"I'd like one as well." Said a voice. "Please."

Henry smiled at the waitress and slid over a few sickles, enough to pay for his drink and the girl beside him. She understood that he was paying for her and nodded.

"Thank you! Have a good evening."

"You too. Thank you."

Henry took the cup that was slid over to him and took a small sip. "These are good." He said with a small smile, directed towards the girl. "Really nice after a day of school work."

The Forest / Do you know?
August 19, 2011, 12:20:35 PM
Summer wasn't over, but Fall was on it's way. It didn't take a calendar to explain that to Mrs. Skylar Mitch. She just knew. The way the sun set, earlier and earlier. And the nights were becoming colder. Not too much, but enough to notice a change. But today, today was beautiful.

The black haired, gray eyed woman stood beside a thin, flowered tree. Pink petals sprouted from the fuzzy brown circle that made up its center. It gave off such a wonderful aroma. And in her arms was a baby boy, several months old, reaching for the flowers. Sky smiled and pointed to the scene before her.

It was a brilliantly built castle, made of the finest stone and it had such a beautiful structure. She took a step forward so the gray eyed boy could see. His eyes grew wide as he saw the giant building.

"Ha' warts!" He said suddenly.

"That's right, Char. That's Hogwarts. The best home I've ever had."

She kissed her son, who looked so much like his father, the man she had so much love for, on the forehead. How had she lived before Char? He was her life now. He was her everything. She tousled his brown hair and smiled.

"I've been wanting to do that for a long time." Seth breathed once he was back to his normal human self. Avalee was still on his back and he was flat against the ground, his chin resting on his crossed arms. He closed his eyes, catching his breath and feeling the cool breeze blow against his sun kissed skin.

Sorry!

I'll get back to posting.
Not tonight though.
It's a bit too late for me to do that right now.
I guess we've all just been pretty busy.
But I didn't leave, just kinda forgot. Hahahaha.
Anyway, I'm up to RP too.
Hope everyone is doing well!

I graduate soon!

Living in the wild wasn't so bad. At first, it was difficult to get used to. Trying to find a shelter to be protected from the still bitter rain and harsh winds of early spring wasn't something Seth was used to. He had always had a home to go to. But he just couldn't go back to that place. Not after the divorce. No, Seth wasn't over Alice. But, each day he let go of the past a little more and began to move on. It was a process.

Tonight wasn't rainy. Tonight was actually really calm and warm. The moon, one of Seth's favorite things to watch at night, was out in full, casting a glow upon the forest floor. He wandered around, feeling restless. He couldn't bring himself to sleep yet. He just wasn't ready to.

He heard creatures roaming the forest, chasing each other, some doing their nightly hunting. But then he heard another sound. A human sound. It was a girl, calling out.

  "Hello?" Seth returned the call.

Hogsmead / Re: _I miss you_

Henry pounded his fist into the table with all the strength and anger he had in his body.

"You can't help her! If they lied to me, then there's nothing that can be done."  Henry pulled up his sleeve and looked at his arm. "Look at me! Look at what I've done! I'm...I'm a monster! How could I...?"

Henry hastily wiped his eyes and turned very serious.

"They...lied to me. Didn't they?"

They probably did. If they could make a kid take a child away from its mother, then lying would be a simple task for them."

The wolf hunched down even lower, so that his chest was against the grass. And then without warning, he sped off. He was as fast as a vampire. As fast as Alice now. If now faster. He raced across the field, so that his paws were pounding into the grass, propelling them off on an adventure.

He ran past the lake, even daring to run through the edge of it and splashing some water around. Then he took off for the valleys and the hills. It would take hours for a person to walk there. But they would be there in no time. He wanted to take Avalee away from the sites that were so familiar to her. He wanted her to see something different. Exciting. Beautiful.

And then they came to a halt. Right at the edge of a cliff. Seth transformed, while Avalee was still on his back, and was on the ground, breathing hard. No matter how much he ran, when he put that much strength into his sprint, it tired him out quickly.

Henry looked down at the desk he sat at, contemplating what he should do. Finally, he sighed, settling on what would be best.

"My Mum's sick. Very very sick. I don't want her to die. I...I don't have a father or anyone else. She's all I have left. It took her pleas to keep me from staying home with her." Henry paused. He felt his throat tighten, his eyes burning. "I overheard a man talking to some people when I was crossing through an ally back in Hogsmead. They were discussing their magic abilities. I heard one say something about a mark and how since they got it, they've had magical powers that not even Albus Dumbledore beared. I think he was trying to pull someone in too. But he saw me, when I knocked over a trashcan. They all pulled their wands out on me." Henry brought his eyes to Stacey.

"I didn't know what I was doing! I just wanted to save my mum!" Tears began to stream down his face.

In a flash, a white wolf was standing in Seth's place. A giant, snow white colored wolf with those same green eyes. Only, now Seth's wolf animagus had a thick black outline around the eyes. A small change to his normal form. Who knew if something else would change.

He bent down lower so that she could get onto his back easier. She would understand. And hopefully, she wouldn't be afraid.

Trust me. He thought.

Seth knew her too well, and rolled over onto his stomach so she couldn't see his face.

"Because," he said. "you have to deal with so much. As humans, we're basically shackled. We aren't free. We...we aren't free to-to explore the things we should because we are weighed by our affairs and daily dilemmas." He rolled back onto his back and then sat up abruptly.

"Can I try to give you at least a taste of what that is like? To feel...free?"
