Sarah was sitting at the quiddich field she had already quit it. She was not doing anything that would remind her of her old life. She sat there staring at her wand and a bottle of butterbeer and pills that she used to help her sleep.
"What am I going to do. I'm useless. No one cares for me." Sarah said as she was crying her eyes were now as if they had no life in them at all. "I can't go on like this."
Her hair was all messed up because she would always wear it in a lose ponytail so it was now in knots.
Maddy had recently gone through many things in her life. She was just now getting back to Hogwarts after many months.
She was looking around for someone familiar when she saw Sarah sitting near the quiddich field.
"Hey." Maddy greeter Sarah with a smile. But that smile faded away very quickly as she noticed that Sarah was in tears. "Sarah... Are you alright." Maddy immediately new that something was seriously wrong when she looked at what was in Sarah's hands.
"sure I mean if you count the fact that I have quit everything I do." Sarah then looked up at her and letting her soul less eyes look at Maddy.
"I mean since you left everything has went wrong. Siruis broke up with me for another girl. Then I can't get him out of my mind. I mean it so bad I have to take these pills to sleep." Sarah showed her the pills.
"I don't want to go on. I mean I just want to curl up and die."
Blaze saw the two girls having a little chat. He thought it would be better for them to have there girl talk. Sarah seemed hurt recently and he wasn't sure if he was helping. He had an old broom in his hand which he was going to take out for a spin, but it would be rude not say anything. So he walked over, "Hey Sarah, Maddy. You guys ok?" he asked kindly.
Sarah looked at him. "Sure it is the usually. I mean getting dumpped haveing to use pills to sleep, and butterbeer don't even help."
Blaze sighed, Sarah was changing. "Well....I'm sorry to hear that. I'll let you guys get back to your chat" he said and walked onto the pitch. ~Why don't you come and fly with me, it'll cheer you up~ he thought to her as he, after so long, thrust from the ground and zipped into the air. It felt so good to be back up.
*I would but I sold my broom. I need some money to get some sleeping pills* Sarah sent her friend it was the turth she had quit the team and was now not caring.
~So did i, but I'm using one of the schools. But i guess if you don't want too then you dont. Ill be here if you need me though~ he thought to her and started to speed up. It was a cool windy day, perfect for flying.
*I want to but my body I don't think will let me. I mean I still don't get hardly any sleep.* Sarah sent to him as she watched him fly happy for him. He still had his great strength in fly she though.
~I just think you're in a very time right now, things will get better. I promise~ he thought to her. He picked up speed and ducked his head as he shot straight through the middle hoop. That always felt so good even though he had missed a couple of times.
*I know I just hope it soon. I thought you said you lost your touch. I think you would be better then me now.* Sarah sent him watching him play.
~hmm, let's not push it. you haven't seen yourself fly in a while im guessing~ he thought back
*well about 2 months I think the last time I was on one.* Sarah sent him even now when she was not flying they were fighting over who was the best.
~Sure sure~ he thought back, he loved these little quidditch fights.
*you would win I mean come on all i do is hit things. I would be a great bludger now*
Blaze laughed softly ~I'm pretty sure you could play any position better than anyone~
*well I might have to get out there and prove you wrong later* Sarah was smiling at this but she still held onto the other things.
Blaze smiled ~Thats what i like to hear, but I'll still destroy you i hope you know that~
*Ya I know but hey that what I have been telling you for a while* Sarah sent back at him/
Blaze smiled again, not really knowing why. ~Come on, a little bit of fire wouldn't be bad for you~
*Blaze where do you come up with these things. I mean fire on a broom not a good mix* Sarah sent to him she was back to jokng like her old self but far from her old self.
~Oh yeah, watch this~ he said reaching into his pocket he pulled out a tiny black bottle, he was saving this up for a long time. He tilted it and a drop came out igniting the end of his broom. It suddently exploded in black fire. Blaze smiled he stopped and took a look at Sarah. Then he bolted through the air, the dark magic propelling him faster than ever. It was hard to control but so worth the thrill ride.
Sarah looked at him. *Cheater. I mean really fire that can burn wood. Duh* She missed doing that though.
~Well it's not real fire then~ he thought, he hoped Sarah might try it sometimes. Although he would never use it in a quidditch match, it was soo fun.
*oh well I was talking real fire* Sarah then stood up and leaned over on the edge to watch him better.
Soon the fire started to burn out and he had no more potion to keep it going so he landed his broom. The end was fully scorched and it was fairly useless now.
Sarah smiled *You know your going to have to pay for that."
"Meh, i'll just frame some poor sucker for it" he said smiling.
"You know what makes that bad. The fact that I know you will."
Blaze laughed, "Naah, i'm not that mean"
Sarah laughed to. "I can see yo doing it though."
Blaze smirked, "Well maybe, depends on my mood" he said. She was sounding so much like her old self.
"Really I mean I bet there some one out there wanting you to so they will get noticed."
Blaze looked confused, not sure what she meant. "Well you feeling any better" he said
Sarah smiled. "Yes I feel a lot better thanks."
"Any time" he said, he was always ready to help a friend.
Sarah sort of had her sparkle back. She then leaned over the railing to far and feel over. She was in the process of trying to clear her mind to use the wind to stop her.
Blaze looked down stunned, not sure what to do. She looked like a bird falling. He took out his wand but she was too far now, not knowing what to do he just starting fire spellings. "Levicorpus, Levicorpus" he said but he wasn't a master of it so he couldn't get enough range. "nuts" he said in frustration.
sarah cleared her mind enough and then used her powers and as if she was an Angel she slowly laid her feet on the ground. "thanks for trying."
Blaze smiled, he was impressed. "Wow, never knew you could do that" he said.

"Ya well there lots of things you don't know I mean I can control the elements." Sarah looked at him.
Blaze smiled, "I knew that, but i didn't know were so good at it, I've gotten pretty good at controlling fire now" he said, he never really used it but would if had to.
"cool I contor wind and water the most." Sarah smiled. "I mean those are what I get to use the most.
"Nice" he said plainly, obviously impressed.
Maddy was glad that Sarah wasn't feeling so depressed now. She new that Sarah would need her again soon so she decided to hang around with her for awhile before going to find any of her other old friends. "Hey Blaze! I haven't seen you in forever." Maddy said with a little too much enthusiasm.
Blaze smiled, "Hey, yea i know. So wat you been up to lately?" he asked her, happy to see an old friend.
"Well... A lot of stuff I guess. What about you?" Maddy asked as she sat down on the grass. It was nice to reminence with someone she hadn't seen in what seemed like years.
Blaze took a seat next to her, "You know, just been around, in and out of trouble. A lot has changed i guess" he said softly.
"Trouble?" Maddy asked as she pulled out her phone to check the time.
(Even though people get mad when people use phone... srry!)
"I dunno, sorta hard to explain. So where did you go off too, i mean i haven't heard from you in soo long" he said.
"Well... that whole thing is a really long story." Maddy was really hesitant to tell Blaze. She hadn't told anyone because she was afraid of their reactions.
Blaze could see from her eyes that she was holding back. "It's ok, I've been through a lot too. It's tough but it feels better if you say something" he said softly urging her to talk.
Sarah stood there listening to them talk but not saying a word. She was looking for a time to get away.
Blaze glanced at Sarah, she seemed troubled again.
Sarah looked at him. "I'm fine just wished I had a story like ya's."
"It's not a story Sarah, its not like we went out and changed the world and had fabulous adventures" he said bluntly.
"Ya that might be true. I mean it a whole lot funner then sitting and listening to Snape all the time." Sarah siad as she looked at him.
"You know it's not all about having fun. Life is something too" Blaze said
"I know that but I would like fun to."Sarah was now just trying to make it sound like she was not going to hurt herself.
"Do what you want Sarah, you only get one life and I'm done putting mine at risk" he said, sighing a bit.
"I will when I figure that out. I mean I've never had mine at risk." Sarah then sat there she just wanted to listen to theirs.
Blaze rolled his eyes and waited for Maddy to answer.
Sarah then sat there waiting for someone to say something.
"Well... I guess my life just really started to change when I lost my mother." Maddy sighed as she changed the subject. "My family really needed me for many reasons so I left to help them." She began getting a little uneasy telling her story.
"oh well I'm sorry." Sarah said as she looked at her friend.
"I'm just glad that everything has changed and no one is out to kill me anymore!" Maddy giggled. She had a tinge of scaredness in her voice still. Everytime she talked about her past her hands would shake slightly too so she put them in the pockets of her coat so no one would notice.
Sarah listen to this wondering why everyone was out to kill her friends but never her. *that strange*
"Oh, im sorry about your mother" he said sighing.
Sarah looked at Maddy. "I am to sorry. I mean not been the same lately"
