Ginny sat, in a tree, watching the entrence to the forest. She sat with one leg on the tree, the other, hanging down. The leg on the tree was pulled up, and she rested her arm on her knee. Her hair was pulled into a loose ponytail, and her school robes were hanging beside her. She wore her jeans and green t-shirt, which helped her blend in.
Lavy came running down the starts and started to the forest, looking around her once and awile.
Ginny watched Lavy, not saying anything or moving. With the blocks she had, if she kept quiet, Lavy would not know she was there at all.
Lavy stoped a few feet away form the forest and Ginny. She looked behind her once more and then pulled her hood up, which put her whole face into darkness.
Ginny stood, still not making noise. She watched Lavy for another moment, waiting.
Lavy looked to each side of herself nodding both times. She pulled out her wand an slowly, very slowly started walking closer to the forest.
Ginny stood still, her body tensed. She was filled with energy, something that didn't happen ofyen.
Neo appeared about 20 ft behind where Lavy had been, his wand also out, but not raised, and he followed her path, silent as a shadow.
Many shades of glowing greens, condemned into the small forms of a pair of eyes, flicked into view from high above Lavy and Neo. Cold, thought insensitive, inquisitive, deadly curious eyes watched the two approachers from a thick tree limb, tiger paws folded beneath a great, sharp featured head, ears pricked with a thrilling intensity, a wide tail lolling lazily about..
Lavy stoped. Suddenly alarge green light flow right past her and there was a loud crunch of dead leaves and branches. Lavy began to run into the forest following the sounds.
Neo did a charm to make himself invisible and followed with his wand raised, ready for anything.
Ginny droped to the ground, silently and followed. With years of practice, she was quieter then the first two.
Lavy stoped and looked to eack side of her again. This time she didn't nod.
Ginny faded into the shadows, beside a tree. She was not panting, or breathing irregulary at all, so she made no noise.
With a broad droop of heavy shadows, a massive, impaling form dropped from its luxury of the treetops, coming into the eye's view by only minute streams of pale, ghastly lights. A great, black and silver beast loomed before the two, Lavy and Neo, sized greatly, a mere shoulder at breast's height. Monster-like paws kneaded upon the prime grasses, uprooting handfuls with the simple movements, sliding and stretching her shoulders and long, vast back.
The great beauty withdrew her paws and lay to her side, wide, gaping jaws yawning lazily, teeth like razored spikes, gleaming unceremoniously within crushable, menacing, heavy-set muscles.
The greens of her eyes ran over the two [yes, Neo as well – her gaze seemed to penetrate through all magical barriers..], ignoring not Ginny's presence, but too comforted and used to it to focus her gaze to her...
Lavy gazed at the massive creater and then turned around to Neo.
Silently watching, she smiled. Lavender had not looked at her, so she was still hidden.
Lavy walked past him and pulled down her hood. "We aren't going to get him this time." she said in a cold voice.
Neo became visable again and looked at Lavy, and then looked at the spot she had been watching and he took a few steps forward. He put his wand away and closed his eyes. After a few moments he lifted his hands up and two giant balls of fire appeared in his hands. He threw one in the direction of Lavender and in the direction that Lavy had been watching, and the fire ripped through the forest, destroying everything in their path. Neo smiled at the annihlation he had caused and then turned and walked away.
(yea i know i took stuff from like mortal combat or street fighter or whatever, but i thought it was cool)

The fireball that had been thrown at Lavender froze in mid-air, literally. Though Ginny knew Lavender could have stopped it herself, she had done it anyway. She still didn't move, and the mgic she had used was simple and untraceable.
Lavy waved her hand and fireball disappered.
Neo growled a threat at whoever had stopped it, and then dissapperated back to the school.
The great beast watched the fireballs, yet another yawn rolling from her ghastly mouth, tongue lopping at her lips. As the fires stopped, she rose from where she lay, paws treading upon the earth heavily, though soundlessly in the familiar soil earth. She growled slightly, though the sound rumbled and reverbrated through the undergrowth as thunder would in a gentle breath, pre-storm.
Lavender was not certainly fond of being attacked.
With a soft snap, the beast evaporated into a black mist, reappearing directly in front of this 'Neo'.
She the great beast, shoulders as high as his upper abdomen on all fours, lay directly back to her side in that forever lazy manner - what has such a great sized beast to be afraid of? - right in front of his feet, sending him off balance and toppling to the floor over her. The black and silver streaked animal growled unceremoniously, and rolled over to her other side, forest pine green eyes cold as tinted glaciers, eyeing him from toe to the topmost tip of his hair.
Her tail whipping about, the beast remained silent, as if waiting for him.

Neo scrambled up and pointed his wand at the beast. He did a complicated movement with his wand and suddendly the beast was thrown into the air, and its two left legs and two right legs where tied to the trees surronding them so she was hanging in the air spread-eagle. Then Neo flicked his wand again and a pool of acid appeared below her, just large enough that she wouldnt be able to jump across it, and then for good measure conjured a snake to wrap itself around the beast's neck and if it so much as breathed too hard, the snake would squeeze and sink its poison fangs into her neck.

The great beast, though honestly shocked and taken by utter surprise at his actions, appeared calm. Dejected, almost. There was a sense of familiar loss about the creature, even through its great power and gifts for malice.
The beast simply vanished, in a flash of a coal, silvery mist of a haze. The oil disintegrated as the mist faded, the snake, scampering off into the forest as if by commands.
To the left of the male, a tall, lean, compact human form of a pale beauty came into view, raven hair seductive and entrancing and silkily dancing behind her, many shaded green eyes piercing and calculating. From her form clung a streaming robe, not shredded, but satiny, drifting with an angelic grace that defied cloth itself.
In the quickly averted moments, one might have thought that Lavender had escaped his attack entirely, but nay, there was a well enough number of burns upon her small, pale hands and bare feet. They tinged painfully, but she declined notice.
"Twice now you have attacked me, male," she said quietly, interested with a far-off manner. "Your bag of tricks is certainly intriguing, but, why?"
There were certain things that Lavender could avoid, and certain things she could not. Copper, for instance. A nice 'ol copper blade, and Lavender would have to reset to physical abandon. Copper was a great way to send her being off the radar, anyway. Nice thoughts, those.
Having faded immediatly, she had followed them back to the school.
She watched with slight intrest then stepped forward, smiling at Lavender.
"Having fun?"

"The first time I attacked, I did not know that you were there. Obviously yo uare a woman and I was aiming for a man to be hurt from my first attack. My second is because you tripped me up, and I don't like giant animals getting in my way and trying to threaten me."
"She wasn't theatening you Neo." Lavy said walking up behind him.
"You'd be surprised what I consider to be threats" Neo growled. "She got what she deserved, she should be happy I didn't go further and cause her extreme amounts of pain." Neo turned to look at Lavy. "So keep her out of my way if you don't want her hurt." And with that he walked away.
"Sorry about that. He's a bit senceitive."
(Yeah, ignore the school part, wasn't paying attention.)
Ginny stormed after Neo and grabed his shoulder spinning him around.
"If I ever hear you speak to Lavender Potter like that again, I'll hurt you so bad you will wish you were dead!" She had quickly gone from no anger to rage. Lavender was one of her oldest friends, and she would never allow someone to speak like that o her oldest friends.
"Because my sex is female, does not mean you should begin foolishly underestimating me. And if you did not wish for great animals to be in your way, 'tripping you up', you should be a bit more careful then, eh?"
Lavender's form appeared directly in front of Neo, her being just inches from his, interfering and separating Ginny and the male. The pale beauty's hand went back and gently brushed Ginny's arm, a cool, gentle, friendly, thanking and appreciative note to the quiet wash of small will she passed to her friend. But then her arms returned to her sides, her piercing eyes delving directly into his.
"And do not speak to me as if I'm mere child, male. Lavender Brown knows her business is none of mine, and her attempts to rearrange my well being are futile and in vain. I got what I did not deserve, and I will stay in your way so long as I please!"
Lavender looked up {{up, mind you, for he was taller than her, like all the guys were turning about to be}} at the male with disgust, a cattish snarl enticing her features, though her tones were deadly calm.
"You do not know extreme pain, male. I have regrettably lived through more than mere human endurance can perceive. I know the limits between mortal sanity, and inhumane rage. I have felt and understood and acted in ways that one might not deem requisite, and though I admit to the physical highs and lows I felt while experiencing them, I can tell you, there are much better, and greater descendants, than death.
Do not tell her, I should be kept out or your pathetic way. If you want to speak of some bullshi* about my own, then come to me."
Lavy walked in between Lavender and Neo. "Ok, we get your points, both of you."
Ginny sneered at Neo.
"Just because you run your stupid Allience, you think you know what pain is! You've never had to experieance what pain relly is!"
"Stop all of you. This really is not the place."
"Then teach him to control himself!" Snapped Ginny. She was not angry with Lavy, just Neo.
"He's a big boy Ginny he can do it himself."
"Obviously not!"
Neo considered cursing Ginny and the animal and instead made a mental note to get his revenge and dissapperated back to the castle.
Lavy growled "Great, now he want's more revenge on someone else."
"Yes, and I will get it, and I advise you to stay out of my way until I get it, Lavy" Neo said in her head. He too had tealephathy but rarely used it.
"Well your not hurting anyone here." Lavy sent back.
"Oh really? Watch me." Suddendly there was a scream from behind Lavy and Ginny was on the ground writhing in pain and torment. "Still think I can't?" Neo asked sardonically.
Lavy waved her hand and Ginny stoped scraming. "Why do you always try to prove something, dea?"
"You know why. I'm sick of people trying to tell me what I can and cannot do, and I'm sick of people trying to act all tough to me. If there is one thing I detest its egos and arrogance, and I will stop it whenever I am confronted with it, and I personally, I just don't like Ginny."

(Guys! You went to far without us!! Neo, don't you ever control my charactor again! And start to slow down. d**n. And I know. But Ginny's one of the most powerful in school dude.)
Ginny's face was red with anger, her eyes flashing. Dissappearing she reappered beside Neo. In a split second she had kicked him in the jaw, throwing him into a wall. Not missing a beat she kneed him in the gut then slapped him, turning his head around. Then, without touching him, she rose him into the air, spinning him faster and faster then dropped him, making sure his head hit off the stone floor. She walked up and kicked him in the face, her anger getting the better. She backed away and took a fighting stance, without her wand. Her eyes were dark, her face had gone from red to pale, as though she was sick, and she was shaking slightly.
"I hate fighting, but if I must, I'll kill you, painfully. I know every thought you have, will have or have had. I know your mind inside and out, and I know how you die. I am one of the three most powerful psychics in school and one of the six (or seven, but I can't count) most powerful people in school. I don't want to kill you Neo. I don't want to fight you. But do not mess with me." She put emphasis on the last words, her voice steady, despite her slight shaking. She was very close to killing him, and she didn't want to hurt him anymore.
Lavy apperd next to Ginny. "Ginny take a deep breath and think about this for a moment. Do you really wasnt to kill him? Is he really worth the time of the effort?"
"Lavy, if he apologizes or even just walks away, I won't kill him. I won't lay another finger on him. But I am so tierd of it." Ginny's eyes never left Neo's form, and her body began shaking harder. It was getting harder for her to control her power as she stood there.
Lavy noticed that there was somthing wrong. "Ginny are you ok?"
(NO! They gonna shut off my cable on Sunday. I have cable internet!)
"No. My powers are getting harder to contain." She siad, shaking a bit more. Her face paled even more, and she looked as though she might faint.
"Oh, crap." Lavy grabed Ginny's arm and the next second they where in the middle of the forest.
(that sucks they did that to us once and I was so pissed when I couldn't watch my shows an Friday night)
Ginny closed her eyes.
"Get out of the forest Lavy."
Lavy thought about it. "I'm not leaving you here alone."
"Just go get Lavender, she'll control me." Ginny's shaking grew violent.
"I guess this wouldn't be the best time for me not to listen to you." Lavy disappered and returned with Lavender by her side.

Lavender appeared next to Lavy, hands plunged deep into the pockets of her robes, her raven hair tucked away neatly into a tight braid. Quiet, calm, and questioning, her prime green eyes traced Giny up and down, noting and calculating her state..
"Tell Lavy to get out." Ginny said, kneeling, and holding her stomach.

Lavy rolled her eyes and disappered.
*Ron appeared* *he inclined his head toward lavender,and looked down at ginny*You need a power boost?
"No! Anything but that!" Ginny shook her head roughly.
*ron nodded his head in understanding*maybe we could take your powers away,if only for the moment?*he pulled out an object which looked like a mirror,but knowing hogwarts,it probably wasn't.*
"They won't stay away long, but it should help." She forced out.
-*it went into the mirror.ron shut it*Yeah,it'll last two days at most.maybe three,it depends on how hard your powers are trying to get out.
Ginny shook her head.
"Ron, you don't seriously think a mirror can hold it for three days. I'll be lucky if it lasts two." Slowly she sstarted to stand.
A grayish haze enveloped the area about Ginny and Ron, an aura of peace and calm, which embraced the two Weasleys, and washed over them with an abrupt calm, permitting rational thinking and room to breathe - a pause for the two to gather what they will. Lavender stood off to their left, materializing not a foot away from them.
There was no need for Lavender to express her concern to either of them. It was there, beneath the neatly folded edges of concentration, to relieve them both, if just for a moment. And as always, with Lavender, there was a barrier, that was of the protective sort, surrounding them all. Strong, and building, quicker so after Ginny's powers were released..
Dumbledore sealed this mirror before...*ron looked down slightly*anyway...three.With dumbledore gone,three is the most this seal,which is quite old,is going to last.*he looked around at the barrier*excellent barrier,as always,lavender.
"Thanks you two." Ginny said, takeing a deep breath. Without her powers, the most she could do was hear thoughts. She sat down, folding her legs and takeing another calming breath. Slowly she smiled.
"Might as well take a nap while I don't have to worry about nightmare visions."
Lavender's rather small, pale hand set upon Ron's shoulder, squeezing appreciatively, her prime, evergreen eyes glittering with a caring, gentle warmth. There was a small ghost of what might have been a smile, before the pale beauty's hand was withdrawn, her eyes upon Ginny.
~~Yes, sleep, Ginny,~~ she thought to her quietly. ~~Time is of no moment, and I have no problem remaining here, for a time. In fact, I insist, my friend. Best you be healthy. Please, sleep, Ginny..."
*ron nodded. * You should rest,sis...
Ginny closed her eyes. Though she was sitting straight up, she was slowly falling asleep. Her mind started to slow down as she slid deeper into sleep. Her last conciouse thought was , 'Please, mirror, don't break.'
*and the mirror didn't break.For several days more then they had planned*This should have broken days ago!*ron said this,on the seventh day of the mirror not breaking*
Ginny smiled at him.
"I don't mind. I've gotten more sleep this past week then ever before."
Indeed, she did look well rested, and even heathier then before.
*ron thought for a moment*yeah...You look very well rested.I think old dumbledore new this mirror would be a help to someone...
"He always knows something that man."
Ginny nodded and smiled.
"Poor old man." She mummbled softly, her smile flickering. As it returned she streched. At the very back of her mind, a new thought was comming.

Lavender breathed this softly, quietly, subtlety to her melodious voice. Weather the thoughts of hers meant something at that exact moment, it was of no care. Lavender had watched Ginny sleep continuously, off and on over the time, silent, and constantly in wonder of some random thought that would never be voiced.
She watched the two, that familiar, 'just being there for you', sisterly gentleness trickling upon Lavender's striking features...
She smiled over at Lavender, thanking her silently. She didn't think it had to be said aloud. As Lavender sang the soft song, Ginny's eyes widened, the song was adding to her thought.
-*ron sat down*so,I guess the mirror won't break unless you want it to...
Lavender inclined her head.
~~So 'tis coming out to be...~~
"Then I'm not sure if I want it to break or not..."She said carefully.
*ron nodded.*I know.But when you feel its time,when your ready,either I will open it or it will break.or,we can just keep them in here...*ron put the mirror in his pocket*
"Don't sit on it." She said, watching him. She smiled softly then jumped up and did a cartwheel. She sat back down.
"I have way too much energy now!" She said, laughing.
I know you have more energy then me.*he sighed*I'm sleeping more then I used to,because my visions tend to come only when I touch things,but,Sometimes they do come at night,and when they do,they're of the apocolypse.
Ginny's laughed died immediatly. She frowned, remembering all the visions she had gotton while she had her powers.
"I know what you mean."
*ron nodded*But....I've been meaning to tell you something ginny....Its about a vision I had when I shook hands with the minister...
"What?" She asked, raising her eyebrows.
I saw the apocolypse...And since I was shaking his hand at the time,you can guess what that could mean.
"That he's involved? Come on Ron, I can't see into your mind as well as I could before."
*ron nodded*He is involved,somehow...I'm not sure how yet,though...all I know is,I saw him,and a man in a suit standing next to eachother and then I saw chaos,the world was blowing up...
Ginny nodded, then shrugged.
"Well, we all knew it would happen some day."
*ron shook his head slightly*He looked the same age...as he does now.(g2g)
Ginny scowled at Ron slightly.
"I know we live long, Ron."
Lavy hadn't really been paying much attetion to them until Ron metioned Chaos. "Oh, crap." she said under her breath.
Ginny glanced at Lavy.
Lavy turned to Ginny. "We might have a problem."
"No, you might have a problem."
"What's that suppose to mean?"
"That I'm not getting involved."
"I think you should get involoved Ginny."
"Why? So I can sit there and watch?"
"I doubt you would be sitting and watching, more like running and....funning faster.:
"Then no."
"It would have been no anyway, I'm I right?"
"If I had my powers, it might have been a yes."
"Know you it would have been a no, with or without your powers."
*ron sighed*I don't know,ginny...If you're sure well live long,though...Then I guess I'll believe you...But,if there are any more visions...
"You better beleive me. I've no reason to lie." She stated, glaring at her brother.
*Ron sighed*Yes,but maybe we are suppose to live long...maybe we're suppose to stop it.
"Stop it? Why should we." She scowled, her good mood evaporating.
*ron sighed,his exasperation showing*Its coming.Sooner then its suppose to.Why should we stop it?
"Yes, why should we." She asked, not looking away from Ron.
To help protect our futures?*he looked into her eyes*Ginny,You can put your powers back into this mirror anytime you like,as long as it doesn't break.I need your help to figure this out.If its not coming until later,then fine.We don't have to stop it.But what if it is?
Ginny pulled her legs up and looked away from Ron. It was hard for her to control the unexplainable anger she felt.
"Fine."
*Ron sighed*why don't you relax a bit more.A month or so?I'm sorry I had to bring that up,but,I figured it was better then doing it while you were in a bad mood.
"Whatever." Ginny stood up. Even without her powers, she could still leap around like a frog if she wanted, and she wanted. She jumped and grabbed a low tree limb, pulling herself up. She climbed a bit higher then sat down.
*ron didn't understand exactly why ginny was so upset* *he watched as she climbed* *he smiled slightly*You always use to do that when mum was going to punish you.
"Yeah, well, it's not as if she could get at me. She always made one of you boys climb after me." She didn't look down, instead towards the middle of the forest.
Yeah,I think I was the one who always got you down.Fred and george did it a few times,but percy could never quite manage it.
"Cause I pushed him out of the tree."

"I only pushed him cause he'd start talking about something boring."
*ron nodded*yeah....He'd manage that when I went up the trees to.He'd say something like,"You shouldn't be in this tree..." I don't remember anything else,it was so boring.
