Title: I find myself once again missing the old times
Post by: ChoChangHP118 on April 28, 2009, 11:07:41 PM
Does anyone I know still come on here?
So random to ask this I know, but I'm missing this site.
Who else shares my memories?
Anyone?

I don't know if I still count, but I think I joined near the end of the old times... I think I was in one or two 'old' RP's... I do miss you though... Thereare so many newbies... we got a fresh wave a little while ago... that's when I miss you the most...

Same with me Sky!  I'll be at two years in August!

I stopped here in late 2008. I simply ran out of ideas because as a Newbie I went way to fast and ran out of ideas.
I wish I could get back in,
But I'm so busy.
Perhaps the summer I will return?
What has this place turned into?
Twilight took over for a bit,
Are they still around?

Somewhat... most of the vampires gave up, but I still had my Harry Potter character (Jessie) here, so Leah (my vamp) stuck around.  Otherwise, must of the Twilight folks have gone.  It's hard to find a good vampire these days..

I wish you would return... There's a fresh newbie around, this one won't listen to any of our gentle and kind proddings... We could really use your back-up on this one

BUMB! I haven't shouted on her ONCE! I'm proud!

But anyways, I feel a bit tired of this page, but even though I wanna start posting again! but it's so busy irl right now!

Anyways, I think I will be a bit more active this summer, since I think I will pull some small allnighters to five in the morning every night, as I did in the christmas holiday! :D

Wow Albus! That's so great! My parents would never let me... I wish I could though!

For me that would probably be the middle of the day though, so I could stay up with you!

XD

You mean Thalia. Right?

Hi! I'm Isabelle, you would be Sirius... hehe. I read too much. Your character's  son is dating mine. lol! You should read some our rps... So much love is flying around... Do you know Stacey... If so, you missed a big wedding! Kiara came back for awhile then left. But Niles came back! Admin came and left quickly. One newbie is a pain in the buttocks, even if I'm a newbie, she mainly annoyed me... and Jessie! I'm wishing for a sudden appearance of Kiara just to get rid of Thalia (the newbie. Username: I LOVE HARRY POTTER(Liz).) Look for posts by her!

Alas,
I would murder her.
Ha.
Oh my,
The worst mistake I made while here...
Making James, Annabelle, and Alexandra.
Did you know that technically,
James is what... five?
Who made him older again?
Alexandra being the oldest was in her first year at Hogwarts when Sarah and myself split,
Annabelle just a baby.
James was in the middle,
Just learning how to become a good animagus.
What the fock happened?

Sarah's doing no doubt.
I never really liked the idea of you being my son.
No offense,
Sarah and I discussed this in our own conversations off of here.
Then she got mad at me.
We haven't talked since.

Yeah, no offense, but I never really thought of you as his son either...
So, if you and Sarah fought, does that mean that Sarah might not come back?

Glad to have you back! ;D

Hunny,
When I'm on here.
I am Sirius.
Whenever I talk,
I talk from his point of view.

Though feminine tweak's have been added for my enjoyment.

I know you know my name...
I just get really annoyed when people use the wrong name...
;D

Heaps is an Australian slang meaning a lot, or so much.

Title: Re: I find myself once again missing the old times

We use it around where I live, but it looks like Bucky used it wrong. It can't replace "a lot" interchangeably...
Title: Re: I find myself once again missing the old times
Post by: dobby888 on June 18, 2009, 01:49:45 AM
I only know because I've been to Australia...
My family lived there for a while

Ginny's right, it can't be used interchangably, but it does substitute a lot of the time.

'I find myself once again missing the old times' Makes you sound fifty. This site alone is only seven years old!!!!!!!!!!!!
Title: Re: I find myself once again missing the old times
Post by: ChoChangHP118 on June 23, 2009, 07:25:59 AM
So now your accusing me of being a fifty year old sicko?
I'm sorry to anyone that I may have offended by that,
But seriously...
If you are fifty...
Get a life.

I am merely more intellectually inclined in areas of syntax.

That...
And I love my dictionary/thesaurus.
No joke.
Absolutely always have it open when on the internet.
:)
I'm a dork.
I'm lovin' it!

Noobs aren't on a timeline...
I think it's more based on talent.
Sky and Stacey for example, are both very talented writers!
They were hardly ever noobs in my book!

I was a major newbie when I started here.
Literally,
My past posts went something like:

*sirius ran into sarah suddenly walking down the road!* oh um...............sarah! hi!!!! *he stuttered.*

Over excessive use of exclamation points was my biggest flaw, along with other obnoxious punctuation marks.

I also used to hate Ginny and Xaver, now they are my favorite two to role play with. By far... my favorite.

I used to talk as though I were instant messaging someone, but now, I even instant message with full punctuation! ;D I think that's due to HPF mostly...
