Post by: T_n_K_RayMalfoy on May 4, 2006, 06:20:39 AM
Ray stretched out on the couch and purred. Classes were out for the week and she could relax. She fished in her bookbag and pulled out a manga. She could catch up on her reading now. She peered over the book momentairly. She was in her 7th year and yet she new very few people. She shruged and went back to her furuba manga.

Draco walks in, very smugly with a smile on his face. "Been teasing some filthy mudbloods and their "appreciaters." haha They got so upset! It was great."

Kiara walked through the porthole at that time, just as Draco was finishing his statement.  She pursed her lips together to keep herself from yelling at the little man.

Too long she had put up with the exact things from her father.  His arrogance of being the Dark Lord and the way he'd always persecuted the humans for being human as well the half blood witches for being as such.  She had always thought Draco to be a bit self-centered and knew his thoughts on half blood's but to hear him say it, the green eyed teenager had to literally bite her own lip to keep form exploding his head from behind.

The room however, did give a little lurch in her efforts to control her sudden up rise of anger.  It had seemed, since her last visit from her father, it had been very hard for her to control the beast within, but her iron will had kept it at bay, so far as yet.

"It really is a pity that someone so beautiful on the outside, can be such an ugly git on the inside."  She did however comment as she walked past Draco, bumping him on the shoulder as she headed toward the stairs to the girls dorm.

Kiara knew she wanted out of that room right at this moment, Draco and she ahd gotten into this conversation before, and though she honestly could not blame the poor guy for his upbringing, she had hoped that perhaps one day, maybe he would come around, become something more than his terrible father had ever been.

(Just FYI, I am Playing 17 yr-old Kiara for this, as She was always same year as Draco Malfoy For more info on her, please to read her bio)

Draco looked to her and said "Don't bump into me again.   Anyway, back to the mudbloods. I told them they were too stupid to be good with words."  Most everyone burst into laughter, with a little help from Crabbe and Goyle ofcourse. Draco then continued.  "They got so mad and said they hated me. I told them I was honored that they hated me and would rather die than them like me. Haha." Again, more laughter. Draco, knowing Kiara hated it when he talked about muggleborns, glanced at her and gave her a very smug look.

Draco knew the one thing the rest did not know, and that was the fact that she could do NOTHING directly against him, due to the 'present' her father had donned around her neck 2 years ago that prevented her from using her extraordinary powers against anyone associated with him.

Kiara stopped though, in her tracks on her way towards the stairs, turned her head slightly so that she was looking at Draco from the corner of her emerald orb, that was glowing only just slightly a hint of redness behind the brilliant green.  It was as though she moved in slow motion as she did so.  "You know Draco, it always amazes me of just how weak and pathetic you truly are, I mean to have to hide behind your father all these years to keep your nose form being pushed to the other side of your face."  She stated as she came to a full turn to now stand looking at him, her focus on him alone, though she was well aware that Crabbe and Goyle had taken a few steps away from her, being frightened of her with very good reason.

"One of these days, I won't be as restricted as I am now, once I gain my life back.... You and I WILL have a talk."  She told him as the common room gave another slight lurch that shuddered the books in their slumber inside the cases and knocked a couple Slytherins off their point of balance.

The whole room fell silent and stared right at Draco. He was shocked at all she had said, considering  no one had over spoken to him in such a way before. He managed to choke out " Uh..well..um.. That was wierd.. I have no clue what she was talking about. Odd, really."
They continued to stare at them. Crabbe, breaking the silence, said "Tell us more about the mudbloods, Draco. "
Draco replied, " Um..later. I'll talk about them later. Later tonight. Maybe. In a few minutes possibly.."
(Once I'm sure Kiara's really gone, he added to himself.)

Kiara narrowed her eyes at her, 'foster brother' and then after taking a deep breath to steady herself, the redness behind the glow of her emerald eyes subsided as she once more, took control over the beast her father was working so hard to unleash on the world.

"Very well Draco, I will leave you to your games, but remember what I said, and I do believe that one day, you and I will talk."  She finished and then after turning her head about to glance at each of the Slytherins in one fell sweep, taking special note to pause on the faces she knew to be connected with her father in one way or the next.  She turned again and began walking back towards the steps.

Draco, as confident and arrogant as he is, didn't beleive a word Kiara said about having a talk. As soon as she was out of the Common Room, he immediately continued talking. "Ok. Back to the mudbloods. You should've seen the looks on their faces. They're actually scared of me. Haha. " He seemed to be back to his self, talking about the Muggleborns, but after Kiara had shouted at him there was defintely a shakiness in his voice while he was talking in the common room. He seem a little frightened, yet still very conceited, very arrogant. After just a few seconds, he was fully recovered. He wasn't worrying about Kiara or her talk she was planning on having with him.

Kiara had made her way up tp her dorm room and had sat upon her bed.  She had much bigger problems than worrying about how Draco felt and treated other people right at this moment, though she knew that he would push her buttons at every chance he got, she would also have to remember that she couldn't actually do anything to harm him physically, until she found a way to take off the choker her father had set upon her two years ago.  The stupid thing wouldn't even allow her to so much as set his toes on fire, though, she could always out speak him for now, she knew more secrets about Draco Malfoy than even he knew, and this was what always gave her ammo against him because he knew it.

The dark haired beauty then reached inside the left pocket of her school robe and took out a piece of ordinary glass from within.  It looked normal, but was very far form it.  The piece of glass shimmered a greenish tint as her fingers ran over th smooth edges of it, her index finger moving as if it was a mind of its very own, her eyes not really seeing what she was doing that was, not until she began to hear voices coming form the object.

"They're actually scared of me..." she heard Draco laugh.  Kiara frowned.

"Oh Draco..." She said sadly and then tossed the piece of glass to the floor at the end of her bed.

The glass did not break or even, for that matter give any sound when it hit the stone floor as Kiara flopped down on the top of her bed and sighed, pushing a reneged raven lock form her face and tucking it behind her right ear.

After a few moments, she closed her eyes and pictured her foster brother's face in her mind, and then a moment later, she sent him a mental message, that only he would hear.

"They are afraid of you because of the power you have standing behind you Draco, please, I beg of you... stop this." She pleaded with him in his mind.

Stop? he said in his mind, but actually to Kiara, ofcourse I will not stop. I mean, who's making me. Besides, if you only knew how fun and enjoyable it was to speak to those filthy mudbloods in that way,you wouldnt be telling me this. Now leave me alone. I dont care about your mental messages. I'm trying to finish up this hilarious story about a mudblood who tried to beat me up! haha! Imagine that. It's great!

Kiara growled slightly to herself, though as she had forgotten to release her mentaql link to Draco, he heard it too.

"You stupid git!!"  She screamed out loud, her voice moving down the stairs to the ears of all who were around, shaking the very foundation of the entire building itself.  But that was it, nothing more, Kiara sat up in her bed, closed the metal connection she had with Draco and then stood, her feet padding across the stone floor as she walked with purposeful speed towards the door and then all but flew down the stairs to the common room, walked towards Draco, her usually emerald orbs totally replaced with those same red glowing orbs her father was known for and slammed into his shoulder as she walked past him.

"Stupid..."  She managed in her rage but said nothing more as she stepped past him.  One of the Slytherin girls who had a particularly huge crush on Draco stupidly stepped in her way.

"What is your problem Kiara."  She yelled at the angry sorceress. A mistake she would soon regret.

Kiara reached up with her right hand, grabbed the girl like a ragg doll in one hand and tossed her across the common room floor, setting her robe on fire at her first touch.

"Stay out of my way."  She growled and then turned around to look at the rest.  "Anyone else wish to try and stop me?"  She growled, her voice coming out as if she were speaking with a group of a thousand voices all in unison.

Draco, his eyes wide, stared at Kiara. "Wh..What are you gonna do to me? C...C..Come on. I didn't do anything." His eyes went to the girl Kiara had thrown across the room. " Just take your anger out on them. I dont see how any of this is my fault. J...J..Just dont hurt me," he said, his voice trembling.

Kiara began to laugh, how could Draco be so afraid, was he such a coward that he had forgotten that she COULD NOT harm him with her magic?  The laugh the raven-haired girl let loose was bone chilling and in no way humorous at all.

"Draco..." She started and then stopped, taking a deep breath to try and control what was happening to her.  "Help me..." She managed, her red orbs wavering back to emerald and then red again and she turned and stormed from the room.

Noticing that she didnt hurt him, Draco then remembered that she couldn't. He then covered up for himself for being so scared. " Haha. You can't hurt me! Even if you could you wouldn't. You're too scared. Of me. Yeah. You're scared of me." He was making sure to push all her buttons since she couldn't harm him. "All you can do is yell at me and tell I'm wrong. Your not even good at it, because in case you havent noticed, my attitudes not changing. At all.   Besides, the mudbloods deserved to be treated like they are. Now go away. I don't want you here. I'm about to continue my mudblood stories, so you probably dont wanna be here anyway."
He gave her a very smug, arrogant look, knowing he couldnt be harmed.

Kiara stormed out of the common room, hoping that honestly someone had put that poor girl out as she did, but at the same time, something in her mind just wouldn't allow her to care, something she knew was planted there, something she knew her father was trying to, and succeeding ion bringing out in the incredibly powerful sorceress.

"Fine, if you won't then perhaps..." She growled and as she stepped through the porthole, she left a burning trail in the stone itself where her feet fell, something she knew she'd catch flack for from Snape, but once again, she really didn't care.

She book shelves she passed on her way out seemed to darken, the spines of the tombs charring slightly with the sheer heat she emitted from her being, anyone daring to come close enough, save for Draco, at this moment, would have met with the same fate as those books.

Draco, seeing her storm out of the room, didnt know where she was going. But he didnt exactly care.He was too busy finishing up his stories, which the crowd really seemed to enjoy, by the way. He told the rest of his stories with an even bigger, more arrogant look on his face than before, because he was so very pleased with himself for ticking Kiara off like that. He loves to see her..and pretty much everyone else..upset because of him. It was a hobby. A very fun enjoyable hobby. Especially towards mudbloods.
