Jade laughed, lighting up her entire face in a smile. Her eyes danced with amusement. "Icky?" She smiled even wider. She liked this Andy. "How old are we exactly?" She questioned, arching an eyebrow.

She took her own hands and grasped her empty glass, running her finger over the rim of the glass. She was still smiling as she looked back up, waiting for a response from Andy.

Jade strolled absentmindedly through the forest. She knew she shouldn't be out here this late, and her knowledge was only reinforced by the fact that her entire body was screaming DANGER at her. It was a mix of the longing for curiosity, the edginess it added, and the rush she got when she was out here that made her stay.

Others may argue that she stayed out here because of sheer stupidity, but Jade disagreed, mostly out of pride. She was proud and hated to admit to anything thay made her seem any less of a person. Jade smiled, kicking a rock. "Just like my father." She murmured to herself.

A noise sounded from the forest. A loud noise. Jade jumped, defensively balling her hands into fists, yet prepared to run at the same time. "Is anyone there?" She called loudly into the night, her dark hair, falling into her face. "Hello?" She called again.

Jade took his hand, noticing the firmness in his shake. It exuded confidence, which was a good quality to have, Jade noted to herself. Then she sighed aloud. "They're always here." She shook her head sadly. "They may not be the same kids, but drunk teens all act the same. And I predict that a fight will break out between the guys over some girl, too drunk to care within the next five minutes."

Jade sipped her water again, finishing it off. "That's why I don't drink." She added softly. "You sort of lose yourself."

Haha yeah. Only some of the super oldies know me as Mira hehe. Maybe Ginny remembers? That was when I was such a newbie and had no idea how to spell haha.

Jade turned her head towards the voice that had addressed her. In front of her she saw an attractive and obviously athletic boy with wavy blonde hair. "I suppose." Jade answered, sipping her water tentatively. She looked down at the glass in front of the boy and smiled apreciatively. She could tell it wasn't beer, for which she was greatful. What she needed least right now was a drunkard.

"So..." She said, glancing back up to meet his eyes. "What's your name? I'm Jade."

Hi everybody! It's really hard to find a way to say this, and some of you may be fed up with the way that I seem to always change screen names, but let me assure you, I'm sick of it too. My computer seems to have more problems that any other I've ever seen, but we officially have a new one, and I hope that it works for a long time to come. Haha.

And... I realize I haven't said who I am yet. Silly me lol. It is Jackie, or Mira, or Arianna. Whichever you remember. And I'd like everyone to know that I have only one character to RP with now and it is Jade. I'm indecisive on whether or not to recreate Arianna because I never really got to develop her in the first place. So, I just thought I'd let everybody know :)

School starting soon? Oh dear!

Jade sat at the bar, a small glass of water closed tightly in her hand. Water was the only thing she drank at bars anymore. She had tried the whole drinking bit with some friends once and it didn't end well. Not unless you considered winding up with a hangover, laying face down on your lawn and later discovering that your friends were too careless to even bring you to your own front door.

Not that they were friends anymore.

Jade continued surveying the crowd at the bar. There was the bartender, cool and collected. The group of underage drinkers, talking a bit too loud with the one obnoxiously lovey dovey couple in the middle of their huddle. And then there were the adults, over sitting in booths looking calm. Jade sighed, pushing her hair off of her face. Every bar was the same. Everyone else was off in groups. Jade was alone.

Personally I love pictures, it always helps me with visualizing the character.
And however, I am not Alexis, but I did used to be a part of this sight a while ago.
Now I just have a different name. :)

Jade had chocolate hair that cascades nearly to her waist and muddy green eyes. She is of average height and athletic. She doesn't have freckles scattered across her face, but you can find a few on her arms and legs, and one distinct freckle on her left cheek bone. Her facial features are small and refined, after her mother and she has a somewhat olive skin tone. She has small hands and feet and a pierced belly button and triple pierced ears. They are left over from a bout of rebellion between her and her mother.

Jade plays soccer and runs track, thus, she has a somewhat athletic build. She is fairly skinny, what some would call slender, but she is not one of those girls who is anorexic skinny or has an extremely fast metabolism. She has to work at her appearence as most other girls her age, but loves the way she looks.

Personality: Jade has a bubbly personality, but it can sometimes come across as show-offy. She loves to sit at home and read a book, but at the same time she is comfortable in groups of people. She is insightful, but tends to fall in love to easily for her own good. She is also naive, gullible and easily swayed into doing things because of her generous heart.

Likes: Outdoors, running, summer, books, and animals.

Dislikes: Arrogance, know it alls, people who aren't themselves, silence.
