Ch. 1 The letter from Hogwarts
One more minute. One more minte until Harry was 15. He was writing an essay for Snape about the truth potion.
The truth potion was discovered by Fidelus Corntinius. Made of Wolfsbane, Grindywillow flesh, powdered phoenex feather, and Pumpkin juce. When properly brewed, a strong potion will make its drinker tell anything when asked.
"How am I supposed to right three rolls of parchment for this?", Harry wondered,"Hermione has probably written five rolls by now." That just reminded her of his friends. He looked out his open window expectantly.
Sure enough, Five owls were fly towards him. Pig, his own owl hedgewig, and three unknown owls. They dropped their pakages and left. Hedgewig, went into her cage. He opened up Ron's first.
Dear Harry,
Happy Birthday! How's your summer? Fred and George got caught making some sort of potion. they've been grounded until They leave for Hogwarts. THey managed to hide the potions though. One is in the box along with your present. I hope you like what we got.

Harry opened the package. Sure enough, there was the potion. And next to it, Harry couldn't believe it, was a picture of the England national team fully autographed. The players in the picture were flring around on Firebolt Broomsticks.
Next, Harry opened Hedgewig's. It was from Sirius!
Dear Harry,
Happy Birthday! How are the Durselys treatin ya? I hope they're treatin you ok. How are Ran and Hermione? I hope they're doin good. Buckbeak and I are movin south. I can't tell you where though. I hope you like what I got you. I can't Buy much anymore though. I had to make a full withdrawl from Gringotts because the Ministry of Magic shut my account down. I guess they found out about the large withdrawl i used to get your Firebolt. I'w runnin out of money though.
Harry you must be very careful this year. Voldemort is lose and there's no telling how he will attempt to kill you this time.

Harry opened up the package. It was a Full set of books. "What did he send me these books for?" Harry opened them up. They were ordinary textbooks. Harry put them aside, looking a little disappointed. He was also worried thogh. Sirius was losing money. He'd have to go to Gringots and withdraw some extra money and send it to Sirius. Harry opened another letter. It was from Hogwarts.
Dear Mr. Potter.
Please note that the new school year begins on Sept. 1st.
The Hogwarts express will leave at 11:00 on platform 9 3/4. In light of times, The school will now be placed under high protection. All students who wish not to attend this year because of the arise of You-Know-Who will be pardoned. A list of books for this year is on the other side of this note.

Harry lokked at the book list. The titles looked highly familiar. Then he realized why. He looked at the books that Sirius had gotten him. Sirius had bought him all of the books he needed for his fifth year at Hogwarts! Harry thanked Sirius outloud to himself. Then he moved on to the next letter.
Dear Harry,
HappyBirthdat, How's your summer? I had agreat one. I went on a tour through Scotland and found out so much about there Medevil wizardry. They were so advanced Harry! You wouldn't believe the things that they could do. Anyways, I hope you like the Present I got you.

Harry opened the package. He stared at it. He had know idea what it was. The box said thought detector. He found a note nekt to it.
I found this in Scotland. It reads other peoples minds. The scottish invented them in the Medevil ages. They say that it is very accurate.
Harry put the thought detector aside and opened the last letter. It was from Hagrid.
Dear Harry,
Happy Birthday! Hope that you're ok. I made you a birthday cake! I can't wait to see you at school. The security is annoying me though. There are trolls all over the place as well as aurors from the ministry of magic. Oh well, see you at school!

Harry opened the box, and was very surprised. The cake looked like it was professionally catered. Highly above Hagrid's standard. He had a taste. It was delicious! He hid his presents away and finished his cake. In a good mood, he finished his essay and went to bed.
Ch. 2 Dudley's Mistake
Harry woke up to the sound of earspliting screeches. Hedgewig was screeching at another owl that was in His room. Harry took the leeter from it and the owl left. Hedgewig stopped but it was too late. "HARRY POTTER! TELL THAT BLOODY PIDGEON TO SHUT UP!!!"
Harry glared at Hedgewig and then shouted back, "Quiet down! I'm writing to Sirius!" That shut the dursleys up. Harry was in a bad mood now. He was mad at the Dursleys. Then again, he was always mad at them. This time, he was EXTRA mad. Then he got an idea. He took out Fred and Georges potion. He took it and went down stairs for breakfast.
When Breakfast was served, Harry opened the potion, and pretended he was about to drink it, when Dudley grabbed it from his hand, and said, "If you were about to drink it, it's safe right?"
Very cooly, Harry said "Yes." Then in one chug, the potion was gone. Dudley put the empty bottle down, quite pleased with him self. Then, all of a sudden, he whimpered. Harry grinned. Dudley began to shrink. Then he grow pink fur. Finally the transformation was complete and Harry was laughing his head off. Dudley was a...

Big Rabbit that surprisingly resembeled that of the Energier Bunny. Uncle Vernon was in a fury. He picked up Harry and screamed at him. "YOU CHANGE HIM BACK NOW!!"
Harry stopped laughing. /he looked at Uncle Vernon for a second. Then he said "He'll change back soon don't worry. It's his fault anyways, the pig"
However this didn't help at all. "CHANGE HIM BACK NOW!!" Vernon stared at Duley. The poor kid was hopping around. Looking very confused.
Harry started crying. Not in sympathy. He was having a VERY hard time keeping a strait face. He turned back to Uncle Vernon, and said "*COUGH* Sirius *COUGH*" Vernon turned white.
He said "Fine, we'll wait till he turns back. Just don't give Sirius a bad report!" Harry wen't upstairs, laughing his face off.
He walked into his room. When he looked up, there was a man in a dark cloak staring at him. Before Harry could say anything, the man took out a wand and muttered a few words under his breath. A blast of blue light hit Harry's chest and he flew backwards into the door and passed out.

Ch. 3 A Warning Message
Harry woke up. He jumped up and looked around. The clock said 4:30! He was unconcious for 3 hours. He looked around, remembering the stranger. On his desk, he found an envelope. He opened it up, and took out the letter. It read
Dear Mr. Potter,
You better be careful,
I have gotten stronger,
Last year was nothing.
More will die,
So will you!
Dumbledore can't stop me now,
No one can,
Mt first targets are Snape, that head master from Durmstrang, and of course...YOUR GOD FATHER!!!!!!

Harry breathed Hard. What could he do? He suddenly got an idea. He'd have to do it. It was the safest thing to do. That night, he picked the lock to the cupboard under the stairs. He packed his things, took some money, and left #4 Private Drive.
He walked a block, and then took out his wand. he held it out, and said Lumos There was a loud BANG, and then, a familiar tripple decker bus, came into view. A familiar, pimple faced man opened the doors, stared at Harry, and shouted, "Why hello Neville! You haven't done notin bad now, have you?"
Harry replied. "No I haven't. This is really important Stan. I must get to the Ministries Head Quarters!"
Stan looked stuned. "Well alright then Nevill! or Harry, whatever you want to be called, Hop on!"

O.k. Heres more
Harry paid for the ride and got onto a bed. Luckily, the bus was empty, so they went straight to the ministry. Harry had no idea where it was, but he knew that Cornelius Fudge, MoM, would have to know that Voldemort was planning three kills. Would Dumbledore really not be able to protect the school? Harry knew that Dumbledore was the only one that Voldemort was afraid of, but Voldemort said that he couldn't stop him from getting to Harry.
Stan walded up to Harry and said, "We're almost there Neville! Get ready!" Harry picked up his stuff and went up to the front of the bus. THen there was a BANG, and the bus stopped. Harry said thanks and left. "No problem HArry! Bye" With that, there was another bang, and the bus disappeared.
Harry looked around. there was nothing there. He walked along a trail for awhile and came to a large building. A big sign told him it was the ministry's head quarters. He walked through the doors. Inside there was a large lobby. A desk was at the end of the room. Harry walked up to it and looked up.
A middle-aged wizzard was looking down at him, and said, "What do you want boy?"
Harry replied. , "I wish to speak to Mr. Fudge sir. It's urgent.
The wizard replied shrewedly, " Bah. A boy, seeing the minister?"
Harry thought for a moment. Then said, "Please sir, It's about He who must not be named!" Harry said, remembering that normal wizzards hated hearing V0ldomort's name.
The man looked puzzeled. "Just who do you think you are?"
Harry said, " I am Harry JAmes Potter sir, and I wish to see the Minister now!"
The man said. "Even if you are Harry Potter, I can't let you see him!"
Just then a familiar voice called "Harry!" It was Percy.

Harry turned around. Harry saw percy running over to him. "Hi Percy."
"What are you doing here?"
"I need to talk to Fudge"
"HE;s very bus-"
"THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT PERCY!"
"...I'll see what I can do" Percy turned to the confused wizard and said "I'll take him from now" Harry followed Percy down a series of halls. They went up a few flights of stairs and then walked down a hall. There was a very big door at the end of the Hall. Percy walked up to it and nocked. The door opened and Cornelius Fudge sat behind a desk piled with papers.
"WHy hello Percy! And, Harry? What are you doing here"
"I need to talk to you in private." Fudge nodded and beckoned to Percy. Who seemed very upset to be held out of the conversation. He left and then HArry wlaked over to Fudge.
"Well, what is it Harry?"So Harry related the story from the stranger in his room, to how he came to be standing in his office.
Fudge stared at him for a while, and said "Where is this letter now Harry?" Harry took out the letter and handed it to Fudge. Fudge took it and stared at it in Horror. "HArry, there's nothing written on this leeter, except for this."
Harry took the letter back and stared at it. THe writing was gone, but on the center of the paper, was the darkmark.

Ch.4 V0ldemorts Rise
Harry stared at it. His heart beat was quickening. It was definately the dark mark. The skull, the snake, it was all there. All of a sudden, a sharp pain hit his scar. He grasped hi fore head. "What's happening Harry?" Fudge asked in a serious tone. " Let me see your scar." Harry took his hand off and grimaced. " My god! Your Scar!"
"What is it?" Harry asked worriedly
"It's...it's blood shimery red! Harry, I think it's best, that we keep you here for now. Do your Uncle and Aunt know you're here Harry?"
"No. I ran away to warn you, the letter, it said he was plotting new attacks! He said he was going to kill Snape and Karkaroff! Probably because they're traitors, and He said he'd get, Sirius!"
"Sirius?" Harry realized that Fudge was not there last year when Sirius revealed himself to the weasleys and Mcgonogall.
"Sirius is innocent, and this letter proves it!"
Just then, the door burst open. A tall serious looking man walked in. He said "Senior Headmaster of Durmstrang, Proffesor Karkaroff, has been killed, and the dark mark, Lies over his hideout."

Fudge turned to The man and said " Dispatch a group of Aurors to the site before the Prophet finds out." The man left the romm, and Fedge said "Harry, come with me." They went along some halls and down a lot of stairs, and stopped at a door.
"Harry, I believe that Sirius is innocent. He will be protected, but, he will be watched. Many people will not agree in his innocence, so having him under surveilence will satisfy them. Snape will be hidden as well, we will have to find a replacement for him at Hogwarts. Speaking of Hogwarts, we must contact Dumbledore."
"Owl won-"
"Yes Harry, I know, it is to my understanding, that you haven't apparated before, right?"
"no"
"Then we'll have to use floo powder. Bu mbledore's fireplace is only accessable through this fireplace. Let's go." Fudge took a hand full of powder, and gave Harry some. Then he went into the Fireplace, and said Dumbledore's Office!. There was a loud roar, and Fudge dissappeared under green flames. Harry repeated the process, and after spinning around for a long time, Hary found him in the familiar romm of Dumbledore's office. Fudge was there, and Dumbledore had just come out through a door, in a silver roge, and his usual hat. What is it Cornelius, that brings you and Harry" as he said this, he slanced at Harry. " to my office?"
"Harry has recieved a message from Voldemort. I hae seen it, however instead of letters, there is the darkmark. However, he told me what it said, and I believe him, for part of what he said, has happened. Karkaroff is dead."

Fudge stared at the man, and then at Harry. Finally, he said, "Send a squad of Aurors to the site, and try to hush this up before the Daily Prophet or Muggles see the Dark Mark."
The man left the office, and Fudge said to Harry "I guess I'll have to believe you right now. We need to speak to Dumbledore than. Snape will be protected, as well as Sirius. We'll probably have to replace him though, so you'll have a new potions teacher, as well as a new Head of Slytherin. Do you know where Sirius is?"
Harry shook his head and said, "I don't, but Hedgewig can find him easily."
"Ok, we'll send her off, and then me and you will travel by advanced Floo Powder to get to Dumbledore. Let's go." Fudge and Harry went back to Harry's luggage, which he had left at the lobby. Harry released Hedgewig, and wrote a letter to come to Hogwarts immediatly. Then he and Fudge went into a room with a big fireplace. Fudge said, "Harry, this is a little different than normal floo powder. It's is a lott comfortable, and can go to more places. Dumbledores office is only reachable, with Advanced Floo, as well as a lot of other important places, which is why it is kept at the ministry, and no one except Ministry workers no about it."
Fudge took some Poder, and handed some of it to Harry. Then he went into the fireplace and said "Dumbledore's Office!"
With that, there was a small crack of flames, and Fudge was gone. Harry then stepped in, and said "Dumbledore's office!" Harry, instead of spining around in dizzy circles, had a calm trip. Soon he landed softly into a hearth and saw a familiar room infront of him. He was definately in Dumbledore's office. Fudge was there, and helped him out. Than they walked up some stairs, and knocked on Dumbledore's door.

Dumbledore came out dressed in a silk robe. "What is it Fudge, that brings you and Harry to my office at this time?"
"Voldemort has made an attack Dumbledore." Fudge said. "He attacked Karkaroff at his hideout, and the Dark Mark lies over it." "Harry came to the ministry with a letter he had recieved from Voldemort . It told him that he was going to attack Sirius Black, Proffesor Snape, and Karkaroff. Right after he told me, we got news of Karkaroff's death. I believe that Sirius is innocent. Why else would Voldemort attack him?"
Dumbledore, who was now fully awake said, "Where is this letter now?"
"It's useless now, When he gave it to me, the letter disappeared, and the Dark mark took it's place. Right now, we must find Snape and Sirius. Harry has sent a letter to him already, so where's Snape?"
"He is at the Slytherin common room at the moment, I believe." As he said this he glanced at a large table, that looked like the face of a clock. Instead of numbers, it had things like Gryffindor common room, and dungeons. The hands showed the names of employees at Hogwarts. Snape was surely enough, in his houses common room.
The three of them walked down to the entrance of the Slytherin common room, and Dumbledore said the password in a whisper. Harry guessed that this was because he wasn't supposed to know other houses passwords. Then Dumbledore led the way up to Snape's room. He knocked on the door, and a familiar voice said "Who's there?"
"It's Dumbledore" He replied, and Snaoe opened the door.

Snape stared at Dumbledore and Fudge, and then glared at Harry. "Yes Headmaster?" Snape asked, still looking at Harry.
"I trust that you realize V0ldemorts rise by now Severus?"
"Of course Headmaster, but why bring that up now?"
"Young Mr. Potter here has recieved a note, saying that V0ldemort has three new targets. Your friend Karkaroff, Mr. Black, and... you."
"Does Mr. Potter have this note?"
Fudge stepped in and said "The note has turned into the Dark mark, but Karkaroff has been killed already, so, we wish to wove you into a more secure area. Sirius Black, I believe, is innocent. He will all so be moved. Hurry up now, Pack what is necessary only. Then I will take you to the Ministry of Magic."
Sirius started to pack his things into a trunk, and then said to Dubledore, you and Harry should leave, Fudge can stay here and wait, but you two should got o the owelry and see if Harry's owl is there."
"Very welll" Dumble dore replied, and then he turned to Harry. " Let's go" Harry and Dumbledore left and exited the common room. They headed up to the owelry, but Hedgewig wasn't there. "Harry, how was it, that this note came to you?"
Harry told Dumbledore about how he had went upstairs, and how the man was there, and attacked him, and that when he woke up, the note was on his desk. Then Harry and Dumbledore went back to Dumbledore's office. To there surprise, Hedgewig and Sirius were there already.
"Hello Hary, Dumbledore. Why did you need to see me so urgently?" Sirius asked.
"First," Harry said, " how did you get here?"
"Well, first, Hedgwig came , and I read the letter, and was about to change form when Fawkes came. I held on to Fawkes, and Hedgewig and him flew to Your office Dumbledore"
Dumbledore looked at Fawkes approvingly. "I wonder how he knew where you were" He pet his pet Phoenix, and then turned back to Sirius, his countenance very serious. "Sirius, you were called here because we have reason to believe that V0ldemort is hunting you, and Severus Snape down. He is also looking for Karkaroff, but has already killed him."
Sirius looked scared. "What am I supposed to do? I have no where to go, and the Ministry certantly wont protect me!"
"Quite on the contrary, they are going to protect you. They believe that since V0ldemort wants to kill you, you're innocent, and are not on his side."
"Where am I being taken?" Sirius asked.
"That is for the Ministry to decide. Why don't we go down to Professor Snape's office now?"
The three of them walked back to Snape's office and found that he was almost done packing. Snape turned and saw Sirius. THe two of them glared at eachother with hatred. Fudge saw what was happening and said, "Oh, good, Sirius is here!" Fudge walked up to him, and held out his hand. "I', sorry about what happened before Sirius, bit your name has been cleared."
Sirius hesitated for a moment, and then shook hands with Fudge. "It's alright Fudge. That rat Peter was very tricky."
They let go, and Fudge said, "Well then, now that that's settled, you and Severus should come with me. We'll work this out back at the Ministry." Ane with that, Sirius said goodbye to Harry and Dumbledore, and was gone.

Harry turned to dumbledore and asked, "Where do I stay now, here?* yes, you will have to stay here for now, until school starts, you will be allowed to go to Diagon ally, but only when accompanied by an adult from the Ministry, I'll speak to Fudge about that. But now, I think that you should come with me. this room you are about to see, is top secret, do not tell anyone, not even you're friends Harry, about this room. It is even invisible to the Marauders map, do you understand?"
Harry nodded, and then followed Dumbledore down a series of corridors, until they reached the thire floor, and then, the famous third floor corridor. "What are we doing here" HArry asked, puzzled.
"Just watch, okay?" Dumbledore went in, followed by Harry, the corridor looked exactly the same as in Harry's first year, but Dumble dore kept on walking down the hallway, past the infamous door that led to where the sorcerers stone once lied. The two wizards walked and walked, until dumbledore said, "repeat exactly what I do now, okay Harry?"
Dumble dore walked up to the wall, and tapped on it with his wand, he waited for three seconds, then walked write through it. HArry stared for a second, making sure what he saw was real, then tried it himself.
Harry was taked to another hallway, and Dumbledore was there, waiting for him. Dumbledore motioned for him to follow, and then walked down the hallway, to a door at the far end, and opened it.

I have called for a special meeting on the matter. The other members should be here soon." Dumbledore said, and they waited for a while, and then a two figures came in. They took off their cloaks and showed their faces. To harry's surprise, they were Lupin, and Lockhart!!!
"Hello Dumbledore, Harry. What has happened?" They both asked. Harry could understand Lupins appearance, but Lockhart? what was Fudge thinking?? Lockhart noticed HArry's staring at him, and explained, "Don't worry Harry, I'm a new wizard, and have master the Deffence against the Dark Arts truly now. But I;m keeping a low profile now, since everyone thinks I'm a fraud"
Harry shook hands with him, and hugged Lupin. Then another figure arrived. It was a familiar person, but Harry couldn't quite remember her. THen, she introduced herself. "Harry my boy, it's me Mrs. Figg!!" Harry was more shocked than ever!!
Lame Mrs. Figg, a Witch on a deffence agoinst the Dark arts team??
"I know you're confuzed Harry, but we have a lot to talk about. I'll take you out to Diagon Alley some time, and I'll explain. You'll probably have no Idea how close we are. I was your mother's best friend, and babysitted you so much when they were alive. I'm sorry about the lame visits that you've had to my house. I can assure you that I'll be much better now."
Dumbledore then said "we have enough to start now" ANd the group went down to a table, and sat down.

When everyone was ready, Dumbledore briefed the members of what had happened in the past several hours. After much silence, Gilderoy finally said, "We'll never take them alone Dumbledore. V0ldemort has to many allies, and if Hagrid isn't successful on his mission in the mountains, we wont stand a chance!!"
"Lockheart, We have other support teams with us, and many families will volunteer suport for this cause, and we have spies deep inside V0ldemorts circle. We have a chance, and at last message, Hagrid said that most of the giants are prepared to fight for us. We have many friends with us you know, The U.S. has a very strong Deffence as well. We have enough, that if we plan carefully, we could rout V0ldemort's forces in 4 of 5 battles."
"Now about this school. Voldemort has already pointed out in his letter that he thinks that We can't stop him. He is either bluffing, or he is serious. Knowing him, I believe that he has indeed, discovered how to get in and out of this school, and believe, not one teacher in this school, can stand up to him alone."

Lockheart suggested, "We can all stay here for now, and we'll contact the other members of the Order of the Phoenix, and they'll stay too. Other aurors will be able to come here too, I believe."
"That's very true Gilderoy," Dumbledore replied "We'll probably resort to that when school starts. Good thinking on your part. Any other suggestions? Well, that's it for now then." You will stay here for now than, let's go."
As they got up to leave, their was a knock on the wall. Everyone froze, than got out their wands. Even Harry, who knew little of the Deffence against the Dark arts, armed himself. Lockheart approched the wall, and muttered a charm, the door opened, and their, to everyones surprise, stood Lucius Malfoy, surrounded by a bunch of wizards in cloaks. One of them, had a golden hand.

Dumble dore stood calmly as the other wizards of the order and ( after he realized what the others were doing) Harry circled around him. Dumbledore than said " Lucious, what on earth are you doing here?
"Stop playing games, you know perfectly well what's going on"

I was a little bored so i went back to the old pages and found my stories... I don't know what to do with this one though.
