Ginny appeared in the Hufflepuff Commonroom, supporting Conan. She helped him to a couch and made him lay down. There was blood on her robes, and seeping through the bandage on his head. Carefully she touched the bloddied spot, Conan flinched.
Payne came in whistling. When she saw Ginny and Conan she ran towards them."What happened?"
Ginny looked up, he eyes red-rimmed.
"There was a rebellion. They blew up half of the castle. So many people were fighting and spells were flying and I don't know what hit him. It's immpossible to heal it with magic." She said, looking back at her boyfriend.
"Uhhhhh..."Payne thought for a moment. Snapping her fingers,a woman dressed in black appered beside her."Heal him without using magic."The woman nodded and disappered and reappered with a man dressed in white. The healer sat beside Conan and started working on his wound.
"Thank you." Ginny said. She dropped onto her knees, beside the couch.
Once the man finished he bowed to Payne and dissappered.
"Is that all you require,Mistress?"
"Yes,thank you."The woman nodded and disappered.
"You feelin' alright,Conan?"
Conan shook his head groggily. Ginny closed her eyes tightly. It was hard for her to look at him, pale and sickly looking as he was. 'It's better then him dying!' She thought in her head.
Payne walked over to the couch and looked at the wound,"It should heal. You just need to rest."She looked at Ginny,"What was he attacked with?"
"We arn't sure. In all the confusion, the room was collapsing and spells were flying, along with rocks and other things. He isn't even sure." She opeaned her eyes and moved closer to him. She felt it was her fault he had been hurt, after all, it was she who had told the people who were guarding him to go and fight.
"Oh Ginny. It's not your fault. If you hadn't done what you did he might have been killed. Along with a great many other people."Payne said sitting beside Ginny.
"Of course it's my fault. I'm the one who told Ganeir to stop." She put her head in her hands.
Payne put her arm around Ginny."Ginny. It wasn't your fault. You can convience yourself that it was your fault all you want to but I know it wasn't."
Ginny shook her head, but didn't say anything. Conan moved slightly.
Payne looked at the two of them."Ya'll alright? Besides the obvious wound on Conan's head, you guys aren't in danger of dying, right?"
Ginny began to laugh. It was a hollow lagh, for she found Paynes question quiet funny.
"No, Conan outlives me." She said.
"I thought that Conan was a muggle? How does he outlive you?"Payne was confused.
"I get murdered, Payne. You wouldn't beleive how, either."
"How?"Payne said looking at Ginny with curiosity.
"Herion finds a psychic stone that takes out my psychic powers, takes away my wand so I can't use magic, and drugs up my body so I can't fight back." She looked at Payne with a strange smirk on her face.
"Yeah, well Lavy tries to kill me...Though I really get killed when I'm 500 by the God of War."Payne leaned against the couch.
"I knew how you died, I didn't know the part about Lavy, though." She said. She closed her eyes again and rubbed her forhead.
"Hmmmmm...Atleast you get killed in this century. I have to wait 500 years. Sucks..."
"Of course it sucks. Why live 500 years when you don't have to?"
"Hmmmmmmm...."Payne closed her eyes and shut off her mind from the rest of the world.
Conan mummbled something and Ginny jumped up.
"What was that?" She asked him.
He opeaned his eyes a crack.
"We need to fix that room." he mummbled.
"What room?"Payne said opening her eyes.
"The one that collapsed." He said, his eyes closing again.
Ginny smiled softly.
"Of course Conan, don't worry. I'll get Sam right o it."She brushed some hair out of his face.
"Who's Sam? Nevermind...Wait,I have a question."
"What?" Ginny turned and looked at Payne.
"How are you gonna have kids if you are from the present and he is from the past? Wouldn't that upset time?"
"No, it dosn't upset time. We've already worked it out. Sometimes, we'll live in Romaina and sometimes in this time."
"Okay, just wonderin'."Payne got up and looked at Conan's wound again.
He flinched slightly. Ginny frowned.
"You'll live. It'll hurt like h*ll but you'll live."
"I know. There's no way I'm dying now. Ginny's already told me about our children." He said, gruffly.
"She told you everything?"Payne smirked at Ginny.
Ginny shook her head softly, letting Payne know that she hadn't told him everything. Since Conan's eyes weren't open, he didn't catch this.
Conan moved one shoulder, as if to shrug. "Yu'd have to ask her."
"Oh,well I bet she did. She wouldn't keep any secrets from you."Payne winked at Ginny.
"Of...of course not." Ginny said, her voice soft.
Payne shook her head and sat down. She pulled out a book and started reading."So are you going to let your children visit Aunty Payne?"
"Aunty Payne? God I hope not."
(you can't see me)
Payne got up and pulled out her pistol."Where are you,errr....whoever you are."
"Who else hangs around being invisable?" Ginny didn't look up.
"Josh? Goblet? H*ll,I don't know."
"That's a good questin, Ginny, and I think I know the answer." Lavy appered next to Payne.
"It's a stupid question, with a stupid answear."
"I'm not a stupid answer."
"Yes you are." Ginny said, not paying attention anymore.
Lavy sniffed. "So mean."
"I know I'm mean." Ginny said, still not looking.
Lavy sat down. "Whatever."
(wait where are we?)
(HCR)
Payne shrugged and sat down as well."Conan got attacked, you heard?"
(still don't know where I am)
"Yes."
(Hufflepuff Common Room)
"Oh,I wanted to be the bearer of bad news for once in my life. You just crushed my dreams."
"Goblet dosen't know yet, you can tell him."
(see now I feel stupid that I didn't know that)
(lol)
"Yay!"Payne got up but sat back down."Eh,I'll tell him later."
"Ok, then."
Payne stuck her tongue out at Lavy and laid down."You know, for once in my life I'm bored."
"You don't like being bored crazy?"
"Not really. My life is usually filled with constant excitement."
"True."
(want to wait for Ginny?)
(yeah)
(hellos! Lolz. I had school today. I hated it.)
Ginny sighed and stood, turning to face them. She yawned breifly and smiled at both.
"Excitment is the life of thee." She said.
"Mmmmmmmmm..."Payne sat up.
"Ok, Ginny."
Ginny smirked and sat down, leaning against the couch Conan leaned upon.
"So,how'd you and Conan meet? And don't say it was a long, boring story and I wouldn't be interest cause I am."
Ginny smirked.
"When I was around 14, my brother Charlie invited Ron, some friends and me to stay in Romaina. While I was there, I was dragged backwards, through time. The first person I met, was Conan." She shrugged.
"Intresting."
"Not really. The interesting part was playing with his sisters heads."
"Ginny, dear, most of the time when I say intresting, it's becasue I have nothing else to say."
Ginny smirked slightly.
"Don't call me that."
