Nate looked up through the bright green leaves and at the beautiful sky. Clouds suffocating the sky, all big and puffy. He smiled to himself as he layed on the twisted limb of a old tree. Its roots and vines twisting together, all around. He began to relax into a light sleep. Listening to the wind until he was all of the way asleep.
Alexis walked the grounds of the school aimlessly. She came out here to clear her mind, and think instead of being in school with all the overwhelming stress. She looked around at her surroundings, and noticed Nate in a tree. He wasn't hard to pick out with all the green scenery around him. She slowly walked over to him.
"Hey." Alexis greeted him quietly.
She used her hand to block out the light from the sun.
Isabelle came down from the castle in a baby pink layer dress and strappy heels. She noticed her two friends Nate and Alexis, she smiled and bounded down from the castle towards the tree and smiled widely, and noticed a lot of shade due to Nate being a vampire, she smiled more as she was very happy. She looked to Alexis and said "Hey Alexis!" and turned to Nate "Hey Nate!"
Nate jumped down from the twisted tree and landed cat like on his feet. "Whats up you two," he asked with an foolish grin
Alexis leaned against the base of the tree, and kept her arms crossed against her chest.
"Nothing really. I was just walking around." She said with a wide smile.
"What were you doing in the tree?" Alexis asked, looking up into the branches.
Isabelle smiled and laughed as Nate landed liked a cat and said "Nothing much, I'm bored!"
He slid his hand through his dark hair,"Oh just sleeping." Nate streched his arms out and yawned. "It felt good!"
Alexis smiled, and shook her head as if she was going to laugh.
"I bet." She agreed with a larger grin.
Suddenl,y Alexis hopped onto her feet.
"What do y'all want to do?"
"I dont care." He replied with a warm smile.
"Anything, I'm just bored." says Isabelle yawning.
"Okay i say we all go drunk and party but we might get into some trouble...so cross that out," he replied with a bright smile
Isabelle shook her head in a daze, and then said excitedly "Lets find out some mysteries! Or go on an Adventure!"
Nate crossed his arms and pouted like a little boy,"But i liked my idea better."
"I'm too young to do that! I'm only twelve!" says Isabelle pointing out a fact and she really badly wanted to go on an adventure.
"I think we should party!" Leah said, hidden in a tree. She climbed down, landing softly on the ground. She looked around at the small group gathered there. She smiled at them, hoping that she hadn't interupted anything.
Isabelle silently hoped in her mind that Alexis didn't choose to party. She really badly wanted to go on a adventure, then she knew she had a weapon of some sorts. She said "I can tell the whole school that both of you are dating." She smiled evilly, no one ever wanted that, and they had nothing on her.
Leah smiled at Isabelle's lame attempt to black-mail her. She was pro at it. Leah almost always had dirt on people, and if she didn't, it wasn't too hard to find some.
"Oh really? You think that's going to bother me? Well, I have a little secret of yours. There was a little something that you let slip earlier... something that you weren't supposed to.You wouldn't want that to get out, now would you?" Leah asked, smiling evilly.
Isabelle had a confused face and said "What? Tell me!!!!!!!!!!" Everyone in the school who could read minds knew that she talked loads in her head.
Leah had read Isabelle's mind many times before, making it easier for her to do so now. She laughed, feeling very much in control. She knew that Isabelle had no idea what she was talking about.
"No, no dear, it wasn't in your head at all! This was something that you said out loud." Leah said, walking around Isabelle.
"Tell me, please Leah! Pretty please! I wanna know!" says Isabelle getting frustrated.
Nate rolled his eyes. "Oh come on stop black mailing eachothr."
Leah crossed her arms and said, "Well she started it..."
Nate frowned,"It doesnt matter. Now say your sorry."
Isabelle looked to Leah and says "I'm sorry Leah, please tell me the secret about me!"
Leah muttered, "Sorry Isabelle... and it's not about you... it's just something that you said."
"Okay. Can we go on a Adventure now?" says Isabelle forgetting about their argument.
"Sure!" Leah said, shrugging. She didn't completely forget the argument, but rather, just put it out of her mind for the time being. It wasn't a very big deal, so she wasn't going to worry about it.
Alexis looked at all three of them, and smiled.
"What kind of adventure are we going on?" She asked.
It was quite funny to say that. Alexis felt like a little kid again, and she grinned even more at that. She leaned forward against the tree and stood up straight.
"Uh, I have no idea, I just wanted to go on a adventure!" says Isabelle.
"Well, we should decide if we're going inside or outside. Then we can narrow it down!" Leah suggested, looking around at the small group. Her eyes were bright as she looked around. She hadn't decided what she wanted to do yet, but she would only count her vote if it was needed.
Nate crossed his arms,"I want to get drunk." He muttered under his breath.
Leah heard Nate and giggled, wondering why he wanted to get drunk so badly. She muttered, "You know, you could vote for that to be the adventure..."
Nate smiled mischieviously. He immediatly swung his hand up,"I vote for getting drunk and then having an awesome adventure!"
Leah laughed and said, "Okay... all in favor of getting drunk and then going on an adventure?"
She raised her hand, as this seemed like it would be the best way to go.
