Kiara sat up in bed, turned the covers down and then lightly and quietly got out, not wanting to disturb Max, then after slipping her slippers onto her feet, she pulled on her robe and headed out to the living room, sat on the couch and stared at the wall.
*yawns,unable to sleep as well,brushes his hair out of his face,having not cut it in a while* *gets up*m-morning,kiara. *smiles*
Kiara looked up at him and though she offered a smile, it lacked the proper happiness of her norm. She then looked back at the wall again and was silent for a moment.
"Oh, morning Max." She said finally.
*sits down next to her*something the matter?*lays his head on her shoulder*
Automatically her hand goes to his hair and she runs her fingers through his locks, just as she always had.
"Ya, something's not right with me, though I can't really put a finger to it just now. I had the most terrible dream last night." She replied, her eyes still staring at the wall.
-*puts an arm around her comfortingly*what was it like?
She was quiet for a few more moments before she answered. This usually meant that she was about to relate something he probably didn't want to hear.
"The Shadow was back." She answered him shortly; knowing she really need not elaborate on how well the dream went after that.
*bites his lower lip*well...It was only a dream....*doesn't sound very sure*
Kiara shook her head. "No, it was more than a dream..." She lifted her arm and pulled back the sleeve of her robe and showed him a new and most strange mark on the under part of her arm.
It was a symbol, much the same as the dark mark; only this one had a pentagram with a snake winding through it, instead of a skull.
"She put it on me in my dream."
*stares at it in awe**gets up*she's back...*sighs*what are we going to do?
Kiara didn't say a word; she just let her arm fall back to her lap and looked up at Max.
Truth was, she didn't have a clue as to what they could do. All she knew was that this was going to be a long journey. She just hoped that this time, they'd be able to stop her, she wondered suddenly how in the world the Shadow woke again.
*sighs and falls back on the couch*we'll figure out something,I guess...*kisses her,hoping to make her feel better*
Having him nest to her always made her feel better, though this time, she was still fearful, she sighed.
"I'm sorry Max, it just seems as though every time something goes right, there is yet another thing in our path." She laughed little, though sarcastically. "I suppose if you desire a life with out boredom, you get one, be it what you were actually seeking or not." She said, shaking her head.
*kisses her again*it'll be okay....(g2g)
She sighed and closed her eyes.
"I hope so Max, I really hope so..." She wasn't convinced and though she knew he wasn't either, she appreciated his attempt to cheer her up.

Moloch could help, Thogh, i don't know for sure. Do you think he might knwo somehting that we don't? Awe, well, he usualy does." She replied, taking a deep breath.

Moloch walks over to max and takes his hand in a welcoming shake then turns to Kiara who still sat upon the couch looking for all the world as if she was about to go insane.
"It has happened, she is awakening" he said to her, his gruff, demon's voice coming out with a hint of fear behind it.
Kiara looked up at him and sighed.
"Yes, it is coming, there must be something we can do to put her back to sleep." She answered him, her emerald eyes searching both Max and her guardian.
*looks at kiara,then her guardian*is there something we can do?
There is little we can do, for now. I feel that we may have more to worry about then just The Shadow though. It seems to me that that incredible genius that is your father, Kiara, has found further ways to prolong his life. Has your sword in the living room been sending off any thing like a erratic behavior?" Moloch responded seriously.
no...not really......*it flies in*well,until now.*sighs*nothing can ever be simple.
Kiara reached up with out looking up and plucked the soul blade from the sir and brought it down to rest on her lap. "It seems to be acting a bit odd, I mean, it had always had a mind of its own, how could it not, with all those souls..." She trailed off, a look of knowing coming on her face.
Moloch looked at the two. "It seems that one of those souls may have found a way to escape, I think the sword is acting this way to warn you." He said, looking at the sword.
...warn us...of what?
Moloch sighed. "Warn you that one of the souls that it contains, is or has escaped, found a way out, disappeared, and which would do you think that was? Which was the last taken from the sword?" Moloch replied, his temper growing.
"Father..." Kiara answered him in a low whisper.
...*sits and listens carefully*
Moloch frowned. "My point exactly Kiara, and what do you think your father would be so amped about starting up again?" He asked
"Shadow..." She replied in the same whisper, then shivered, bringing her arms about her shoulders.
*his breathing got heavier*Any one for a drink?*not to anyone in particular,he walks to the kitchen*
AS Max walked away, Moloch made a move to follow him, but Kiara stood up, laid a hand on his arm and shook her head, then followed Max into the Kitchen.
"Max... you ok?" She asked, her emerald eyes showing her great concern.
*poured drinks,not looking at kiara*....I just need something to calm my nerves....What are we going to do?
Kiara walked over and put her hand on his shoulder, and then laid her head on her hand, her long dark locks fell about her face as a few tears fell down her cheek.
"Max, I honestly have not got the slightest idea, though I am certain, we will get through this, as we have always done...." She replied, though her tone did not sound as convincing as she had hoped it would.
*kisses her*I hope so...hey,do you want something to drink? *pours two glasses of fire whiskey and gets out a third glass*
To his great suprise, Kiara nodded her head.
Yes, I think right now, it just might be a good idea." She stated in a matter-of-fact way.
oh?what'dyou want?
"That." She replied and pointed at the bottle of fire whiskey he still held in his hand.
*stares at her for a moment*You sure?its rather strong...
Kiara looked at him and then down to the bottle in his hand. "Yes, I'm sure." She stated quite firmly.
No, it wasn't like her at all to even drink anything remotely alcoholic but her nerves were spo wound up that she wasn't even certain she'd be able to remain docile for much longer, she could feel herself wanting to rage, and she needed something strong, to keep her calm, or at least, she'd hope it would have that effect.

She didn't say anything but picked up her glass and then looking at it, she swirled it momentarily before lifting it to her lips and then, tilted it up and soon, it was gone. She set the glass back on the counter and giving a face shook her head.
"I still don't understand why you ENJOY drinking this stuff." She said before turning and looking up at him again.
*smiles*I don't know why either...*takes a deep drink,and goes back out with moloch's drink*
Kiara followed him out and took a seat next to Moloch, she looked over as Max handed the demonic guardian his drink,
"Thanks Max." Moloch said in his usual gruff voice, taking the glass from Max. "So, I see that your wife has decided to drink with us, or ahead of us, either way, I am glad to see Kiara you did something to calm your nerves." He said, giving Kiara a wink then turned to Max.
"IF this is the Shadow we are about to deal with, I am afraid that you alone will not be able to charm her, the way you have in the past, she will be acting in her own, not on Voldem0rt's orders." HE told the two of them.
Any suggestions?
M: "Ya, put away all your breakables to start with and when she gets here, run." Moloch said, and then sighed. "But seriously, I haven't got a clue, as of yet." HE finished.
K: "Great."
* he sighed* *he took a deep drink from the glass,then his eyes lit up*Maybe I should drink more often...I have an idea...Is there a spell that can seperate a person's split personality's?*looks hopefully at moloch,then kiara*
Kiara looked at Max and raise done fine brow to his comment.
Moloch sighed. "Yes, there is one, though I do not use it, less I really have to, it is a dark magic, and separating Kiara from her Shadow...I don't know, it could kill her." He said truthfully.
*sighed*well,we can't do that,then.*takes another drink-*maybe the shadow will have changed?not that that really helps the fact that she probably wants revenge on me.
"Whoa, hang on Max..." Kiara started and laid a hand on his shoulder. "You were on to something there, shouldn't I be the one who decides rather I should try this or not?" She stated, it was indeed more of a statement than an actual question.
I don't know,kiara...*he looked into her eyes seriously*
Kiara sighed, though she did not look away, her emerald orbs fixed on his a determined look about her. "When she's here, I might as well be dead anyway." She started. "What's the difference, you can't kill her, so long as she is a part of me, she will continue to come back, over and over again. Max... I think I would like to try this." She said, her tone almost pleading.
*he stared at her for a moment,into her eyes,at her face* *he sighed*okay,kiara.if you want to do this,you should have a choice...*he looked down*
Moloch sat back, sipping on his drink, he was not about to get into this, it was their choice, not his.
Kiara put a finger under Max's chin and brought his head up to once again look at her. "Max, I love you more than life its self, you know this, and if there is a chance, no matter how dangerous it may be, to rid us of a forever changing me, that tends to hurt you, I will take it. A little of me dies every time she rules my mind. I can't stand hurting you, you have no idea what it is like, having no power to stop what is done to you, or my friends, to watch everything that happens, but be unable to do anything about it...." She told him, as a single tear fell from her eye. "Please, I don't want to do this with out your support, I need you." She finished.
*he simply nodded in understanding, and wiped the tear from her eye*
Kiara leaned forward and kissed his lips softly, and then turned and looked at Moloch.
"Ok old man, let's do it then." She said, her tone steady, though Max could tell she was still apprehensive.
M: "Very well then, but, we can't do it here, you will have to come to my place." He told them.
*gets up*
Kiara stands, and takes a hold of Max's hand. "I'll be fine Max." She tried to assure him, just as Moloch changed, his human form dissolving his Massive Demonic form seeming to block out everything as the room melted away around them, and then darkness like none other, the only thing visible was a pair of blood red eyes, Moloch's eyes. Max and Kiara could feel flames licking at their bodies, though never burning, simply there and then finally, things came back into focus and they stood in the home of Kiara's Demonic watcher, somewhere in the depths of hell.
"Welcome to my place, I assure you, no one can possibly harm you here." Moloch said, changing again to his human form, much more pleasant on the eyes.
Kiara looked about the place was a Home, it seemed as though they were inside of another house, just as if on the earth.
*max looked around*nice place...is it rent controlled?*he shook his head,focusing on the matter at hand*Okay,go on with it then...
Moloch approached Kiara and laid a hand on her forehead, she fell, instantly to sleep, Moloch catching her and easily picking her up, he brought her to another room, motioning Max to follow.
The room they entered was nothing if not a bit evil looking in nature.
In the center, where Moloch place Kiara's sleeping form, was a table and next to it, lay another, both with chain restraints on them, these, Moloch affixed to Kiara's legs and arms, and one about her neck.
"Precautions, ya know." She stated, as he looked at Max, knowing he would not like to see his wife chained in such a manner, hoping he would trust in Moloch enough to not object.
is it going to be a clean separation?I mean,will there be any trace of the shadow left in her?
Moloch shook his head. "No, if everything goes fine, and we, I am able to separate the two of them, Kiara will not be bothered by her again, however..." He trailed off and motioned to the other table. "The Shadow, Will be, her own entity after, and not, I fear, happy." He finished, then walked to a set of cabinets and took out a few vials, containing assorted colored liquids and some artifacts, one resembling Kiara, oddly enough.
...well,I suppose we'll worry about that later...*he sighed*
Moloch walked back to the tables and set his collection of needed things about Kiara and then looked at Max. "Just, what ever you do, be ready to save your wife, when the Shadow comes about, you can guess the first thing she would wish dead..." He told him, and then turned and began unstoppering one of the vials.
*he turned to watch kiara apprehensively*
Moloch then pulled his full attention to his work at hand, no further conversations were necessary, he felt he had gotten his point across fine, and so, he began chanting, his words were quiet, almost hypnotic in rhythm as he went along, the language was undetermined, perhaps old geek of sorts, at the end of each sentence, he would mark Kiara with one of the contents of any different vial He then placed the idol that assumed Kiara's form, on the table next to her and set it to flame. It ignited with a hissing sound and Kiara's body twisted in what looked to be pain and she screamed, then went very quiet, though her chest rose and fell as if she was running a race, sweat began to form on her brow and the room seemed to begin to buzz with electricity, a lot of it too.
This went on for over an hour, Moloch would chant, place an item her or there, the idol still burned, though seemed more to be consumed by flames that did not touch it.
A table in the corner of the room was struck by lightning and exploded into a thousand shards, some of them flying at Max and the other two in the room, Moloch did not flinch, but his chanting became louder, more forceful.
*max flinched for a second,then diligently returned to watching kiara,ready to protect her*
Just after the table erupted, lightning hit the table next to Kiara's, though not in the sense that it would have destroyed it. The idol seemed to consume the electric pulse and shuddered and hissed furiously, then, Moloch ceased his chant and grabbed Kiara's now silent for, as he did, her binds broke and he all but tossed Kiara at Max. "Now would be a good time to get her out of here..." He said, just as the form of the Shadow became solid on the next table.
*he orbed back to their house*
Kiara remained quite still in his arms as they appeared in their living area. She was alive, thankfully, but just barely.
Max would have time to worry about the Shadow later; Moloch was certainly able to handle what ever it was that was going on in his home, far away form the two of them.
*he layed kiara on the couch*kiara...*he gently kissed her*
Kiara's eyes fluttered open and she looked up at his blurry form looking over her and she smiled, even if it was a faint and weak smile, it was a smile the same.
"I told you...:" She started then trailed off, too weak to actually speak just now, but her eyes remained open, looking up at him, the smile on her lips though yes, tired, noticeably happy.
*he smiled at her*I know...you should rest.do you need anything?
Kiara closed her eyes, the smile slowly fading from her lips. "You..." She said just as she slipped back into slumber again.
*he layed next to her,closing his eyes,falling asleep shortly after*
There was no telling exactly how long they slept, but Kiara woke with a gasp and sat up abruptly but then relaxed and lay back down, wrapping her arms about Max, as if he was the only thing in the world that could comfort her.
*max yawned*hmmm....have a good rest kiara?*he kissed her kneck,smiling*
Kiara looked up at him and smiled. "Yes, a very good one.." She responded with a kiss added to his cheek.
"Wow, It's strange..." She started, and then smiled. "But wonderful. I'm alone...a good alone. Though I think my head may explode at some point, it was worth it, what about the Shadow?" She inquired.
...*max was silent*umm...well,she's not quite gone.but she's not in you.
Kiara raised a brow and then smiled. "Oh, well, I suppose the threat is just started then, no matter, so long as it isn't me who is doing what ever, I am certain we can deal with what ever it is she hands us." She replied then kissed him again. "Moloch?" She questioned.
he was fighting her when I left.
Kiara sighed and then closed her eyes and laid her head back on his chest.
"Then she has come to power..." She responded, not wanting to think of what that meant, her head hurt far too much just now.
*he nodded*yes,she has.we'll have to be prepared for a helluvah battle...
Kiara simply sighed and then let her head rest again on his chest, just listening to the sound of his breathing beneath her ear. She remained quiet for several long moments, just simply laying there, eyes open, staring out at nothing.
"Well, no matter the harshness of what is to come, I am just glad, we will fight her together this time..." She trailed off, and closed her eyes to the continued pounding in her head.

mm, hmm, Sleep yes..." SHE whispered as she drifted off

*max passed out,he hadn't drank so many rounds at once in a long time*
Kiara woke, several hours later to Max, passed out on the floor and she shook her head, smiling this time as his drunken stupor. "Max..." She leaned over his sleeping form and talked quietly. "Max, wake up..."
*max opened his eyes,and quickly closed them again,blinded by the light* *he opened them again carefully,squinting*Oh...hey,kiara.*he grinned broadly* *it was clear he still had a slight buzz about him,and the hangover hadn't sunk in yet*You have a good...*he thought for a moment,appearing to have lost his train of thought*...rest?
Kiara laughed lightly for a moment and then brushed a few strands of his hair form his brow. "Yes, though it seems that perhaps you may need a bit more.
*he laughed*hey,kiara,since when did you have a twin?*he squinted,as his vision blurred*
She shook her head and tilted her head to the side, just before kissing his forehead softly. "Indeed, a few hours more rest and you should be fine." She replied.
uh...yeah...that sounds good.*he got up shakily and got on the couch next to kiara,slightly dizzy*I shouldn't have had that last drink...
She cuddled up next to him, sliding an arm around his chest and grinned. "I couldn't agree more." She stated with a sort of smirk on her lips that he could not see.
*he lyed his head on kiaras shoulder.*Your not mad,are you?*he stuck out his lower lip,and he sounded slightly childish as he said it*
"No Max, I am not mad at you." She responded, leaning in and giving his a little kiss on the cheek. "You deserved it tonight, and thanks, by the way." She finished, laying her head next to his.

Kiara smirked down at him, her emerald eyes alight with mischief as she grasped the corner of the couch pillow under his head and then...
WHAM! She hit him with it and giggled.
max laughed."nooo...not the pillow!"he smirked and got another pillow.
Kiara giggled again and then hit him once more. WHAM, knocking him off the couch and further causing her to laugh even harder now.
max smiled, got up and and hit her with the pillow.
Kiara continued to laugh as their pillow fight began. SHe raised her pillow and then Wham was hit with his and reurned the hit, jumping back behind the couch now, to find a defencive position.
"Three to one." SHe giggled from behind the couch
max smiled,and jumped on her,before she new what was happening.he kissed her,then layed his head down.
How could she possably fight against that. SHe wrapped her arms around his shoulders and started running her fingers through his locks.
"I love you." She said and then paused. "But I still win." She finished, letting herself relax under his weight.
Thats okay...*he made a crown appear as an award*congrats.I love you too...
SHe looked at the crown and let her lips turn up at the ccorners. "That's right." She said, taking the crown form him. "And don't you forget it." SHe finished before setting the crown on her head, though it sat crooked, as she laid on the floor.
"Suits you"he grinned.
SHe leanded her head up slightly and kissed his chin.
"You ready for that nap now I 'spose" She said, letting her head lower softly back to the ground and sighed.
max didn't hear her,he had already fallen asleep.
After a bit, Kaira was satisfied that Max was nicely in a half drunken sleep and she slipped out from under him, slowly, stood, reached for a blanket on the couch, covered him up and then retrreated to the kitechen for a drink.
WHen she opened the door she nearly screamed and then smiled.
"Moloch, don't do that." She hissed. "You nearly scared the life out of me....you look terrible." She ended, as she closed the door behind ehr and took a seat at the bar, next to her guardian.
"Well, the SHadow isn't exactly the easiest of creatures to fend off you kow, I expect, however, she will remain out of our hair for a while, at lest." he told her.
"Oh? And what makes you think that?" Kaira asked
"I managed to finaly stick her into one of those voids without an exit, though, if she's anything like you...." He left it hanging, Kiara knew what he was talking about.
*max lay there,snoring loudly*
Kiara had just started brewing a pot of coffee, and looked at him for several long, quiet moments and smiled. "Well, if she's anything like me at all, we've only three days peace." She joked, more to cover her apprehension than for any other good reason. "You want a cup of coffee? Or I think Max still has some fire whiskey here in the cupboard." She offered.
"Coffee will do fine Kiara, and if you don't mind, I'll be staying here for a day, at least, just o be certain, you know, just incase you do need help." Moloch told her and then leaned back in his chair and sighed.
*max woke up,and his head was ringing*hey,moloch.*he carefully sat down next to him*
"You look like you could use another drink Max." Moloch stated, his tone jovial.
Kiara shook her head. "No, most certainly not." SHE said, giving Moloch a stern look
max smirked at this."yeah,I think not...I think I should probably stay sober for a few days,Until we're sure kiara is safe..."
Moloch grinned and then shook his head. Yes, maybe you are right...but I think I'll have another." He said, and held his glass up, the contents refilling on its own and took one more long drink.
Kiara related to Max what Moloch had told her and then sat back against her chair and sighed.
"So,She'll be back...I suspected that much,"max conjured two bottles of butter beer.He handed one two kiara."She's going to be...Difficult without you.At least we're together for her this time,"
Kiara smiled and gladly took the Butterbeer from Max. "Thanks hun.." She then listened and when he had finished speaking, she sat back in her chair and sighed. "Yes, at least we have each other." She commented, just before taking a drink from the bottle in her hand.
"I'm sure we'll come up with something,"He sighed,and he sipped from the butterbeer.
"Well, of course we'll come up with something, it's just that usually, it's at the last moment, you know, like when one of us has already fallen." Kiara snapped back, irritated and then sighed again. "Sorry, that was out of place..." She said in a soft, quiet tone.
"No, this time, I think will be different, usually, one of you falls, due to the fact that you're having to fight the other, this time..." Moloch whistled. "Well, I'd just hate to be the one on the receiving end, when the both of you are gunnin' for me." He chuckled slightly.
"I think we might need some third and second party help,"He said,referring to the arch angel that was withing kiara,and his own second form.
Kiara raised a brow. "Kalista I am certain would be more than happy to see you again." She replied a but dryly but then nodded her head. "Yes, that is actually perhaps the best Idea I have heard yet." She finally admitted, taking a drink of her Butterbeer.
max got up and massaged kiara's shoulders.
"Mmm." SHE moaned happily as he started. "Now I remember why I keep you around." She continued as his hands began to smooth away some of her tension.
"You don't suppose that there would be any way that the Shadow could effect either of you differently in your other forms, do you?" Moloch asked, his concerns about the archangels being effected by her draw to the underworld and darkness in his mind.
"no,not unless he's gotten to either the devil or voldemort.."he continued massing kiara,then gently kissed kiara."wait...where did you send her,anyway?"
Kiara nuzzled his hand as it rested on her shoulder and smiled a bit more relaxed, as she took another drink from her Butterbeer.
"Well, it's hard to say exactly, but there are many different voids in the universe and some that have no alternate passages in or out, once one arrives, I sent her to one of those, Kiara would know all about it.." Moloch grinned at Kiara.
"Ya, tell me about it, don't think it was any easy feat to get out of there either.. Nearly killed myself in the process..." She paused and then smiled. "We can always hope that she would kill herself trying to get out." She said hopefully, though she knew, that wouldn't be the case.
"Not likely Mrs. Johnson like I said, if she's still anything like you, and when I fought her, she sure seemed to have a lot of your traits still, she'll be out again, and angrier than she was before, I'd gather." he finished.
Kiara sighed. "Well, Max, you see, these voids, they exist every where, and where she comes out, there'd be no guessing, as they are all unpalatable for the most part." she finished explaining Moloch's point.
"oh,then she'll be able to escape sometime..."He sighed."Well...there is one more person who may be able to help us,"
Kiara tilted her head up to look behind her at her husband, her eyes questioning. "Oh? Who might that be?" She asked.
He looked as though he didn't truly want to speak the name."Your original guardian.."
Kiara froze for a moment, surprised that Max would even had suggested, but quickly regained her composure. "Evan?" She questioned and then looked over at Moloch as if asking for his opinion.
"Well, I didn't want to suggest it, but I think we could use every gifted hand we could get a hold of in this, she's not exactly what one would call an easy target to kill." Moloch confirmed.
max nodded.He didn't like it,but he was right."but...How are we going to find him?"

Moloch looked at Max and shook his head. "Do you really think he wouldn't come, if Kiara asked him to?" He asked, a harsh answer, but no doubt, a most truthful one.
Kiara reached up and laid a hand over one of Max's. "Ok." Is all she said.
max nodded.Moloch had a point.d**n angel. he'd probably jump at the chance to see kiara a again.Unfortunatley for him,they were married at the moment.
Kiara felt him tense slightly, but it was to be expected, Evan had indeed nearly taken Kiara away form him some time ago, after all.
"Ok then..." Kiara said then, still a little apprehensive about seeing Evan again, and, even more apprehensive about Max and he working together in anything, was about the same as Sebastian and Max... Kiara had a thought, but then discarded it just as quickly as it started, the Fire God, her half brother, would only help for a price, and she figured that Max probably had enough stress with out having to keep himself from throttling her half brother as well.
She closed her eyes and seemed to disappear from the conscious surroundings for a bit....
Evan...Evan, I need you. She opened her eyes, but she was not in her kitchen, she walked amongst the clouds, her feet stepping lightly on the silken surfaces, through the misty and chill of the sky. Evan, oh where are you...
Evan looked worn.He walked up to kiara.He smiled when he saw her."Hello kiara.Is there something I can help you with?"his eyes weren't the sky blue they had been,but an in between shade.They were almost red. They flashed back to blue as he saw kiara.
Kiara watched him step up, paying attention to his every move, she was certain he was not the same as last they meant, she somehow knew, he'd be changed, though she did not let her apprehensions show.
"WE need your help Evan, I wouldn't ask but, it's the true form of the Shadow I fear we will be going against sometime in the near future..." She left it hanging, being certain she got to the point straight away.

Kiara refused to look him in the eye she knew his power, even if he didn't intend it, his hold on her still near impossible to resist, precisely why Max hated this Angelic figure so much, and the very reason Kiara had not really wanted to call on him.
She bit her lower lip slightly and inclined her head instead as he moved closer, she could feel what he felt and it was as though her breath had begun to be taken away suddenly.
"I - I am glad to see that he has l -let you in again." She said, slightly stumbling over her words.
AS hard as she tried to show him a stronger side, one that would perhaps stave off the feelings he absolutely wrapped about her and held her in, she couldn't, she never could. "T-thank you Evan..." She finished, she couldn't talk any more, but she remained standing, her head bowed towards him, absolutely trembling, though she hadn't realized it.
Evan new she and max were married.He may have nearly broken kiara and him up when they were still boyfriend and girlfriend,but he wasn't one to sin that openly.He knew kiara loved max,enough that she married him.Who was he to break them up?anyway,he thought,he could sense her trembling.He did not want kiara to be uncomfortable."Yes,I will be there,no matter what...And I am glad to see you are happy with max,"he inclined his head slightly
Kiara seemed to relax a bit as he inclined his head, an outward show of his resigning to remain away from her, as much as possible and she even managed a smile.
"Thank You Evan, I better get back now though..." She said in a quiet, thankful tone.
Evan just nodded.His eyes still burned slightly,and he lowered his head so kiara wouldn't notice."goodbye,and goodluck,"

Kiara appeared back at the table just as she was, moments before. "He'll help, if we need him." She said, turning to Max and kissing him on the cheek. "I love you..."
max smiled,and kissed her back."so,what now?"
"Well, I would suppose we wait and see what happens, I mean there is no way of knowing when she'll pop back up into the wood-work, so to speak..." Kiara paused and sighed. "So, anyone hungry?" She asked, knowing the morning was progressing and not a single one of them had, had their breakfast yet.
