Alexis slowly walked down to the lake.  She was hoping to maybe go swimming since it was a rather nice day out.  When walked out of the forest, and to the lake she saw a boy she didn't recognize.
"Uh, hello."  Alexis greeted him with a polite smile.

"Um..yeah," Draco said, looking away. He wasnt in a pleasant mood at all, but hey..he always acted this nasty.

Alexis looked at him for a long moment.  This boy seemed to be in a bad mood, but she wouldn't let that bother her.  Besides, she hadn't done anything to him that she knew of.
"So your Draco, eh?"  Alexis assumed.
She had heard rumors of this kid.

"Yeah. Thats me. Why do you care?" Draco said, with a sneer.

Alexis smiled wryly.  She sat down on the edge of the beach where the waves began to hit the shore.  She was wearing shorts so she didn't care if she got wet.
"Oh..nothing.  I've heard about you is all."  Alexis pointed out.

"Oh? What have you heard?" Draco asked curiously. Ofcourse there were a number of stories going around about his father being a Death Eater and other things of that sort. But all the same, Draco wondered what Alexis had heard.

Alexis turned to look at Draco this time.  The wind made her hair blow around her face.  She put her arms back and leaned on them, getting splashed by some water.  However, it still didn't bother her.
"Well, mainly I heard that you can be grouchy.  Of course, I wanted to see for myself first."  Alexis answered as she smiled even more.
"I heard a few other things too, but they don't matter."  She added.
Title: Re: sitting by the lake

"If they dont matter so much, then say them," he said, standing up.

Alexis watched him stand up.  She blinked a few times as the bright sun's rays beat down on her.
"Well, something about your parents..."  Alexis added,  "being death eaters."
She didn't know if it was true.  She prefered not to believe such things, but Alexis figured it was okay to tell him.  Maybe it was true.

"Oh...yeah.. well.." Draco stuttered slightly. He didnt really know why he stuttetred. He wasnt ashamed of his parents being Death Eaters. In fact, he was one himself. Still..he wasnt sure if it was safe to completely admit it. Oh well. he thought to himself People already suspect us anyway. And I'm proud to follow the Dark Lord.

Alexis nodded her head with a thoughtful expression.  She looked out to the lake.  The sun was high in the sky and it casted a reflection in the water.
"I'm guessing it was true then."  Alexis concluded, meaning it as a statement.

"Yeah, its true," Draco said, with a rather smug look on his face.

((hey i'm just wondering but, what house are you supposed to be in?))

((Gryffindor.))

Alexis turned to look at Draco, the windo blowing her hair around windly again.
"What about you?"  She asked, obviously curious.

"Oh..me? Well..um..eh... Yes. I am too," he said, rather taken back. He looked down at the ground.
Title: Re: sitting by the lake
Post by: Alexis on June 7, 2009, 11:15:28 AM
Alexis nodded once more, and watched Draco's gaze fall to the ground.  She leaned forward to stand up.
"You seem surprised that I asked."  She commented with a thoughtful expression.

"Yeah.. I uh.. didnt think you would," he muttered, looking back up at her. "Why does it matter? I mean...yaknow.. Why do you care if I am,um,what i am ..or not?"
Title: Re: sitting by the lake
Post by: Alexis on June 7, 2009, 11:23:09 AM
Alexis took a few slow steps forward.  She looked around, then back at Draco.  He didn't seem to mind that she was asking so much about the death eaters or his parents.  She was just so curious to know more.
"Are you in it because of your dad...or is it your own choice?"  Alexis asked.
Title: Re: sitting by the lake
Post by: draco294 on June 7, 2009, 11:29:46 AM
"Ofcourse it was my own choice!" Draco shouted, although he was still rather unsure in his mind. Ofcourse Draco adored being a Death Eater and following Voldemort. But it was still very frightening for him and it was really more of a "tradition" to follow than an actual choice.
Title: Re: sitting by the lake
Post by: Alexis on June 7, 2009, 11:34:05 AM
Alexis looked at him as she waited for Draco to stop shouting.  She blinked a few times and sighed.  She stopped walking, and stood still.
"Must be great..."  Alexis mumbled, tilting her head and looking at the sky.  She was rather unconvinced.
Title: Re: sitting by the lake
Post by: draco294 on June 7, 2009, 11:37:42 AM
"Oh it is, it is. I mean knowing the Dark Lord personally is much different from just hearing about him. Its a great honor," he said, apparently bragging so much that it was unclear to him how much information he could possibly end up saying aloud and not even realize it.
Title: Re: sitting by the lake
Post by: Alexis on June 7, 2009, 11:42:05 AM
Alexis nodded, and looked at Draco with a smile.
"Oh really...whats he like?"  She asked, not really interested.  She was simply taking adavantage of the opportunity.
Title: Re: sitting by the lake
Post by: draco294 on June 7, 2009, 11:52:26 AM
"Terrifying. But still..its an honor. He's called on me personally to.....nevermind. Forget I said anything," Draco said, his voice slowly fading. What am I doing?! he thought to himself. I let slip this plan and I'm dead!

((well..haha i guess this is apparently going to happen around the time of Draco's 6th year. so that he can be the one chosen to kill off ole Dumbledore))
Title: Re: sitting by the lake
Post by: Alexis on June 7, 2009, 11:55:22 AM
Alexis raised an eyebrow, and took another step forward.
"Called on you personally?  Whatever it is..."  She trailed of suggestively,  "it must be an honor."

((Hehe I guess it works.))

"Well..uh..yes.. yes it is. a great honor," Draco mumbled. "Ya know, I really should be going" he added, as he quickly began to walk away, heading back towards the school.
Title: Re: sitting by the lake

Alexis stood still, and stared at Draco as he stepped away.
"Honestly, you're not as bad as you think you are."  She said suddenly, loud enough for him to hear.
Title: Re: sitting by the lake

Draco stopped in his tracks then slowly turned around to face Alexis. "What?! What are you talking about?" he said angrily, pulling out his wand..force of habit.
Title: Re: sitting by the lake
Post by: Alexis on June 8, 2009, 08:43:58 AM
Alexis pressed her lips together, and stared at Draco.  She raised one eyebrow.
"Honestly, I see how you act.  You seem pretty indecisive about the death eaters yet you claim to love being with them.  I see what your are trying to put off, but its not working."  Alexis said, glancing at his wand.
Title: Re: sitting by the lake
Post by: draco294 on June 8, 2009, 09:02:50 AM
"What?! Ugh, why you filthy little... Who do you think you are? You know nothing about me! I love serving the Dark Lord! I've been chosen directly by him for something vitally important and I am very proud to say so!" Draco shouted, as he stomped back over to Alexis, his wand still pointed towards her.
Title: Re: sitting by the lake
Post by: Alexis on June 8, 2009, 09:10:45 AM
Alexis looked up at Draco now.  She held both of her hands up defensively.
"Why don't you show it?  I see what you are trying to hide!"  She said loudly.
Title: Re: sitting by the lake
Post by: draco294 on June 9, 2009, 12:18:34 PM
"Oh really now? And what do you suppose I'm trying to hide?" Draco sneered, his face turning red with fury. He kept his wand pointed at her.
Title: Re: sitting by the lake
Post by: Alexis on June 10, 2009, 12:47:47 AM
Alexis narrowed her eyes at Draco.
"Perhaps the fact that you really hate the death eaters?"  She pointed out in an angry tone.

Draco looked around, then back at Alexis. He kept his wand pointed at her as he took a step forward. "And what makes you think that?" he asked, with a slightly forced sneer.
Title: Re: sitting by the lake

Alexis looked at him, and moved her hands back.
"I can see it in your eyes whenever you speak of them."  She replied.

"Listen here, I'm proud of what I do!" Draco sneered, taking another step forward. "Dont you dare think otherwise!"
Title: Re: sitting by the lake
Post by: Alexis on June 12, 2009, 07:42:32 AM
Alexis raised her eyebrow again, and crossed her arms across her chest.
"You wouldn't."  Alexis threatened.  She was obviously trying to get him mad, and apparently it was working.
Title: Re: sitting by the lake
Post by: draco294 on June 13, 2009, 02:06:49 AM
"I would!" Draco shouted, angrily. He still had his wand pointed at Alexis, but he wasnt paying much attention to what he was doing. He was thinking about everything. At first, Draco loved being a Death Eater;its all he ever dreamed of. But as time went on and Voldemort got stronger, more powerful, and more demanding, Draco's "affection" started to wear down a bit. True he was still proud of what he was doing...but it was more something he was being scared into doing. Voldemort was threatening Draco to get him to do things for him. It was getting harder and harder.

As Draco's focus returned to Alexis and the surroundings, he took another step closer. He was angry and it was very visible in his eyes.

Post by: Alexis on June 13, 2009, 05:42:10 AM
Alexis took a short step back, but not as if she was afraid of him.  She wasn't going to show him any weakness.
"Why don't you do something instead of only threatening me?"  She suggested, narrowing her eyes.
Title: Re: sitting by the lake
Post by: draco294 on June 13, 2009, 12:58:49 PM
Draco could feel the anger swelling up inside himself. He really wasnt sure why he was so angry..but it was about to get the better of him. He was about to do something terrible..but he wanted to make a point. He didnt want Alexis to know that he had to be threatened and scared into doing all the things he did as a Death Eater. He took another step closer, raised his wand a bit, and made sure it was pointed right at Alexis before shouting "Crucio!" louder than ever.

Alexis flew back on the ground.  She curled up into a ball as she writhed in pain.  She closed her eyes tightly as she ground her teeth together.  After what seemed like ages of this neverending, unbearable pain, Alexis quickly took out her wand, and pointed it at Draco.
"Incendio!"  She yelled as she gasped for air.
Instantly, a large flame flew towards Draco.
Title: Re: sitting by the lake
Post by: draco294 on June 17, 2009, 12:13:32 PM
The flame hit Draco and caught fire to his robe. Draco screamed in shock as his robe began to sear. "Aguamenti!" Draco shouted, his wand pointed at his burning robe. Water shot from his wand and instantly put the fire out.
"Why you little..." He began..but his voice cut off as he squinted his eyes angrily and pointed his wand at Alexis once more. For a splt second, Draco pondered what spell to use. His mind hovered over the killing curse for just a moment...but he decided against it. Instead, he simply shouted "Expelliarmus!"

Instantly Alexis' wand flew out of her hand, and hit against a large tree nearby where they stood.  She watched the wand fall to the ground.  However, it was too far away for her to reach it.  Alexis turned her head back to Draco, and waited to see what he would do next.

Draco sblack personed with a smug look on his face. "Accio Alexis's wand," Draco said, and her wand came to him. He tucked it neatly in his robe pocket before snearing "Ooh, Alexis has no wand. What ever will you do now?" He ended with a chuckle.

Heather came down to the grounds and saw a boy had his wand pointed at a girl, that from reading his mind he was Draco Malfoy, she had heard of him, his parents being death eaters, there were rumors of him actually being one himself. Then she turned to read the girl's mind and found out that the girl's name was Alexis Cleveland. She ran down the slight slope and stepped in between the two and yelled at Malfoy "You will do no such thing! Expelliarmus! Accio Draco's wand", as his wand flew towards the tree in changed course and landed in her hand. "Accio Alexis' wand!" Alexis' wand flew from Draco's pocket and landed in her hand, she pocketed Draco's wand in her jeans. She tossed Alexis' wand at Alexis and stepped out from between them.

She climbed up the tree by the lake shore, and sat their comfortably in her black jeans, black sneakers, and white t-shirt the went down to in between her knees and hips. Her long hair tucked into her baseball cap.

"What the.... Hey! Get down here!" Draco yelled, looking up at Heather. "Who do you think you are?! You cant just take my wand!! Give it back..now!!"
He looked around and realized that Alexis now had her wand back and that he had none. Oh boy.. he thought to himself.

((Woahh, that was kind of random.  I'll go with it though!))

Alexis looked down at her hand, and saw that she had her wand back.  It all happened in such a short amount of time.  However, Alexis took the opportunity, and pointed her wand at Draco.
"What are you going to do now?"  She asked, raising an eyebrow.

"I...uh...well... You know I was just messing around, right? I was..um..eh..never going to seriously do anything.." Draco stuttered, backing up against the tree that Heather was in. He looked up at Heather once more. "Come on! Please give me my wand back!" he whispered, although rather harshly.
Title: Re: sitting by the lake

Alexis stepped forward closer to Draco.  She was smiling, but it wasn't friendly.  Not at all.  She stepped close enough to Draco that her wand was poking him in the chest.
"Messing around, eh?"  She inquired.  "I don't think you were.."  Alexis said as she shook her head slowly.

Alexis watched as Draco fell to the ground.  She stared at him for a few long moments.  She then realized, as she saw him laying there, that she would never stoop down to his level.  Slowly, Alexis lowered her wand.

Draco noticed Alexis lower her wand. He stared back at her in confusion. There was a moment of silence; finally Draco muttered, "What are you doing??" He sat up but stayed on the ground.

Alexis shook her head, and took a few steps back.  She continued to stare at Draco.
"I don't want to be that person.  I don't want to hurt you, even though you may deserve it.  I'm not that person.  "  She whispered quietly.

Alexis stared at Draco as he sat up.  Neither of them said a word to each other, and she was fine with that.  She turned to Avalee with a confused expression.  She didn't know the girl, but still continued to stay quiet.  Alexis took a step back away from Draco, and turned her head.

Avalee knew she shouldn't have been there. She was scared. She was new to this strange school. She just stood there, arms tight around her chest waiting for someone to say something.

Heather laughed as Draco begged for his wand back, and then watched the scene unfold in front of her, then noticed Alexis stop and lower her wand. Heather rolled her eyes and dropped Draco's wand from the tree to the ground. Then she noticed another girl and says "Hello Avalee! These two are done... Or at least that's what I think."
Title: Re: sitting by the lake

Avalee just stared. That girl was pretty cheer to have almost watched two students kill each other.

Draco quickly bent down and picked up his wand. He gripped it tightly but held it down at his side. He still said nothing.

Post by: purpleraincloud on July 12, 2009, 09:55:38 AM
"Well.....?!" Avalee prompted angrily. She had a headache, and was just plain crabby. She wondered why two people could hate each other that much. But she was young, new and naive.
Title: Re: sitting by the lake
Post by: Miss Xantier on July 12, 2009, 10:39:03 AM
Heather smiled at Avalee and says "Thats a very good question. That young boy just below me is the one and only Draco Malfoy. The most hated Slytherin, among the school. It's rumored that his parents are Death Eaters. That is why the young lady over there, Alexis, who is a Gryffindor, hates him. The Slytherins and Gryffindors are known enemies. By the way, I read minds."
Title: Re: sitting by the lake

Alexis looked at Heather with a confused expression.  She wondered how she could know so much about her.  It wasn't until she clarified that she read minds that it made sense.
She took a few steps to the side, ignoring Draco now.   She almost dared him to try something now.
Title: Re: sitting by the lake
Post by: draco294 on July 13, 2009, 03:02:50 AM
Draco wasnt sure what to say. He still wasnt sure why Alexis hadnt even tried to curse him. He appreciated it though. He really did..but it wasnt in his nature to show it. So he covered it up with arrogance and self-assurance.
"So..." he looked at Alexis now with a smug expression on his face. "You're too scared to fight me! Even when i was defenseless. Ha! And I thought Gryffindors were supposed to be brave."
The smug expression looked as if it was permanently stuck upon his pale, pointed face as he leaned up against the tree beside him.
Title: Re: sitting by the lake
Post by: Miss Xantier on July 13, 2009, 03:17:24 AM
Heather shook her head, and says in Draco's mind You shouldn't of said that. she then gestured for Avalee to come over to where she was, so that she was safe from the battle. Heather watched the Gryffindor and Slytherin. It was instinct for those two kinds to fight. It was mainly evil (Slytherin) versus good (Gryffindor).
Title: Re: sitting by the lake
Post by: Alexis on July 13, 2009, 04:36:03 AM
Alexis sighed and rolled her eyes over dramatically with her back turned towards Draco.  She smiled at Avalee as Heather dragged her away from them, most likely for she wouldn't get hurt if another fight broke out.  Alexis turned around to Draco, facing him now.  She then quickly pulled out her wand, and pointed it towards him.
"Expelliarmus!"  Alexis said quickly, making Draco's wand fly out of his hand and hit a tree.
She smiled even more, and pointed her wand towards him again.
"Levicorpus."  She muttered.  The spell made Draco become dangled upside down by his ankles.
Title: Re: sitting by the lake
Post by: Miss Xantier on July 13, 2009, 05:11:49 AM
Heather smiled and clapped as Alexis took away Draco's wand and then hanging him by his ankles. Then non-verbally she grew Draco's hair a little longer and then put pig-tails in and put makeup on him and transfiguring his outfit into a little girl's outfit. Heather stashed her wand in her pocket and giggles at Draco's outfit, he probably blame it on Alexis, but who said anything about Ravenclaws not hating Slytherins?
Title: Re: sitting by the lake
Post by: draco294 on July 13, 2009, 09:27:26 AM
Everything happened really fast. One minute Draco was leaned up against a tree, smug as ever. Next thing he knows he is wandless, dangling in the air by his ankles, and dressed like a girl. "Hey! Get me down here! I mean it!" he shouted at them. "Just wait until my father hears about this! You'll be sorry!!"
Title: Re: sitting by the lake
Post by: Miss Xantier on July 13, 2009, 10:27:16 AM
Heather then replied in a sarcastic tone "Oooh, gonna go get daddy now. Ya right! I think we should keep you like this for a long time. Your father doesn't scare me, I think I can take care of a few death eaters." she wasn't scared of Lucius Malfoy, even if he was a death eater. Heather then thought, I should be in Gryffindor! Nah, being a Ravenclaw is better.

"Are you done now?"  Alexis asked.

((How can she let him down?  Oh well!))

Alexis watched as Draco fell to the ground.  She giggled, but inside she almost felt bad for him.  Almost.  She then turned her head, and watched Heather ran away from him, even though she didn't understand why.  There was nothing to be afraid of.
"You're down."  Alexis pointed out with a grin.

"Really? I had no idea," Draco sneered, sarcastically from the ground. "I'm still dressed like a girl, ya know," he added.

"Hmmm, I don't think I will be undoing that! And, I have pictures of you like this! You'll never get them, and I have blackmail, so if I hear of you bullying another first year or student. Then this will be posted on all of the notice boards, or maybe just have a huge blown up version of it next to the Great Hall for all to see." Heather smirked, No kid was to ever be bullied by Malfoy ever again, unless he wanted to be embarrassed.

Draco stood up from the ground and turned to Alexis. "Give me my wand now!" he demanded, angrily.

Alexis took a step back, but not as if she was afraid.  She kept her wand in her hand, gripping it tightly.
"No."  She decided.  "If you're going to use it again on me or someone else, is there any reason?"

"I just want my wand back!" Draco shouted, his face turning red with fury.

((Sorry.))

Alexis rolled her eyes over dramatically, and pointed to his wand.
"Don't do anything stupid."  She said with an angry tone.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah," Draco said quickly, as he reached out to grab his wand.

Alexis sighed, and shook her head. She took a few steps, and watched Draco with a raised eyebrow.

"Afraid?" Draco smirked, with a grin on his face. He stood up straight and gripped the wand tight.

Heather looked at him, she still held her wand and if he made any move to Alexis or her and Avalee she could easily just deflect it away with a flick of her wand. She says to Draco "If your talking to me, I'm not in the slightest."

Alexis giggled in a mocking way.  She lifted her head, and looked at Draco with a bright smile, her teeth shining in the light.
"Afraid of what?  What are you going to do, throw your wand at me?"  She teased him.

Draco's face turned bright red, in anger and embarassment both. He raised his wand higher. "Don't test me," he said, sneering.

((doood, something exciting needs to happen))

(Death eaters??? Death?)

Heather laughed at him and says "You wouldn't dare, you're too much of a girl."  She smirked, he would definately shoot a curse or hex at her and she would deflect it back at him, unless it was an unforgivable then she would just redirect it somewhere else.

((an unforgiveable curse sounds good right about now))

Draco was fuming with anger now. He raised his wand a bit higher. "Eat this," he said under his breath, with a glare in his eyes. "CRUCIO!" he shouted, as the curse shot from his wand towards Heather.

Heather smirked and with a flick of her wrist she deflected the unforgivable. She shook her head, "Naught, Naughty. You're a very bad boy. I bet the Headmaster wouldn't mind seeing this memory! Then you'll most likely to have detention for the rest of the year and be banned from all fun activities. Or be expelled."

((Please don't God-mod too much.))
Alexis rolled her eyes, and pointed her wand at Draco.
"Expelliarmus."  Shu mumbled again.  Instanly, the wand flew out of his hands yet again.

Alexis smiled, and picked up his wand.  She looked at it for a few long moments before lifting her head to Draco.
"When are you ever going to learn?"  She asked.

Draco was unconcerned about his wand at this moment. He took a step closer to Heather, squinted his eyes slightly, and muttered, "You wouldnt."

"Oh, I would!" She took a step closer, smirking at him. She wouldn't mind telling the headmaster of their encounter and then have him banned from all events and in detention for the rest of the year.

Alexis sighed, feeling impatient.  She didn't have time for people telling on one another, she only wanted this silly argument to end.  She took out her wand again, and pointed it at Draco.
"Flipendo."  She mumbled, making Draco fall backwards onto his back.  "Are we done, or do you still want to tell on one another?"

Draco fell backwards onto the ground. He gazed up at Alexis, giving her an angry look. "I havent done anything wrong," he sneered.
