Cody went out of the school and out near the lake. He couldnt stay in the indoors for very long, he felt like he needed fresh air and away from the school so he decided to go to the lake, the most relaxing freshest place close enough for him to walk. He climbed up a tall oak so he could look out upon the lake and the forest. He stared up at the starlit sky and eventually dozed off.
Billie started to run after the deer. Soon she had it on the ground and she was having a snack until she heard someone walking around and she quickly ran off. She then ran to a small tree and grabbed a set of new clothes and throw her blood drenched one in a hole and buried them and she changed quickly. Billie calmed down and started to look for the person. Finally she saw him it was Cody. Billie walked right up to him and jumped on the branch above him and leaded over and just looked at him
Cody scooted a little bit away to make a spot for Billie. He patted at the branch and said,"Hey, you wanna sit?" He put a grin on his face, wondering what she was doing out here.
Billie smiled "Sure" she said and sat by him "So why are you out here?" Billie asked wondering
Cody gave Billie one of his fake smiles,"Oh just to go fight evil and save the world from an enormous pizza, you know the usual."
Billie looked at him and could tell it wasn't a real smile "You could use some pratice on your smiles thier still a little unsmileyish" Billie said "So really why are you out here its pretty late?" She asked again looking at him
He smiled,"Seriously im just out here to get some fresh air. So why are you out here anyways? Are you a Vampire or a wareworlf or something like that?"
Billie looked at her and smiled a goofy smile "Oh yeah I'm differently a vampire" She said joking even though she wasn't joking she was quite sure if she could trust Cody yet she need to know him better before she told him. "I could sleep so I was walking around and then I saw you and I followed you" Billie said
"Yeah fresh air is always a good thing..i think. Im not a vampire or a warewolf and i am not lieing but when i was younger i wanted to, it sounded fun," he said while looking out at the night sky.
"Really you wanted to be a vampire?" Billie asked "Why?" she added then looked down "They dont eat much they drink blood and can't always have human blood and a simple bite can change a person into one" Billie said looking back up and leaned against the trunk of the tree
He said while dangeling his feet back and forth ," i dont know, maybe the adventure and the mystery when no one knows the most important secret of your life. Its more interesting then a wizard who sucks at doing magic like me."
" I know a few people if you wanted to change that bad" Billie said to softly to him. "You can't suck that bad" she added
"Trust me i would love to meet a vampire...but i dont know. And you have no idea how bad i am at being a wizard, im clumzy, can never get the spells right, and one time i turned one of my classmates into a aligator when i was supposed to be making a leech become a cat...yeah i think im that bad," he said smiling.
Billie laughed "Well you already know one" Billie said on accident. Then she looked at him "You cant be that bad where you would want to be like... like... a vampire" she said not being able to say her
Cody made a straight face at her,"Wait, your a vampire?"
"I never said that" Billie said trying not to look at him. Finally she looked at the ground "Yeah I am" she whispered softly the looked at him "Your not going to tell anyone right?" Billie said in a begging tone
Cody looked at her then stood up on the branch, balancing his wait and looking straight,"I promise i wont tell a soul."Then he plopped down on to the branch again making the leaves shake,"But i do think thats pretty awesome that your a vampire."
Billie smiled and hugged him "Thanks you so much what can I do to repay you for keeping it a secret" Billie said. "And its not as awesome as you think" She said letting go of him
He smiled," You dont have to repay me or anything, im just happy i have a friend. But i dont get why you dont think its not awesome?"
Billie smiled "I can't be your only friend" Billie said and laughed "Well you wake up in the middle of th night and have no one to talk to or walk with unles you run into someone then they ask you all these questions about why are you out here and you can't tell them and it isn't to fun lieing all the time" Billie said losing her smile. Billie sighed and leaned back on the tree trunk.
"Well...in a way your not really lieing just keeping an important secret," he said.
"Yeah but when you friend find out they think you've been lieing to them and they get mad at you.." Billie said sadly as she looked at him.

He looked down,"Yeah, well if they stay mad at you for ever then they are not really your friend ,because if you were a real friend you would make up and promise each other to never lie again. Thats what my mom used to say to me or something close to that."
Billie smiled and looked at the sky. "Your moms right I guess the people who know and got mad at me just need to get over themselves... OR I could erase their memories about me telling them" Billie said happily
Cody smiled,"I kinda like the second one better, sounds more fun. " He jumped straight off the branch of the tree and landed perfectly on his feet and then yelled up to Billie,"You wanna take a walk?"
Billie laughed and jumped down. "Where to?" she asked looking at him
He smiled and looked around and noticed that he was lost so he pointed at a random direction and said,"Uh...this way." He walked to where he had pointed, not even knowing if he was going farther away from the school or not.
"Okay" Billie said and walked toward that way. *Hmm I wonder if he meant to go away from the school* Billie thought to herself.
Cody walked past another huge white oak tree and as he passed it he tripped over the roots of it and fell flat on his face. His face turned a slight pink and he began to feel embaraced. He wished he could go hide in a dark hole far away from the world.This always happens to me.He got up to his feet and whiped the dirt off his now completely dirty shirt and pants.
Billie laughed quietly to herself. "Are you okay?" she asked him as she stopped and turned to look at him.
