The mysterious wand
Harry is having fun this summer, he can now use his wand! Dursleys are very frightened and keep out of his way as much as possible. But he's not as happy as he should be. on his birthday, Ron, Hermione and Hagrids packages arrived, but the absence of sirius's package made him feel emty.

He had loved the others presents of course, but he would always miss Sirius. Harry looked for his cusion in the living room. Nope, not here, he must be hiding. Harry just had to have some fun with him before he left.
he looked for dudley in the park. surprsingly, dudley wasn't there beating up little kids. so harry sat on the swings and gazed at the trees. suddenly, something moved there. harry thought of Doby, but when he looked, it was something else...
...something else... Harry took out his wand and prepared to fight something evil. But Mrs.Figg's cat jumped out instead. Harry sighed, then a green shot of light flew out from a nearby bush.
the green light missed harry-luckily, for it was a avada cadavara spell. harry whipped around, wand out, slowly advanced towards the bush...
Mundagus jumped out, grinning shyly," Sorry, Harry, missed by an inch" "What are you doing?" Harry asked, almost thinking Mundagus must work for vold mort. " Oh, right, thought the cat was some evil creature, Dumbledore's orders! Keeping an eye on you.
harry was annoyed. "the spell could've killed me! and anyway, i don't need people babysitting me." then he caught a sight of a wand, uncovered by mrs figg's cat. he picked it up, and a strange sensation came over him...
The scar on Harry's forehead hurt really badly, the wand had a strange feeling, but held a familier sensation. Mundungus came over to harry to try to get the wand out, but the wand seemed to be stuck...
no matter how harry tries, he can't get rid of the wand. Mundungus muttered,"why does everything bad has to happen on my shift?" to harry, he said, "lets go to dumbledore, he'll be at the Headquaters today.' harry, however, is reluctant to go back to sirius's house...
"but i need to get my stuff" Harry explained." oh, okay, but be careful, i'll go with you" *** Harry felt the breeze going on his face, it felt great, when they got to the landing, making sure no one saw them, Harry thought the address, the door appeared and harry knocked.....
lupin opened the door. "hello harry." his face looks tired and prematurely lined. harry explained his purpose for coming.
"Dumbledore will be by tonight, come in."
harry went in, not looking at everything because they remind him of sirius...
Hermoine and Ron ran towards him, hugging and greeting each other, Ginny did the same,but shyly. The twin brothers appropriated and scared Harry half to deaf, but it was strange seeing Kreacher greeting Harry, the elf tried to take Harry's jacket, but Harry was filled with disgust and moved on,not noticing Kreacher.
why is kreacher suddenly being nice? harry wondered briefly, then forgot all about it. all he can remember is that kreacher betrayed sirius.
it was nice seeing his friends again, but he cant bear to stay in the house. he asked, "can i go outside?' "sure, there's the backyard." mrs weasley said.
the backyard was weedy and full of surprises...
