Alexis kneeled down so she could hear him better.  "Well, I didn't go to any classes today.  But, they are okay."  She answered. She sat down now and hugged her knees.  "What house do you want to switch to?"  Alexis asked as she looked at him.  She took her hood off since it was too much of a pain to keep on, with the wind like this.

Markus sighed and looked at her. "I'm not sure.  Anyone besides this. But....."he sighed again. Then he said to himself,what if the hat was right and i'm meant for slytherin??? Where does that leave me???

Markus noticed the look of boredem and said something quickly. "Not really. I've been kind of busy I guess. Well it was nice meeting you Albus. Maybe I'll see you later." He gave the waitress some money and got up to  walk away. As soon as he stepped out of the place he sighed. He had taken millions of good pictures of winter. He was really starting to think that he wasn't going to find someone to get along with. Like a best friend.

Markus walked into the shop. He saw two girls and that was about it besides a couple other guys. He decided to just walk around and see what he could find.

Markus noticed the look on Albus's face and wondered what he was thinking. "Well I'm a photographer so...yeah. How bout you?"he said also trying to get a conversation going.

Markus turned off his camera and looked up. It was Lexi. "Hey..uh...yeah. They were okay. I'm not exactly liked in my house but I plan on talking to the headmaster to see if I can switch."he said. He had been thinking about the first class he had went to. He just wasn't liked and he didn't belong there. "So how were your classes?"he said.

Markus smiled. He took a butterbeer too and tried to copy what Albus had done. Should he tell Albus about him being in Slytherin. Well he would figure out eventually so why not? "That's cool. I'm in slytherin..."Markus said trying to just smile about it.

Markus hadn't noticed when the guy had sat down next to him. So when he spoke he jumped and nearly dropped his camera. He recovered and looked up to examine him. "Hi Albus. I'm Markus. Nice to meet you." he said holding out his hand. "So what house are you in?"he asked knowing albus was close to his age of 14.

Markus saw Lexi go outside. He stopped for a minute and wondered if he should go eat or go outside. Outside seemed like a great place to be. He hadn't gotten along with any of the slytherins he had met today so....he zipped up his jacket and went out. It was really windy so he put his hood up and went to find a tree to sit under. He had his camera so he decided to take some pictures. He found a good spot and sat down to review some pictures first.

He looked at Lexi as he passed feeling terrible for just up and leaving. Maybe the hat had known something he didn't. As he walked down the halls he thought about this. Something in his heart told him it was his background. His heart was telling him differently. Finally he got to potions and barely paid attention. That seemed to be the same for all his classes. Finally it was dinnertime and he walked to the great hall alone.

Markus sat in his booth. The threee broomsticks was so crowed he had to hold his drink between his legs because people were constantly bumping into to tables and people. He was looking at his camera, cleaning it and reviewing the pictures. When he was down he exited from review and started taking pictures of the place. It looked like an old picture. People laughing and people moving. He couldn't wait to print it out later.

Markus looked up for a second then looked down. He just nodded. "Well...I got to get going....first class."he said going back to his bed to pick up his schedule. Why did he have to be such a downer. He needed to get happy.

Markus's smile dropped a little. "Well...."he said. How could he explain it? "Well.....my family....it...well....lets just say that my family are a bunch of Voldy worshippers and I kind of left them when I was ten."he said looking down and nervously running his fingers through his hair.

sorry i couldn't that much. i kind of look at some profiles to get some ideas so yeah it's gonna sound familiar. thanks though.

Markus sighed with relief. "Good. I was thinking it was gonna be another Slytherin. I hate that I got stuck here. Uh..by the way...my name's Markus. How about you?"he asked feeling more confident now that he knew she wasn't an evil snob.
