Ugh. Yeah, I saw it and hated it. Gets my vote for worst of the year...

Peter Jackson is a horrible director, he doesn't even know how to end a movie. He focused too much attention on a CGI character, and not enough on the live action characters. John Rhyss Davies character is just there for comedic relief. Melodramatic soap-opera quality dialogue. Except for Ian McKellan, the actors didn't seem very interesting. Viggo Mortenson could have been great, if he were given more to do. Instead we get a clone of Jar Jar Binks chewing screen time.

My only hope that he doesn't ruin King Kong (The classic original, not the crappy remakes) any more than they already have.

I looked forward that film...I think it is perfect...I don't agree with you snape...peter jackson finished it beautiful...also the wars are perfect...I like it very much...my favourite charecter is legolas...but I like Elijah wood and  want to mett with him...

You're right too! I especially loved it when Sam heroicly saved Frodo and carried him to where he was going to throw the Ring! I didn't like Frodo there so much 'cause he was so WIRED!
