((I know it`s a little early, but I don`t care. I assume all of ya are ok with the idea of witchcraft, that`s basically what HP is! Everyone is invited!))
Stacey sighed. It was Halloween night, and she was having a little party. At the party, people were told to come in costume. It was going to start in 15 minutes in the Great Hall. She took a final look at herself in the miror and walked downstairs.
She walked into the hall, her dress draging on the floor. She was dressed up as Cinderella. Most people wouldn`t know ho Cinderella was, but she had grown up with Muggles. Her dress was lond and white. It sparkled in the faint glowing lights placed aroung the room. She walked up to the closest person to her. "Hi," She started, "Do you reconize me?" She asked this becasue her hair was long, wavy, and died blond, all to match the Cinderella description.
Nate turned around on his heels with the sound of Staceys voice. His smile growed as he saw how different but in a good way she had looked. He shuffled a bit as he felt guilty that he didnt have a costume on. He didnt know what to be anyways. He grimaced,"You look beautiful."
"Wow Stacey, you can clean up! Amazing." Ginny had been asked to chaperone the party, and for a costume wore a dress made for a princess. The thing was, it really was her dress. It was a deep green, with gold trimmings. Her red hair was plaited, twisted and showing off her pale neck. She smiled at Nate and Stacey, nodding to the two of them.
"Having fun?"
A small head peaked out from behind Ginny's dress, Cody's ice blue eyes twinkling as he saw Stacey.
"Cinderella!" He shouted out, guessing immediately at her costume. He grinned widely, going up to Stacey and sweeping into a low bow. The child wore clothing that matched his mothers as royal apparel. He too seemed comfortable in the clothing.
"Princess Cinderella!" he said, almost giddy with the excitement of being at the party.
Nate smiled to Ginny,"So and so, not much of a person to go to a party."
Ginny smiled back, nodding.
"Me neither." She said, "But this is better than some of the other places I've worn this dress." She laughed, very little humor in what she said.
Cody turned to Nate and narrowed his eyes, "You must have the scariest costume on here...cause your mask is terrifying me." He said the joke without even twitching his lips, a sure frown upon his features. He paused, "How come you didn't get a costume?"
Stacey smiled at Nate. "Thank you." She said, shuffling her shirt. She looked up to see Ginny come towards her. "Wow Ginny. You look great." She looked down at Cody, and laughed. "And who are you tonight?"She asked him, after curtsying in response to his bow.
Nate nodded curtly to Stacey and smiled as he spotted Cody. He couldnt help but turn and look out of the corner of his eye at Stacey and at her beauty. His eyes glimmered.
Cody grimaced back, "A prince...though it's a horrible costume. I could just have worn my regular jeans, but Mom said the point was to look the part." He shrugged his shoulder's, rolling his eyes, and then sneaking a grin to his mother.
Ginny smiled, "Alright, Cody. Why don't we leave these guys alone and go see some of the other students?" She touched her son's shoulder and he nodded.
"Okay."
Billie walked into the party and looked around and found Stacey. Billie was dressed as a queen-bee. She wore a yellow and black striped tank top, with small yellow wings. She wore a layered skirt that was solid black, then solid yellow then a see through yepp that puffed the skirt out. It went a little lower then the middle of her thighs. She wore solid yellow tights, with black fish net over them, and for the first time in a long time Billie wore black boots. To finish the costume off she had a set of yellow antanis and a small fake gold crown. "Cinda-Rellie!" Billie said smiling as she walked over to Stacey. "Heya whats up? Can you tell what I am" Billie said and pulled her skirt down that had slipped up slightly.
Nate smiled at them, a blush appearing on his face,"Well its nice to meet you." He glanced over at Billie,"Hey Billie nice..uh costume."
"Thanks?" Billie said uneasily. "You can tell what I am right?" she asked anyone who wanted to answer her.
Nate smiled,"Umm..are you a bee, queen bee?"
"Yeppers" Billie said and moved her fake wings back into place. "But it moves around a lot" she said.
Nate smiled,"Niceee...i like it. Its very you." He joked.
Stacey smiled as Billie walked up. She had felt Nate looking at her, but she pretended like she didn`t notice. "Why, my queen." She said sarcastically, giving a pompous curtsy to Billie. She stood back up and looked at Nate, her eyes twinkling.
"Thanks" She said. "Hey where is everyone?" she asked. Then Billie looked at Stacey. "Heya now none of that or I'll break my crown, no one is gonna be that nice to" She said
Nate smiled at them too. He looked down shyly at his shoes feeling a little weird for some reason.
Stacey took a sideways step so she was standing on Nate`s left. She slipped her hand in his. "You don`t need a costume." She whispered in his ear. She looked back at Billie. "Fine, you won`t be the queen." She smiled.
Nate gripped her hand lightly, feeling her pulse against his. He smiled at her and then turned his head back to Billie," I dont know she can be pretty bossy," he said putting on an innocent smile.
Jackie came in to the party wearing a shimmering blue dress that flowed off her body like a waterfall. It made her look like a mermaid in water. Which she was going for, Her hair was curled, colored red, and falling over her shoulders and the grace which with she moved only accentuated the water like costume. She didn't have a lot of time to pull together a costume so she used the first thing that came to mind. Ariel the mermaid. "Hi everybody!" She said smiling. "Mira'll be down in a sec, she's sleeping beauty."
Stacey smiled as she felt Nate`s pulse against her wrist. "Hi Jackie." She said shortly. She leaned over and whispered in Nate`s ear again. "Do you want to dance?" She asked him as the band started the second song.
"I am not bossy!" Billie said acting insalted. "Thats just rude" She said said smiling. "Ariel!" Billie said looking at Jackie. "The little mermaid! She rocks" She said excited
Nate laughed inside because of Billies sudden change of subject. He looked at Stacey,"Yeah." He grabbed the already held hand and pulled her away from the group. He then stopped near the middle of the dance floor and moved her closer to him, and wrapped his arms fittly around her waist.
Jackie looked over at Nate and Stacey for a moment and then holding a laugh turned back to Billie, and wiggled her eyebrows in an 'oo la la' sort of way. ((You know what I mean? If you don't then go with it... ;D ))

Mira stumbled into the room and hurried over to Billie and Jackie. "Hey." She was wearing a pink dress and a small golden crown the dress was fitted perfectly. She thought back to when Jackie was making both their dresses. Poking her almost a thousand times with a pin.
"Aww looks like Cinderella found her prince!" Billie said smiling as Nate and Stacey walked away. "But he should try and get a less scary looking mask," she said joking, knowing that he wasn't wearing a mask. "Hey Mira! That dress looks amazing on you" She said. "Where did you get it?" She asked Mira.
Stacey wrapped her arms around his neck. ((not choking you tho!)) Stacey distantly caught Billie`s outburst and had to smile. "You can be my prince for Halloween." She said quietly.
Nate whispered in her ear sweetly,"I wanna be your prince for ever." His lips just barily touching her ear.
Stacey smiled, but didn`t move her head. "Here, it is Hallowween, so you would be."
Nate smiled back,"Your Juliet and im Romeo. We will be with eachother forever until one day we die..together. And then when in heaven i will see you again, rejoined, and that no force or power can break us apart. Our love will last forever," he said with a soft voice.
Stacey`s eyes shot bright blue as she struggled to keep from tripped over her own feet.
Mira coughed loudly and looked at them, her eyebrows raised. "There are other people in this room... Who can hear every word being said." Mira said, laughing slightly.
"And some people don't want to hear about it!" Billie said in a loud voice as she talked to Mira
Stacey smiled as she heard Mira and Billie. She rolled her eyes.
Nate smiled and whispered,"Their just jealous," hoping they heard him.
Mira put her hand over her mouth to stop from laughing. "Hm... I'm feeling left out, Jackie, wanna dance?" She asked bowing.

Jackie laughed and she and Mira waltzed around gracefully making circles around Stacey and Nate, laughing the whole time.
Nate laughed and just smiled and said joking,"See like i said their just jealous."
Stacey smiled and kissed Nate`s cheek, then looked at Mira and Jackie. "You guys are sooo jelous." She said, making her voice sound high-pitched.
Jackie raised her eyebrows. "Jelous?" She asked, laughing. Then she spun Mira away and dipped in between Nate and Stacey, twirling once around the floor with Nate and returning him to Stacey's arms to fast for anyone to do anything. "Hm... Not THAT great a dancer. Really whats to be jelous of?" SHe asked again, obviously teasing and holding a laugh.
Nate smiled and creased his eyebrows,"You just caught me off gaurd." His voice boyish and playful.
"What if I didn't catch you off gaurd?" Jackie replied, the childish smile still big on her face, while Mira was over in a corner, almost crying with laughter that she held in.
Stacey stuck out her toung at Jackie and stood close to Nate. She wrapped an arm around his shoulders. You`re just to scared to admit you`re jelous." She said in a funny tone.
"Hmph. Maybe I am." She said, sticking out her tounge and folding her arms acros her chance. "I'm certainly not jelous of his dancing skills. even though Nate 'wasn't prepared'." Jackie said with a laugh.
Nate smiled playfully and wrapped his arms around Staceys waist," Jealous," he sang childishly.
Stacey smiled very child-like and wrapped her arms around Nate`s shoulders. "Mabey it`s you who can`t dance." She chided to Jackie, starting to dance with Nate.
Jackie laughed, and smiled at Stacey. "Oh, so its a dnace off is it?" She asked, completely kidding and laughed a bit more, but she stopped and patted her hair back into place, which was coming undone and turning into a mess.
Nate smiled and twirled Stacey,"Bring it!" His eyes glimmered with amusement.
Jackie laughed and then looked up. "Hm... Can Mira be my partner?" She asked
