Seth stepped out of the school, nothing on but a pair of black swimming trunks and a dragon fang necklace around his neck. Today was perfect. The sun shined beautifully upon the earth, making it extremely warm for such a bitter season. Though it wasn't 70 degree weather, Seth had loved to swim in the cold temperatures. His pace was slow, as he let the warmth beat down on his shoulders. He could use a tan.
He could see the lake now, it's gentle waves calling to him. He then began to run, jumping as high as he could and diving into the large body of water. The lake was chilling but refreshing. It had been so long since he had had a nice swim. He lay his head back, his spiky brown hair swirling a little in the water and then going back under again.
Alice glared out from the forest, hidden in the deep shadows of the trees. Her crystal-blue eyes shone brilliantly, different from the rest of her shadow. Her dark hair hung tightly around her head, partially hiding her eyes from view.
Even thought she had been miles away in the depths of the forest, she was at the edge in a matter of secinds as soon as she heard his voice. Seth`s voice. She couldn`t help but smile as she saw him in the water. She glanced up at the sky and her smile disappeared.
He was underwater for a nearly a minute and then came back up, taking a large gulp of air. As he wiped his face and rubbed his eyes, he could see somebody standing on the shore. His stomach suddenly felt fuzzy and he had to smile that lovestruck smile. He automatically swam to the shore, and looked up at her.
"Well hello there Miss. Alice. Pleasure seeing you here on such a delightful day." He said with a big grin.
Alice`s features were pulled into a large grin as Seth climed out of the water. Her stomach fluttered slightly as she replied. "Hello, Mr. Seth. Yes, how nice to see you on such a wonderful day." Of course the day was miserable for her, but it was better now.
He got out of the water and gently kissed her cheek. He could tell she wasn't in the best mood today. Her tone was off. "Is something the matter my dear?" He asked, looking into her magnificent eyes.
Alice shrugged. "Just the sun, doesn`t make for my best day." She said, staring into Seth`s eyes.
"Aww..I'm sorry. Would you like to join me for a swim?" He asked her. Maybe that would help take her mind off of the sunlight.
Alice ran her cold fingers down his arm and to his palm. "If you would like me do." She agreed softly.
Seth smiled and then suddenly grabbed her, jumping back into the water with her, laughing.
Alice gasped as she fell into the water. The cool liquid filled her mouth and lungs, but it didn`t d anything to her, as she didn`t need to breathe. She drifted forward, towards Seth.
"Uh...oh..." Seth mumbled as he began swimming away from her. (Yay 1 liner!)
((Lol, I`m just happy to finally be sitting down today.))
Alice wrinkled her eyebrows together. "What?" She asked.
"I..thought you were going to get me back or something." He said as he stopped. "But I guess not."
Alice grinned evily; in the next second she was right behind Seth, hands on his shoulders. "Got ya." She smiled.
Seth smirked and then sighed.
"Indeed you have. You have my heart."
((They`re still underwater, right?))
Alice quickly kissed his cheek. "But you`ll already stolen my heart." She countered.
((I didn't know they were, but they can be. But I dunno how I spoke to her. I guess telepathy works..))
Seth smiled. He mouthed the words I love you, getting some water in his mouth and went up to breathe.
Alice smiled and follwed Seth, but she didn`t gasp with relief when she reached the surface. "I love you, too." She replied softly.
He looked at her, shaking his hair with his hands.
"Would you like to go out tonight?" He asked hopefully. "Or are you busy?"
Alice sank slowly until only her head was above the water. "I would love to go out tonight." She replied, her stomach jumping again. She had never gotten used to human emmotions, even though she was over two hundred years old.
Perfect! Thought Seth.
"Um..let's say nine o clock at the doors?" He suggested.
Alice smiled. "Perfect." She answered. It always made her feel anxious t go out with Seth, she never really knew where they were going.
"Well then, I guess I'd better go get cleaned up so I don't smell like salt and fish." He looked at her, still in her clothes. "I'm sorry for throwing you in here like that."
Alice shrugged. "That`s nothing compared to what I`ve been through." She winked at him. "Nine?" She asked before touching his hand again.
"I'll see you then." He said before kissing her gently on her forehead. He swam to shore and transformed into his wolf form, shaking off his white fur and then running to the school.
((Shall we continue here?))
((Sure, sure.))
Alice watched Seth as he made his way back to the school, and as soon as he was inside, she bolted for the trees. She gave a whisper of a sigh as she hit the shade, but kept running. She would need to feed again if she was going to see him again tonight.
((Hehe))
At 8:55...
Seth stood outside the school doors, the sky dark but the air warm. He wore a black short sleeved dress shirt and light blue jeans with a tear in the knee. His foot tapped lightly as he leaned against the wall, his arms crossed. His light brown hair was spiky, some of it hanging in his bright green eyes. He was excited to be spending time with Alice. He didn't have a lot planned, but he looked forward to just being with her.
Alice silently walked down the steps wearing tight, dark jeans and a black top with silver marks all over it. She didn`t know what to wear becasue she had absolutely no idea what they were doing, but she figured this would be safe.
She smiled as she saw Seth`s back to her and she slowly creeped until she was right behind him.
Seth could feel Alice behind him with his wolf senses. He turned around and smiled big.
"You look marvelous." He said, taking her hand and kissing it gently.
Alice smiled, and if she could have, she would have blushed. "You don`t look too bad yourself." She replied.
He took her hand. "I figured we could take a walk." He said, hoping that it would be okay to her.
Alice nodded assuringly. "Sure, that sounds nice." Now that the sun had set, it seemed like a perfect night to a vampire.
He began walking, her hand in his. He didn't say much though. He didn't know what to talk about. They had made it to the forest.
"I want to show you something. It's just down there." Seth said, pointing to a path that led deeper into the woods. It was pitch black. As they went further, a ray of white light came down in the middle of the path. He led her under it and looked up. The moon shone so visibly here. You couldn't see it like this from the school. Stars were scattered all around it, giving the sky a pretty effect.
Alice looked up to the sky, her glittering eyes almost the same color as the stars. "Amazing." She whispered.
"It's nothing compared to you." Seth said quietly. ((Awww...doesn't that just make your heart melt? XD ))
((Yeaws... Man, I wish there were guys at my school as nice as him.))
Alice turned her brilliant eyes to meet Seth`s.
((Me too. Meee tooo..))
He looked at her and could only smile for he was speechless.
Alice lifted their entwined hands and ran the fingers of her free hand over the back of his hand. His skin felt hot in hers, as everything did.
He watched as her fingers danced across his hand, her hand being cold compared to his.
Alice lifted her eyes again to lock with his. His dark dark eyes made her feel hollow, but in a good way; like her insides had melted at the very sight of him.
Seth loved the way her eyes sparkled when the moons light reflected off of them. He could stare at them forever. His heart seemed to beat faster.
Alice smiled slowly. "What?" She asked. The way he stared at her made her feel... special, for the first time since she had been changed.
He seemed to be in a trance and snapped out of it at the sound of her voice. He blinked a few times.
"Wha...uh..nothing." He said quickly. But he felt like he'd just insulted her by saying that. She wasn't nothing. In fact, she was special. Special to him in so many ways.
Alice`s smile just grew. A gently squeezed his hand, her eyes falling to their hands.
He took his free hand and cupped it under her chin, lifting it so she could look at him. He then smiled.
"Kissy time?" He said like a kid.
Alice flashed a grin, showing her perfect white teeth. "Yes, kissy time." She said in baby voice, leaning forward slightly.
((Wow. That`s all I have to say.))
((Haha. I can't think of a lot to say. I'm working on another bio at the same time and listening to music demos.))
He chuckles and gently laid his lips upon hers, closing his eyes as he did so. He could feel the fireworks as his heart sped up again.
((I`m really glad I`m not inside your head. ;D))
Alice smiled and looped her free arm over his shoulders as she kissed him back. Her heart sped up, an unnatural thing to happen to a vampire.
He tilted his head somewhat, not parting from the kiss. His hand went to her side.
((And I`m sure your glad you aren`t in my head, too. Trust me, it`s crouded in there.))
Alice let go of his hand to rest it over his shoulders, too, and she leaned forward slightly.
((Yeah lol. I have too many thoughts. Band work too.))
Seth pulled away slowly and smiled warmly, his face flushed. "Seth likes Kissy time." He said in the kiddie voice again and then laughed.
Alice laughed quietly; the sound was like bells ringing mixed with a spring breeze. "Alice like kissy time, too." She replied.
Seth kissed her again, picking her up and swinging her.
"Yay Kissy time!"
Alice laughed again, louder this time. "You can be so random somtimes." She teased.
"That's me." Said Seth. "Mr.Random Guy."
Alice didn`t say anything else, just stared into his dark eyes, loosing her train of thought, another odd thing for a vampire.
Seth smiled and played with her hair, his thoughts all over the place. Typical him.
Alice smiled and slowly closed her eyes. She took a deep breath and exhaled slowly.
"So what would you like to do now my dear?" Seth asked quietly as his hand went to her cheek, gently caressing it with the back of his hand.
Alice`s smile grew and her eyes sparkled as she opened them. She stared into his eyes, feeling the heat of his hand against her cool skin. "Whatever you prefer. I`m perfectly content right here." She whispered.
Seth smiled.
"Are you sure? I don't want to bore you."
Alice nodded. "If anything, I would bore you." She knew Seth would never bore her, not for as long as she lived.
"You could never bore me." Seth said simply.
Alice smiled. "Well then, if we can`t bore each other, what do you want to do? "She asked.
"You pick." Seth said.
(1 liner! WOOT)
((YaY))
Alice smiled. "I`ve been around a lot longer than you, you pick." she insisted, showing no sigh of wavering.
Seth sighed.
"Nope." He said, crossing his arms. "You pick. Please."
Alice`s smile fell. She slowly reached her arm up and brushed her fingertips over his cheek. She stared into his eyes intensly. "Will you pick?" She asked, letting her cool breath wash over his face.
Seth's stomach felt like it had butterflies in it when her fingers touched his cheek.
"But..I'm out of ideas." He whispered.
Alice looked up at him from under her lashes, her eyes burning the way only a vampire`s could. "Please?" She asked, her voice barely louder than a breath.
"I love you." Seth whispered. He couldn't stop saying it. Couldn't stop feeling it. It ran through his thoughts everyday. She was there. Her smiling face and her beautiful eyes. Alice made his heart thump so fast when she spoke. Her voice like a wonderful song. It was amazing how three simple words could pour out his feelings like that.
Alice`s eyes suddenly burned more intensly. "I love you." She whsipered back. She could sense his emmotions, and her own emmotions matched his exactly. Never, not in all of her two hundred and secenteen years had she ever come close to feeling the way she felt now.
"I'm only sixteen...but I know what true love is. And it's you." Seth said. He kind of wished he didn't say it. It felt oddly embarrassing. Like he was a creeper. Then again, he felt so good after saying it. Lighter.
Alice smiled. "I`m only over two hundred, but I know what you are." she replied, failing at keeping a large grin off of her face.
Seth kissed her lightly on the lips, it lasting only a short moment. But his face remained close to hers, his green eyes looking into hers.
Alice gently kissed him back softly, then looped her arms over his shoulders again. She began to sway back and forth.
"What is your favorite season?" Seth asked, being Mr. Random again.
Alice smiled to herself at seth`s randomness. "Autumn." She answered automatically.
"Autumn is such a beautiful season." Seth said. "I love the tree's. Red leaves are my favorite." He was just making small talk now. He didn't know what to do or what else to say. She actually made him feel a little nervous.
Alice`s smile grew, feeling the waves of nerves coming from him. "I prefer the gold leaves myself, they remind me of sweet things." She said with a small wink.
"Sweet things eh?" He said in a questioning tone. "And what would those things be?"
Alice rolled her eyes sarcastically, then nudged him softly. "What do you think I`m talking about?"
"Pumpkin Pasties?" Seth guessed playfully. "They can be golden."
Alice leaned closer to him so the tip of her nose touched his. "Sometimes I can`t tell if you`re just random, or if you`re doing it to make me smile." She said, her eyes burning again and a smile tugging at the corners of her mouth.
"Can it be a mix of both?" Seth asked with a grin.
"I do love to be random. But I love to make you smile even more."
Alice laughed again, leaning back. "Wow, yea, I guess it can be both." She replied.
Seth smiled and then looked up at the sky before back at her.
"Would you like to go to the lake?" He asked her, his heart thumping. (Awwz.)
Alice smiled, hearing his heart speed up. "That would be nice." She said softly.
((Sigh. Why do all guys that you actually meet have to be stupid?))
((The guy I'm talking to right now isn't stupid. When we first met, he kept hugging and we cuddled haha. I have severe writers block right now.))
"Okie dokie." Seth gently took hold of her hand, the mix of temperatures comfortable to him, and together, began walking with her to the lake.
((Lucky. All guys my age are stupid. The guys that are actually mature enough are like... six years older.))
Alice smiled. She only barely registered that she would have to go out in the sun, but she would endure it for him.
((The moon is out buddy. Hahaha. But yeah. I'm just really confused because I'm 16 and he is 18. I'm afraid of what my step mom would do.))
Once they arrived at the lake, Seth led to her to a dry spot near the shore on the grass. The moon sparkled so enchantingly that one couldn't help but stare at it's bright white light.
((Sorry, I got myself confused. The name of th thread is Sunshine!))
Alice smiled, flashing her brilliant white teeth, which gleamed with the moonlight.
((It is? Dude. I'm confused. I think I got this mixed up with another RP. AH!))
((No, I think it is nighttime. Because Seth planned a date, and they met at nine.))
((Then why the hell did I put sunshine? Wow. I guess I had too many thoughts hahaha. Anywaaaay. Just forget that...))
"So what are you thinking?" Seth asked as he stared out at the lake.
Alice looked up to meet his eyes, the moon reflecting off of her own. "Actually, I was thinking about fish." She said softly.
