((This Fan Fiction will be a bit different. All the characters are wolves, and it will be a bit confusing if you don't know a couple quick things about wolves. The Beta wolf is the wolf that takes care of the Alpha Male/Female's pups. The Alpha Male and Female are the leaders of the pack. Hope you enjoy!))
Misty walked along the banks of the icy chilled river. The mist became thicker every step until she was engulfed in it and her pace slowed. Her eyes glowed like bright blue orbs, but even she the best tracker in the pack could not see her own paws. She stopped, frustrated, and groped her way over to the base of a tree. This would be where she would have to stay until the fog cleared, she supposed. She couldn't risk falling in the cold river.
Misty lied down and began to think about her life and position in the pack. She feared she would always remain a prey hunter and never move on to bigger things, such as Beta wolf. She was even ambitious enough to want to be Alpha Female so she could one day stand by the ever so handsome, Alpha Male, Birch. She had long adored him. But before Misty could even dream of that, she knew she would have to fight and defeat the current Alpha Female, Crystal. Even so, would Birch accept her? The best Misty could hope for right now was Beta, but Cliff had taken that position allready.
Misty put her head on her paws and curled her tail under her sleek body. She closed her eyes with thoughts flying though her head. After a few restless minutes she finally dozed off into a dreamless sleep.
Wow Mira... this is really good! Just write more at once! ;D

Bits of light penetrated her eyelids. Misty opened her eyes fully to see a shadow fall on the ground in front of her. She looked up to meet the gaze of Birch. "Birch!" She exclaimed, jumping up to her paws. "Misty, what were you doing out here?" He asked in his ever so smooth and strong voice. "Well, it was so foggy that I couldn't see a pawstep in front of me. I didn't want to risk falling in the rives so I decided it was best to stop and wait it out." Misty explained, the last thing she needed was the Alpha Male of the pack thinking she was lazy.
She looked over Birch's features, he had a sleek red, slightly brown coat, while Misty had a pure white one. Birch also had orange eyes, while Misty's were the only blue pair in the pack. "Well, we should be getting back to camp." Birch said, interrupting Misty's thoughts. Misty nodded and followed Birch, her pelt pricklinf every time it touched his.

Ok, I won't post more until another person (besides Billie) replies. *A little note about most of my stories. They a re about love and evil and blah blsh blah. They could be somewhat considered modern twisted Fairy Tales.*

MIsty felt uncomfortable padding back into camp with eyes on her. Birch had left her side and was going to his rocky den, where Misty could see Crystal waiting. Her gray pelt blended into the stony ridge, so all that was used to tell she was there were her yellow eyes and her shadow. Misty's tail drooped a bit low as she padded over to the fresh kill, just dragged in. She took a chunk of the deer's leg and glumly ate it.
As she was eating it she didn't see River come up behind her. "Ugh! Where have you been?" Asked River obvoiusly erked a bit. "Birch was sending out patrols left and right trying to find you! Do you know what a fuss you've caused?" She added. Misty turned her head, "I'm sorry! Ok? I didn't know I would cause such a comotion in the pack." She said. River tossed her head and snorted slightly. "Why don't you go tell that to Sky? You know, its HIM not ME that was attacked by a wolverine while out searching for you!"
"Wh-what?!" Misty exclaimed half choking. She jumped to her paws. "Where is he?" She asked frantically. "He's not that bad? Is he?" She added worried. "Where do you think? Maybe the pack healer's den, Aka Rain's den! And last time I saw him he wasn't THAT bad... No bone or anything, just a lot of blood." Said River, lieing down to finish eating what Misty had started. SHe ate in silence watching her friend bound across the clearing.
Your public(me) demands more!! hehe
Me Will have Mores!

Oh! Crap! That came out a little wrong...
hehe....
MIsty was running across the clearing straight to Rain, the healer's den. She pushed her way through the pine branches that blocked the entrance, and entered the dimly lit den. She could see a figure laying down in the corner, and Rain was bent over it pressing something to its leg. "Hello? Rain? Is Sky here?" Misty asked, already knowing the answer.
Rain jumped up and whirled around. "Don't ever sneak up on me like that in my own den!" She growled. "And yes your little friend is here. Who else would I be treating?" But before Rain could finish her remark Misty was padding across the den.
"Sky, I'm so sorry." Said Misty apologetically.
"S-sorry for what?" Sky muttered, his eyes fluttering.
"If I hadn't stopped and been afraid of just getting my paws wet, then you wouldn't have been sent out to look for me." Misty said looking downcast
"Its alright, I'll heal..." Sky murmered closing his eyes. Then a harsh voice cut into their conversation. "But he won't get enough sleep with you in here! Now go do some hunting or whatever you do!" Snapped Rain, shooing Misty out of the den. Misty sniffed in frustration as she padded back to the prey hunter's den. She past River and lay down for a wuick nap.
