jessie wandered through the forest with no real destination, she did this alot just because sometimes she didn't know where she wanted to go.... she glanced up and saw a small pool of water in front of her *i've never seen this before*she said to herself. without thinking she took of her shoes and socks and put her feet into the cool water... *wow, that feels good* she saw something glitter at the bottom, but when she tried to get a better look of what it was, she couldn't find it again, shaking her head she decided that she had imagined it

Blaze was also taking a stroll through the forest, "hi, jessie, sorta late to be having a swim dont ya think?" said blaze
*oh! yeah i just came upon this little pond and i couldn't resist!! By the way..have you ever seen this pond before??*
hmm, no actually i havent. But i'm never really out here myself, maybe you should ask hagrid or some1 later, but i must say it is a brilliant pond, never seen 1 like this before" examines blaze looking confused but interested

"aah, your just tired, lets go back to the common room before we get caught here so late, I have a quidditch game coming up and i don't wanna get slammed in detention
Cho appeared behind them and said half-hoping they would get scared,"Hey guys."
Blaze jumped in suprise. " hey, thxs for giving me a heart attack" said blaze and waited for their response
Cho softly laughed and said,"Why, thank you Blaze."
"jessie says she has a magical little pond here, what do you think, have you ever seen it before, i'm just saying thats shes nuts" said blaze
"Where?" Cho said interested.
"the pond shes swimming in" laughed blaze
((oh wait she's swimming in it....))
"That pond.....no I bet they got a new one....."
"hmmm... wat do you think jessie?" asked blaze
Cho looked at Jessie for an answer. "You said you saw something glimmering at the bottom?"
well yeah i did.... im sure i did, but i know that this isn't the typical lake....its alot smaller....* jessie replied dreamily
Cho nodded and said,"You're right.....that gleaming item might have some value to it....let's go find it."
you guys are just waisting ur time, wat are you expecting to find, the sword of gryffindor, haha, well ill just stay here so i can say i told you so!!" says blaze
"Haha....because it might be a clue to where this pond just magically came from..."
lol well why do we have to do it right now, can't we come back later, im tired!!" says blaze in a moany and lazy voice

Cho shrugs and turns to Jessie for an answer.

"no thxs, i can make my own, but ill only go if you guys need help or something. I'll just watch from up here" said blaze

Cho pushed him lightly and said,"Do you want to join them Blaze.....I can make it happen."

look, i just wanna get out of here, ok. So could you guys please just hurry it up" said blaze is eyes growing big. His voice sounded much more serious now
Cho muttered a spell and suddenly it became warmer. "Are you okay Blaze?"
uhmm, yea yea can we move along with this pond discovery trip now!" said Blaze, almost like he had something to hide
"You can go back to the school if you want..." Cho said gently getting alittle worried about Blaze now.
NO WAY, i'm not going anywere, YOUR NOT THE BOSS OF ME" yelled Blaze, anger beading from his eyes. "oh, oh my god, im sorry i dont know what got over me, this pond is weird. It's doing something to me, can you guys just explore it already"
"Jessie, Albus!" Cho said shouting above the surface of the lake.
oh, well i guess their dead, can we go now?" said blaze sarcastically
Cho shook her head and stared into the lake wondering when they would resurface.
hope albus can take care of himself" said blaze calming down
Cho nodded still strangely silent.
Albus was drawn into the water he diden't know what happend to him suddenly he could breath again he was in a cave a underground cave. Suddenly he heard a soft woice ``are you okay??``

Everything alright in there guys" yelled blaze into the pond
jessie took out her wand and made words apear on the surface of the water.... we are ok., the words were simple, but jessie was sure that they'd get the message then she swam down to where albus was, when she entered a cave filled with air she entered it finding albus inside *albus did you find anything strange?? because i think that this pond is made by a witch or wizard and that there's an enlarging spell...thats all i can make out, but i think that someone's hiding something important downhere, i just, i, i, just cant find out what it is!!
Cho suddenly looked down at the lake and said,"I'm going in Blaze....." She put a breathing bubble around her and dived in.
"and no im alone :'(" said blaze. "Guys keep me informed" yelled blaze into the expanding pond
Then Albus saw the face of the person. He screamed: HELP HELP ME. IT IS.......
``shriking in pain``
Cho threw a stunning a spell at the anonymous person and said to Jessie and Albus,"Hurry swim away from him."
((who is it....LOL....Voldemort?))
If you guys need help, just call ill start blasting spells into the water, dont blame me if you get hit" said blaze laughing. He did not know that there was some1 else besides his friend down there.
jessie swam away frrom the scene, but only to the edge of the cave, then she casted an invisible mirror so that she could look into the cave and help when needed and also if she pointed her wand at someone in a mirror the spell she cast would hit that person *oh no!! albus!!* she saw the unknown person run up behind albus, but before he got to albus she shot a spell at him *cmon albus....RUN!!! (swim....) YOU TO CHO!!! GET OUTTA THERE!!!!*jessie screamed at the top of her lungs
Cho swam quickly and dragged Jessie and Albus along with her as quick as possible.
Jessie let Cho drag her to the surface of the lake, but jessie never broke the surface, instead she swam around the perimiter of the pond, casting a protection charm so that whoever was down there wouldn't get out. It might have been harsh, but once she found out who it was she would decide what to do.
``that person was casting a cruciato curse on me!!!!!``
Jessie climbed out of the pond, dried herself off and sat down by the edge of the pond. She stared into its depths, but still couldn't see the person moving. That didn't discourage her though, she kept staring...............
"Do you know who it was guys? I didn't get a clear look at the face...."
"sorry i fell asleep, what happened" said Blaze
(lol i know its a cruddy excuse for my absence but its all i got lol)
Cho scowled and said,"We were attacked...."
``i have an idea!!! we can use accio on he/hers wand but i cannot do it..... Who is the best of Accios here???``
Cho sighed and said pointing at the lake,"Accio wand." No wand appeared and then she said,"This person is really powerful....either he/she has a powerful shield blocking my spell or he/she wasn't using a wand...."
you can't just accio the wand. Unless you guys don't wait to hurt the person i suggest firing spells into the water, maybe it'll hit her" said Blaze, almost certain his friends would disagree

haha nice one, but let me just use this to protect our selves from anything it might send back" he waved his wand and said "Protego Totalum". An almost shield was cast over the friends.
A loud, shrieking scream suddenley became heard from the lake. "What was that?!"
((uhm.... are YOU what we found in the lake??? because what we found was evil......))
Cho looked to the side. "What was what?"
guys get ready... for anything"said blaze pointed his wand around trying to find something to blast
Cho asked,"What are you going to do Blaze......"
anything to stay alive" said Blaze. he cast a spell to remove all dillusionist charms. Nothing appeared, "hmm are you guys sure you saw something" asked Blaze
Cho sighed and said,"We didn't say we saw something we just got attacked by someone or something......" She looked up and slightly smiled like she was up to something.
`` I know first we knock out the person then we just fire accios wildly into the water......``
"How do you know we knocked out the person?"
``If we first take stupefyes then accios, and he will come when we have knocked him out....``

Then we use stupefys again. But we haft to be quiet or will the person down thereget what happening
and trying to get revenge.``
Cho said,"Whatever....just don't drain all your magic up..."
Jessie fired stupifeys into the water in the general direction of the cave.
Cho said,"When you guys need help or anything I'm right here..." She conjured a hammock between two large trees and laid there watching them shoot spells into the water.
Jessie shot spells in with such ferocity that the pond gradually adopted a reddish color because of the amount of spells being shot.
Cho laughed as the pond changed into a reddish color.
"wow, those were either some quality shots or the person is bleeding like crazy" said Blaze observing the pool.
"Most likely because you guys are firing too much of your magic in...."
``look here BOMBARDA MAXSIMA!! BOMBARDA MAXIMA!! BOMBARDA MAXIMA!! acccio``
Said Albus and was very consentrated.
Cho laughed but the spells actually did come out from Albus's wand.

Then a big big rock came up of the water. Then Albus Said `` AHA i got an idea. If we go there the cave is not going into the water then we use bombardas and get into the cave!!!!``

He pointed his wand at the hammock. The hammock disappered and Cho fell down with a littel scream..

He walked there the cave was, pointing his wand to the ground and shouted: protego!!.
The protego spell did actually work. Then he shouted: BOMBARDA MAXIMA!! BOMBARDA MAXIMA!!
BOMBARDA MAXI...... There was two big bangs and rocks flew up in the air but the protego spell protected them. After the bangs the others saw that Albus was lying unconscious on the ground.
He was exhausted.
*PROTEGO!* Jessie yelled into the water. Then she ran over to Albus to see if he was concious.
((stop godmoding.....I didn't fall just to tell you guys....))
Cho shrugged not wanting to help them with their silly little ideas and still lied in the hammock. Cho levitated Albus and said calmly,"Relax he's just unconscious." She jumped off the hammock and laid Albus there to rest until he regained consciousness.
Jessie admired Cho's layed back attitude, and quick thinking, but she had a plan as well. While Cho levitated Albus into her hammock, Jessie summoned the awakening potion she had made the other night, and gave some to Albus. Within moments he should be awake.
Cho smiled at Jessie and soon enough Albus had awaken. "Hey Albus you okay?" She asked gently.
Meanwhile Jessie reinforced the protego charm that had been set upon the lake....
Cho set Albus lightly to his feet making sure he was okay.
''ooh i don't get it when i first did the bobmbardas i felt VERY strong but when i did it the second time
i felt so weak....''said Albus
Jessie had been looking into the lake, and then she ushered for them to be quiet.~I can see the person in the water, but I can't tell if he can see me!~ Thought Jessie to her friends.
"thats cause your a d**n first year, you'll get tired faster" said Blaze and then he heard Jessie in his head. He looked around slowly, he thought he saw a dark figure.
Suddenly Albus felt well again. From being a weak kitten suddenly, he was strong as a lion.
'' i feel much better now'' Albus said.
''What should we do?? contact the teachers when thru a patronus??
i don't know.....''
*No...I don't think we should tell them, it's our battle, I mean, we disturbed this guy, so why should we make someone else come and clean up our mess!? I say we just get rid of him.* said Jessie her eyes never leaving the figure in the water.

''we must get him!! do you guys know of a way?''
"Gosh!" said Mira coming down from the sky. "I was flying in the sky and all I hear is this Bombarda Maxima Bombarda Maxi..." Mira was cut short as she saw the figure in the water. "O MY GOD!!! What is that? It's coming closer! Is that a Merperson???"
The only way I know of is to..... well go down in there because merpeople can't come out, but if it isn't a merperson......*
"Wait that can't be a Merperson! It's silouhette just isn't right!"
Jessie looked at the creature in the water. *Mira, you must have seen it at a bad angle because the tail is actually quite defined.* Said Jessie sure that she was seeing a merperson.
" Stupefy!" Albus said pointing his wand at the creature.
Jessie saw the creature back up, as it was hit with the spell. *I think we need to go in there.* said Jessie uncertainly. She gulped and looked at the others *Truly. I beleive that if we go in nd reason with the creature then it will see that we aren't backing down.*
"You go... I'm can't... I mean I'm not coming!"
"Look here... Accio!" Albus said and pointed his wand where the creature was.
Mira sighed and watched. She made a hammock and a bowl of popcorn and watched the fun unfold
Jessie sighed. The people in hammocks were wimps. They wouldn't even help out when a problem arised.
The creature rised from the water. It was a mermaid but looked a little bit different.
"Stop this or you all will be dead!" The mermaid said.
Jessie jumped. When she recovered she said *Please, we didn't know what was in the lake!! We were just exploring!! We didn't mean any harm!!*
"let me down or i will curse you and you family's for all eternity!" The mermaid said.
Mira hid her face fearing that she would recognize her.
Albus let the mermaid go and stopped his charm. Then he saw Mira hiding.
" What is it Mira?" He asked.
"Nothing!" Mira snapped like a trap. She ran and jumped into the water. along with the mermaid.
"locomotor Mortis! Stupefy! Mobillicorpus!"(the body moving spell...)Albus said and pointed his wand at
Mira.
It was to late all you could see were two mermaid tails dissappearing into the blackness of the bottom of the lake. When Mira reached the bottom she started to talk to the mermaid. "Cella? Is that you?"
"Why of course you silly!" The mermaid smothered Mira in an embrace.
"Why did you hide then start to run? I could berely tell it was you!"
"That was the point! I can't let my friends see me like this!!" Mira pointed down at her tail.
"Oh but they'll come looking for you. Come on Mira this way you can crash in my house for a while!" Cella swam off towards pure darkness.
"Well ok." Mira started to trail behind her.
Jessie then sprouted wings and flew away.

(because I found the fact that you made yourself a mermaid utterly stupid (no offense but I did) so I made myself wings to show you the ubsurdness of your actions.)

*for what?* she said not coming down even slightly. Her friends had to be specific..... if they weren't... well then she would just wait until they were.
Mira sent a stream of water up into the air that grasped Jessie like a hand dragging her to where Mira was.

Jessie let herself get soaking wet, but she didn't come down. *What do you want!*
(Ok first you must have no idea what a GM is because that wasn't it in the slightest!!!)
*Fine! Have it your way! Mira kept sending up streams of water at Jessie.
"Mimi you don't need to tell her!!!" Cella had discussed something with Mira earlier.
"Yes I do and if I have to drag her down here myself I'm gonna do it!"
Jessie still didn't come down.
That's the last straw! Mira got out of the water and used a spell to float herself above the clouds. Mira grabbed Jessie's arm and pulled her underwater shoving a bubblehead on her face.

JESSIE STILL REMAINED IN THE AIR BECAUSE MIRA HAD FAILED TO PULL HER UNDER!!!!!!!!!

" What is it ?" Albus asked Jessie and Mira.

*Oh, Mira's just trying to pull me under water for whatever reason....* Jessie said. She lost concentration on trying to keep herself floating and fell screaming into the water.
Mira caught Jessie before she could do a total back flop into the water.
Mira's arms broke the fall, bt Jessie slipped right out of them and into the water anyways.

Mira laughed and dove under.
