*sits at the edge of the forest against the base of a tree, staring out over the completely deserted grounds as the sun just begins to rise in the distance, quietly thinking*

*flys over as a phenix and sees Zack. lands and turns back.*

*he doesn`t notice her yet, for his eyes reamain locked upon the glassy surface of the water, the unnerving silence itself becoming rather loud as he remains still, staring blankly*
*had heard a familiar voice, and looks ahead of her. see Zack, and Harry too. smiles and walks over to them* hey guys *continues to smile, then notices Zack and his odd concentration on the lake. backs up a step, after looking at the lake* Zack? you ok? *puts a hand on his shoulder*
*at her touch, he jumps, blinking a bit, then looks up at her* yeah. Yeah, I`m fine..*he looks back at the lake, a curious, yet confused look etched over his features* something odd is about the lake...I can feel it...
*stands there and watches with him* what's not odd abou it? *says it a bit sarcastically and then stares at, a weird look of hate on her face*
*looks at her* Whats wrong?
*turns towards him* i don't like water. *shrugs and then turns back around*

I know from experience that you shoundn't shrug of feeling. They almost always have a reason.
*Sits atop the castle parapet looking down over the lake and her friends, she is in Dragon form, doing what she loves to do, watch. Her massive wings are folded at her back and her glowing emerald eyes shine with a dragons fire. She lets out a little rumble from deep with in her throat, knowing too, that something just isnt right.*
he is right. what is it? you can tell me. *looks a bit concerned now. hears the roar and looks around in the sky*
*Tucks her head between her wings and closes her eyes and goes to sleep, not just any sleep, but an almost enchanted, dragon's sleep, her soft breathing can be heard down on the lawn of the school grounds and in the castle it's self. She sleeps on and on*

*Looks up* Hey its Kiara. *waves at his sister*
*finally spots out Kiara and smiles. notices she is asleep so doesn't wave. sighs and then turns back to Zach*
*he sighs, then whispers as if quietly reassuring himself* probably nothing.... *he stands next to Isis and offers a small smile down at her, but it suddenly fades, and his head jerks toward the lake again**he begins to walk toward the lake, and when stops at the edge of it, the surface begins to ripple*
*watchs the water as t ripples ready for anything*
*his eyes darken as he sort of subconciously slips from himself, as if he were watching in second person**his hands extend before him over the water, and the surface becomes more rugged and wavier, and he closes his eyes, his total concentration focused on the water*
Zack? *takes a few steps closer towards him, but stays a ways away, not wanting to get any closer to the water. looks a bit confused and watches closely*
*sees them from the forest and walks over* Whats going on?
I don't really know, but i don't think it's good.

no...*he whispers the word very quietly, then opens his eyes once more, and the lake freezes, then falls back into a glassy, eerie stillness**his hands drop down to his sides tiredly, as the magic seems to have drained all his energy, and he stares blankly down into the water, a slight sigh escaping his lips, and if one were to look upon him then, they would get the feeling as if they were looking upon a wolf, tail between legs, head bowed as it sits upon its haunches. Young, yet aged and tired, weighed down by a mysterious burden*
*is silent for a moment, and then quietly speaks* Zack? are you ok?
*he turns to look over at her* yes. I need to speak with Fudge. *he turns and heads toward the castle*
*stands there in the cool dampness of the morning for a bit, and then turns back to Ginny and Harry*.... well, i think i'm just gonna go back to my room... cya 'round *smiles and walks back to the castle as well*
*sits up in dorm, fishing through his things, then after he finally finds his cloak through his mess of things, (like my real room, actually :P) he slips it over his shoulders and heads back to the front of the castle*

*gets to dorm and changes into pants, and a plain white shirt, and then heads down to the common room, decidng to skip breakfast*

*he appears back in the common room an hour or so later, looking rather flustered, but he offers a small smile when he sees her* hey
*perks up and looks over at him* hey! *smiles* so, what's up?
*he frowns and sighs, ploping himself onto the couch at her side* Fudge. *he growls* he claims he ''didn`t know that his officials were tearing down the forest. *he shakes his head* honestly...
*smirks and then sighs*
*he smiles at her, then kisses her on the forehead* so what have you been doing?
*smiles* just waiting for you to get back.
*he smiles at her* well, I`m back
*smiles and rests head on his shoulder*
*he kisses her forehead once more, then wraps his arm around her shoulders, his eyes following a pale bird as it flys in circles around the ceiling*
*closes eyes, a bit tired*
*he gently slides the blanket off the back of the couch and covers her with it, then settles back, his eyes again following the bird, and he laughs softly as the bird smacks into a wood beam*
*opens eyes at the sound of his laughter* what's so funny? *smiles then looks around the room*
I think the bird is a little dumb..*he laughs agian, as it hits yet another beam* I just realized, its Fudges, too. *he laughs full heartedly, then, a grin spread across his features* its caught the curse!
*giggles and then looks up at him, curiously* what curse?
why, Fudge, of course. The man brings one unknowingly to everything he touches! And then of course, it might be our blessed curse. *he smiles at her, a mischevious glint in his eyes*
*smiles back at him*

*he closes his eyes and begins to drift off, but is awakened again by a screech, and he gets up and walks beneath the bird, jumping, trying to catch it, as it has a letter for him, but, obviously, it doesn`t want to be caught* ruddy bird! *it screeches again* SHUTUP! * he jumps again, and misses it once more**he growls, then jumps again, reaching for it*
*jerks up at the sound of the bird, and watches as Zach tries to reach it*
*he jumps again, and this time catches the bird by the middle, but he lands back down at the edge of the table, and suddenly the other end is in the air as it flips and comes crashing down over him on the floor with a loud thud, and underneath the extreme mess of broken lamp glass and wood chips(and table) and papers, his laugh can be heard, as the bird lets out a sigh like whistle of relief, as it sits tucked under his arm*
*gasps and jerks up* Zack! are you ok?? *can hear his laugh and sighs in relief, then starts to move all of the broken items off of his back*
*he turns and sits up, grinning* caught him. *laughs, then attempts to pull the letter from the birds clamped beak*
*smiles and then says a charm and the table and the lamp and everything else on it is back to the way it was before it broke. smiles and then watches as he struggles to get the letter*
*smiles at her* thanks *looks back at the bird and finally forces the letter from its mouth, then shakes his head, releasing it, letting it fly off* honestly....*he laughs a bit, the tears the envelope open*
*giggles and then watches as the bird flys out the window. the walks up to zack* is it a letter?
I think so...*he reads it* thats odd...Fudge wants me to come back to the ministry...*he turns it over, then back again* doesn`t say why..*he frowns, then stands next to her* I wonder

*walks with her to the edge of the grounds, then takes her hand and apparates to the entry to the Ministry and enters, looking around the crowded halls as they weave through the bustles of people*
*holds his hand, not wanting to get lost and continues to make her way through the crowd*
*he finally spots the elevator, and then leads the way into it, pushing the button for some floors up*

Ginny, Harry. Its Fudge..*his voice lowers to an angry growl, and the grass beneath them stands straight on end, and continues walking, out of the clearing into the heavier brush* again. The man doesn`t do anything right, and he`s been destroying the forest, along with the animals that reside in that part. *his voice grows angrier, and more vicious still, and he transforms into his wolf form, and begins to run, his heavy paws thudding soundlessly as his legs extend farther as he picks up speed**he jumps around the brush easily, as if he were another lurking shadow, silently slipping through undisturbed**he keeps the pace to the other side of the forest, in which he arrives at far earlier than the rest, and in which he stops, staring sadly about the ruined land, dead carcasses littered about just about everywhere, and it was in his eyes, that a recognising flame burned*
*he walks gently around the fallen objects, then stops in the center of it, tail curled around his side, his head drooped to look at a small animal before him, and as he does so, the earth grows deathly still, the red sky, bloodied**then suddenly he extends a paw and shakes the wolf cub, and the small lump awakens, its small yelp drowned out in meer exhaustion as it collapses, asleep, into the fur at his side**he sighs, then sends to them all*

*finally catches up with them, and then stares at the pup in his arms. feels his pain, and then reallynotices just how much damage Fudge has caused, and a tear runs down her cheek. remain silent and follows closely behind him*
*ports in and finches as he feels all the pain in the area* So much pain and loss. How could someone do such a thing. >:( *his eyes flash red* I won't let fuge hurt anything else in this forest.
*stands up and wipes her eyes, cursing Fudge under her breath*d**nable, stupid, idiotic, f***ing Fudge............*looks at Zach* He's worried about the animales rebeling. I'll show him rebelling. The animals who were running to the castle, hear her yells and run faster*

*he looks at Harry, glad, for his wounds were only minor; a small, deep tear in the skin, here or there, and many cuts and bruises, but none life-threatening, from the unnamed beasts joned with the Death Eaters, and he is now very thankful toward him* thank you. *he nods at Ginny as she begins toward the castle, and puts his sword before him again, and sinks back to the earth, fighting again to keep them back*
*catchs up with the animals and floats down to them. Walks up to tika and strocks her* Now My Dear, you must take me to the castle as fast as you can.*hops onto Tikas back and they take of, going even faster than when ginny was flying*
*yells to Zack* Hold on to something. Its going to get really windy *starts to spin really fast. he turns him self into a tornado a picks up everyone and throws them into the air*
*reaches the castle and runs up to the great hall where dinner is going on. Bursts in and glares at the students and runs up to dumbledore* The war....Proffeser! The other side of the forest. We need help! Their clearing the way for Voldem0rt! *when she says his name, several people scream. Ignors them* We need Kiara! Now! And Max!
~zack cover me, I will be dizy when i stop and it will take a bit of time for me to be able to cast a spell~
*he nods, then makes his way over to Harry, and then fights back to back with him when he does reach him*
