A crack split the silence going out through the neighborhood. A woman stood there with a cloak searching inside of it. The woman put down her hood. Maya walked to a forest of trees near where she apperated. "Bella?"she said so only she herself could hear. "Bellatrix Lestrange? Is anyone there?"she asked shaking with fear now. She stepped forward and tripped over something on the ground. It was just a twig. She waited in bated breath for a sound. Many times she mistaked a squirell for a footsteps. Finally she heard a crack and a person with a cloak came to her. "Hello Maya."said a voice. Maya jumped back. It was Draco Malfoy.

*sirius hid in the shadows silently. he had secretly been following draco for the past few weeks, watching his every movement. sirius stood for a moment, then crouched down lower so as to be hidden and with his wand clutched tightly in his hand, he waited and listened for who he was with now. the voice sounded familiar, he just couldn't place who's it was at the moment. no matter, he would soon find out.*
Draco slowly pulled off the hood of his cloak to reveal his pale face, smirking.
Kilynn walked in and saw draco, he hasn't been around latley, she thought.
*sirius sat still as he heard other telapathic connections in the room. he didn't want to disturb it or loose his chances of getting some information. he kilynn's voice and squinted his eyes, trying to see her. no use, draco was in the view of this whole meeting of some sort.*
"What are you doing here Draco?"she said. " I was suppose to meet Bellatrix here. Not you."Maya said with a hint of loathing in her voice. She heard a twig snap and turned around. No one was there though. She turned back to Draco and Kilynn. "Kilynn. Still following Draco around."Maya said nodding her head but still putting a hint of annoyance in her voice.
"It's none of your business what I'm doing here," Draco sneered. "That's between me..and the Dark Lord."
"Well then. Bellatrix said she was going to tell me about the plan. The Dark Lord was to busy to see me."Maya said. Thinking he must've been talking with Draco. "Well.....get on with it."she said.
*sirius glared at his shoe like it was its fault the twig had snapped. he had jumped suddently because he had realized whose voice he had heard along with draco and kilynn's. maya was there aswell.*
*sirius had heard draco talk of "The Dark Lord" he smiled in the darkness that seemed to be all around him. even though he had already known for a while that malfoy had followed in his father's footsteps it was still very pecular and new for him to speak of Voldem0rt this way. perhaps it was just sirius who thought this, after all as far as he knew, sirius was the only one who was following draco's every movement.*
Maya turned around again. What the heck? She kept hearing noises but no one was there. If she was caught here she'd be put in Azkaban. She was working on the Order of the Phoenix's orders but knew she wouldn't be able to get out of this one. She had beeen in trouble with the ministry every since she got out of Hogwarts. Dumbledore had always taken care of her but now was to many.

It was a funny sight when Mrs. Lestrange kissed the hem of the Dark Lord's robes.
"Watch what you say about my father!" Draco muttered angrily, as he gripped his wand tight.
Maya didn't respond to Draco. "Well Draco. I'm very impatient. What's the friggin plan? What is my part in this raid or whatever we're going to do?"she asked trying to keep her voice as calm as possible.
"How 'bout you go ask the Dark Lord yourself?!? Considering you're so mighty sure he's not avoiding you," Draco smirked.
*sirius had mentally began to remember everything that they were saying...*

You know well enough we are only appointed to the Dark Lord."then she whispered into his ear. "Watch your back cause every second I'll be there."then returning to her normal voice,"well since you suggested it Draco I'll be back."she said. Then she turned with a crackfeeling a grip around her ankle.(hey sirius can you like do that side along apparation thingy. I was just asking cause like i can't make u do stuff so yeah......)

*sirius sirius had grabbed her ankle thinking it was draco apparating. but when he felt how smooth the leg was he knew it wasnt draco and he tried to let go. to late, he was now spinning rapidly and holding on as maya was apparating somewhere else.*
Draco noticed Sirius apparating along with Maya and he made a leap to grab on to Sirius' arm to apparate with them.
*sirius felt a tug on his arm and looked back to see draco starying back at him. he glared at him and tried to shake him off but it was no use they were already almost.*
She saw all these things happen at once and flipped out. They landed in a garden with a perfect lawn and an albino peathingy. She knew she had gone to the right place. She heard a voice say "What are you doing here?"it was the voice of Lucious Malfoy. Maya said it was important and for some reason the gate opened. Before she got in she pulled up her left sleeve and pressed the mark of a skull and snake potruding from the mouth. It turned black and stinged. She pulled down the sleeve and went inside. He was already there................. :o

I wasn't expecting this pleasant visit."he said his voice cold and cruel. " I suggest you have an explanation for this?"he said waving his hands over Draco and Sirius.
*sirius swallowed hard. this was voldemort, the one who had killed james in his past life. he quickly stood and grabbed draco by the collar and pushed him in front of himself. he placed his wand on draco's neck.*
"Oh. What a pleasant surprise."he said. He noticed a man with a sunken in face and long shaggy brown hair. "Well Sirius. Seen James lately."he said laughing maniacly. "Draco bring him forward please."he said. "Or I shall do it for you."he said seeing the reluctance in Draco's eyes.
Maya walked forward to Sirius. "May I do the honors my Lord?"she asked hopefully. "Draco is to young for these things. I will take care of him."she said evilly. She hoped Sirius got the hint. She blocked it out of her mind. She knew the Dark Lord did legimincy.
Voldemort heard what Maya had said but when she spoke a image came into his head. It came and went so he couldn't see the image. " I suppose but Draco can watch."he said bowing his head to Draco. He knew Maya was hiding something from him.
*sirius froze from hearing jame's name.* how dare you speak of him. *sirius saw maya and stepped back from them and pulled draco with him.* come any closer and i kill him.
"Go ahead. He's no use to me."he said waving his hand at Draco. "He's scum just like his father. Never gets anything done."he said.
Maya grabbed Sirius's arm and Draco's. "I shall do the job then my Lord."she said without a response. When she got outside she stunned Draco and turned to Sirius. "Ok look. I'm doing a private mission for Dumbledore so don't hate me for this. I've been doing this for eight years. I'm going to have to do the cruciatous curse on you. I can't walk in there with you not in agony."she said whispering. She knew she'd have to say this all very fast. If they got out of this.
Molly walked over to Maya Hexo and asked"Where am I and what is going on?"

"Please Sirius believe me."she begged. " I would die for the Order. Please Sirius."she was on her knee's now. She looked at Sirius eyes filled with tears and worry.
Voldemort waited for the screams and the thuds of Maya torturing Sirius but heard nothing. He walked to the doorway to find Maya on her knee's and Sirius pointing a wand at her face. Sirius's back was turned but Maya was looking at him. Avada Kedavra he thought and Sirius fell to the ground with a thud.

*sirius had been smarter then voldmemort must have susspected him to be. because sirius fell to the floor yes, but he had such strong blocks, curtosy of dumbledore, that he couldn't die just from that. if someone wanted to kill him they would have to say the incantation. the incantation that only himself and dumbledore knew. sirius had meerly fallen to the floor because of the power of the curse, he hadnt died no. he was just nocked out.*

"Crucio!!"he yelled without notice. She writhed with pain on the floor. He watched, eyes turning a darker red as he did so.
*sirius woke with a start and felt his head. it hurt from hitting the ground. he ran into the house through an open window that someone had retardedly left open.(lol) he saw voldemort in the room across the hall and maya. he swallowed hard and hid.*
Voldemort walked forward and kicked Maya in the stomach. " You worthless scum. Working for Dumbledore, being a mudblood. I branded you with my mark."he yelled. "Crucio!!!"he yelled. She again thrashed around with pain. He took it off. She lay there, panting heavily. "If only your dear friend Sirius were here. He didn't believe you."he said in a slightly creepy supppose to be comforting voice.
*sirius stepped out from behind his hiding place.* who said i wasn't here? *sirius said calmly, his wand pointed at voldemort.* expelliamus! *sirius shouted and watched as voldem0rts wand flew out of his hands.*
Voldemort watched his wand fly high then hit the ground twenty feet away from him. He stared in disbelief for a moment then realized he had to do something. He lunged for his wand and felt it warm in his hand. He turned around and aimed it at Sirius.
Maya pulled out her wand with the strength she had left and shouted "Protego." An invisible wall seperated Sirius and Voldemort.
*sirius pointed his wand at maya and put a shield over her as well so voldemort wouldnt go for her. he then pointed his wand at voldemort once more.*

Draco sneererd at the sight of all this, as he peered around the corner of the door to take a look.
well draco would you like to join our little party? afterall. voldemort did think you were a useless fool like your father. why don't you show him up? *sirius said to draco keeping his eyes and wand at voldemort.*
((sorry draco. you're never on so i gotta do this))Voldemort turned around to find Draco standing there. "Avada Kedavra!"he yelled. Draco fell to the ground. " I regret it."he said but he didn't feel sadness or remorse. He quickly turned around back to Sirius. "Shall we end this."he said. He lowered his wand wondering if Sirius dared to make a move.

*sirius saw bellatrix out of the corner of his eye and stopped in his tracks. he knew he was out of site of voldemort and he probably thought that he had left by now, so he hid in the shadows behind a tall statue with a staff and a snake rapping around it. he was completely hidden behind this odd statue but he could see what was going on. he had his wand in his left hand at his side and the words on it lit up when it touched his hand. it spread warmth through his body and he smiled. then waited to see what voldemort was doing...or going to do.*
Bellatrix handed him his wand and walked away. He stood there waiting,thinking. He grabbed his cloak and stepped out into the open. Voldemort sniffed the air then breathed in as if checking for chemicals unknown. "You forgot something Sirius."he said peering behind every bush Maya Hexo standing close behind him.
Maya looked around nervously. "Please Sirius. Help me."she said desperatly.
*sirius's eyes widened as he saw maya with voldemort. he didn't know what to do. he needed to save her but he needed a plan before he randomly shot out from behind the statue. he thought madly, but he couldn't figure out what to do.*
Voldemort looked around still having his hand tight around Maya's arm. They had once been friends before it happened. It's a long story and he was tired of stories. "Sirius this is your last chance or I kill her."he said his voice cruel and colder than usual. He took out his wand and brought Maya up to him. His wand pointed to her heart.
NO! *sirius yelled and stepped out into the hall from behind that statue. his wand was pointed at them both trying to get a clear shot of voldemort but having troubles.* let her go.
"Their we are."he said like he found his dog. "Say good bye to Maya."he said his wand raising...........
accio maya! *sirius shouted.* expelliamus! *he shot at voldemort.*
Voldemort didn't see it coming so he lost Maya. He was a powerful wizard so he could easily block the spell sirius shot at him. "You know I was never really gonna let you go!"he shouted. Really he wasn't going to. He had a plan to have them tortured then killed. They weren't worthy to be killed by him.
well seeing as though i have maya i think i will be going if its all the same to you! *sirius paused, then turned back.* oh and don't forget tom, i can't die unless i give you the special spell so really your fighting a lost cause.
Voldemorts face stiffened and he didn't care if they weren't worthy anymore. "Avada......"he said.

*Sirius who had never actually been faced with that curse pointed at him wondered slightly what Dumbledore had set up. his wand started vibrating and the words that had been inscribed in the base started glowing. sirius didn't know how or why, but he knew what to do. it felt like he had known what to do since he was a child. he put hid wand on his own heart and closed his eyes. the curse that Voldemort had sent his way hit his wand but didn't kill him, instead it completely disappeared. like it had evaorated into thin air. he smiled and opened his eyes, happy that Dumbledore's protection had worked so well.*
*Sirius looked into Voldemort's cold eyes.* told ya you'd be wasting your breath. *he said loud enough that Voldemort could here him.*
