You beat me to this, I was just about to make a thread like this.

My favorite is Mr. Dursley. He's so uptight and arrogant that its hilarious to see how Harry makes a fool of him, and I'm always wondering what he's liable to say to something in the story is he ever found out.

Dudley-purely because the stuff that happens to him is completely hilarious! Like getting a pigs tale, how he always runs at the sight of a wizard;and best of all the ten ton tongue LOL ;D.
