WARNING: HBP SPOILER!!!
Dumbledore's funeral was in session. Goblet was sitting in the back, thinking. According to the rumors, Snape ran off with Malfoy and a few death eaters. "Not a rumor you idiot. You saw them run off when you were fighting the death eaters!" Goblet thought to himself. Then Goblet snapped out of it and reminded himself that he should be thinking about Dumbledore, honering him. Goblet looked around. Many people had silent tears falling from thier eyes.
*brian watched as Harry clutched the lockett, and thought to himself*
Dumbledore died in vain on many accounts, but the fake horcrux can also be looked at as another lead...I need to find out who R.A.B. is.
(I finsished HBP in 17 hours on the first day. ;D )
Harry could feel the chain of the locket digging into his hand.
(What i tried to do is read a little bit at a time, keep myself guessing for a few hours, and then read again)
Goblet saw Harry clutching the locket. He wondered what it would be like if he was Harry right now.
Abercrombie(known as Nitwitt to all those who didnt fear him :)) Sat silently in the back row. He was absorbed in his feelings;how could someone be so full of hate yet at the same time so sad-He couldnt help forgetting what his uncle had said the day before. How could he have trusted Snape so much! He had just taken up the position of Defence against the Dark Arts professor-the youngest professor in centuries apparently.Yet he doubted if the school would be open next year. Either way he knew he had to continue his Uncle's work and he desired more than anything to just that; he had to help Harry rid the world of Voldemort once and for all, because he knew all this pain led back to him. As the funeral ended he looked for Harry but saw him with Scrimgeour, so he hung back waiting for them to finish talking and bumped into a student he didn't know.
*Brian suddenly got up and left*
~Harry, we have to go somewhere now. I'll tell you more while we leave.~
~This better be pretty d*** important~ Brian could feel the anger in the thought.
Harry ported out leaving a double in his place.
Josh sat down next to Goblet."I knew Snape was up to something."He whispered to Goblet. But he fell silent after he thought about Dumbledore.
Lavender stood off to the side of the grand funeral, at the edge of the forest life, of which had gathered, behind her. A large, though baby sphinx sat at her side; a pack of wolves whimpered together behind her. The unicorns, the centaurs, the smaller animals and the larger; they all were grouped behind her, watching in utter silence, the funeral. Lavender herself, made no sound. She did not cry, or watch the ceremony at all. She merely stood, a silhouette of black, fumbling with a scab at her wrist. She scratched at her pale flesh, unfeeling, watching the deep red blood bubble up, and spill over her widening wound, to the dead grass below.
Lavender's thoughts were blocked, though empty. Dead.
She leaned her shoulder against the big trunk of a tree, at loss of feeling and emotion, only in wonder of her friends. Her friends were her family, after all. If she had not figured that out in the truest of manners earlier this year... she would not have been here this day. Her friends were all she had. Her parents; Dumbledore's death was proof to her, of that.
Payne sat in on the last row and showed the first sign of acuatle sadness that she has ever shown. A single tear slid down her face which she quickly wiped off. She didn't know Dumbledor very well but he saved her from having to live as a vampire in Translyvania for the rest of her life.
She got up and walked back towards the castle.
Josh had his hands on his fore-head leaning over on the ground. He looked back up and saw Dumbledore laying in the coffin.A tear dropped down his face and he sat up straight again.
Goblet simply sat in silent anger and sadness.
"I just cant believe it."
"Nor can I. I always hated Snape for despising Gryyfiindor, but this..."
"Its just unbelievable."He said as another tear drop fell down his cheek
"Just remember what he said guys."
"He will never leave here, unless there isn't any loyalty left?"
"Yes. So he'll always be with us."
"I know after this we need to worry about Snape."
"He's a dirty rotten lier."
"He is a b*******."
"I think we know that. But we need to hunt him down."
"Gladly."
"Snape did a wrong move."
"Many wrong moves." Lavy corrected him
"But one major one."
"Yes. One way to big to be forgiven."
"One worth to kill over!"
"Yes."
Ginny sat down near the others, silent tears running down her face. She had heard the conversation and agreed.
'As soon as Summer finishes,' Ginny said, 'I've got a few things to do. But I don't understand you guys. Wouldn't it be better to hunt down those Horcruxes? They're way more important than Snape. It'd kill snape to find out that his master is gone.'
pig slide back down slowly into her chiar next to ginny and her two sisters who looked at her they looked concerned , pig had just said goodbye to dunmbledure in his white tomb . her face was pale there was no smile on face as there usaly was, tears slide down her cheeks. in her whole life no one pig had ever cared for or realy known died. she sat there silently lising to the others.
Goblet looked around and saw his brother Mithos. If this had not been Dumbledore's funeral, Goblet probably would have gone up and talked to him. He was standing there and looking intently at Dumbledore's coffin.
Lavy put her head on golbet shoulder. "Is that your brother?"
"How'd you guess?" Mithos was looking down at his feet now.
"He reminds me of you."
Keith noticed that others probably guess too that Mithos was his brother. He had medium length brown hair like himself did too. And Mithos was much taller. Over seven feet Goblet would guess. Mithos walked towards them.
"Hello brother." Mithos looked at the coffin again. "Great man. Greater than the usual one may think. Wasn't a dignified way to die. Traitors. They deserve and will rot in h*** for all eternity. I will make sure to that."
"Amen to that."
"You must be Lavy. I certainly wished we met under happier circumstances."
"Yes, me too."
"Keith has told me all about you. But alas, this isn't the time for talking. This is the time for honor, for Dumbledore. May he step into the gates of heaven."
"Yes, Um..I'll be right back." Lavy said standing up and leaving.
"It will be a great day once Potter kills Tom Riddle. I know that day will come. I just hope no more casualities until then."
"Sorry about that." Lavy said sitting back down.
"You don't have to apologize for anything that we know nothing about."
"Why are you apologizing Lavy?"
"Why do you care."
"I understand your sadness Lavender."
"Thank you."
"I do too, Lavy."
"I know you do, that's one of the many things I love about you."
Mithos smiled, happy for Goblet. "I'm sorry but I must go." His smile went away
"Well, it was nice seeing you then, brother."
"And it was very nice too finally meet you, Mithos."
"Same to you Lavender." Mithos had closed his eyes and he started hovering rather quickly over the lake and out into the distance.
"Humm...he's nice."
"Yeah." Goblet started looking at the coffin.
"What are you thinking about?" Lavy asked putting her head back on his shoulder
"Dumbledore's life. He had 150 years of success. And then, he hires somebody in his school that later kills him. I am wondering if he was thinking this before he died, 'Did I leave this world the good way?'"
"I sure he went out a way that he would have liked, helping Harry."
(do you think we should wait for other people?)
"Yeah."
(sure)
pig stat there not speaking, she just looked at the coffin. pig siter jippsy paced a arm around her big sis pig looked at her and smiled jippsy was a sister when she wants to be.
(srry about disappearing like that and taking me and harry out for that long. Harry, are you there??????)
