I know of a site for all ages but mainly 14 and below. Its a site I go on all of the time! Club Penguin. If you wanna make a blog go to Blogger.com and make one!

No. It's illegal to provide that kind of thing for minors. Sorry.

Pfft since when did people listen to age limits?  We sneek into R rated movies at 15 and we blog at 11.  That is why most sites down require any real 'proof' of age.  They trust whatever number you put in there.  I would love to see how many people ignore the age rules on sites like myspace and facebook and blogs.

What I mean is I don't know any sites because they don't make them.

You can always, as Harry so subtlety suggested, lie about your age.

Oops did I say that?  <.< I didn't mean to tell people to lie about their age just pointing out the fact that many people do.

Do you mean a website intended for people your age, or a place where you can make websites?

If a site requires a year of birth, put it in. If it tells you that you're too young, you can lie or find a new site. I have a site for you.

Enjoy.

ya, you have to wait a few years or use a different computer. Like a couple years ago I tried to sign up for Zwinky and I was too young and couldn't try to sign up again. But this week I got to try again and I got in!
