as she smiled.
Cho stood and hung out in the hallway waiting for other people but got tired of standing and said,"So what do you want to do Sarah?"

Draco saw them standing outside and thought to himself Oh, there they are!...Now if they would just come in here....I have some surprises for them..

Draco, seeing as Sarah & Cho werent coming in, began to try and drag them in with his taunts and sneers. "Ahh..The filthy mudblood and her disgusting appreciater are too afraid of me to even enter the room! How absolutely pathetic!!" Draco said, smugly.
"No." Sarah siad as she turn to look at him still out side.
"You see I had my bath and don't want to take one again becuase I had to come in there with the a pig." Sarah siad as she referred Draco to one.

Cho had a smug look as she enter the class and threw Draco a really dirty look.
"Very mature Sarah.. But atleast your filthy little appreciater isnt afraid to come in & face me," Draco sneered, trying to lure Sarah in as well.
"Ya I know but I mean come on. Why do I care what Cho does." Sarah siad as she stepped just inside the door.
"Ofcourse.." Draco smirked, as he pulled out his wand and then stood up & walked over to close the door.
"What are you doing Draco." Sarah siad as she got her wand out and ready.
"What? Oh..eh..nothing, nothing. There was a..draft in the hall. Didnt want it to get too chilly in here!!" Draco lied. He took a step towards Sarah and suddenly shouted," Crucio!" He began to laugh evilly at the thought of Sarah being tortured.
((wow straight to the curses already....bet you couldn't stand the suspense...))
Cho got up and put a powerful shield over herself and Sarah.
"Cho what is coing on." SArah was now scared because she did not rember ever hearing that curse.
Cho said struggling with Draco's spell,"Explain later...kind of busy right now."
"okay what should I do." sarah siad standing there afraid to move.
"Hmm actually, help me with this shield...."
"Well okay how though."
"Use your spells that I taught you or you can just wait there for awhile."
"ok I will." Sarah siad as she formed a spell around her.
Cho smiled down at her making the spell powerful and still blocking his spells as they hit her shield with intense power.
"Ugh! Crucio! Crucio!!" Draco shouted, louder than ever, trying with all his might to break their shields.
Cho had a smug look on her face and sent Sarah a quick mesage.*Sarah, I'm going to back up and then you reach out and open the door...okay?*
*sure* Sarah said as she stood there waiting for Cho to get here.

Sarah was having trouble keeping it up.
Cho backed up closer to the door waiting for Sarah to open the door hoping Snape was there even though she disliked Snape.
Sarah suck her hand out and opened the door falling out of it. "Now what."
Snape was standing at the door shocked looking with a shock look with a group of shocked Gryffindors and Slytherins.
Draco immediately stopped shouting the curse and lowered his wand. "P..professor!" he shouted. "Uh..J..just teaching them a lesson. Hope you understand."

Snape looked uncertain staring at Draco and noticing there were many witnesses.
Draco stomped up to Snape and muttered in hushed tones," Come on, it was all in good fun! They deserved it. The Dark Lord would approve. You know he would," he said, slyly, trying to persuade Snape to leave him off the hook and drop all punishments.
Snape nodded and looked at him gravely. "Okay class, turn to page 456."
*man he never gets in trouble.* SArah sent to Cho as she opened her book.
*I know right.* Cho angrily flipped to page 456. Snape dragged on about potions and blah blah blah. Then they dismissed. Cho apparated in front of Proffesor Dumbledore's office. *Talk later Sarah.* SHe knocks on the door. She opens the door and says,"Proffesor, you should ban unforgivable curses....Draco was attempting it on us."
*okay talk to yuou later* Sarah said in the potions room still reading over that spell.
Profesor Dumbledore got up and said patiently,"Cho, dear, sit down and explain to me what happened exactly."
Cho sat down and took a deep breath. "We went into potions class and Sarah got hit by a crucio curse....I created a shield and he still didn't quit......then I got an idea where I back up against the door and Sarah would open it. Snape was standing there with a bunch of our fellow classmates.....Snape let it go."
Sarah had decided to go study by the lake she always did great there. "I hope Cho is getting this fixed."
Cho took another deep breath and then said,"Proffesor...you should do something about it."
Dumbledore stroked his beard appearing to be pondering.
Draco, having no clue that Cho was reporting him, walked very smugly out of the classroom, having gotten free of all punishments of using an unforgiveable curse.
Dumbledore said slowly,"Okay let me go talk to Mr. Malfoy."
Draco was still smiling about all that he had done (and gotten away with) as he began to head to his next class.
Dumbledore said,"Mr. Malfoy, please come with me."
Cho waited patiently in his office.
Draco said nothing and, against his will, followed Dumbledore to his office.
Dumbledore sat comfortably in his chair. "I have been notified by Miss Chang that you have performed a Unforgivable Curse on Miss Jones, is this true?"
Draco, knowing he could be sent to Azkaban for this, quickly denied it. "What? No! I would never do such a thing," he said, through a very fake grin.
Dumbledore entered his mind to see the memory of Sarah cowering after being hit by the Cruciatus Curse and Cho managing to block it with her powerful shield.
Sarah had got tired of sitting in her room and was walking when she saw draco and Dumbledore.
((sorry Sarah....you can join this again if you knock on DUmbledore's door or something....Draco and Dumbledore are here already....LOL))

Sarah then decided to knock on the door of dumbledore. She needed to talk to him about some classes. She wanted to drop some.
Dumbledore finished looking at the memory and said,"Draco....we will see what Proffesor Snape and Proffesor McGonagall has to say about this."
Sarah decided to sit out side the door until they opened the door.
"Ms. Chang, please open the door for Ms. Jones."
Cho got up and opened the door for Sarah.
Sarah walked in.
"Sorry am I interupting anythings."
"Yes, you are! I'm being blamed for something I didnt do! Oh, my father will be furious about this," Draco shouted, denying using the curse. He didnt know that Dumbledore had entered his mind and seen the memory himself. "I cannot be punished!"
Dumbledore said quietly but strictly,"Please sit down Mr. Malfoy." Snape and McGonagall arrived into his office. "I need to talk to you in private." They huddled in a corner whispering in low tones.
Cho smiled at Sarah and turned to glare at Draco.
Sarah sat there in a ball. She was scared and it was not the fun scared like on a roller coaster.
Cho asked softly,"Sarah are you okay?" Then she said loudly to Proffesor Dumbledore,"Proffesor Dumbledore....I don't know what is happening to Sarah....maybe she should go to the nurse."
Dumbledore stared at Sarah's frightened look and said,"Yes maybe we should." Then a house elf appeared and went up to Sarah holding his hand out.
Draco sat down once more and rolled his eyes at the sight of Sarah. He did, though, have a rather frightened look on his face, as he was scared of being punished severely. He was strongly hoping Snape could get him out of it all.
As Sarah was brought out by the house elf he declared loudly,"Mr. Malfoy and Ms. Chang, we have made our decision.....Mr. Malfoy you will serve in detention for a month writing lines."
"What? But that's not fair! This is all their fault!" Draco exclaimed, standing up & pointing to Sarah and Cho. He was acting quite angry, although he knew that this was much better than Azkaban and should actually be grateful.
"I'm fine sir. I just been sort of upset about everything that is happening." Sarah siad as she looked at them.
"Ugh. What do you know?" Draco muttered under his breath, as he returned to his seat.
"wHat are you talking about. I know lots of things." Sarah siad as she stared at him.
Draco said nothing, but merely rolled his eyes and slouched down in his chair.
Sarah sat there. "DUmbledore really I'm fine."
Dumbledore stared at her and then sat down. "Mr. Malfoy, please lower your voice or we will have a conference with your parents, 2 months of detention and 100 points taken from Slytherin."
Sarah made sure not to look at Draco. He had hurt and scared her once and she did not want to be near him.
"Fine," Draco mumbled, as he slouched lower in his seat and crossed his arms, pouting.
Cho smirked and nodded in approval.
"Now please go back to your common rooms....Mr. Malfoy I expect no more trouble from you now....."
"Now Professor. I really came to see if I could drop Muggle studies. I mean I know it all. I mean I am muggleborn. So See I wanted to drop it. The work is getting to me. I have to much." SArah siad as she stayed in her ball asking Dumbledore.
"Filthy mudblood," Draco scowled, as he angrily stood up from his chair and was about to leave.
"Upset ignorant boy." Sarah siad back to him if it were not for the Professor she might have attack him.
Dumbledore said alittle aggravated now but reamined calm,"Mr. Malfoy no name calling please. As for you Ms. Jones, you would have to ask your potions teacher if you can drop the subject and no you can not attack Mr. Malfoy."
"What I was not going to do a thing." Sarah siad as she looked at him. "Sir do you mean Muggle Studies Teacher. I don't want to drop potions."
((sorry...I meant Muggle Studies.....I wanted things to be harder....and wondering what Snape would say...LOL...okay then))
"Well Ms. Jones....you would have to talk to the muggle studies teacher....but if you are allowed to be excluded from Muggle Studies....you must take another class in place of that...."
"oh okay. What class would I need to take instead." Sarah said standing up.
"I mean I don't know what to take."
"Come see me when you get an approval."
"okay" Sarah then ran out the door and to their teacher.
"THanks for letting me drop it." Sarah then started to make her way back to Dumbledore.
"Well, she is a filthy mudblood," Draco mumbled very quietly under his breath. And he began to make his way towards the door.
Dumbledore waved and smiled as both left.
Stupid old man! The old crackpot fool didnt even here my last comment on that filthy mudblood. Draco thought to himself, hoping that Dumbledore couldnt tell what he was thinking.
Dumbledore frowned at the thought but ignored it. He took 50 points from Slytherin though.
Cho got up to leave and before she closed the door she said,"Thank you Proffesor Dumbledore."
Draco smirked and left the room.
Dumbledore turned facing Fawkes and smiled as they left.
Sarah ran into Draco on her way back up.
"I'm sorry I did not mean to." Sarah then started to walk by him.
"Talk to you later I have to talk to the headmaster." Sarah then walked into the room.
"Dumbledore You told me to come see you about another class. Which on were you thinking."
"Ms. Jones....do you have any requests?"
"well not really but I was wondering what class should I take."
"Hmmm....are you already taking Care of Magical Creatures or Divination?"
Draco was walking along an empty corridor and suddenly spotted Cho. "Seeing as you're the one who told on me to that git who calls himself headmaster, perhaps I should...teach you a lesson as well!" he shouted, quickly pulling out his wand and pointing it at her. "Crucio!" he screamed then laughed evilly seeing Cho overwhelmed with cruciating pain he was causing..
((gotcha back. ;) obviously, draco cant get enough of this curse))
Cho slowly stood up after that spell and nonverbally and angrilly repelled him back against the hard brick wall and then she dropped him. She apparated into her room but before she did that....she erased Draco's memories of that night starting from the visit to Proffesor Dumbledore's office.
"Ahh.." Draco moaned, as he lied on the ground in pain. "Wh...what happened to me?" he mumbled aloud, although he could see he was alone.
Dumbledore patiently waited for an answer.
Professor McGonagall suddenly came walking up to Draco, who had by this time picked himself up off the ground.
"Mr.Malfoy, I do believe you have a detention with me. You're already half an hour late." she said, with a slight bit of harshness in her tone.
"What are you talking about? I dont have detention." Draco asked, looking angry at Professor McGonagall's 'mistake'.
Proffesor Mcgonagall said strictly,"Please follow me, Mr. Malfoy."
((what were you thinking Draco....being mean to yourself...have alittle self-respect.....LOL))
"Well I have Care for magical Creatures. I did not take Divination because I knew that I would not understand it."
"Hmm...then I guess you don't want to take Divination..."
"no not really if I don't have to."
((haha. well..none of you were doing it....and i was trying to make mcgonagall pretty nice anyways. lol))
"B..but I don't have detention!" Draco said, not even beginning to follow Professor Mcgonagall.

Proffesor McGonagall turned and strictly said,"You will follow me for detention before your parents come see me!"

Dumbledore shook his head and said,"Actually never mind....do you take History of Magic?"
Draco finally stood up to face Professor Mcgonagall. He was short for words but finally managed to have some come to him. "B..But no one told me I had detention! What did I do?!? This is not acceptable, not telling me I have detention before now and expecting me to come willingly."
"No I don't have that one." Sarah siad as she started to think.
"History of Magic is an interesting topic....unlike Muggle Studies....you will understand the past of the magical world."
"Oh well that sounds like a great Idea." Sarah siad as she smiled at Dumbledore.
Dumbledore smiled, nodded and said,"I'll be sure to talk to the teacher.....I'll contact you later."
"okay thank you so much." Sarah said as she headed out side and saw Draco.
"What are you doing here."
"Professor Mcgonagall here is insisting that I have detention when I dont even recall me being punished!" Draco shouted.
"Some thing is wrong McGonagall . Draco go with her you do have detetion." Sarah looked at her.
*Cho what did you do to Draco.*
*I did nothing...why?*
Proffesor McGonagall said,"If you don't come right now....you will be losing 100 points for Slytherin and I'll be calling your parents."
*Well why because draco is fight with McGongall for detention and I know who would never do that.* Sarah sat there watching him.

"Well I better get to class."
"What? I didnt use the Cruciatus curse on Sarah! I havent used it on anyone..atleast not lately..." Draco shouted, voice trailing off because he realized he had, yet indeed, just admitted to using an Unforgiveable Curse more than just this once. He was pleading in his mind that Mcgonagall hadnt noticed this. He knew that many had been sent to Azkaban for using Unforgiveable Curses.
"Sarah....it was Draco....he did do the Cruciatus Curse....." She realized she had said that out loud and sighed.
"So you're saying that Sarah did not just come back from the Hospital Wing and that your memories are all wrong?"
sarah now stood there she did not want to say somthing. SHe knew that Cho did something but she ws not sure what.
Cho shook her by the shoulder and said,"Sarah....you did something to Draco....you entered the room and did something to anger him.....I guess."
"No I showed up and he was alreardy with McGonagall."
"No....you got Draco detention....you got him in trouble....why I don't know....don't f*cking always blame things on me....okay?!"
"Fine." Sarah siad as she turned and ran. She was not blaming it on her. She just figures that Cho did it because they were always fighting each other. Sarah ran out side and slipped and started to cry.
"Man why do I always my poeple hate me."
Cho was so angry and apparated back to her room.
Sarah sat outside hidden so no one could find her and cryed.
She cried hiding in the dark shadows of her room feeling isolated and angry. *Why is it something weird happens....I'm blamed.....I didn't even do anything.* She thought to herself.
Sarah siad out side she did not mean to be mean but she felt so bad. "Why do I always upset people.
Draco paid no attention that two girls had just run away crying..he was still concerned with the fact that he had detention. "I still dont recall getting detention. This is not acceptable," he mumbled, crossing his arms.
"Come on.....it's your fault you did the Cruciatus Curse on Sarah when she entered the room....."
"Why does every one keep saying that?!? I dont even recall using that curse...on her anyway."
"Don't try and play the stupid trick on me Mr. Malfoy."
"I'm not playing!...I mean its not a trick! I dont recall using that curse," Draco shouted, raising his voice.
"Don't raise your voice at me Mr. Malfoy."
Draco said nothing and merely sighed angrily.

"Over a punishment I dont deserve! You have no proof of me using that curse!" Draco shouted angrily, stomping his foot and crossing his arms.
"Yes I do, Ms. Jones."
Sarah having calm down headed back inside. She saw McGonagall and hope that she coud turn around.

"Well I'm not sure it was him. I mean everyone was fighting and I not even sure if I got hit. I mean there was a shield around me." Sarah was not going to lie but she could strech the truth.
She sighed and said,"Ms. Jones please don't lie to me now.....I already saw the memory from Draco..."

"Professor something must be wrong. I mean I think something happened to him. Go easy on him." Sarah said she was not going to get in trouble.
"We saw a memory from him......." Then she sighed trying to think of something.
"well try to check his memory again. you might see what is wrong that way."
"Proffesor Dumbledore checked the memory......"
"Well then lets take him back up there. I mean I don't think he is laying abotu this."
*Albus to you do something to both Sarah's and Draco's memories?*
"So what he say."
"Y-yes, what did he say?" Draco asked, still in shock that Sarah had actually tried to bail him out of this..even after he used the Cruciatus Curse on her.
"What did who say?Let's go to his office right now...." Proffesor McGonagall said not angry.
"okay." Sarah siad as she followed her teacher. She felt bad for draco since he did not know anything.

They entered the office and Proffesor McGonagall said,"Albus, these two need to see you.....I think they're getting mental....."
"sir I think some one changed his thoughts. I mean he says that he did not hit me with a curse."

"well I'm not sure. I mean It happen all so fast and I was in a shield that cho put up. So I don't know sir."
"Now Ms. Jones I'm just going to look at your memory and then Mr. Malfoy's."
"well okay you are the Professor. So I guess I can. What do I do." Sarah siad she never had this done before.
Proffesor McGonagall answer quickly for him. "Sit still and don't talk!" She snapped at Sarah."
Sarah sit down and kept quiet. She felt she made a be mistake trying to help draco.

Dumbledore entered her mind and saw her walking in and then Cho following her in. The door suddenly closed and Draco did the Cruciatus Curse. He left her mind.

Sarah looked up at him tring to see what happened.
Draco watched desperately, hoping that he wouldnt be caught using the curse, although he knew that chances of that were extremely slim.
"Now to view your memory....Mr. Malfoy."
"Ugh.." Draco moaned, as he slumped down low in his seat.
Sarah sat there wondering what he saw.
"Ahh now I see....Mr. Malfoy you definitely have detention."
"well what happened."
"Ms. Jones and Mr. Malfoy, let me explain, what happened was that Ms. Jones did indeed get attacked by Mr. Malfoy's Cruciatus Curse...."
"oh okay I see." Sarah said as looked at him.

"Well good evening to both of you and Mr. Malfoy you have detention with Proffesor McGongagall right now."
"Fine." Sarah then looked at Malfoy.
"This is the last time I stick up for you ever." Sarah was not mad.

Proffesor McGonagall beckoned to Draco and Sarah. "You two come into this classroom."
Gets sent to Professor McGonagall as Hagrid has nothing to do tonight strangely enough, but he promises extra work the next night. Thinking of Merlin as just another misbehaving Slytherin stuck up snobish student.

Merlin enters the room "Good evening, grab a seat and sit next to me....I have to keep a close eye on you....since you did alot of trouble today...."
*well I sort of. I mean stuck up for draco* Sarah sent back she was mad about it now.
"HI Merlin." Sarah waved.
sighs and looks down, not guilty like, but like hes been framed and no ones listening to him.
"Ugh," Draco moaned, as he grudgingly followed McGonagall against his will. Once in the classroom, he grabbed a seat and slouched down low.
sarah then looked up front she was going to find a way to get draco.

Sarah then set there and smiled at him wonder what they were doing.

Draco still said nothing. He merely huffed angrily as he was thinking of a way to get Sarah back for all of the trouble he felt she had caused.

Proffesor McGonagall said,"Ms. Jones must I remind you.....you have to write lines...."
Walks into the classroom and smiles. "Hullo Aun.....Professor McGonagall....err...." He changed his statement when he saw the other students, and dropped his hands from the hug that he was going to give her, which now looked just like a grandeos entrance. "Thought id stop and say hi."
Sarah started to write the lines.
"Hi there Devon." Sarah went back to writing.
"Hello Sarah." He replied quickly. He knew how his aunt was and about too much talking in her detention, she was a good teacher tho a tad strict in all the good ways.
Sarah felt so mad at Draco. She was writing lines and wanting to cry.
"Yes Mr. McGonagall...." Proffesor McGonagall said after glaring at Sarah.

The professor would know that he actually meant that he was asking if the two of them were still having dinner, but he tried to cover it up like a teacher sent him to ask.
Sarah went to writing lines she did not need on a teacher bad side.
Proffesor McGonagall smiled as she looked at the piece of paper. "It still is on...please go tell him that."
Sarah Smiled happy. She was glad for her.
"When you feel your hands are sore from writing come up so I can count how many lines you did."
Sarah was still writing she hated it thought. After about 30 minutes she walked up.
"THere you go."
Proffesor McGonagall nodded in approval and pulled her next to her. "Sorry this is not my fault, but you did stick up and lie for Mr. Malfoy....." She whispered in her ear.
"I know. So am I done." Sarah looked at McGonall.
"Becides I need detention again before I leave."

Cho apparated to Sarah's and Sirius's tree and waited for Sarah.
Sarah did not want to apperate so she walked down there.
"Hi."
Cho made the book in her hand disappear. "Hey Sarah....what happened?"
"You know, no one likes a snitch.*" Draco sneered, as he walked up to them.

Sarah smiled. "well all I wrote was lines."
"well lets see. I tryed to help you. I mean your own mind did this."
"Yes. You tried..but didnt succeed. You should have lied more.." Draco huffed, angrily. "Ugh..you deserved the Cruciatus Curse," he added, under his breath.
Cho body-binded him and silenced him. Then left him there until one of his fat shadows came to help him. She scrouched down facing him and angrily in a low, dangerous tone,"Do not ever use that tone with my friend!"
"besides do you really want to get into trouble."
Cho had a smug look and got up. She released him from the body bind and silencing charm.
"Ugh," Draco sighed, standing up from his spot where he had been on the ground. "Well, she did deserve it," he muttered quietly, yet again under his breath.
"Well you better leave now and I will not hear another word about Sarah again..."
"Yeah, like thats actually gonna happen," Draco smirked, rolling his eyes.

Jessie whipped out her wand and forced him backward with a spell *Well it looks like you took care of that one Draco*
"guys was always up with the fighting." Sarah siad as she started to nonverbally say a sield spell.

Jessie was hurt. Sarah was her friend, and if she really felt that way then.... well that was the way it was and Jessie wouldn't be able to change that
"I am not easy to defeat," Draco shouted, pulling out his wand and pointing it towards Jessie.
"draco stop this." Sarah siad she wanted them to stop.
Jessie clutched her wand, but didn't use it. Instead she said *fine!* and she ran, and jumped out of the nearest open windows and hurtled to the ground, right before she made contact, she dissaparated to the Willow tree.
Sarah wanted to go after her but for some reason she was happy.
Draco said nothing; He merely smirked.
Jessie could tell that Draco would be smirking, so she conducted a spell to make him stop smirking, and begin to cry.
"Hey! I wanted to smirk," Draco pouted through the many tears that were now streaming down his face. "Stop...this..foolishness!"

Jessie stifled a laugh and then had to turn her back on Draco in order to hopefully hide her silent fit of laughter

Albus came into where they were " ooh are you crying Draco? can't remember the countercurse?"
"Shut...up!" Draco said, through more and more tears.
Albus whipped out his wand and said the counter curse.
"Eh...thanks," Draco said, rather shocked that Albus had actually helped him.
Jessie now turned back around and burst out laughing. It was so funny to see the shocked look on Draco's face along with the now drying tears.
"And what are you laughing at?!?" Draco shouted, pulling out his wand.
"Don't you dare Draco! If you do something too anyone in this room then your in big trouble!"
Albus shouted and whipped out his wand.
Sarah stood there she could not do nothing every time she tried someone would fight more.
"so what do you say Draco?" Albus said angrily.
*Albus!! Please!! Stop!* Said Jessie. She didn't want a fight to start.
Sarah was happy that some one was finally on her no fighting side.
"Yes, stop it Albus. You are in way over your head," Draco sneered, stepping back slightly.
"draco he is not I just don't want people hurt."
"you are not the right too say that Draco..." Albus said irritated.
"Pfft. Yeah. Sure," Draco said sarcastically with a smirk.
"and why do YOU threaten us? We are many more than you are... you are just begging for trouble!"
Albus said angrily.
"I..well..." Draco stuttered, as he began to back away.
"Albus just stop it. I don't want any fights." SArah siad getting mad she wanted to scream.
" I don't wanna have a fight soo badly but when Draco offers himself then could i say no after he had totured you? And while he laughs agaut it after?" Albus said angrily and started too run away.
"Albus you don't have to run away. I mean just donj't fight. I'm over that all thing."
"Ahh. I see he's finally realized what I'm capable of. Scared him away, did it?" Draco sneered, walking forward.
Albus had taken a secret way and were now behind Draco.
He whipped out his wand and said "Stupefy! Densaugeo! "
Jessie made a face. Draco's teeth were rapidly enlarging. *ALBUS!!!!* she screamed. She ran over to him and ripped his wand from his hand. *I SAID DON'T FIGHT!!!!!* she took his wand and then walked away.
Albus walked in another direction. Now he was a little angry at Jessie.
Why coulden't he never do anything?
SArah stood there wondering weather to help draco or not.
Draco actually knew the countercurse for this particular spell (the one that made his teeth enlarge) having used it several times. He muttered the countercurse, then pointed his wand at Albus. "Crucio!" he shouted.
Albus screamed in pain it hurted soo bad.
Sarah ran over to fudge.
"Draco stop it."
Jessie turned and tossed Albus his wand then she turned on Draco. *You...You...UGH!!!!!!* She said *Langlock!!* Then she ran to Albus.
Draco, now unable to speak because of his tongue, stopped torturing Albus to focus on the countercurse for the Langlock spell. He was trying extremely hard nonverbally to get this countercurse until finally he managed to get it. "You!" he shouted at Jessie. "What was that for? All I did was give Albus what he fully deserved!"
Jessie whipped around *LANGLOCK! LEVICORPUS!!!LOCOMOTOR MORTIS!!!!* She then turned back to Albus. *Albus! Come on talk to me!*
Sarah move back and sat there. She did not know what to do all they did was fight.
"Thank you Jessie....." Albus looked at Draco with a mad sight.
God was the only one too know how much he hated this guy.
Draco, who was watching closely for curses coming his way, quickly dodged every spell.

*ALBUS!!!!!!!!!!! TALK TO ME!!!!* Jessie screamed. *PROTEGO!* she was furious. Draco was making her so mad!

"I siad all of ya just stop fighting." Sarah said lookg at them.
Jessie Bodybound Draco before lowering her wand. *You're right Sarah, I just got carried away when Draco started being mean to Albus...*
"Hey! Undo this bodybind!" Draco shouted.

Draco sighed, breathing hard as he tried to speak but had no luck.
Maya walked into the room.What met her eyes made her laugh out loud(lol)."Hey Albus.Jessie.Nice one Jess.Let me help you."Maya took out her wand and said"pepski"(it makes the victim dress up as the opposite sex)"Ha ha."she laughed.Draco had tons of makeup on and a dress with high heels."You know Draco.That fits you.Maybe some different hair.We should put it in an updo.What do you think Jessie?"she asked jess turning to her.
Hmmm... high pigtails might do it...* she said giggling while she placed her hand on her chin.
Draco, who had been attempting this for sometime, finally managed to get the countercurse for the langlock and the bodybind. "How dare you?!?" Draco shouted.
"TARANTELLGRA!" Albus shouted and pointed his wand at Draco.

Jessie burst out laughing and then jumped around giggling.
Albus chuckled a bit. He had been so mad at Draco for a LONG time and now he could just take back.
Draco quickly muttered the countercurse nonverbally and then angrily shouted," Crucio!" with his wand pointed straight at Albus.
Jessie screamed as the spell hit Albus.*Albus!* She screamed.
"Draco? Have you never heard of illusion? Petrificus totalus!" Albus said. He wasen't back there with Jessie and the others. He was behind Draco!
