I am still a little confused. How do you go from student to wizard to minister of magic, how do you award?

For the wizarding rewards, go to the thread titles "Wizard Rewards," and for the stars, go to the thread titles "Stars and Titles" :)

P.S. How come when I want to do a face, it shows the type version (ex. *:P) instead of the actual yellow face?

the face will show up as a face after you hit post. ;)
