(closed till Hayden joins)
Lavy nearly fell onto the couch. It was so soft. Today was her first day off in nearly four months and she had every intention of making the most of it. It was midday, the sun high in the sky, but it was still freezing cold outside with an icy breeze.
But inside it was warm, hot even and Lavy couldn't be happier. She had no intention of going outside so she had dressed for the heat inside. Shorts, short sleeves and flats. She pulled out a book and started reading.
Hayden walked into the commonroom, the heat hitting him in the face. He had been outside, and was shakeing from the cold. When you looked out the window, you whould never guess how cold it was. It looked warm outside, but no it wasn't. He was in jeans, and a longsleve, off white shirt that had three buttons at the going down his cheast. They were open.
When he walked in he didn't know anybody was in the room, untill he saw someones feet hanging off the side of the couch. Him and this girl were the only people in the room.
"Ahh, Hello."he said to her.
Lavy sat up and looked over the back of the couch. A boy she had never seen before was standing there, looking at her. He had to be a new student. She knew every current teacher and student at the school by first name.
"Hi there. I'm Lavy," She said with a warm smile, "And you are...."
Hayden looked at Lavy, "Hello, I am Oliver Hayden Hazard-Perry"he said to her, "But you can call me Hayden, or Oliver, I don't care."he said with a warm smile.
She stood up and smoothed out her cloths, "Nice to meet you Hayden. I assume your a new student here?"

Stacey rushed into the common room and she instantly saw Lavy, but missed Hayden. "Lavy! Oh my gosh! I need your help." She rushed over towards her but found Hayden there. "Oh." She said, suddenly discouraged.
"Lavy, I expect you`ve met Hayden." She said softly.
"I have. What did you need help with?"
Stacey checked to make sure her mind was guarded against Hayden, he had given her enough trouble the first night they met. The night that led her to find out that she had a mysterious twin...
Stacey held up her left hand, showing Lavy the gold ring with a small, perfect diamond in it. Aiden, my Aiden, proposed to me. She thought.
Lavy grabbed Stacey's hand and pulled it down so that Hayden couldn't see it, "And Hayden seems, nice."
Stacey tried to free herself from Lavy`s grasp. "It`s okay, he already knows, but that wasn`t what I wanted to talk about." She glanced at Hayden with the look of an annoyed sister; it scared her that she actually was, now.
She sighed. Do you think it`s too soon if we get married right after I graduate. That`s a year and three months from now. Her question sounded slightly scared as she thought of the words 'marrage, Stacey, and Aiden' in the same sentence.
"Oh, why didn't you tell me he knew," Lavy rolled her eyes. She took Stacey's hand again, this time with less force and dragged her to the couch, "Do you want to marry him?"
Stacey nodded. "Very much so. But I`ll only be seventeen. It seems like forever away, but I know it won`t be. But you know how I get, I think too much. I love him a lot, though, and I do want to marry him." She glanced at Hayden, giving him a deadly look.
Lavy noticed the look, "What's with the hostility?"
Stacey smiled. "What, I`m not allowed to even pretend to hate him?" She asked. "But, Lavy, am I too young?" She asked.
"It's not about age. It's about maturity. In that case, you are ready."
Stacey sighed. "I know, Lavy, but... what if he isn`t as... ready as I am. I mean, we would marry each other today if it was legal, but that`s not possible. But about... other things."
"Other things?"
Stacey growled in frustration. Having Hayden in the room didn`t help. "Other things."
She almost laughed, "Oh, other things. Like when a girl 'hugs' a boy?"
Hayden sat there and listened to there conversation. He rolled his eyes, "Oh my god"he said.
He looked at Stacey then at Lavy, "You mean when to people have sex?"he said to them.
"Its not that hard to say...."
"No it's not. It's just fun making people uncomfortable sometimes."
Stacey let out an sigh. "Hayden, shut up." She hissed. She looked at Lavy with pink eyes. "That`s not exactly what I meant." She said, shooting a look at Hayden as she spoke.
Hayden looked at Lavy and laughed, then he gave the same look back at Stacey, "No that is what you meant. Just tell the guy you want to bang him!"he said to her, and laughed.
Rheese was walking into the common room thinking about what he was going to tell them why he had been away for a long time when he heard. "Just tell the guy you want to bang him!" and he started laughing his head off.He noticed it was somebody he didn't know and introduced himself. "Hi my name is Rheese nice to meet you."
Hayden laughed, then looked at the new guy that just walked in, "Hey Dude, im Hayden.'he said to him.
Stacey shot a fireball at Hayden; it wouldn`t burn him, she knew that, but she hoped it would scare him enough. She jumped up when she saw Rheese.
"Rheese!" She exclaimed. "Now you are someone I`ve been missing around here!" Her eyes were suddenly bright, but not brilliant, blue.
He looked at her and laughed, " You should know by now that fire is like a second nature to me." he said. He laughed again the shot fire from his hands and made it look like I bird coming down to pick up it's kill.
Stacey jumped around, now facing Hayden. Her arms were outstretched and fire fiercly exploded from her hand. It quickly devoured the fire-bird and expanded to take the shape of a firey phoenix. The pheonix flew gracefully around the room, trailing flames wherever it went.
"You may be able to do that, but fire is your main talent."
Lavy played punch Hayden, "Don't be so mean to her. She's really worried."
"And it`s not that." Stacey said, the phoenix was still flying around. It flew dangerously close to Hayden`s head.
He looked at the bird and then watched it dissapear into fire works. Hayden looked at Lavy and laughed, "Heeeeeey! Be nice to the guy here!!" he joked around.
"Hey Hayden nice to meet you and hello again Stacey." Rheese said he knew he had a lot of explaining to do, but this wasn't the time or place.
Stacey ignored her brother and just looked at Rheese. "Where`ve you been? You have been gone a while."' She pointed out.
Rheese knew this time would come when he would have to tell his friends where he had been"Stacey please maybe later I.....I need some time to just get it together." Rheese said hoping that that would be a good enough explanation for now.
Stacey tilted her head, hearing the depth in his voice. "Okay, but you owe me an explanation." She insisted. The last time they saw each other they hadn`t been far from going out, and now she was engaged to someone else.
Lavy turned to Hayden while Stacey and Rheese talked, "So why didn't you tell me you were Stacey's brother?"
Bucky heard the words Stacey's brother as he entered the commonroom,as he did he saw a bloke with a wicked haircut.
Bucky walked up to the boy named Hayden and introduced himself "Hello I'm Bucky nice to meet you male-Stacey" were his exact words.
Hayden looked at Lavy, "I don't know, sorry."he said to her, "Well Ill make it up to you."he said as he held out his hand and a pink and blue cupcake apeared, "Here."he said as he handed it to her.
"I would eat that if I were you." Stacey warned, seeing the cupcake in Hayden`s hand.
Lavy took the cupcake but sisn't eat it, "Qhy?"
Stacey glanced up at Hayden. "Well, I wouldn`t. You can if you want."
He looked at them and laughed, "I dont know. The blow up if you put water on them!"he said to them.
Stacey rolled her eyes and snapped her fingers. The cupcake dissolved into ash and she smiled at her brother.
He rolled his eyes and then he looked at her, and smiled. He had something planed.
Stacey`s smile faltered; she could tell he was thinking something and she took a small step back.
"Oh, stop it you two. Your being silly." Lavy brushed the ashed off her hands.
He smiled then a big bucket of water apeared, and was dumped all over Stacey, he laughed.
The water evaporated a split second before it would have hit her. Stacey smiled evily at Hayden. She had blown up a heat froce around herself, keeping the water from hitting her.
Lavy sat back to enjoy the show she knew was about to happen.
He stood there wait for her to do something back to him.
Suddenly, water bursts toward Hayden from all sides. Stacey didn`t move a centimeter, but the water pounded around her brother.
He stood there and laughed, as the water turned to ice.
The ice instantly melted as Stacey expanded then contracted the heat bubble still around her, still not moving a centimeter.
He just stood there, he did't care what she did to him. It was funny.
Suddenly, the evaporatedice began whipping wildly around Hayden in a funnel-like shape. It slowly began lifting him off of the ground.
He just stood there, he rolled his eyes at her.
Stacey snapped her fingers and the ice froze in mid-air, hanging there as if time itself had been frozen. "You`re no fun. If we were outside, I`m sure you wouldn`t be standing there like you are now." She complained smugly.
