Want to know how to audtion for a part in a Harry Potter Movie? :D I just found out how! ^_^ And I want to share it with you all! :)
1. A letter stating why you want this prt and why you should get it.
2. A resume that consists of the following:
o Height
o Weight
o Eye Color
o Hair Color
o Scars
o Age
o Location
o Date of Birth
o Prevoius Experience (If any) - It also doesn't only have to be acting. It can be singing, modeling, & public speaking.
o Photos of yourself - Make sure you should have a shot of your head & a 3/4 body shot. A tape [not necessary, below are something you need to say when the camera's rolling
o A Tape (Not necessary, but if you do send one in, be sure to include)
o Your Name
o Your Age
o Your Location
o Your Experience
o The Part You Are Auditioning For
o Read a Passage.
- Some ideas on what and how to read:
1. Read with a British accent.
2. Read a passage from the Harry Potter books
3. Speak clearly and put expression in it.
4. Act out a scene from the books
5. Don't look into the camera and use expression.
6. Act out or read a scene from another book
7. Read a monolouge from a play
8. Sing a song, or read a poem you've written about why you want this particular part.
