He's my fav. actor. He only chooses roles that he thinks would be fun or interesting (like Jodie Foster) I haven't seen many of his movies, but I've seen Sleepy Hollow, From Hell... weird movies, but very good.

Ya!! I LOVE Jodie Foster as well. Have you seen What's Eating Gilbert Grape? It has Johnny Depp in it. The movie is soooooo good.

Jodie Foster is fabulous... like in Contact (terrific movie).

I did see What's Eating Gilbert Grape. I thought it was sooo sad. But Leo DeCaprio played a very good retarded person... makes one think... lol

Well, he is, look at the movies he's done...Many of which I don't believe anyone else could have pulled off...like Edd Wood. I personaly did not like the movie but, Depp had a wounderfull poerformance. once again :thumbsup:

I agree Hermione, I don't really care for Hewiett either... Still haven't seem Pirates of.. And I think I'll wait till it comes to the drive-in. Usaually after it is done in reg theaters.

We don't have a drive-in here anymore... it kinda sucks. Oh well.

I haven't seen the Tuxedo, but I heard that it was worse that Jackie Chan's first movies. And those are pretty horrid.

Yeah, Depp makes it all worthwhile. My first love. I am compelled to the strange, dark, and perverse, and Depp satisfies me like no other actor can. ;D
Have you seen the 9th Gate? Great little Polanski/Depp film. With a subject matter I find interesting to boot.

Not to mention the movie that made him, EDWARD SCISSORHANDS!!!! BY THE GREAT TIM master of modern art films BURTON.

YES!! Tim Burton is among my favorite directors...Love the dark way he does them...I even liked The Nightmare Before Christmas..lol Great work as far as I am concerned..

Oh yes, Tim Burton is my favorite director. All his movies hold that gothic feeling. Like Nightmare Before Christmas and the Batman Series. fabulous *.*

Yes, I've seen Fear and loathing and I liked it..Also, Burton didn't do all the Batman movies, only the first two..if you pay attention, you can tell, the difference..*Shrugs* awe well...
