*is running through the forest at night. Every few yards he stops and looks around to make sure he isn't being followed. He runs off the path until he reaches a large tree. He can feel the magic all around him.* *pauses*
*She is sitting before the front of the tree, staring at him blankly. Her form is so still, she nearly melts into the shadows about her.*
*Doesn't even notice her. He knees at the tree and touches the tree. As he does, the tree begins to softly glow.*
*She stands and seemingly glides over to stand next to him, watching the tree, being the curious person she is*
*Finally notices her presence and he jumps back and the tree stops glowing* What are you doing here?
*A small smile curves upon the delicately formed lips of hers, and she shrugs*
I should ask of you the same.
I'm here on bussiness. Why are you here.
*She folds her arms over her chest*
Business.
Yes, bussiness.
*Her features return to their normal solemn look, though she says nothing*
*is walking through the forest and sees them. She stops and wonders whether to go away or to say hi to them. Walks over to them* Hi guys.
*sighs* Why can't I ever come here in peace.
*frowns* Sorry then, Harry. I'll talk to you later then, you two. *turns to walk away*
Wait...its just annoying. They tell me to always come alone but whenever i try to go someone always catches me first.
Why alone? And where?
It will be easyer if i show you. *walks up to the tree* When you find your way is blocked, all you have to do is knock. *he knocks on the door three times and a door appears and opens.* *as they look in they see a huge city. It is imposible to look directly at something. It seems too real. At the end of a street the see a giant castle.*
*looks on in amazment*
I am the embasiter between the wizard and faerie realm.
Cool...
*She smiles slightly, but remains silent still, following them, looking about the place with unintrusive eyes*
(I will shamelessly be a faerie in this RP, ok?)
*Walks past, making no noise.*
*Sees the people*
*Transforms into a mist and hovers, watching them*
*smiles at some of the people*
*walks up to the mist* I am the embasitor and these are my guests and we greet you.
*Nobody except Harry can see me, so they all think he's talking to himself*
*I turn back into my orignal form.*
Hi, guys. No need to introduce yourself Harry. We all know you well enough.
*Walks to the side of the portal and hesitates..*
*has been listening in the shadows as a weasel. When she hears "faerie" she shifts as quickly as she possibly can and runs up to them." Why is it whenever i come to this tree, they always deny me entry. And me one of them! and you can simply walk up and gain entry so simply?*she is not angry, only aggravated and hurt that her own people would deny letting her into their world when she was one of them.tears running down her face, she waits for an answer from Harry.* Please...
*Though she does not see the faerie, she knows where his presence lingered. And having no fear, or anger, or resentment toward the Faeries, she merely stays quiet.
Her form suddenly changes to that of a white wolf, and she sits on her haunches next to Harry, nearly against his leg, wrapping her tail around her legs. Where Harry walks, she follows, looking like a mere companion to those unbeknownst of whom she was.*
*walks up to the faerie.*better yet. you can answer my question. why have you shut me out?is it because i'm not fully faerie?*tears continue streaming down her face though she is calmer now that she believes she is about to have her question answered and is trying deserately to hide her feeling behind a mask.* Does anyone know why? am i not worthy?
*She turns her head toward Ivy, looking at her in that curious wolfish way, her ears pricked upward intently*
*frowns and walks over to Ivy* Don't cry, Ivy.
*Turns to look at Ivy*
It is the headman's desicion, Ivy.
All we faeries oppose him, but with his power and money, we can do nothing.
*Looks back at the portal*
The headman loves power, and he has it. If I were to knock at every Faerie's door, you'd find that at least half the faeries despise him.
~I know what you mean by that..~
*Suddenly, she wrinkles her nose, and sneezes, in a high pitched, startled way. She shakes her head, her ears flapping about her head, trying to rid herself of the feeling. Then she sits back to where she was next to Harrys leg, her eyes watching Zero...*
*Watches Lav with curiousity*
You seem to know more than you should.
*She stares at him continually, her ears pricked and listening to everything around them*
~I always have.~
*She sneezes again. After recovering, she streaches her front paws out far in front of her, her hind legs staying put. Then she resumes sitting, her features still remote, her eyes still locked onto him*
~I have seen and heard more things than I should--than anyone should. But most of the time I can't help it. Most of the time I don't ask for it.
My knowledge is merely based upon the way of my life. My life requires knowledge. The circle must go round.~
*She tilts her head to the side, still watching him.*
~Ivy, i think you had trouble because the others came before the gate opened. Since i didn't know you were there i couldn't name you as a guest.~
*looks back at Ivy then to the faerie guilding them* I ask for a day pass for Ivy so she can learn about her faerie side.
*Still seated next to Harrys leg, and still listening to Zero, she tilts her head upward, watching Harry*
Still making it sound as though she is an outsider...
People just don't understand...
~Perhaps most don't.~
*She sighs loudly, from very deep inside her.*
~But that is also something I think we all are familiar with..~
Yeah. People think they are superior to others...
Not all people. Just some.
Yes, but it's still sick, Callie.
*nods* I know......it is.
