Hailey didn't care about reputations. She didn't care about anything... except now she cared about making friends. And she knew a good way to do it. This had always worked at her boot camps. She had black spraypaint in one hand, red in the other. On the wall it said " Hailey Stewart". It was really big and clear. She was hoping that someone would notice. Except the wrong person did.
Ahem said some strange voice. She whiped around and saw a teacher. Whoever it was... she didn't know. I asume your name is hailey stewart. You may come to my office later today and explain yourself. In the mean while... scrub that off.. he said dropping a bucket and sponge infront of her. She snickered and as the man turned his back she dumped the sudsy water on him and ran. She laughed as she ran into a grove of trees... wondering if anyone had noticed her act.
"wow" Said Izzy as she saw the new girl paint stuff on the wall. She walked over to where she hid and said "Why, in gods name, did you just do that!?" She asked. "Do you have no respect for public proprety!?"
Sarah happened to walking around the corner when she saw what had happened. She knew that this girl was a student so she would most likely be in one of her class and that would be when she coufrount her. Instead she was going to check up on her fellow teacher.
"You okay. I mean we can get that clean and then we can deduct point from her house."
Ginny stood on a limb of the tree above the two girls, looking down at the new one with narrowed eyes and apparent dislike, "Or, she's simply stupid."
Ginny scowled, pushing her red hair back, away from her eyes and gracefully slipped out of the tree, landing behind Hailey. Ginny looked to be about 17 years old, had bright red hair and pale skin. She wasn't skinny, exactly, but rather average looking in weight. She was pretty, but not extraordinary.
She tilted her head to the side, looking Hailey up and down, and consequently reading the girl's topmost thoughts. "No one around here will be impressed with graffiti."
She half smiled at ginny. "Lets say i like to make impressions.... good or bad..." she half sneered "And i don't care if there impressed..... i was going to clean it off anyhow so could you please go brown nose some other unfortanate student." she walked away
an hour later
She saw that it was clear. She walked up in a dark hoodie and dark pants.... a bucket and sponge in hand. She started scrubbing the wall.... it came off easily.... part of the plan. She felt a cold hand on her shouldur and sherieked. I see your turning around Miss. Stewart said the same voice off the teacher from earlier. She whiped around "Well.... i didn't really want to damage anything." she started to smile than stoped.
Ginny had simply smirked after Hailey an hour before, not even offended by the girls words. In fact, she'd hear much worse. Now she was with the teacher who had just complimented Hailey. She tilted her head slightly, not even looking at Hailey or the teacher. She was looking at the wall that Hailey had just finished scrubbing.
Hailey had missed a spot, but it was at the top, and Ginny doubted the girl had done it on purpose. So Ginny simply smiled, and the red spot vanished, leaving the wall just as clean. She glanced at Hailey now, ignoring the teacher.
She saw Ginny over her shoulder. She smiled at the teacher "I have to go" she turned and walked over to ginny. "So... good or bad impression" she half smiled wondering what the girl would say. "umm for the record my name's hailey, incase you didn't figuire that out" she was being relativly nice compared to her usalal self.
Ginny smiled back, "Good." She nodded towards the teacher, "At least he's impressed." She chuckled lowly, shaking her head slightly. Her bright red hair shook with each shake.
Again, she looked the girl up and down, this time with a less biased insight. Ginny held out her hand, her young face set in a pretty smile. "Nice to meet you, Hailey. I'm Professor Weasly."
Hailey smiled. "Thanks" she shaid shaking the proffesers hand. A gust of wind blew by blowing haileys black hair. "ugh" she said under her breath. "Well...." she said "I kinda need to go, i need to move my stuff in." she started to turn to grab her bucket and head to her dorm.
Ginny nodded, "Have fun, Hailey. And keep making good impressions. I'll know otherwise." Ginny smirked slightly and gave the girl a wave. She folded her arms across her chest, watching Hailey go before walking in the opposite direction.
"Will do"
When she walked into her room she discovered she didn't have a roomate. The room was very bright and cheery. She opended her suitcase and got out two black curtains. She put it on the window. There that was a start. She put her black and red striped compfeter on the bed. She spread a reversed pattern on the extra bed. Aftter positioning her pillows, ghanging up some posters, and setting up her computer she was almost done with her room. She plopped on her bed and sighed.
All day Billie had been looking for her newest pair of shoes but she had no luck finding then "what did I do with them?" she asked herself as she pulled her favorite black and green trick pants on and walked out the door with hot pink socks on and a black hoodie. Then she stopped and remembered someone had stole them while she was swimming at the lake and she remembered them throughing them in one of the
Ravenclaws windows and she know which one it was to. She quickly took of her socks so she wouldnt fall on the stairs on the way to Ravenclaws corridor and she ran to the Ravenclaw portiat and answered a question quickly and walked in and put her socks back on and walked up the stairs to the rooms and counted the doors as she passed them "9, 10, 11 thats its" she said and knocked on the door and walked in she had heard that nobody used this room but when she walked in she saw her shoes by the window and a girl by the window "oh sorry I didnt think anyone used this room I came to get my shoes" she said as she felt very stupid and blushed a little from pure stupidity
"Oh" hailey turned around.. "Um hi... do I know you" she asked gruffly. She had a long day and she was exsahusted. She turned and saw the shoes in the window. "Um... are these yours?" she asked not knowing where they had come from. She looked at her room... that was now cluttered with boxes of her possesions. "I'm hailey" she said somewhat gruff. She did think it was rude of this girl to just barge in.
Billie took her shoes I'm really sorry there anything I can do to make up for it?" she asked feeling bad about not waiting at the door. She looked around then back at the girl "oh and I'm Billie" she said slipping on her shoes "sorry again" she added quickly
Hailey felt bad. "Its its okay.... i'm just tired, i've had a long day. So what dorm are you in?" she asked politely, hoping to make up for her rudeness.
Billie smiled a little "oh I'm in hufflepuff but number 7 there" she said then looked around "you want some help unpacking or anything and I 'm should have waited longer then I did beofre I came it so I'm sorry" she said
"Yeah... sure" she said plunging towards a box labeled books "This has my books in it, some of them are my favorites." she walked over to another box and started taking her black, red and purple wardrobe out of the box and stuffing it in the closet. "So... whats life liek ehre in hogwarts.?"
"oh its pretty cool here I'm not to sure I've only been goin here for a few months but its been good so far one of my friends from the "real" world goes here his name is Aaron you will probaly meet him later on but just to warn you if you ever see him his girlfriends always with him so try not to get to close to him or she'll get mad" BIllie said then looked at her wardrode "wow you have really cute clothes" she said as she went to help stuff her closet
"yeah..." she laughed "i'll watch out for Aaron." she smiled "Thanks... you can borow my clothes if you want." She noticed she was shorter than Billie, but they were probably the same size. Actully hailey was shorter than most girls her age. She was always really tiny. She had shoulder length black hair with red highlights, and was barely making five foot. she looked taller cause she tried to wear boots with heels though. She walked over to a box and grabbed her set of shoes. She assembled the shoe rack and neatly coler orgainized ehr shoes.
Billie smiled "that works and you can borrow anything of mine even my converse if you wear them" she said then helped her set the shoe rack up with a wave of her wand them she pointed at the shoes and they jumped on to the rack the way Hailey had been putting them
"cool" she said not only over the shoes.... but also the converse. "Thanks...." she smiled then said "Secret for secret" she didn't care it wasn't really a secret "I don't know any magic." she sat on the bed "My mom gave me away when i was a baby, i don't even know my last name, stewarts my adoptive name. I don't know my powers, i never knew i had them untill my step dad discovered it. I don't even know my step dad that well, they didn't like me, they sent me too boot camp after boot camp. Sending me here was the best thing that happened to him, and me." she waited for an emotion on Billies face.
Billie face dropped "oh my gosh I'm sorry it must suck not knowing anything I always had both of my parents and I'm almost better then them at most of the magic stuff but the secret for secret thing I'm a vampire I have a full blood dad and a full blood vampire for a mom so only two other people know about me and I plan on erasing one of their minds, by the way i can do that so dont make me mad" Billie said and giggled a little "if you ever need any help on anything then just tell me and I'll be over in less then 2.2 seconds to help you" Billie said smiling slightly at Hailey
"Thanks thats great." and she smiled "IT's also good that your parents are vampires too i mean they can help you with anything that you need." she said fumbling now with a box of cds.
"oh no I meant just my mum was a vampire not my father" she said and looked at her shoes again and found a really cute pair "wow you have the cutest shoes ever" she said and then looked at Hailey "I can teach you some magic if you want sometime or Ginny Weasley shes an amazing teacher I didnt have her but a lot of people I know which isn't very many but they all had her and shes awesome" Billie offered and sat on the floor
Hailey smiled at the compliment. "Keep it" she said smiling handing her the shoes. "Oh and that would be great if you taught me. And i met Ginny earlier, she was really nice." she said not planning on telling billie about the wall fiasco.
Billie laughed "thanks and if you dont want people to know what your thinking dont think most of us can read minds. So whats with the wall thing?" Billie asked and took the shoes "thank you you can have any pair that you want" she said and took off her shoes and put on the pair she just got
"Uhhh long story short i painted a wall, cleaned a wall.... met ginny and made friends." she said tring not to sound stupid. "So...... how long have you been here."
Avery walked up to Billie. "Does your door swing both ways?"she asked curiously cause she was bored.
(uh.... sorry but were in a dorm so try and redo that.)
"Thats awesome and I've only been here a few months" she said then looked at Avery "what do you mean does your door swing both ways and who are you?" Billie asked looking at her confused

"I guess it could be awesome.... but whatever." she said and opened another box with pictures in it. She instantly shut it after seeing hte pi8ctures. She moved over to another box with some more of her tops in it, hoping she didn't notice.
Billie saw Hailey open somthing and close it really fast "Hey what in there?" she said and open the box "Pictures!" she said
She sighed and leaned back. There were pictures of her step parents, old family pictures.... stuff that she would rather burn.
"Hey you okay?" Billie asked and closed the boxs lid
":No i'm fine... besides there might be some dorky old yearbooks." she smiled, Billie was so nice. "I'm hungry want to go get some icecream?" she said knowing that she hadn't ate for like a whole day with this whole moving thing.
"We all have dorky yearbooks you should see mine I'm the dork with the big glasses and a bad hair style" BIllie said and laughed. "Sure you probably havent ate since you got here ,so lets go" Billie said and put the box under Haileys bed and stood up.
