The night was dark but the sky was clear. The stars were out while the moon shined brightly through the tree's of the forest. The air was chilly and there was the scent of rain in the air, though it wouldn't rain for atleast an hour.
Sky quietly walked through the forest. She wore a white tank top with a black zip up hoodie over it with dark blue jeans and black converse. Her long black hair hung over her shoulders and down her back. She decided to put a red bow in her hair for no apparent reason. She just did it. As she walked in a slow pace, she smiled. She knew her parents were there for her. They were alive. Alive in her. Suddenly Sky heard the sound of footsteps. "Hello?" Sky called.
Pete walked around in the wood. He was wearing a grey and black shirt with black baggy jeans on. He was alone until he heard someone it was Sky. "Hey Sky" he said as he came into view.
Sky waved. "Oh hey Pete. Geez. I thought you were a werewolf!" She said with a smile.
"No worrys I'm not a dog just a blood sucker" he said smiling.
Sky laughed. "Are you out her looking for blood?" She asked him, he barely being visable in the dark, she took out her wand. "Lumos." She whispered. Now she could see.
Pete smiled "No but dont mind taking it from the willing" he said JOKING.
"Heh." Sky smirked. "What are you doing in the forest so late at night?" She asked.
"I don't sleep to much and I wanted to take a walk" he said then looked at her "What about you?" he asked
"I didn't feel like sleeping." She replied. She looked at him. "Pete..if I were a vampire, would things be different?" Sky asked quietly. "Honestly?"
Pete sighed "I dont know I mean it would help, but I still have feelings for someone else" he said
"Right. That's fine. Just a curiosity thing." She felt bad for being a bit pushy. She wouldn't ask anymore questions. Sky looked up at the purple sky and at the stars.
"But you need to understand I knew her longer and then meeting you it was different... I mean Leah I helped her out and we were just friends then I got this feeling that I liked her a lot, but you it was just a look and I had a small crush and I still do but I just like Leah more" he said in the nicest way he could.
"Its Okay Pete. I get it. I understand." She looked at him and smiled a little. "I was only wondering thats all." Her lumos spell had ended and it was dark again.
Pete walked right to her and hugged her. "I'm sorry" he whispered.
Sky slowly pulled away. She thought it was best. "Don't be. Please." She whispered back.
Pete understood "I'm sorry" he said again. "I didn't mean to make it ackward" he said as he sat down on a stomp near by.
Sky looked at him. "You didn't. It's my fault. My stupid girl hormones." She joked. "Look. Don't feel bad. Please don't. You don't deserve it. I'll get over this. I promise." She smiled at him. "I hope you and Leah will be a great couple when the day comes." She said.
Pete smiled at her. "You make the worst weirdest times feel happy" he said smiling.
"Well thats good to hear." She said.
"So are you okay Sky?" he asked.
Sky nodded. "Yupp."
Pete smiled "okay well since were both out you want to go for a walk friend with friend?" he asked her
"Sure." Sky said, holding a hand out to this time help him up.
Pete took it and stood up. "thanks" he said and started to walk. "You coming?" he smiled at her.
"Yeah." She said and caught up with him. She walked by him quietly in the darkness of the forest.
Pete got out his wand. "lumos" he said and it lit up everything.
Sky did the same with her wand.
Pete walked slowly looking at everything. "This is nice" he said slightly laughing.
Sky nodded and smiled. "Beautiful." She said, looking at some moon flowers.
Pete smiled and watched the owls fly above him and heard the animals run through the forest.
Sky stared in awe at the beauty of the forest. Everything was so..so beautiful.
Pete smiled. "tonights a very beautiful night" he said.
"A very beautiful night." Sky said in agreement.
"Yes not many places have nights like this" he said. "To much smoke and pollution" he said.
"That or people are just distubing the area. Some people can act more like animals than the animals in the wild." Sky laughed.
Pete laughed a little. "Yeah I know people like that" he said.
Sky sighed. "Yepp. There's alot of people like that. "
((Woo. Since I'm not allowed to buy ringtones, I have to record then onto my phone with my Ipod. This is...fun.))

Pete looked around he wasn't sure what to say.
Sky still felt rather akward. She didn't know what to say...what to do.
((IT WOULDN'T WORK! T_T))
Pete walked a little ways then looked back at her. "You are you stilling wanting to walk?" he asked.
Sky shrugged. "I guess." She said.
"We can stay here if you want" he said looking at her.
"Okie dokie." Sky said to him as she caught up with him.
Pete smiled and turned in a slow circle, looking around him.
"Something catch your eye?" Sky asked him.
"I thought I saw something, but it was nothing" he said looking back at Sky
"What did you think it was?" She asked, looking around herself.
"I just movement with in the trees" he said.
Sky pointed her wand at the tree's to get the light to reflect on them. "See anything?"
Pete looked around and saw a small shadow. "Its just an animal" he said.
Sky smiled at the animal as it soon came into view. It was baby fox. "Aww. Look. He's scared." Sky whispered. She bent down and slowly stretched out her hand for the fox to sniff it. "It's okay. I won't hurt you." Sky said gently.
Pete smiled as he walked Sky. Pete then walked over to the fox and touched it gently.
Sky gently rubbed the Foxes chin. "You're a precious little one aren't you?" She said to it.
The fox moved its head so Sky would scratch the top of his head.
Pete smiled bent down and petted it more.
Sky petted the fox some more, smiling at it. Finally, she stopped stroking it and stood up. "He's so cute." Sky said happily.
"Hes fuzzy" Pete said laughing as he stood up.
The fox looked around and then ran off.
"I love fuzzy!" Sky said with laugh.
Pete smiled. "Thats nice" he said laughing
Sky grinned and sat down on a rock. "So."
"This is fun" he said sitting on the ground.
"Tons." Sky said sarcastically.
Pete laughed. "I wish there was something or somewhere more interstesting to go to" he said
"Yeah." Sky agreed. "Where are you going after school?" She asked.
"Home probalay" Pete said. "I mean BIllie always came home during her breaks" he said.
Sky sighed. "I'm not so sure where I'm going." She said. "I hear we go home over summer. At my old school, we stayed year round. I have no place to go."
"Yeah at this school they do send the students home" Pete said. "Dont you have some type of place to go to"
Sky sighed. "No. But I'll find a place. I have some money in my bank account at Gringotts for an apartment or something."
"Oh wow.." Pete said. "It must be hard" he said
Sky shrugged. "Hey, I become of age in the fall. I got to get a place sooner or later."
"Really I'm already of age, just have to finish my schooling" Pete said.
"Oh." Sky said. "Thats cool." She took a few more steps.
Pete stood up and began to walk around.
Sky sighed. "I think I should go home. It's a bit late."
"Okay" Pete said somewhat sadly. "While I guess we should get going" he said.
Sky could hear the tone in Pete's response but she didn't know what to say. She wanted to be here with him but...everything felt akward tonight. She didn't respond but took a few slow steps forward.
Pete looked at her. "you know we could stay a bit longer, I know how to seek in" Pete said.
Sky turned around and looked back at him. She smiled. "Alright." She said.
Pete smiled. "well lets walk around okay" Pete said.
"Okay." Sky replied. "Where to?" She asked.
"I'm not sure lets just walk" Pete said.
Sky looked at him. "We'll just walk 'till we can't walk no more." She grinned.
"Sounds good to me" Pete said smiling.
Sky tapped Pete on the shoulder and ran. "You're IT!" She yelled as she ran away from him deeper into the forest.
Pete turned and smiled. "Sky" Pete yelled and ran after her. "Where'd you go?" he asked as he ran around looking for her while he laughed.
Sky hid behind a tree. Just when he passed her, she jumped out and tackled him.
Pete laughed and it a swift move ment he had her pinned to the ground. "Grr" He said laughing..
"GRRR!" She growled back, trying not to laugh.
Pete looked at her "That really scared me" he said smiling.
"Good." Sky said, grinning.
"Please don't do it again it might make me cry" Pete said hiding his smile.
Sky smiled. "Okay. Only for you."
Pete smiled and stood up and offered his hand to help her up.
Sky took his hand and got up. "Thank you." She said, smiling happily. Now things weren't as akward.
Pete laughed "Your welcome" Pete said and touched her should "Your it" He said and ran a little ways then walked back hidding behind trees as he worked his way back
"Oh great." Sky said, rolling her eyes. "Oh Peeeetiiiieeee." Sky called as she wondered torward his direction.
Pete smiled and walked behind her quietly.
Sky peered behind a tree but there was nothing.
Pete laughed "Who are you looking for?" he asked.
Sky jumped. "Y-YOU!" She screamed by accident.
Pete smiled. "Found me" he said smiling. "sorry for scarying you" he said laughing
"Yeah yeah." Sky said crossing her arms.
"Come on Sky you can't be mad at me" Pete said smiling
Sky turned and faced him. "You're right. I can't."
Pete smiled. "I know you can't" He said looking at her.
Sky smirked. "I'm having alot of fun."
"I'm glad" Pete said. Pete looked around and then smiled.
Sky yawned and sat down on a log.
"Ready to go back to the castle?" Pete asked her.
Sky looked up at him. "I can last a little younger. I'll stay as long as you want."
Pete smiled. "I'm up for a few more hours" Pete said. He looked at her "Well what would you like to do now?" he asked
"You pick. I played tag already." Sky said.
"Then lets walk around the school or we can go to the lake" Pete said.
"Either one." Sky said with a happy smile.
"Lets go to the lake I havent been there in a while" He said.
Sky stood up. "Okay." She said, running torward the lake.
Pete smiled and ran after her. "Your pretty fast for a human" Pete said laughing.
Sky laughed and laid back in the grass by the lake.
Pete walked over to the water and looked at it. He walked over to the grass and sat down. "This is nice" Pete said.
"It's a beautiful night." Sky said quietly, mesmerized by the reflection of the moon.
Pete smiled and looked up also. "Yes it is" he said
Sky put her head down on the cool, soft grass and closed her eyes. "It can't much better than this.." She said quietly.
Pete looked around and laid back. He looked up at the sky and just stared and began to think.
Sky felt a sudden chill as the wind blew but it quickly went away.
Pete closed his eyes and just laid there.
Sky sat up and walked over to Pete and sat down by him.
Pete opened his eyes and looked at her and smiled.
Sky smiled and looked down at him. "Hello.." She said quietly so as not to disturb the setting and the calm mood.
Pete sat up a little and leaned on his elbow. "Hello" he said softly
She smiled warmly at him. She wanted to just embrace him in a huge warm hug and never let go. Sky looked back at the lake, taking her mind off of the feeling.
Pete smiled and looked at the lake then laid back down.
Sky laid back too and closed her eyes. She felt herself drifting off to sleep but couldn't fight it.
Pete looked at Sky and saw her lay down then he looked at the night sky and started to think.
Sky rolled over on her side and curled into a ball. "Goodnight Pete." She said with a happy smile. Though she was basically knocked out, she was happy to spend time with him.
Pete smiled and sat up and looked at her. Pete used his wand to wake a blanket and he covered her up. "Goodnight Sky" Pete said then laid back down and stared at sky.
Sky cuddled with the blanket in her sleep? XD
(Ha at least shes has a blanket unlike Shmoo...lol)
Pete laughed. "I guess I should take her to the common room" Pete said and stood up. Pete looked at her and smiled and picked her up and started his way back to the castle.
((That was the most uncomfortable sleeping period I have had in a very long time. I tried bringing my cat in, but he goes after my feet if I don't have them covered. So he got kicked out. I had a fuzzy pillow and a white pillow for meh legs. XP This is how you know you're too lazy to go downstairs to find one. I have to use the same blankets I usually do anyway. I'm weird as you'd say))
Sky slowly opened her eyes. She could tell that Pete was carrying her.
(your weird... lol and lazy)
Pete was walking slowly to avoid the holes in the forest floor.
"Pete. I can walk." She said groggily. *Sp*
Pete smiled. "Okay I just didn't want to wake you up" He said and sat her down.
Sky laughed and wiped her eyes. "I'm sorry I fell asleep. But thanks. That was really sweet of you."
"I'm always sweet" He said. "So now you ready to go back to the common room?" he asked her.
"Whenever you are." She yawned. "We should sneak off somewhere. Somewhere fun!" Sky was drowsy but had a sudden urge for adventure.
"Well wheres your favorite place to go?" he asked
"I don't have a favorite place.." Sky said.
"Okay then" Pete said and started to walk.
Sky followed him. "Don't you have one?"
"well I like the mountains" Pete said. "But thats pretty far from here"
Sky smiled. "Really? That's the place I was thinking of." (Literally. I was gonna post that XD)

Pete smiled. "Well you want to go?" he asked her.
Sky was puzzled. "How can we?" She asked.
"We can walk" he said smiling. He could also carry her and get there in half the time.
((Ha silly me forgot Hogwarts was around mountains. Ignore my stupidity. -______-))
Sky smiled. "Well then, lets go!" Sky exclaimed and grabbed his hand and ran.
(I learned that in the 4th book I think when they met Sirius in the mountains...)
Pete ran with her. "Gosh you are slow" he said laughing
Sky laughed, and stopped, letting go of his hand when she realized she had it.
Pete moved his hand away and looked at her and smiled. "oops" he said laughing. Pete then began to ran faster until he was far ahead of Sky. He stopped and waited for her to catch up.
Sky put her hands on her hips and sighed. "You expect me to run over there now, don't you?" She said, smiling. She jogged over to him.
Pete smiled. "If thats what you call running" he said joking.
She laughed. "Maybe I don't wanna run." Sky said, sticking out her tounge.
Pete smiled. "You don't have to run I guess" He said.
Sky ran randomly and tackled Pete.
"But if you want to run thats okay to" Pete said as he fall to the ground. Pete smiled "Your a lot stronger then you look" he said
Sky looked at him. "Do I appear weak?"
"Well compared to my kind most humans are all weak" Pete said. "But I guess we were wrong" he said smiling.
Sky smiled. "Sometimes I wonder what it's like not to be human." She said to him, holding out a hand to help him up.
"Pretty fun sometimes" He said taking her hand and getting up. He then let go of her hand. "Thanks"
"Your welcome." Sky replied. "How fun?" She asked with a curious expression etched upon her face.
"Well you get about anything you want" He said smiling. "But then again some fear us some hate us, plus drinking blood is hard to control when your around humans with the type of blood you like" he said.
"What kind do you like?" Sky asked. She was curious to know a bit about vampires.
"AB positive mainly sometimes B" He said smiling.
"Oh. So blood does have different tastes." Sky said smiling too.
"Yes it does." he said looking at her. "Also how the person is... I mean if their depressed or unfortunate it has a special taste I like" he said.
Sky looked at her arm. "So if I were sad right now, my blood would probably taste better?"
"It might, but lets not get any ideas" Pete said.
Sky put her arm down. "I wasn't getting any ideas." She said truthfully.
Pete smiled. "Okay" he said and began to walk again.
Sky walked quietly beside him.
Pete slowed slightly as he saw the top of the mountains show.
Sky looked at the mountains. "Oh wow. They're amazing." She said.
Pete smiled. "Yeah their pretty grand" he said
Sky nodded, quickening her pace.
Pete smiled and followed her.
Sky smiled. She wanted to go to the mountains really badly.
Pete followed and soon came to a small path that lead to the mountians
Sky walked up the path with Pete, getting to the top several minutes later. Sky sat down on a smooth spot of the mountain and grinned as she looked down over everything. It was amazing.
Pete sat down beside her and looked up then down. He could see Hogsmead, and all its shops. He looked a little farther and saw the outline of the castle. "Its really beautiful" He said.
"Yeah...it is." She smiled at him then looked at the castle. "It's breath taking."
Pete smiled. "Yeah"
She sat up, just staring out at the scenery.
Pete looked around. Everything was quiet. "Soo?" he said breaking the silence.
"Soo..." Sky said, looking at him.
Pete smiled. "This is great" he said some what sarcastically
"Yeah..." Sky said.
Pete sighed and looked around.
Sky did the same.
Pete looked around then at his watch. "I think we should get back to the commonroom soon"
