Ginny stood onto of Gryffindor tower, her arms folded around herself against the wind. She faced a man of the same age with dark hair and eyes. He smiled playfully while she looked very upset.
"Really, love...the job isn't that hard." Mahn said to her his voice soft.
Ginny winced slightly, "Mahn, I refuse. Is that all you wanted?"
"Actually, no." Mahn's playful grin dissappeared, "I wanted to tell you what is going to happen."
"Happen?"
"If you leave England," He said, "Your family...your parents and brothers that is, will die."
Ginny paled her heart racing, "What are you talking about?"
Mahn grinned again, "I will kill them." He said, stepping forward and touching her hair. She jerked back, her face twisting in disgust.
"Don't touch me."
Sarah was walking around the grounds when she saw something shimmer in the Gryffindor Tower. *I wonder what that could be.*
Sarah then thought to herself as she decided to get one of her many clokes with a hood and put it on. "I have to know what it going on."
She then walked up the stairs wispered the password since her friends had told her it and walked up and hide in the shadows as she got to the top she saw Ginny and someone else. "Who is that with her." She said in a low wisper to herself.
Mahn's hand dropped to his side and he tilted his head, watching her quietly.
"You're disgusted and scared...why?" He asked, suddenly sounding like a child.
"Why do you think? Everytime you touch me, you hurt me...everytime you come around, I get hurt. Why can't you leave me alone?" Ginny half screamed at him. She took a step back, still hugging herself.
"I like your pain, to be honest." Mahn said, his grin as wide as before. "I enjoy it."
"Sadist." Ginny spat.
"You bet." Mahn said, moving quickly, so her was behind her. Hegrabbed one of her arms, twisting it behind her back painfully. "Now really, why won't you consider doing that job for me?"
Sarah knew that Ginny hated the Curcio spell so she tried to think of some others that she could use. *I have to help her*
Sarah was going thought every lesson that Ginny had giving her. She could not think of anything and did the one spell she thought would have a .01% chance of working.
"Petrificus Totalus"
The spell went past Ginny and mahn, bending as though it was touching a rounded glass sheild. Mahn grinned suddenly, twisting Ginny's arm tighter, "A friend of yours?" He asked her, looking over to Sarah.
"No. I don't know her." Ginny said, bitting her lip against the pain, and avoiding Sarah's eyes. She knew Sarah would be safer if Mahn didn't know she knew her.
Mahn nodded, "Away with you, girl." He said to Sarah, "This is none of your concern."
Sarah stood there she would not let him hurt Ginny knowing she ran.
"I can't I mean your hurting an innocent person. It is my concern now." Sarah was not going to say that she knew Ginny though.
"You deffinetly don't know her." Mahn said, laughing lightly.
"This women is one of the most dangerous killers in the entire galaxy. She is no innocent, she is hardly a person. Now, away with you."
Ginny looked to Sarah, then closed her eyes. She concentrated, then forced her arm downwards, catching Mahn off guard and pulling it out of his grasp. She dropped to her knees, turning on one and kicking out with the other, knocking Mahn down. She scrambled up, getting away fropm him as he stood, looking angry.
Sarah stood there.
"I am not leaving. I told you that once and I mean every word of it." Sarah then put up a shield around her with hardly any energy.
Mahn frowned, anger evident, "Fine, don't leave...but don't interfere." He took a step towards Ginny, and she took a step back. Mahn was one of the few people on the short list of those she feared.
"Why I mean it is not right to not stop people from hurting people from a school. They try to teach us things that will later be useful in stoping people like you from harming people. I will fight you to help her if I have to." Sarah then let her sheild down and had her wand raised.
"You don't want to fight me, child." Mahn said, suddenly smiling. He nodded at Ginny, "Tell her."
"He's right..." Ginny stuttered, stepping back from him again.
"I did not say I would fight you. I said I would do what ever I had to do that would stop you from hurting her." Sarah looked Ginny in the eyes on the next part.
"Even if I have to die."
Ginny frowned softly, "No. Sarah, go. Get out of here. He's dangerous."
Mahn frowned at Ginny, holding out his hand, his palm facing her. A blue blast of energy formed, hitting Ginny in the chest and knocking her backwards. He giggled and clapped his hands together.
"Ginny I'm not leaving you. I mean I'm your student and it would not be right." Sarah dropped her cape and started to walk towards Mahn.
Besides, everyone should get the chance to kick the sh.it out of Mahn. It really is enjoyable. *Sirius stepped out from behind the shadows, walking up so he was next to Sarah, smiling at Mahn with taunting eyes. His hands were both behind his back his wand in his left and the Marauder's map in his right.*
"Siruis were you following." Sarah looked at him.
Ginny stood shakily, frowning at the younger kids as she bit back a small wimper.
Mahn smiled at them, clasping his hands again in happiness when he recognized Sirius.
"Boy, how nice it is to see you!" He said, cheerfully.
"What so that means I was the only one that got into this fight not knowing him." Sarah was determined to fight hard now.
*Sirius smiled at Sarah's comment, not leaving Mahn's face with his gaze.* Funny, I'm not to happy to see you Mahn. All though I did wonder how long it would take you to find Ginny here...
What are you doing here though?
Sarah stood there wondering what was going on.
n sighed, rubbing his hands over his face, "Trying to convince her to help me." Mahn shook his head, pretending to look sad, "I could help her in return."
"You can't help me at all. Just go away." Ginny said, scowling darkly.
"Not true," Mahn said, "I could help you. I could get your Ministry to let you stay in England."
"Dude just leave her alone she said she did not want to help when will you get the picture." Sarah said with an additude towards him.
*Sirius looked at Sarah.* Never. He doesn't get it when we tell him to get out or he'll pay. *Sirius wasn't being arrogent even though he was slightly proud for almost killing Mahn in the first place. He was merely making a point that he would do anything to keep him away from Ginny.*
*With Sarah beside him Sirius was a little worried. He wasn't sure if Mahn knew that Sarah and him were together but he was worried that Mahn would spill that Sirius liked Ginny.*
"I don't care Siruis. He will if we are nice." Sarah then walked towards him. "Come one she don't want to help. I can see why. I mean you had her hand behind her back."
Sarah took another step closer. "If you try to be nice maybe sometime you will get what you want."
*Sirius snorted, hiding laughter as he spoke.* Sarah, please don't get to close to him. I don't trust him at all.
*Sirius was proud of Sarah, but worried because she didn't know what he was capable of or willing to do to have fun.*
Sarah turned and looked at him. "I'll do what I want."
*Sirius's eyes widened and he looked at her for a moment before nodding quietly.* Fine, just know this. I did warn you.
"I know." Sarah smiled steping closer. *I have a plan* Sarah sent to him even though she really did not.
Blaze watched from under his shadow enchantment, watching the story unfold although he was more or less completely lost.
Mahn watched Sarah step closer, and with each step, his grin grew wider.
"I am being nice." He said, flexing his hand, then holding it towards Sarah.
Ginny was immedietly beside Sarah, pushing her to the ground, both of them rolling as a blue energy blast went were they had been standing only seconds before. Mahn laughed and lowered his hand. Ginny rolled away from Sarah and stood, scowling darker then ever, "Leave them alone, Mahn. They have nothing to do with you nor I."
Mahn snickered, "What about him?" He said, looking at Sirius, "Isn't he the one always claiming he cares about you?"
Blaze's eyes widened as he saw the energy blast. His hand was in his pocket at his wand, but he was defiantly not going to make any stupid moves. He had learned the shadow enchantment for this soul purpose.
*Sirius eyes widened and turned a scared purple and a mix of red as he stared at Mahn. He recovered quickly and thought out a cover up.* Ginny if my a very good friend...I would die for her just like I would for anyone else.
Sarah sat on the floor not sure what going on. "What do you mean Mahn. what do you mean he keeps saying he cares about her."
Sarah was lost and wanted answers and she was going to get them so she stood up and walked back towards him. "I wan't to know what you mean."
Blaze's eyes followed Sarah to Mahn, he wondered what she was doing.
Mahn looked to Ginny, confusion flashing across his face before he lifted his eyebrows and smiled, "He claimed he loved her the first time I met him."
"Sarah, ignore him. He's an ignorant bastard." Ginny said, frowning.
Mahn chuckled, "Don't listen to her, though. She's a liar."
Sarah stood there she was near tears.
"Why would she lie to me." Sarah said walking towards him again.
"Ginny say out of this I mean it." She was not going to have her interfere this time.
"She lies to everyone. Didn't you know that?" Mahn giggled suddenly, clapping his hands in wonder at Sarah. How easily she was turned against Ginny.
"Mahn-"
"Shut up, love." Mahn said, throwing another energy blast at Ginny, htting her in the chest again. She flew backwards a few feet and hit the ground. She didn't get back up though.
"Wiat she lied to me. That means Sirius has lied to me." Sarah was now holding her wand.
"why would they do that to me. I mean I'm his girlfriend for crying out loud." She was near tears wanting to know more.
"Ginny lies to everyone, girl." Mahn said, glancing at Ginny every few seconds. The fact that she wasn't getting up annoyed him, and though he wasn't aware of it, it worried him too.
Sarah then turned and saw Ginny. *oh no*
"What you do." Sarah said as she held her wand at him. "I mean it what you do."
Blaze held his breath as the story unfolded. He had surely missed a lot. He was worried about Ginny but was fairly sure she was ok.
*Sirius swallowed and looked nervously at Ginny before returning his gaze angrily to Mahn.* Sarah you don't understand what he does, its how he works just don't listen to him! He'll make you turn against the wrong people just please baby believe me. *Sirius placed the marauder's map in his left hand alongside his wand and placed his right on Sarah's shoulder.* Please don't listen to him.
Mahn frowned, ignoring Sarah completely. His stomach jerked when Ginny didn't move, and his eyes grew dark. Long ago, he had decided against killing her, against even trying. She had become, in his mind, a rival. Someone to mess with, someone to ally with in great times of need. Someone to bother, annoy, even fight.
But not someone to kill.
He took a few steps towards Ginny's motionless body, kneeling over her. He stared at her, tilting his head to the side. She lay on her right side, her eyes closed, and he wasn't sure if she was breathing. He reached out and...
...poked her in the cheek.
Ginny's eyes snapped open and she grinned, pushing herself up by her hands, and swinging her feet around, connecting with his head, knocking him sideways. He fell with a groan as her foot hit his temple, shuddering in the pain. Ginny pulled her feet around and stood, shakily.
Mahn rolled over, standing up slowly. Blood trickled from where her sneaker had given him a brushburn on his cheek. He touched it and made a face, "Low blow."
"No, this is a low blow." Ginny said, taking a step forward and kneeing him in the (I can't believe I'm typing this) gonads. Mahn dropped to the ground with a low whistle of pain.
I don't care how tough any guy is. I don't care how big, little, strong, or weak. When he is kicked there, her will feel pain and drop.
((lol true that))
Blaze was astonished, not something he expected out of Ginny but it obviously worked like a charm.
Sarah looked at what happened. "Sirius leave me alone. I mean don't baby me."
Sarah moved knowing Ginny was okay she did not want to talk to them.
Blaze's eyes followed Sarah as she seemed upset, everything was hard to tell from his distance.
*Sirius watched Ginny in her every movement and winced slightly when she, well, you know. He smiled slightly trying to hold back from laughing knowing how much pain Mahn must be in. He turned to Sarah.* Fine, and I'm not babying you, I just don't want to see you get hurt.
"Really. I mean get hurt. If what he saying is true your only saying that for the reason we are dating." Sarah looked at him. "So me get hurt it a little late."
Ginny stepped away from mahn, frowning deeply. His cries died away, and he looked up at her, astonishment on his face before he shimmered away, disspapearing.
Ginny rubbed her face and turned, frowning at Sarah, "He wouldn't hesitate to kill you."
"Ginny why should I care I mean I can't even trust my friends now." Sarah was hurting bad.
(Frickity frick frick frick! I hate my computer i had a long butt post and i freakin lost my internet connection. Ugh the anger!)
*Sirius opened his mouth but no words came out but a meek sound. He wanted to say something but couldn't find the words. He was angered, frustrated, and just wanted to try and make things right again. So many thoughts were running through his mind that Sirius didn't know where to start though. Sarah just didn't understand Mahn, Mahn was getting his a.s.s kicked by Ginny, and then there was Ginny. Sirius felt slight anger towards her, he could have killed Mahn if she hadn't have stopped him. None of this wouldn't have happened if Ginny would have let Sirius listen to Mahn's last breath leave his body. Sirius's fists clenched then he forced himself to relax his grip on his wand, Ginny wasn't the problem now. He had to figure out how to help Sarah not get hurt even if she didn't want his help.*
Sarah looked at Siruis and then sat on the ground she was so confused and it drove her crazy.
