The sun grew higher and higher in the sky as Aiden looked over the lake. The small ripples the water made over the shore looked inviting on this warm day. Not for him at least. The sun's rays reflected off his pale skin, and he sighed quietly. He felt alone, almost hollow feeling inside. He always did when he was without her. He sighed again.
Aiden layed back on the sand. He wore some black shorts that went over his knees, and no shirt. For he had planned on swimming earlier but not now. Aiden closed his eyes, and rested his head on his crossed arms.
((Open to anyone))
Axel had just arrived at the lake, not noticing Aiden for the lake was just to enchanting to ignore. His sky blue eyes were even brighter as the sun reflected off of the lakes surface. It looked so clear today. Axel wore a pair of gray and red shorts and a black t-shirt. Just as went to go take off his shirt to jump into the lake, he heard a sigh. He looked over and noticed a student who looked close to his age. He walked over. Maybe he'd have a guy friend. There was a high ratio of girls over boys at this school. The talk about looks and all of the giggles was beginning to take a toll on him.
Axel walked over and stood in front of him. "Oy mate. Something troubling you?" He asked.
Aiden looked up at the voice. He sat up so that he could look at the stranger better. As far as he knew he hadn't seen this boy before, maybe he was new. He looked around his age. Aiden shrugged his shoulders. "No, I'm alright." He answered him quietly. "Whats your name?"
"Axel Hampton. " He said with a grin. "Yours?" Axel asked.
Stacey sighed, her stomach feeling empty even though she had just eaten not too long ago. She couldn`t stay inside anymore, and she felt a unique pull one her body that just would not be ignored. She quickly changed into shorts and a red tank top and wondered outside.
As soon as she stepped out into the bright light of the sun, her head swivled towards the lake. There, as if a sun was shining out from him, she spotted him.
"Aiden!" She yelled, running toward him with great speed. She plopped down next to him, her hand over his.
"Oh, hi Axel." She giggled.
Aiden looked at Axel. "I'm Aiden Gray." He told him. As soon as he finished his sentence he saw Stacey sit beside him. "Hey." He greeted her, his entire face instantly lighting up. Aiden squeezed her fingers softly. "Whats up?" He asked the both of them.
"Hey." Axel replied to Stacey. He watched her sit beside him and place a hand over his. He also saw the ring. "Ah. Engaged are we?"
Stacey giggled. "Hi, and yes." Her eyes flashed to a brilliant blue, a mix of diamonds and sapphires.
"Well isn't that cute." Axel said with a grin. "Congratulations love birds." He figured he might as well sit too, for he looked like a giant right now, and sat down in front of the two.
Isabelle walked down from the castle to the lake in a light green short-sleeved shirt and pink shorts and in her arms she was carrying a small cat, Isabelle and Jinx both were going down to the lake to swim, and Isabelle noticed Aiden and Stacey then a guy she didn't know. Isabelle whispered in Jinx's ear saying "Go on ahead, I will catch up later." and then Jinx jumped out of her arms onto the ground in a pile of moss. Isabelle headed over to the three and says "Hey Stacey, Aiden! Who are you? I'm Isabelle."
Aiden looked at Stacey, and smiled. He then turned to Isabelle as she walked over to them. "Hey Isabelle." He greeted her quietly. He gently squeezed Stacey's hand playfully again.
