(it's really really hot here right now, if you can imagian Colorado hot lolz)
Lavy sat down under a tree in the shade. It was starting to get very hot outside and it was one of the ways to stay cool. She opened her diary and started writting.
Neo appeared next to her. "What are you writing dear?"
"I don't know, just mostly... never mind."
Neo sat down next to her. "That really cleared things up" he replied sarcastically.
"I don't even know, here just read it for yourself." she said handing it over to him.
"It's in a different language, you know I can't read it. Read it to me" he replied, handing it back.
"Oh, I forgot about that, sorry love." Lavy said taking it back. She turned a few pages back from where she was earlier and began to read:
"March 18. Today was not a normal day, but is any day. Well it started off like any other day. I woke up, took a shower, kissed Neo goodbye and so on just like any other day. When I left home was when it started getting strange. First thing I saw was the moon even thought I didn't leave the house until 12 in the afternoon. Well it didn't stop there. I saw Jason. I thought he has been missing for 2 months. But there he was, just sitting there outside my house. He asked about Neo, which is just plain weird, since he always hates whoever I'm with at anytime. And then to top it all off, I saw three vampires walking in the sun, following me to be specific. I've never seen that before, must be a new trick for Nathen."
Lavy stopped and then looked up at Neo.
"Who the hell is Jason? And how do vampires walk around in the sun?"
"That's a really good question."
"And what's the answer?"
"I wouldn't know the answer, but Nathen would, since they're his. And as for Jason, he's an old freind."
Neo's eyes narrowed. "How old of a friend?"
"I've know him for six years."
"Where did you meet him?"
"Well well well, is someone just a little bit jealous?"
"No..." Neo said, looking away.
Lavy smirked at Neo. "My god, you really are jealous aren't you?"
"I don't get jealous. I'm just...concerned for your safety..."
"You are such a lier, and a really bad one at that."
Neo shrugged. "Oh well" he replied, leaning over and kissing her.
Lavy kissed him back. "If it would make you feel better you can meet him."
Neo shrugged. "Doesn't matter to me."
"Okay." Lavy stood up and looked down at Neo. "So what have you been up to?"
Neo looked away and sighed heavily. "Just trying not to get killed. There's a bunch of Albanian assassains after me and I'm actually having trouble getting rid of them. I think my mind's just not on it or something. I'm just so tired, I need a vacation, but I would probablly get killed or get someone else killed while on it."
"Oh, yes. Someone told me about them, although I can't remember who. But anyways... you do look tired. Why don't you go home and rest and I'll take over for a few days."
"Take over what? There's nothing to take over except trying to kill me."
Lavy laughted. "Yes, I'm going to take over killing you. Your right here I might as well get it over for them."
Neo shrugged. "I'm sick of running. Go ahead if you want to. Death is a permanent vacation" Neo said sardonically.
"Why would I want to kill you? I love you." Lavy said bending down and kissing Neo on the top of his head. "Come on," she said. "Your going home."
Neo sighed. "Alright, let's go" he said, standing up with some difficulty.
Lavy wrapped her arms around his waist and the next second they we're inside their bedroom.
(do you know what I just realised. This RP and Very Bored both involve a bed)

Neo flopped down on his bed and closed his eyes.
(sure why not)
Lavy pulled a blanket over him. "Sweet dreams, love" she whispered in his ear.
Neo smiled softly and fell asleep for the rest of the day.
"Neo? Neo, wake up baby." Lavy said softly shaking him.
Neo groaned, stretched, and eventually open his eyes and looked at Lavy. "How long was I out for?"
"Almost four days." she said looking concerned.
"Are you serious?" Neo asked, still a little groggy.
"Yes, I was really starting to get worried. Are you feeling alright?"
"No, I feel like I've been awake for 4 days, not asleep" he replied, rolling over and falling back asleep.
"Neo, wake up. I'm not sure it's safe for you to be sleeping right now." Lavy said shaking him again.
Neo groaned. "What are you talking about? Let me sleep."
"Where were you four days ago before you came to Hogwarts to see me?"
"Norway. Why?"
"What did you do there?" she asked, ignoring his question.
"Various things..."
"Neo, we don't have time for this, just tell me what you were doing."
"I can't. For your own safety, I cannot."
"Neo, I'm a big girl, I can take care of myself. So cut the crap and tell me what the hell you were doing in Norway."
"I was making alliances, alright?"
Lavy sighed and shook her head. "What am I going to do with you?"
"We had some drinks to celebrate the alliance and it got a little out of hand, the assassins showed up, put some weird hex on me, I managed to escape during the confusion, and I've been running ever since."
"So it was a hex, that's what I thought." se said standing up and starting to pace.
Neo watched her pace. "What?"
"I think I know the hex that they put on you, I just don't know how to get rid of it."
"Then while your thinking of a way to get rid of it, mind telling me what they put on me?"
"It's complicated but there are two different outcomes. The first one keeps you awake until your body shuts down, and the other makes you feel like you've been up for days at a time. So, in other words, it makes you an insomniac. It's a realivlty new spell, only been around for about fifty years, and not used very often, so as you can imagine no one has found a conterspell yet."
"Then mind finding a counter?"
"What I can't figure out is why they would put it on you." Lavy said, ignoring him again. "I doubt that they would try and overthow us. Even if you where unable to protect the Empire, I'm still here.... so that leaves....." Lavy paused. "Are you sure that it's assassins after you and not another government?"
"What other government is there really? There's a bunch of minor countries and a bunch of rebel groups, but that's it. We're the only real government in the world, to the best of my knowledge at least."
"Amrica, France, Germany. That's only the beginning of the list. Yes most of them are our allies, but there are always people who don't like us."
"Have you forgotten I'm from the US? They hate me, I tried to overthrow them."
"Let me rephrase that, America is my ally."
Neo glared but said nothing.
"Don't give me that look, Neo. It's not my fault you pissed them off."
"But it is your fault your allied with my sworn enemies."
"So what do you want me to tell them 'We can't be allies because my....' what the hell are you to me?"
"Did we ever get married?"
"What kind of stupid question is that?"
"I don't remember if we did or not."
"Let's just assum we did get married. So you want me to go to the US and say 'Sorry we can't be allies anymore because my husband dosen't like you'. Do you know how unreasonable that sounds?"
"Its not unreasonable, its loyalty."
"Neo, their good allies, babe. If I thought they could jeopardize the Empire or us I would leave them in a heart beat. But I don't think they could or would, for that matter. Their good people." she said sitting down on the bed next to him.
"Maybe its because they know you think that, that they would try and double-cross you and try and destroy me."
"You don't think I've already thought about that? You of all people should now that double-crossing me never turns our well."
"Doesn't mean that they wouldn't try. No one is right 100% of the time, people slip up, and they may be trying to make you slip."
Lavy sighted. "Why don't you meet them...again. I'm sure you'll think differently."
Neo laughed. "No way in hell. If I meet them, I will kill them without a second thought."
"Not if I'm there to stop you."
"You wouldn't" Neo said quietly.
"Belive me, if it came to that, I could.'
"No Lavy, you wouldn't. You've never seen me at full power and strength. If I wanted to do something, I very easily could."
"I don't need to, I know how powerful you are. What, do you want me to do congratulate you on the fact that you can kill half the people on this planet with a word?"
"No, but I want you to stop interferring with things you know nothing about! Go ahead and call them, but I'm telling you, you will be leading them to their deaths. You will only be making them die sooner rather than later."
""Neo my love," she started very slowly. "I have never seen you in your full rage or power nor do I care to. But for some reason unknown to me you think at you have seen me in mine. I am and always will be more powerful and quick to anger then you, and don't you ever forget it." she finished in a posiones tone. Lavy stood up and walked out of the room without another word.
(out of the room? i thought we were sitting under a tree??)
Neo watched her leave, his eyes narrowed. Suddendly he was gone, and reappeared in a cave far away. 5 men were sitting there, who looked up when he came. "Well?" one of them asked. "She won't help, we'll have to do this outselves" Neo replied as he walked over to a table and picked up a brick of c4 that was laying in a pile on the table.
(wow your really off Neo lol)
Lavy appered infront of Hogwarts nd tarted up the staris to the Great Hall. It was empty, she know and that would be perfect for her tracking spell. She walked into the Hall, her footsteps bealry making a sound until she was at one of the fireplaces.

"Alright" Neo said, putting the brick down. Saddle up and lets go. We leave in 5 min. We don't come back until we complete our mission or until we are brought back in a body-bag." The men got up and prepared to leave. "Ready?" Alright, go on ahead, I'll meet you at the location. I have a feeling Lavy's going to be popping in in a moment to try and stop us. If I'm not there in 10 min, start without me. This mission must be completed." The men nodded and dissappeared with their explosives.
Lavy waved her hand and the fireplace came to life. She thought for a moment about the best way to find Neo. Once she figured that out she whispered a spell and the fire turned for orange to gold. She stepped into the fire and a few seconds later found herself in a cave. She looked around in the darkness and then started walking down the cave, making sure her steps could not be heard.
Neo sensed Lavy's presense. He shooked his head. ~Hello Lavy~
~Why must you lie to me?~
~What did I lie about?~
~You never asked me if I wanted ti help, you just assum I don't~
~You said that you would defend them. Therefore you wouldn't be willing to help us~
Lavy sighted when she saw Neo. ~Not this again, you know what I'm going to have to do~
~I know what you will attempt to do~
~Attempt? No, I'll do more then that~
~You may think you will, but you won't. Forces are at work here far beyond both you and me. Things must happen as they shall. There is nothing either of us can do about it, so I shall facilitate it.~
~You might be willing to let things run its corse but I'm not~
~Why must you always try and stop the things that must be done? Their time is over. Its Judgement Day. They have pissed off more than just me.~ Neo chuckled ~Far more people, much more powerful than me. And what better way to improve my posistion than by helping those from whom I can recieve much and have my enemies destroyed at the same time?~
"Have you even conciderd what this could do to entire contries?" Lavy said angrly, her voice ecohing in the cave.
"Yes" Neo replied calmly, "potentially bring them under my control."
"Why didn't I think of that before..... You of all people should know that others don't just roll over and take i. You of all people should know that-" Lavy paused. "Your logic is so...incredibly flawed. Can't you see that?"
"My logic isn't flawed. People are easy to rule when there are bodies piled in the streets and they don't want to be in that pile. This must be done Lavy. I must end what I began all those years ago. They must be annihilated."
"You would honestly do that?"
"I take it you've never read The Prince by Nicclo Machivelli. The ends justify the means."
(Amazing how I can take posistions in RPs that I am completly against in real life lol)

"Ends never justifies the means when it involves taking the life of hundreds maybe thousands a people!" her voice rang out. "You know what, Neo?" Lavy said in a calmer voice. "I don't know how much longer I can take this anymore. I've done some pretty unforgivable things in my life, but not once did I ever consider killing innocent people. Yes, I've killed them, but it wasn't ever planed and it was my only option. I'm am so sick and tired of trying to explain myself and prove myself to you. If you can't trust me how do you ever think this could work. I'm not someone you just give a command to and expect them to do it. Hell, I don't even have to be here! I chose to join you and put my people under your command. But I'm starting to think that was the worse thing for you!" Lavy took a deep breath and paused, a tear running down her face. "It's so hard watching you day in and day out slowly falling deeper and deeper into this fantasy land that you think is going to be so perfact, but really isn't. Your so blind you can't even see that everything you ever wanted is falling apart right before your eyes. And I have to watch you knowing full well that whatever I do to try and stop that I'm always going to be met with suspicion and hostility. I love you, but I every time I see you I honesly question if you love me... or anyone for that matter. Your are so consired with yourself and your empire that if you have to kill a thousand men with your bare hands you would do it in a heart beat. You wouldn't think twice about betraying the people you're suppose to care about. I don't think I can be with someone like that ever."

"Neo, you know alot about me, but not nearly as much as you think you do. All you know is that my family is dead and Nathen is an idiot for believing he would have power over me for any long period of time. I adapt to my surroundings very easily. I also have a way to get what I want. My list of people I have killed far exceeds your comprehension. You talk to me as if you had just met me. I have already told you on more then one occasion that I am not to be toyed with. If you want to see me on a murderous ranpage keep doing what your doing. But when it happens don't expect it to be easy to stop me. No one since I've been alive has been able to, and I doubt you would be any diffrent." Lavy turned to leave.
"The problem with you Lavy" Neo said softly, "is you don't know when to just keep your mouth shut. You always try to one up everyone. You always have to try and be the best. Even those who love you. Try and stop me though, and I promise you, you shall regret it. The people I'm working with are far more powerful than you are or ever will be." He vanished.
Lavy looked at the spot where he was just standing. "When will he ever learn."
~Never~
"I thought so. Oh, well, I guess he'll be surprised to find the Minister of Magic in America dead and half his officls under him. Not much left to do"
~Why did you kill him anyways?~
"He had a funny smell."
~That's not a reason~
"It was for me. I'm a bit more agitated then normal. I have to go look in on the forest. What to come."
~Like I have a choice~
Neo reappeared with his men.
"Did you do it yet?"
"Not yet sir."
"Did she fall for the decoys?"
"Yes sir. Lavy thinks she killed the Minister and the rest, but actually killed her own officers. We shall soon be able to get complete control of not only America, but also of Lavy's forces. This blast should knock her to her senses, she'll come running, and we can eliminate her once and for all." '
"Good. Begin." "
Yes sir" the men replied, and they each pushed a button on controllers they were holding, and 5 major cities were obliderated off the face of the Earth.
"Someone count the time, I want to see how long it takes her to come here and try starting with us. Make sure the trap is ready to fire as soon as she gets here so we can knock her out for interrogation later."
"Yes sir."

Lavy waled around the forest speaking with some of animals here and there. She walked along a path that had been made years ago and stopped at the end of it.

Lavy appered in Denver and looked around her for a minute. It was gone. Nothing but rubble. "I'm going to kill him." Lavy appered behind Neo and pushed. "You really have problems."

Neo smiled. Suddendly a giant orange bolt shot Lavy in the chest and put her into a coma. "Transport her to the safe room so she won't be able to leave, or talk to that person in her head, whoever it is." "Yes sir." Neo looked at her crumpled body lying on the ground. ~Sorry babe, but it had to be done~ he thought, and then blew up San Fransicko just because he hated it.

Neo followed the body back to the containment facility, and had her strapped down, and then awoke her. "Hello dear."

Lavy looked around her. "Why am I strapped down?"

Lavy felt a shiver go down her back at his words. "Really? And why is that?"
"Because Lavy, dear, you have meddled in my affairs once too often. You have challenged my power once too often. You have doubted my love once too often. And now it has come back to get you."
"Challenged? You call what I do a challenge? I've had more troble with a five year old who wanted candy then I have with you although you are alot bigger."
A electric shock ripped through Lavy. "That tongue is gonna get you in trouble Lavy, you gotta control it." He leaned over and kissed her. "You'll learn to obey."
"Stay away from me Neo." she said turning her head.
"What's wrong dear? Afraid to feel my wrath? Oh, 75 million people just did, in the brief moment before they were incinerated. Powerful isn't it? But my love is even more powerful. Am I not a merciful lord Lavy?"
"You wish."
Another elctric shock, harder than the first went through her. "I'll ask you again Lavy", bringing his face equal to hers, "am I not a merciful lord?"

Lavy almost groaned when the second shock went though her body but she kept her lips shut until it was gone. "Lord is not a word I would use for you, the same can be said for merciful. I would expect to find someone like you in an insane asylum, not walking the streets to do what you please. This conversation is over."

"Done? I don't think you understand Lavy, you can't go anywhere. You will not leave here until you learn to obey my orders." A small flame appeared on Lavy's arm and started to burn through her skin, one layer at a time. "Maybe this will make you learn faster.

"In case you haven't noticed I don't take orders from you or anyone else." she said with a smile.
"I guess you'll just have to learn" he replied, making the flame bigger.
Lavy closed her eyes to the pain. "No, you can not reteach someone like me. I am a uncommon breed. I learn something and I stick with it. Even if there is a less painful way to do it I will refuse change. Almost inhuman to myself and others, but that is me and I will not let you adjust me at your desire." her voice was scarcely a whisper becasue of the pain.
Neo leaned very close to her, so their faces were only barely apart. "Everyone has their breaking point dear" he replied, and then grabbed the back of her head and kissed her hard, broke off, laughed manically, and slapped her.
(dang!!!!! And I can't get you back for that slap!!!! Oh.... I'll get you someday, you just wait..........lol)
Lavy was so stunned that he had slapped her that she was at a loss of words.
"No reply? Well? Speak wench!" Neo screamed, backhanding her again.

Lavy remind silent and starting staring at the ceiling her eyes filled with tears.
(back to the crying)
"AM. I. NOT. MERCIFUL!?!?" Neo screamed at Lavy, punching her in the chest and face with each word.
(lol i knew you had to do it eventually. this is weird, in real life i'd kill anyone who would even think of doing this to a girl, but here i am doing it to you...i blame the schools :P)
(in real life I would beat the nuts out of anyone who did this to me or one of my freinds, they wouldn't be able to sit on their butt for a year...... but hey it's fake and it's the schools falut anyways.......)
"If I say yes will you let me get up and dance the Electric Slide?" she said going back to her sarcastic tone.
"DO NOT MOCK ME WENCH!" Neo said, hitting her with a baseball bat he made appear out of nowhere.
(lol that would hurt. I saw this video online one time of this guy paying these three asain chicks to kick him in the nuts and hit him in the nuts with chairs and stuff...i started getting sick and hurting just watching it...it was horrible...)

Lavy felt something snap when he hit her. She sighed, although it hurt to do that. "Would you prefer the answer yes or no." she said knowing that if she didn't give him an answer he might brake another bone.

"I want the truth" he replied, raising the bat again.
(he slapped her in front of me...... he should be happy I didn't throw his sorry ass down the stairs that were right next to us. But I did make him pay mhahahahahahahahahaha mhahahahahahahahah mhahahahahahaha)
"You broke one of my rib bones you know." Lavy stopped. "What will you do after I give you the answer?"
(Wow, why didn't you throw him down the stairs? I would have! What did you do to him though?)
Neo stopped. "We'll figure that out when we get to it" he replied, bewildered.
(He was too heavy, I kicked him where it counts)
"Yes, I think you can be, but not right now."
(You seem to do that a lot to guys...do you have any idea how horrible it feels??)
"And why not now?!?!" he roared, slamming the bat against the side of her head, but not knocking her uncounscious.
(not alot maybe 4 or 5, I get a pretty good idea when their doubled over in pain.)
Lavy gasped. She could feel her whole body begin to tremble and the tears pour down her face. "I don't know." she said shaking her head. "Maybe because you just killed a good third of America's people without a second thought."
(wow your a total psycho, care to turn it down a notch....or two? lol)
(Its not just the horrible pain...that can be dealt with...its the feeling of throwing up everywhere uncontrollaby and gasping for breath that makes it so bad.)
Neo stopped when he saw her crying like this. His face went blank, and then contorted in pain. He dropped the bat and fell to the ground and grabbed his head and started screaming. Finally he looked up at Lavy and he looked compltely different, and began to undo Lavy's bonds, got down on his knees, and wept.
(Lol am I scaring you? I'm having fun with this. But your wish is my command, I shall take this in a different direction for you dear)

Lavy sat up as best she could and slid down off the bed. She wrapped her arms around Neo and let him sob into her chest. "Shh...."

(Your so evil! No one deserves that feeling, I wouldn't do it to my worst enemy, and believe me, I've had the chance to many times. I hear punching a chick in her rack causes a lot of pain, but its nothing like what kicking a guy in the nuts is like)
"I'm so sorry Lavy, I kept trying to stop, but it was like I wasn't in control of my own body. I don't know what happened to me. I don't even know how I was finally able to stop."

"It's okay I know it wasn't you... Shh... stop crying it will be okay." she said in a soothing voice.

Neo tried to stop crying. "I'm so sorry my love." He saw the bruises all over her and began to weep again, his head falling into her lap.

"Shhh.. Neo, stop crying baby, I'll be fine, I'll live." she stroked his hair and whiped the tears away. "Shh......"
Neo looked up at her and stopped crying. "Comeon, we'll get you cleaned up."
Lavy shook her head, which made her feel dizzy. "No, I need to leave. I have to go to The States and fix what you destroyed. If it's not fixed now everyone in the world will know about it and then it will be to late. Every government in the world, magical or not, will be after you." she used the bed to stand up but then feel back down to the floor. "And that wouldn't be good would it?"
(bed? i thought you were strapped to a chair??)
"They don't know who I am, so they wouldn't be after me. And what I did to the cities I would have done anyway even if I was in control of myself. Its what I did to you I would never do."
(I don't know you never said if it was a bed or chair so I just assumed it was bed)
"You don't understand Neo. But that's okay. Just help me up, please."

Neo helped her up. "Now what?"
"I need to leave." she repeated.
"Alright, then, go." He showed her the door.

Lavy smiled and when to the door. "I'll be back in a few hours, ok?"

"Alright" he replied, and sat down, falling asleep
Lavy went outside the door and closed it behind her. She took another step and felt a sharp pain in her side. "Oh, yeah." she said to herself remembering the par of her rib was broken. She disappeared into the Slytherin common room and sat down in a chair.
~Jason?~ there was a pause.
~Yes?~ he finally asked.
~Could you come here for a moment?~
~Sure give me five minutes~

Neo was still asleep waiting for her to come back.

Jason appeared in front of her. "What happened to you?' he asked his face full of worry.
"Nothing important, had a brush someone alittle off their rocker." she said smiling.
"Lavy this isn't funny, who did this?" he said bending down and looking at her bruisers.
"That doesn't matter, he's over it."
"He? And who would this he be?"
"Take a wild guess."
"Nathen?"
"Close, but not close enough. Anyways, can you heal me, my powers are a little weird."
"Was it Neo?"
"If you must know, yes it was him, technically-"
"Oh, I knew it! I'm going to kill him!"
"No your not so you might as well just help me."
"I think that would help you."
"Jason shut up. He didn't mean to hit me....well he did but he tried to stop it."
"Tried! How do you try to stop hitting someone?"
"I think something happened to him when he went dumpster diving in Norway."
"Dumpster diving?"
"Yeah, everyone in Norway is pretty much trash, or at least the ones he was with. Their backstabbers and cheaters-"
"That's not an excuse for hitting you."
"Are you going to heal me or not?"
"Sure." he stared healing her wounds. "And then I'm going to kill him."
"No your not."
"Lavy, you can't marry someone like that."
"Why not? If I love him and trust him then why should it matter?"
"Because, you and I both know you've had enough pain in your life to last, well a life time. You don't need to be around anyone who's going to hit you... particularly not the man who's suppose to love and respect and take care of you."
"So what do you suggest I do?"
"Leave now before it's too late."
"You know Jason, if I did that to everyone who hit me you would be out of the picture too."
"One: we we're never together and Two: I never really came in contact with your face."
"Oh, but you did thow me up against the wall."
'But I never did hit you, especially not with a baseball bat."
Lavy stared at Jason for a long time. "I never told you that."

Neo grunted in his sleep as if he was having a bad dream, but remained deeply asleep.

Lavy jumped up from the chair, which was still rather painful to do since not everthing was healed, and was instantaneously pushed back down.
"Just listen to what I have to say."
"I don't want to here anything you've got to say to me."
"Lavy-"
"DON'T!! I don't want to hear your excuses or your explanations as to why or how you know what happened between me and Neo, which by the way you had no right to do!"
"It isn't like that."
"Then what is it?"
"It's hard to explain."
"Try!"
"I don't know some people came up to me a few weeks ago and asked for my help."
"Is that all you have to say about this? Oh my god, is everyone trying to screw me over."
"Not everyone."
"Don't talk." Lavy stood up and was again pushed back down. "Jason, stop!"
"You have to stay here."
"No I don't." she said kicking him in the stomach. Jason bent over in pain and as he did his face ran into Lavy's knee. "We'll talk later." she said in disgust and pushed him out of the way. Lavy walked out of the commone room and appeared right next to Neo.
Neo woke up. "Well? What happened?"
"America is going to have to wait, we have a problem."
"What are you talking about, what happened?"
"Have you ever met Jason Savadose?"
"No, why? Who is he?"
"It dosen't matter now."

Neo eyed her, but said nothing. "So now what?" he finally asked.
