Ginny sat in the center of the lake. The water swirled around her, reaching high into the air. It closed around her then grew away in a pulse like beat. He eyes were closed, and she fell over on her side. The water crashed around her, the lake stilling.
Tika watched in awe at the lake. She knew somebody of the water element must be inside. Shaking her head she sat at the edge of the water. Reaching her hand through the black material of her bag, she grabbed a book. Laying backwords she lost all sight of reality in the words.
Ginny screamed something in her sleep, having another nightmare. She thrashed about, making the water appear angry.
Tika jumped up and moved back. She sensed somethng was wrong with the actuall person inside. 'There's nothing you can do.' Her voice decided. She stood back and watched the scene in horror.
The water rose higher than the school, all but draining the lake. It crashed back down, showing Ginny momentairly before rising again.
Tika, appon seeing Ginny, ran into the forest. She reached the haven of the wolves. 'Beau! Moonlight! Help it's Ginny!' She called out to the wolves she knew would help her.
The wolves came to her at once. Moon ran ahead of the two, jumped in the lake and swam through the waves. He reached Ginny, graped the neck of her cloths, and dragged her ashore. He started shaking her, causing her to awaken.
Tika stood slightly away from it all. Inside she was thanking God (she's a christian.). She was so happy that Ginny would be better. Then, she awoke.
When Ginny's eyes opened, the air around them became thick with humidity. Her breathing was laboured and she sat up, gulping for air. She grabbed Moonlight and held him close, crying into his fur. The same nightmare haunted her.
"Oh Moon! He killed them! I saw it again and again! It's coming and I can't stop it!" She sobbed into his side for a moment longer then wiped her tears. It was then she realized the others around her. The water in the air heated up.
"What are you two doing here?" She shoot at beau and Tika.
Tika stepped back, surprised. "I....." She couldn't think of what to say. A moment ago she couldn't have been happier Ginny was okay. Now, Ginny was practicaly accusing her of something.
* pig was standing near the lake she saw evrything and qwickly rushed over to ginny* " you ok" she asked bending down
Ginny scooted back, standing. Confusion flashed over her face to be replaced by mistrust.
"Oh I'm okay. I just see a dozen people I know dying at once! I just see blood, sweat, pain," She flinched,"I see my parents graves, I see the years to come Pig. They arn't good! But don't worry about, I'm okay!" Ginny didn't know why she was behaving like this.
Tika was confused. The small flame was dancing in her eyes. A mixture of confusion, anger, couriosity, and concern. 'The future?' She had underastimated Ginny. Ginny was the power. She would not be overcome by it. Looking at pig Tika sighed and placed a hand over her eyes. 'I see my parents graves, I see the years to come Pig. They arn't good! But don't worry about, I'm okay!' Ginny's words rang out in her head. A scream in the deadening silence. It was too much. And Tika couldn't bear to think of how it was for Ginny. She kept her hand over her face, nad a shiver ran down her spine.
Ginny rubbed her hands over her eyes quickly. Not to stop tears, but instead to wipe the sleep from them. Sleeping wasn't good for her now. It was when she saw these things, in her nightmares. She couldn't see the good things, only the bad now. Only the worse that could be dreamed of.
Tika removed her hand from her head. Ginny was wiping her eyes. 'God, life sucks. Everybody's life sucks. You think I would have learned that already.'
"Stop thinking!" Ginny screamed this without meaning to. She shook her head quickly, once again confused.
Payne out of the school and looked at the group she ran over to them,"Are ya'll alright? What happened?"
Tika placed her hands on her hips. She wanted to smack Ginny, but figured it was best not to. "Why don't you ask friggin' ask her." Tika said, leaning against a far off/close by tree. She wasn't mad at Payne, just was aggravated. Smoke began to rise from beneath her feet. Her eyes weren't dancing now, they were blazing. But she stood her ground, and did not use her power.
Payne looked at Tika with curiosity. Her amulat glowed and a voice rang in her head.~She could be of use.~
~Shut up...~
~Teach her like you did the others.~
~I said shut up!~
She shook her head and sat next to Ginny. All she could do now was wait.
Ginny stepped back, away from Payne. Moonlight sat there, watching her. He didn't move, although Beau went over to Tika.
"What's the matter?"Payne got up and looked worriedly at Ginny.
Ginny shook her head, her mouth tightly closed. She stepped back again, hesitently.
Payne took a step towards Ginny,"Are you O.K.?"
Tika bent down towards Beau. She thought nothing, just sat there eye level with him. She wasn't all here. Half of her was still with Ginny. And with Payne. 'I can't help her. Perhaps she can. What do you think?' She finally thought at Beau.
Ginny bared her teeth.
"Do I look like I'm O.K.?"
(I'll be back in like a half-hour guys.)
"Alright sorry."Payne stepped back a few steppes but then a vision hit her. She tripped and fell down.
Tika ran towards Payne and Ginny. Kneeling beside Payne she looked her over. Sitting beside her, she waited for Payne to wake up. All the while her eyes never crossed Ginny.
(C U L8er Gin!!)
Payne looked up at Tika,"Uhhh..."She sat up."Oww...I hate the ground."
"Hmmmm." Tika mumbled. "No, no. I think I hate snow." She looked at Payne, dying to know what she saw. But not daring to ask.
"You don't want to know."Payne grabbed her amulat before it started glowing again.
Tika nodded and walked over to the lake. She cupped her hands and stuck them in the water. When she pulled them out, the soon began to bubble with heat. She splashed her face with it and rubbed it in. "That feels good." She continued to do this for a minute. "Payne? You want some?" The magic in the lake mixed with her magic made the warm water sensational to feel on her cold face.
"Nah! I...uh...I need to uh...." The amulat was starting to freeze her hand and she needed to put it somewhere else. Payne ran over to the lake and dropped the amulat in the water. It floated back up to the top.
Tika saw it in the water and made a grab for it.
Payne paniked and tried to get it but missed."Crap!"
Ginny watched them, and sneezed. Her eyes glazed over for a moment before she shook her head gain. She made sure noone was watching before she turned and ran into the forest.
Tika grabbed it and whipped around. "Uhhhh....where's Ginny? Crap!! Did we friggin' forget Ginny?" She looked around for Beau. Still cluthing the amulet.
Payne's eyes widened when her mother's voice rang through the air,"Payne train her!"
"I will not!"
Tika looked at Payne, eyes wide. "Um, would asking you to explain be too much? And if so, I'll be asking too much in thirty seconds."
"You don't need to know. Now give me my amulat."
"Payne follow my orders."
"Are you insane? I won't do that."
"Tell me girl. Do you vant to be trained by Payne?"The translyvanian voice said to Tika.
"Don't listen to her!"Payne said in a panicked voice.
Tika whipped around, looking for the source of the noise. She looked back at Payne, a small red tint to her eyes. "Is this some kind of sick joke? Because, if it is, it's not funny at all!"
"It's not I swear! Just give me the amulat Tika."Payne held out her hand.
The voice was back,"You could have as much power as Payne does. Or vill you let yor power be un-controlled?"
Payne shrieked,"Shut up mother!"
Ginny stood at the forests edge, watching. Her anger and confusion was gone now. She ran and tackled Tika, pulling the amulet from her.
(I'll be back in a few minutes)
Payne grabbed the amulat from Ginny and started running.
Tika looked around. "I want power! You won't give it to me! All you're doing is giving me crap about how I don't need to know!" She turned to Ginny. "And you're in with her. She headed into the forest, the ground burning beveath her feet.
Ginny pulled herself up. She didn't follow Payne. She didn't follow Tika. She knew they needed to run. She took off as well, but this time, not into the forest. A portal flew up in front of her and she ran into it, making sure to close it behind her.
Payne kept running.Even though she felt guilty about not telling Tika the truth she kept running anyway.
Tika ran faster, she could see the outline of Payne's robe. Her legs were almost numb, and her breath had left her long ago. Just when she thoguht she was going to close in on her friend, she tripped. Her ankle cuaght on a tree branch and something snapped. Her ankle to be exact. "Crap! Ow...ow ow ow ow." She put her hands over the ankle and squeezed it.
Payne looked back at Tika. She put the amulat in her pocket and went over to Tika. She sat down and looked at Tika's ankle. She grabbed the girl's arm and orbed to them both to the hospital place.
"God!! It hurts!!" Tika yelled, clutching her ankle. 'Thank you.' She thought to payne.
~No prob. I have to leave. See ya!~ Payne orbed away as Nurse Pomfrey came to see Tika.
* pig stood by the lake and wonderd wat ginny saw, she to has seen some horrers from her visons but none like wat ginny had seen*
