Sky laid on her bed in the common room. She felt so confused. Why couldn't she find Love? Blaze was constantly on her mind. She couldn't stop thinking of him. Why? She didn't date him, so how could she be in love? Could it really be love at first sight?
Sky rolled over. It was dark outside, but she was the first person in bed besides Helen Darvis. Helen Darvis was always the first to bed for some odd reason. "Lumos". Sky said as she held her wand close to her chest. She pulled out a book from her trunk. It was a photo album that she hadn't looked at in years. It had a picture of...Travis, her brother,...and even her parents. It had been so long. Her parents were waving in the picture as they stood infront of their home. Her mother was even pregnant at the time.
Sky smiled, seeing her parents wave at her. She closed the book though as she heard a noise from the steps. "Nox."
Callie had wondered into the Griffindor common room by mistake. Great! This is not where I need to be.
Sky noticed the stranger. "Are you lost?" Sky sat up quietly. She sent a flame over to the lanturn to light the room.
Callie smiled. "Kinda." She said shrugging her shoulders. "Im Callie." She said as the light caught her eyes, making them glissen in the dark.
Sky smiled. "I'm Sky. Nice to meet you. Are you in this house? This is Gryffindor."
"No Im in Slytherin... I must got confused in the dark." Callie said looking around the room.
Sky's eyes narrowed. "You're too nice to be a Slytherin. Don't tell them you were in here. They'll eat you alive."
Callie laughed. "Thanks I wont... Griffindors seem so much friendlier compared to Slytherins. Im only put in there because of my brother." She sighed.
"You want to be in there though don't you?" Sky asked. She heard Helen roll over in her sleep, covering her face with a pillow. "Turn off the light!" She groaned. Sky sighed. "Lets go downstairs. I'll show you the way to the common room." Sky distinguished the fire and used lumos.
Jessie was sitting in the common room reading a book. When she heard someone coming down the stairs she hurriedly said *Nox!* and then tried to look asleep.
As they went downstairs Sky seen Jesse sleeping. "Like I said...you do want to be in there don't you? Or is it out of reluctantness?" Sky whispered.
Mira had ben walking around and for some reason her feet seemed to be taking her to the Gryffendor common room.
Callie sighed. "I dont like being in Slytherin because they act like all they dream of is being evil. I just want to go out and have fun."
Jessie opened her eyes just a crack. When she saw Cassie and Sky, she stood up. *Jeez! Guys I thought you were a teacher, and I was scared that you would like....*Jessie tugged on her sleeves. *Wait... Cassie, aren't you in Slytherin?* She said frowning out of pure confusion.
"Yeahh... I kinda got lost." Callie giggled, feeling as if she sounded stupid.
Mira came through the doors with a grim expression on her face.
*Oh! ok Well, I don't mind you being here, its just a little bit of a suprise...*
Mira's wet hair was plastered to her and she walked to he fire to warm up. She did not say a word to anyone that walked by her.
"You should ask the Headmaster to switch houses. I dont see why you didn't make a choice to the sorting hat. It listens to you."
*Yeah, most of the time anyways...* Jessie said pulling a deck of cards out from a hiding spot. *You guys wanna play?*She asked shuffling them without even looking.
Sky shook her head. "Not right now. Has an owl dropped off any post lately Jessie?"
Leron was strolling by when he saw everyone huddled up in the Gryffindor common room. He was supposed to get something from his brother but he wasn't there at the moment so he walked to the group. "Hello ladies, what are we all playing?" he asked because he saw the cards in Jessie's hands.
Jessie stuck her hand under the table and rummaged around a little bit. *Yeah... Here it is!* Jessie handed Sky the package. *Sorry Leron, we haven't started playing yet, but you can join us!*
Leron smiled, "It's ok i'll watch"
*Well, so far nobody's playing, so there isn't much to watch....*Jessie said
Mira sat in front of a fire warming up her hands.
Callie giggled at Jessies comment. "Ill play if anyone else will." She said, smiling over at Leron.
"well if people are playing then i guess i'll play too," said Leron.
Sky sat in a chair with her package held in her hands. She slowly tore it open and found a note. She began reading quietly:
Dear Sky,
I know its been a long time since we last seen each other. Like you are now, I am a secret follower of Voldemort. I have heard that you have defied him and tried to escape his "contract". Might I add, this is not a wise choice. I know of the plan to attack Hogwarts. Voldemort has already attacked our old school and Beuyonette School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Voldemort plans to begin his raid on the school on the third of November. You must hurry and gather people to fight, for it is possible to beat him. I'm sorry to say that I will not be there physically. Voldemort will soon find out that I am speaking to a traitor and I will be brutally punished beyond one can bare.
Be strong Sky. I know you are afraid and it is alright to be. But dont let it interfere with your battle. You can win as long as you are true to yourself.
Travis
P.S I'm sorry
Sky wiped her eyes as they began to water. So Voldemort would attack on the Third of November? That was less than a month. Sky needed to gather an army. Quickly. She would need to start training sessions. Sky looked at the package with a note. There was something in a box. Sky opened the box to find a new robe. It was green and Black with White. She didn't understand why they were Slytherin Colors, but knew this is what she should wear on the night of the battle.
Mira saw the solomn look on Sky's face. Mira walked across the room. She stood behind Sky catching some of the note.
Sky noticed Mira behind her and quickly folded the note before Mira would see anything about the plan.
Jessie stopped mid-shuffle, and looked at Sky. She had heard an abrupt rustle of papers, and when she looked up, she saw Mira looking of Sky's shoulder, adn Sky hiding a folded piece of paper. *What's going on over there!?* She asked somewhat amuzed, but mostly confused.
