Title: Question?
Post by: I loves YOUz on July 20, 2009, 07:49:16 AM
Okay. if you read some of the old posts most people could and can read minds.. idk why it isn't like that anymore.. jus like we would use to send thoughts to people and talk like that and people would have to have strong mind powers to block people from getting in their minds. and like no one could block some people. like no matter what ginny could get through peoples minds.

So why don't people do that anymore?

I've wondered that for awhile..

Ginny can still do it, and occasionally she still uses telepathy in threads........

But it did start out as a small time thing that only a few people could actually do. The rest could only observe. Then everyone could do it, and now only a few can again.

People still do it, its just an occasional thing now. I don't really like the telepathy thing and reading peoples thoughts, so I never give my characters that power. Well...one might have them but I dunno.

It was really like a fad, it become really popular for a time and then only those who really liked it kept it after the fad died away.  For a good couple months I believe every single person had telepathy and used it a lot.  I think Harry used to be an Empath on here since I wanted to get away from just the normal "I can read minds"

Now I don't add it to a person unless I feel like it is part of them.  I might bring my one strongly psychic person up here someday, not sure though.

It's fads, kinda like school once they loved having the power of mind reading then doesn't like it.
