(Yes another one, Lolz. I like making these.)
A girl with strawberry blond hair sat in the forest. She had to be around five years old, and she sat on tree limb, swinging her limbs, singing a song in Spanish. Her red skirt swished around her legs, keeping time with her song.
"Winry! Where did you run off to? Come back here!" Yelled a man's voice. Nathan walked through the bushes, just beneath the tree limb that his daughter sat on. She ignored him, as he realized where she was.
"Winry, come down here." He said.
"No. You made me mad." Finally speaking, she sounded angry at her father.
"Fine." In a flash, Nathan was kneeling on the branch, next to her. He surprised her so much she started to fall backwards. Without a word, he pulled her back into a sitting position.
"Now what is this I see?" A voice said from behind them. I was clearly Lavy's voice but it had an unusal softness and smothness about it.
Instantly, without thinking, Nathan threw his arms around his daughter, protective, transporting her to thr ground, where they were a bit safer. He stood.
"Who's there?" He asked, harshly.
"Daddy?" Winry asked, grasping her fathers waist.
"Oh, do you not remember me Nathan. It hasn't been that long sence you last saw me." Lavy said standing up in the trre and looking down at Nathan. "I haven't aged so don't be alarmed when you don't see any wrinkles." Lavy said in a small laugh. "And who is this lovly young lady with you?"
Nathan relaxed as he realized who it was. He placed a hand on Winry's head.
"This is my daughter. Winry?" He said, softly.
Winry looked at Lavy, letting go of her father. She tilted her head to the side,.
"Who are you?"
Lavy smiled. "Well there are many answers to the question, my love." Lavy steped forward and flowed to the gorund. "But I guess the most common answer I give to someone would be Lavy. I was your father's Defence Aganist the Dark Arts teacher. And as much as I would love to say I thaught him everything he know's that simlpy isn't true."
"No, that was my mother." He stated, his smile evaporating.
"Huh?" Winry let out a small gasp. Her father never mentioned her grandmother. She didn't know anything about her grandmother, except, she was pretty.
"Yes, it was." Lavy said noticing Winry gasp. "Nathan, have you faild to tell Winry about Ginny?"
"Why do you think she got mad at me?" He asked, his hand still resting on Winry's head.
Winry looked at the ground, clasping her hands together.
"He never tell me anything. I heard him fighting with Aunt Alisha, Uncle Kyle, and Grandfather Conan about it."
Lavy shook her head. "Nathan she should know about Ginny."
"If I told her one part, I'd have to tell her the entire story. Thats alot for a five year old to shoulder." He said, taking his hand off Winry's head and taking a step away.
"I could do it. Uncle Kyle taught me how to orginize my mind." She mummbled.
"You don't have to tell her everything right now. Your doing more damage not telling her."
"Don't tell me how to raise my daughter." he said, looking at Lavy. The orb at the end of his chain that he wore around his neck glowed red.
Winry had the same type of necklace, and her own orb glowed purple.
"Stop it Daddy." She said, bringing her hands to her face.
Nathan's eyes grew wide as Winry's orb glowed. Before this, her orb had been nothing but glass, now it was assuming an element. But, what element was purple?
(The orbs are something Ginny made a long time ago that react to their owners emotions, but they do not change colors.)
(Ok)
"I'm not telling you have to raise your daugter." Lavy said glancing down at the orb around the gir'ls neck. "But sooner or later, she will find out and it might not be the right person. Tell her now and there is no risk of that ever happning. Or find someone trusted to tell her if you don't want to. Your father or one of your siblings." Lavy took a step back for no apperent reson.
His orb stopped glowing, but Winry's continued. He glanced at Lavy, then back to his daughter, suddenly understanding something. He walked over, closing his hand around her orb.
"Fine, Winry. But you need to calm down."
"Ok...okay daddy..I'm calm." She said, taking a deep breath. Nathan sat down, letting go of her orb. She sat down.
"Where to start..." Nathan murmmered.
"The begininng." Lavy said looking around them.
"Heh. Easier said then done." he sighed.
"Your grandmother's name was Ginerva Molly Weasly. Everyone called her Ginny though. She was a very smart person, I'd guess that was because of how much she saw before she was eighteen. She had me when she was nineteen, pretty young, but then, I guess she already knew she'd die young. She had so many psychic powers that I never got away with anything as a kid. I was such a brat. Anyway, before she was even married, she was thrown back in time, where she met my father. They defeted a dictator that was there, and gained control of the Kingdom."
"You mean where Mommy stays?"
"Yes. Well, they didn't know it, but the evil man had a grandson. Many years later, when I was about nineteen or so, this man's grandson trapped my mother. I don't know the details, but I do know he killed her. My mother, the person who taught Alisha and I how to use our powers, the one who owned this forest, the one who had a temper worse then yours, little one, was killed."
"So what's the big secret?" Winry asked, quietly.
"Because, sweetie, she-" Nathan looked up, his eyes flashing darkly. He turned to Lavy.
"Did you hear that?"
(gonna go, I tierd.)
Lavy nodded and pulled out her wand. She turned around just in time to duck under somthing that flow past her head. "Oh, the things this man will do to try and kill me." Lavy said rolling her eyes and standing back up. "Come out come out where ever you are." she said in a sweet voice. She took a step forward to a bush and moved some the leaves out of the way. Lavy gasped and droped her wand. "Get Winry out of here, now!" Lavy said turning around back to Nathan.
(ok me too)
Winry grabbed her fathers hand as he stood.
"What's going on, Daddy?" She asked.
Nathan patted her head.
"As long as she's with me, she'll be fine." Nathan said, watching Lavy.
"What is it?"
Lavy swiftly walked over to Nathan and grabed his upper arm. "It's not good to say the least. Get her out of here now, before it's too late." she pushed him back away from her. "It's not safe right now." Lavy turned back around walked back to the bush and picked her wand up. "Since Ginny left us I've become the unofficle protector of this forest, but there are things that are beyond my control. This just so happens to be one. Now go." Lavy walked into the trees and out of sight.
"She's right, Winry. We have to get you outta here." He said, after a moment.
Winry however, wrenched her hand from his.
"No, I'm not going, and you can't make me!" She said, taking off into the forest, leaving her father far behind. She ran fast for a little thing, and before she knew it, she was near some caves. (yes the wolf caves) Something told her to go closer, and she stepped carefully towards them.
Lavy appered infront of Winry. "Running from you father, little one?" she said with a smile. Lavy bent down. "Do you want to see what's in thoses caves behind me?"
Winry nodded, slowly. Her orb glowed faintly, as she peered over Lavy's shoulder. Again, something told her she had to see what was in there. The same thing told her not to be afraid.
Lavy stood back up and took Winry hand. "Come one." Lavy started into the cave.
Ever since Ginny had passed, the wolves had seemed to care less about the rest of the forest. They never listened to Lavy, and more ignored her then anything else. They kept to themselves. But now, as they saw the small child, they sat up, as though at attention.
Winry's neckalce glowed a bit more, lifted and seemed to want her to go further inside of the cave. She slipped her hand from Lavy's, following where her orb directed.
"Hello, my freinds." Lavy said stopping infront of the wolves. "It's been a while. I'd like you to meet someone." Lavy pulled Winry forward so that she stood infront of her. Lavy placed her hands on the girl's shoulder's. "This is Winry, Ginny's grandaughter."
Winry stepped forward. Some of the wolves sepearted, revealing a mother wolf with her pups. She knelt down, hestitantly touching the baby wolves. The mother laid her head down, at ease.
"Look at the little babys." She said, softly. One of the pups stuck out. It was slightly darker then the others.
Lavy sat down next to Winry. "Yes, born a few weeks ago, I heard from some of the animals. I've been meaning to come down here and check up on them but as usal the wovles have done a brillent job of keeping everything in order." Lavy smiled at the pups.
Carefully, Winry slipped her hands around the pup. Again, something told her just how to hold it. She lifted it, looking at it's small face. It's fur was soft and downy, almost too soft to hold. The animal didn't cry or whine for it's mother, like most pups do. It was calm as Winry blinked, staring at it.
"I see you have your grandmother's magic touch."
She smiled, looking at the mother wolf, then back at the pup.
"She's named the others, but not this one." Winry said.
"Well...maybe you should name this one then." Lavy said glancing behind them.
"Black Hayate." She murmmered, setting the pup back down, carefully. She smiled as she stroked it's back with on finger.
"Winry, where did you leave your father?" Lavy said looking behind them again.
"In the clearing. He can take care of himself. One time, I saw him blow an entier city up." She didn't looked up from the puppy.
"I'm more worried Nathen find's you." Lavy said.
"Why, he won't do anything. Mommy says he spoils me." She grinned, finally looking up.
"Not that Nathan. A differnt one. The Nathen I'm talking about is a vampier. He's been after me since I was 8. He lives in this forest, and since I've been coming to this shool he's tried to kill someone I care about on more then one occation. There was another little girl about your age he went after. Her name was Arianna. She was one of my best freinds daughters. Arianna's much older now but there's no doubt in my mind that Nathen will go after her again."
"Then worry about her. If he's not after me, I don't need to run." She said, sitting on the cave floor. Ever since she had picked up the wolf pup, her orb had stoped glowing, although it swirled with a purple mist.
"Oh, but I'm afreid he is after you, my love. In fact he's in here right now."
"Why would he be after me? I didn't do nothin'." She said, placing a hand on her necklace.
"Because of me. It's never about something you do. It's that he'll do anything.' Lavy stood up. "I think it's time to go."
Again her orb glowed, faintly and she shook her head.
"No."
"Yes." Lavy pulled Winry up onto her feet.
"Don't touch me!" Winry screamed, yanking her arm away from Lavy. She back into a wall, shaking her head fircely.
"No! No! No! No! No! I won't go!" She said, her orb glowing brighter with each word.
"Winry, this is not a game, he will kill you." Lavy glanced at the orb and then behind her again.
"I won't go!" Winry screamed again, kneeling against the wall. Her orb glowed bright now, illumitating the cave, throwing shadows everywhere.
Lavy stepped foward and strocked Winry hair. "What's wrong dear?"
"Don't touch me!" Winry said again, hitting at Lavy's hand. She scrunched lower to the ground, covering her ears, scrunching uo her eyes.
"It's too loud!"
Lavy nodded. "Winry, we must leave now. Then the noise will stop." she said as calmly as possablie.
"No!" Winry said, as she began to panic. Whatever had told her how to act earlier had dissappeared. She fell the her knees, rocking back and forth now.
"It hurts!" She said, her orb glowing even more firecely. Suddenly, she fell forward, her orb, stopped glowing.
"Winry?" Lavy said picking up the girl with ease.
Winry didn't answear, her eyes were closed, relaxed now.
Lavy turned to leave.
"Ehhh....." Winry mumbled. Her eyes flickered, but other then that, she didn't move.
"Shhh....." Lavy sadi starting back out of the cave.
Outside, Winry didn't move, but in her head, she was having strange dreams. People she didn't reconize were flashing through her brain.
Lavy wispered somthing very softly and a silky black hores with huge magnificant wings appered infront of them. "Hello, Sunshower." Lavy said with a smile. Lavy walked up the horse's and jumped onto his back. At once the Sunshower wings opened and he flow up above to forest trees.
(I told Ron to join, so make your horse land, ok?)
(ok)
Sunshower flow al the way to the forest's egde and then landed. Lavy slid off his back.
*ron's grand son appeared at the edge of the forest*Vince: (his name is just for reference,so try to remember..)hey,winry...*his hair was blonde, but he had his father's(rons son's)eyes.*Whats going on?
Winry's eyes opeaned, fully this time. She began to wiggle in Lavy's arms.
"Put me down!" She demanded.
"Ok. Ok." Lavy said placing Winry down on the ground.
Winry looked at Vince. He was her second cousin, but she didn't know much about him. She was normally in Anciant Romaina with her father and mother.
*vince waved slightly...he had only seen her at the last family reunion, which had been a few years back..He was 12...?/older then winry,So they hadn't had much in common.(how old is winry?)he rubbed the back of his head slightly*um,my grandpa told me to come here...
"Intresting." Lavy said turning back to Sunshower. She stroked his neck.
(about 5, lolz)
She wrinkled her forhead, trying to think who he was talking about. That would be....the man her dad called Uncle Ron, right?
She looked up at him.
"Why?"
well...He's on his death bed at the moment, and he said something about a vision...involving you...*he shrugged*
"He's dying?" She asked, softly. Something flashed in her mind, pictures of her grandma's brither, when he was younger.
Lavy shook her head. "How unfortuante."
*he nodded*he seems okay about it,though...He just wanted to make sure you're alright, but my dad wouldn't let him go,so he sent me.
Lavy smiled. "Oh, that sound's like Ron. Always wanting to do it himself."
*vince smiled and nodded thoughtfully*Yeah, thats my grand dad.always off and doing something.I doubt he'll stop after death.
"Yep. I remember him when we where at school."
Winry turned to look at Lavy. She made a face.
"Is that suppoes tp mean something to me?"
Winry shook her head, sitting down. She slipped off her necklace, playing with it.
Lavy rolled her eyes and then jumped back on Sunshowers back.
Vince just watched, looking thoughtful* *he got a mental message from his grandfather* *he glanced over at lavy*Granpa says hi...and he also says, something about seeing Ginny....wait...
"Tell him I said hi back....." Lavy started. "What about Ginny?" She made a clicking sound with her toung and and Sunshower satrted walking around Vince and Winry. As he did so he closed his wings so he didn't hurt himself of anyone else.
Winry didn't look at him, but she stopped playing with her orb, which indicated she was listening.
*vince lowered his head and looked down*He's gone...*vince held back a sob*(wow, killing me is easier then I would have thought...)
(lolz)
Lavy jumped off Sunshower's back and walked over to Vince. "Are you going to be ok?"
*vince didn't look up,but nodded his head*Yeah..I guess...I mean, thats the way life works...
"That's the worse part about life." Lavy leaned foward and gave Vince a hug.
{{OOOOoooo, I can't help but join! ;D I love threads like this ^.^ }}
A soft voice, a male's, a young male's, voice grumbled just away from the clearing where the group was, as in a feint flash of brisk grayish light, the lean, very athletic boyish form of the nine year old adopted form of Lavender's son appeared, trained and mastered in many of his mothers tricks in his young age. He wore dusty, worn black jeans and a mud stained white shirt. He was barefoot, something that came to him as naturally as it came to his mother, and covered in dirt. Childs play.
He was a beautiful thing. A long, narrow face, and an already muscled form, strands of his jet black hair dangling before his eyes in a way that related to his mother - he constantly brushed it away, though it had a way of falling right back again. He finally cared not of it anymore. Already, his features promised to be quite handsome and well defined in manhood, more so, then they already were.
With keen senses and an astounding hearing span, he heard the group in the clearing. And with great interest, he messed his hair and brushed it from his eyes, hooked his thumbs in his jean pockets, and strode with thick feet into the clearing, a feeling of certain truthful placement entering his thoughts. He slightly recognized those there, from the many stories his mother had told him, and he grinned their way good naturedly. So long he and his mother had been away from her friends - mainly, for she had fallen ill the last few years, but now that she was all right in his standards {very high and deep rooted in concern for her, ergo, she was completely, utterly healthy}, he had been granted permission to wander - though he knew she would be right behind if even a frightened thought passed his mind. He loved his mother dearly - she understood him so very well.
"Hi," he said cheerfully.
Lavy turned and looked at the boy. "Hello. I don't belive we've ever been introducued."
"Nope," he agreed, inclining his head in a way that deeply reflected Lavenders sincere court-like qualities. He repeated many a things she did, taught to be respectful in the presence of others. "Mother and I've been away for a while."
He grinned and snapped his fingers {again, ghostly and mirroring Lavender's smooth movements}, his clothes and body instantly cleaned and crisp. He didn't much like to be cleaned, but he liked to be presentable. Especially since his mother had finally told him, he was the inheriting Lord of Lavender's true, deceased line of family's kingdom. It was unknown to mortals, and until she had told him all about it, he had known nothing of it either. There was a lot in his bloodline that he didn't know of – but he was coming to grips with it. Much easier than his mother had, when she was younger.
"I'm Tavis."
Lavy smiled. "Would your mother by any chance be Lavender?"
"Yup," he beamed. "Good guess, Miss."
"You remind me of her that's all. Some of the things you do it's almost just like her."
(um,how old was lavender when she had him?the character I have at the moment is ron's grand son...I'm just curious.)Vince glanced over at the boy, wiping the slight tears from his eyes*You look...familiar.
(lavender didn't have him, I think. Didn't she adopt him?)
Winry looked at the new boy, smiling. She watched him, intrested.
"Hi!" She said.
*vince glanced down at his cousin, smiling*
She glanced at Vince, then looked back at the other boy.
"Who are you again?"
{{Lavender lives for longer than she had thought she would - she isn't of the Potter line, etc. and how long she lives is unsure to her. She looks and resembles the same as if she were but in her twenties. Long story, lolz. Tavis is adopted, but after an accident of his, her reviving him mixed their blood in such a way, he is her son much as if he had been born from her womb.}}
He grinned at Lavy, and turned to the boy at his side, un-judging of him crying, but wondering the reason.
"You too," he said.
He turned to the girl, and smiled warmly. "Hello."
She grinned, finally slipping her necklace back on. It glowed, slightly.
"How's she been doing, I haven't heard much."
"Mother is doing better. She was quite sick for a while, but I know she is better now. She is smiling again."
Tavis returned the grin of the girls and peered in interest at the necklace.
"What's that?"
"A necklace." She said. She was only five, and as smart as she was, she sometimes acted her age.
Tavis grinned.
"I mean why is it glowing?"
"An orb." Lavy said glancing down at Winry.
Winry thought about it. Again, that something piped up.
"Cause whenever I feel something strongly, it glows." She said, after a moment.
"Absoulty." Lavy said smiling.
*vince looked at his cousin again*I guess...we'll never know what the vision was about...
"Humm...vision?"
Winry smiled at Vince again.
"Your grandpa's vision?" She asked, listening to the voice in the back of her mind.
*Vince just nodded*He was vague about it...
"What he say?" She asked, smiling.
just that you were in danger...
"I don't think so." Winry said, slowly. She knew if she were in danger, real danger, the same thing would happen as the last time she was in such danger. She'd fall asleep. It happend everytime.
Lavy nodded. "As are we all Vince."
*Vince assumed that lavy would understand.-*Imminent danger, obviously.
"Well, I'm not moving." Winry said, defintly. Her eyes flashed, very much like Ginny's.
*he shrugged*He didn't give Us many details...Anyway,the vision could have been from anypoint at time...(KanYe west is awesome, but I don't know If I like the overall cd much.)
(Y not?)
"Okay." Winry said, smiling again.
(well,I just don't like all the songs much.I like "Gold digger" and "Diamonds are forever"but, the rest,I didn't like much...of course,I'm going by beat at the moment. When I first buy a cd,I base what I like on beat, and what I know I like..Later I base it on more.YOu listen to KanYe?)*he still looked slightly concerned*My dad said he didn't get gramps' powers..So I might...But,it doesn't feel like there coming yet...*he shrugged it off*(ha..I just remembered where our "Blood" psychic powers came from.)
(Eh, I forget, where? And no, I don't. I listen to Classic Rock, and Japanese songs)
"Maybe. My daddy says I got his and Mommy's, and grandpa's and someone elses."
(cool.I like classic rock to.I tend to be diverse with music,tho.Ha...where we got it was pretty funny.I think, now correct me if I'm wrong...I kissed emily824,or something and she was psy,so,I got mind reading...You saw that I had powers, changed it to a "Family"trait, gave yourself more, and from there it just got out of hand.)*he nodded thougtfully*your smart, you know that?
(Eh, Ginny mainly got most of her's after her first year)
Winry shrugged. She didn't think so. She was just saying what she knew.
"Yes very, Winry, I can't wait to have you in my class. I bet you'll be as good as yuor father was."
(yeah,i g2g...I'm pretty sure thats how it happend tho..wait for me..)
(k, we won't go to much longer with this)
She smiled, poligtly.
(yep)
"Where is Nathan, he should have been here by now." Lavy said looking around them
"Which Nathan?" She asked, looking up.
Lavy smiled. "I almost forgot there are two Nathan's , ah. Your Nathan. I don't want my Nathen here."
"Nope, Daddy's giving me time to stop being mad."
*vince just listened,he was thinking* *he touched a branch, and to his suprise, his first vision came to him* *he fell to the floor as he saw it,the shock of the vision nearly making him faint*
Lavy ran over to Vince. "Aer you ok?"
*vince wasn't responding, his eyes were closed, and all he could see or hear was the vision at the moment* *his body convulsed slightly
Winry cried out as he fell. She jumped up, her eyes wide and afraid.
*he opened his eyes, confused* *he looked around*w-what was that?
Lavy helped him sit up. "I think you might've had a vision."
*he just nodded*I guess...I did see something...
"What was it that you saw?"
Someone dying...I didn't see much,it was all a blur...
"Well that's ok, it's one of your firsts isn't it?"
The first...*he didn't look at her*
"Well then that's very good."
*he shrugged*i guess....but how are we going to find out who died?
"Going back into your memory."
*he nodded his head slolwly*(i think we should wait for gin on this one..)
(yeah I was just going to say that)
(I love you both for waiting! Lolz)
Winry walked to her cousin, she grabbed his hands and smiled.
"Are you okay?"
*he nodded, and smiled at her*yeah,I think so...
"Good. I'm glad." She said. She didn't know many of her cousins, and didn't have many friends.
"So are you ready?"
(I am exausted!!!!not only was I busing for both sides&getting people who weren't served there drinks,I also had to keep going over to the register and helping the new girl...and,I had to help my dad,but only a little...My feet are killing me..I want to lie down, but I had to get on because I'm so bored...)*he smiled at his cousin affectionetly*Thanks for caring...*he got up,wobbling slightly, and brushed himself off*yeah,I'm ready...
"Ok, then you need to relaxe."
Winry watched, slightly concerned.
(Aww, poor Ron! ( I am NOT being sarcastic))
(lol,i knew you weren't being sarcastic...I'm not feeling that well mentally or physically at the moment, and rping w/ you guys makes me feel better..) *ron...I mean vince sat down and relaxed himself, taking steadied breaths*
(lolz, was the ron thing a typo you just didn't feel like fixing, or on purpose?)
She sat beside him, gripping his hand only like a five year old can.
Lavy sat down infront of him. "Ok, then."
(lol..It was on purpose.Thats my sense of humor, for you.)*Ron....VINCE looked over at winry, smiling again..*I'm ready.
Winry smiled back.
(It did make me laugh)
"Ok." Lavy stood up and walked behind Vince. She placed her hands on his shoulders.
(I like your sence of humor)
(lol, thanks.I'm glad someone appreciates it.) *vince's body shook, and he saw the vision again,a hooded figure, stabbing someone*(oh,and in case you hadn't noticed,I will make it up if i have to,lavy, but some help on who was killed would be much apreciated...)
Winry bit her cheek, watching Vince's body shake.
(ok no prob)
"It's ok." Lavy wispered to Winry.
She squeezed Vinces hand harder.
(aw,heck...I know who know.;p...)*vince saw a boy with light blonde hair that was slicked back being stabbed by the hooded figure...A closer look revealed pale skin and blue eyes, and that description is where I leave you to make up a name,in relation to some one whose name begins in an 'M' And ends in 'Y'*
(May? Lolz.)
Winry watched Vince's face, worriedly.
"Shhhhh..........." Lavy said also seeing the vision.
*the body, writhing, was then barried, and the hooded figure dissapeared with a puff of pink smoke.Don't ask why its pink.* *the vision stopped* *vince looked around again*
"You okay?" Winry asked again.
Yeah,I think so...*he looked slightly scared by what he had seen*
"Who died?" She asked, tilting her head slightly.
*vince shook his head*I'm not sure.He looked familiar,though...
Tavis was still, tagging along just a bit with his natural mental senses. He did not completely follow, he'd been apart from them for too long, but he kind of knew what was going on. He was silent, thumbs jammed into his pockets, long face a mask of interest, concerned. There was no need to ask what was going on, little Winry had explained that in her questions.
Tavis looked back and forth from Vince to Winry, listening.
{{Sorry for my absence, lolz ^.^}}
(We knows you sorry! Ohhh Lav! Aplly for Moderator!)
Winry suddenly looked up at Tavis, her eyes expressing concern for Vince. Her orb glowed slightly.
{{How hun?}}
Tavis smiled reassuringly, reached out, and squeezed her hand in the gentility only a child can express. He inclined his head deeply, in way of expressing he was concerned, and listening intently.
(In forum managment!)
She smiled at him, happy he was concerned as well.
Lavy shook her head. "He dose look very very familar."
*a name came to mind*Um...malfoy?*he looked confused*I don't know where that came from...
"Malfoy?" Lavy asked. "Is there a first name to go with that?"
*he shook his head*nope.
"Good job, Vince." Lavy said.
*he nodded vaguely* *he still looked shooken by what he had seen*
"Are you going to be ok?" Lavy asked alittle worried.
*vince nodded again-*
"Ok."
Tavis let Winry's hand go, and again hooked his thumbs in the corners of his front pockets.
"Malfoy..." he muttered in a low tone, his features furrowed in thought. "I've heard that name before... But where?... Malfoy... Malfoy... Malfoy..."
Tavis scratched his jaw absently, then snapped his fingers in sudden rememberance.
"That's it! Malfoy, wasn't that ther last name of the guy my Mother and the old crew used to battle with a lot back when they went to Hogwarts?"
"Yes." Lavy said with a nod. "Draco Malfoy, Nessa Malfoy, and Lucius Malfoy."
"But wouldn't he be old by now?" Winry asked.
"Yes.. They should be... And Lucius, supposedly, he's dead. I think. Forgive me, my memory of them is rusty..."
Tavis shrugged, and scratched a chip of dry mud from his fingernail.
"It's okay. You shouldn't have to remember them."
{{Rarr. I'm making Tavis younger :P I don't want another old char. yet, lolz. He's going to be 9 in this RP, and so on, lolz}}
Tavis shrugged.
"I dunno, just thought I would.."
(lolz)
Winry smiled sympatheticly.
"I remember peole I've never met. I don't know how, but I do."
"They would be old. Draco I belive was a few years older then I so he would be in his early 40's."
(hah...its fun watching you guys guess...lol here, heres another hint!)*vince had calmed himself*um,has he had a son?
(now, before the next person posts,REMEMBER this was a hint.)
(lolz you prety much spelled it out for us)
"Yes, I belive he did."
*vince just gestured in such a way as to say..."So...that means?"*
"His son is going to die unless we can stop it."
*vince nodded his head thoughtfully*But,who would want to kill this mans son?
"There's tons of people. Where do I begin."
"I've heard many stories. Supposedly, the Malfoys never were in the best of ways with people, unless they wanted something from them.. I guess a lot of people would probably pass down dislike for the family.."
*vince nodded thoughtfully*
"Not very many liked the Malfoys at least at this school they didn't."
yeah, grandpa told me about draco malfoy...he said he was always picking fights with everyone.
"Oh, so true."
"why'd he pick fights?" Winry asked, confused.
"He liked to show off his pets." Lavy said with a grin.
"Huh?"
*something else popped into his head*Crabbe and goyle...
"Yes, very good, you understand my stupid jokes."
Winry shook her head.
"Huh?" She repeated.
"Crabbe and Goyle where Draco's freinds, if you can call them friends. So of us alway's called them his 'pet's' because they where always following him and doing is dirty work for him."
"Oh, okay." Winry said, smiling.
er...yeah.*vince had no clue what lavy was talking about, the names had just popped into his head*
{{Nice Power Ranger siggy Ronikins. :P }}
Tavis merely laughed. He barely understood the concept of names, and for a reason he knew not, it was funny. He first broke into a grin, a soft chuckle, then after a mere moment, he was clutching his sides. He didn't laugh really hard to often - sometimes it just happened with him. And it was, funny.
Winry raised an eyebrow at Tavis.
"Ermmm...." she said, nervously.
Tavis coughed, bowed his head to fight his grin, and turned up when his features had returned to be solemn.
In earlier years when his mother would teach him random things, for instance, the humane morals of never letting those whom you know very well of a friendship standard be treated like 'pets' in any a cause, be they following him, or any other {after a particular row with Tavis and another boy around where he lived. A boy which is now dead.}. She had once mentioned the last names Crabbe and Goyle, just once, but after that, he could place them with many a stories she had told him - which connected then, ever so generously, to the Malfoys.
Tavis sighed, his joy fluttering, then utterly dieing. No longer was there a laugh left in him. He frowned, and continued to let his thoughts drift.
But whay they would be involoved I don't know."

(lol...thanks.I think...lol,I am a bit to old for it,but hey,Its my generation of shows,so,why not?)
They're not.*vince said,simply*
{{lolz ^.^ }}
Tavis watched Vince in silence, interested, a bit confused yes, but very curious.
Winry wasn't just a bit confused, she was so lost she couldn't have found her way out of the swamp of confusion if the exit was right in front of her. (lolz!)
(need a lantern,girls?lol..I was answering lavys post.she asked why c&g would be involved.I also answered lavys comment at the same time.multi-tasking is what I do.)
(I know that! You have to remember, Winry is only 5 in this one!)
"Then why did you mention them?"
They just came to mind....I'm psychic,so...names just come to me like that. You were talking about them.
Lavy shrugged. "I know what you mean."
*vince sighed*well..I guess we've got to look for more things...
"Like what?" Winry asked.
anything that will trigger a vision...*he picked up a rock*Nothing....
"I dout I rock will help. I have a better idea." Lavy took Vince, Winrys and Travis hands and the next second they where infront of a huge abandoned house. "The Melfoys old home."
Tavis looked up at the ancient home and frowned, but said nothing. There was a lot about this house he instinctively did not like..
Winry frowned and shivered slightly.
"Come one then." Lavy said pushing the heavy door opened slowly.
"I don't like this place..." Winry whimpered.
{{I noticed I've been calling Winry 'Wintry', lolz. Ooopz. Sorry, lolz *.* }}
"Don't worry, little Winry," Tavis said instinctively, petting her shoulder. Without a thought he acted, a brotherly instinct taking over. He smiled reassuringly at her, then gazed about the great house with a sinking feeling. Something was not right.. It bothered him.
(I just thought it was a typo, lolz)
She bit her lip, to keep herself from whimpering again. She felt cold just looking at the place.
Lavy rubbed her hand against the dusty wood. "It's been at least ten years since someones been in here." Lavy said in a quiet voice.
Tavis walked away from Winry then, his eyes looking over each and every thing. Seeing more than a regular eye should see. The remaining warmth in the lonely pannels of wood, each and every single particle of dust blanketing the floors - the shadows and haunting lights of which used to burn frequently so many years ago..
Tavis growled and went to a pile of broken wooden contraptions and furniture, pawing through a great deal of rubbish, before he found what he had been looking for. He pulled out, scraping and seriously bloodying-up his hands in the process, a worn, but still moving, old magical photograph, of the long gone, Malfoy family. He raised the picture and pointed with a bloody hand to it.
"Look at this!"
Winry walked over, taking the picture from him. She touched the faces of the people inside.
"Oh, yes the old pictuers of the Malfoys." Lavy said looking over at the pictuers. She waved her hand and all the dust on it disappered, along with the blood that was everywhere.
Tavis grinned sheepishly, and rubbed his bleeding hands on his jeans, then sighed. Small flames materialized, like a liquid, spreading over his cuts, and healing them anew; graceful, gentle.
Tavis looked at the picture, examining the people over Winrys shoulder. Now he knew why they had looked so familiar. He had seen that picture before. But, where?...
"Look, the picture's been cut off." Winry said, feeling on of the edges. It was uneven.
Lavy took the pictuer out of the book. "It sure has." Lavy said narrowing her eyes.
"My daddy has a old picture. It was cut off on both sides." She said.
Tavis mouthed, but did not vocalize, a few words in an inhuman language, that moved distinctly like that of curse words in their own.
"Oi.." he said then.
Tavis snapped his fingers, and another picture appeared in his hand. He leaned in close to Winry, and placed it next to one of the rough sides. The picture fit. Picturing another group of what looked distinctly like dark wizards, the two together began to unravel a confusing story, in Tavis's thoughts...
Winry touched Tavi's elbow.
"Tell us." She asked.
"Humm...." Lavy said looking at the pictures. "I feel as if I know all of them."
"Because you did. Don't you remember, Miss Brown?"
Tavis stared at the pictures as he spoke.
"My mother told me all about it. I remember. One night she had been crying - she never told me why. But she told me a little something about the reason. She said she'd been remembering the time when she'd lost nearly all her friends. All of these people in the picture were part of a rebel-like people, doing terrible things to the population, terrible - Mother, the Potters, the Weasleys - a lot of people like them were in a group called the Order, whom tried to stop them. It was a horrific war."
Tavis frowned, and decided to skip ahead.
"If I'm correct, then I think we've got ourselves a problem. These people in the picture - I saw them the other day... But what could them getting back together, mean?..."
Winry shuddered.
"That wouldn't be good."
"That means...." Lavy stood up and looked around them.
"That means, the people or relatives of the people of older ages, have decided to start anew.
"What?" Winry asked, once again confused.
(g2g)
"Oh, crap, that means they'll come here."
*vince was in a quite state..he hadn't talked the entire time* *he glanced at the picture, examining it*
Lavy waved her hand and all the lights sprung to life, thowing the whole house into light so that nothing was in shadow.
Winry still felt nervouse.
"Should't we be leaving?"
probably...*he touched the picture*He killed the boy.*he pointed at the one at the end*
"You may leave I'll take you back even, but need to know somthing frst."
"What?" Winry said, looking at Lavy.
Lavy sighed. "Do you want to go back to your father so that he cantake you home?"
She lowered her eyes and growled.
"No. I don't want yto go back there. I'm luck if I can leave my room because, 'It's not safe.'" She muttered, in a perfect imitation.
"Oh, I dout he'll never let you out, but he might kill me when he finds out I've known where you are this whole time." Lavy said.
Winry laughed softly.
"No, that's how it is now." She said.
*vince stared, fixedly at the picture still,in an almost trance like state*
