harry's darker side

i know most of you might not agree with me but i think harry also has a bad side to him.for example look at his indifference to hermione's 's.p.e.w' society.everyone is indifferent and even annoyed by it.but harry is suppossed to be the magnanimous hero of the story isn't it.he helps his fellow wizards but not the inferior race.i agree he helped dobby but there was  an selfish interest in making the malfoys unhappy.

Through enough, but don't you think SPEW is a little far-fetched? Like everybody said, the elves like work, hate payment and hate rest! So, Hermione's SPEW is close to impossible and time-wasting. So, does Harry show any other form of darkness?

But everyone has a darker side. Some of us *coughs wich sounds like 'kiara'* are all dark! But so what, Hermione was being to pusy. I know that even if it was helpful, and she was pushy, I wouldn't have wanted to join. Harry's been a bit selfish, but no matter what you say, everyone is selfish once and a while. So, I say so what? We like Harry like that!

At any rate, yes, Harry does have a darker side, it's called being a teenager.  Like all teens, he is going through an identity crisis, I know I went through one at his age.  Christ!  Dont' we all.  Besides, there really was much more important things going on tha S>P>E>W.  Harry really didn't have tome to play with the elves, ya know??

Hey, theres a rumor flying atound that I have an actual human grave yard in my back yard.  lol, I think it stems from a coment I made a few months ago.  Somthing about how i would kill any adult, for any reason but never an animal or small child.  They have never done anything wrong.  I siad somthing about killing my dad and burrying him in my back yard and a week later, he moved out of my mom's and to Virginia.  lol, to funny.  Now, it looks like I DID it.  heeheeheeheeheehee  MMMWWAHAHAHAHAHHA  :devil:

Yes Kiara does bring out that sometimes, but other times it's what my dad says! he has this reallly deep voice, so when he does his 'evil' laugh it sounds so funny!

I think you are all taking this far too seriously. it is just a fictional story. only a film/book. who cares if the character does somthing selfish  ??? :-\

well,to be honest..I agree with You.Its a great story,and she's written the books so they all fit together,and there are no plot holes.The  characters flaws usually lead to something bad(Ex.harrys refusal to listen to dumbldore and stay,as well as the fact that he couldn't conquer occlumency led to Sirius's death)

Lum, yes they are just book; I.e. Stories, but when one has the imagination to dwell into a world and take the stories to heart, or the characters, then yes, one does tend to become attached to said character. Have you not ever cried at a movie, or book, gotten peeved at a certain character for one reason or another when watching a movie, reading a book?  If not, you I am afraid to say, lack a good imagination, and I do indeed feel sorry for you.  This is just my opinion and is not meant in any way to be putting you down, I am just clearly stating how I feel.

the third movie didnt live up to its potential, i mean it was a good movie, but if u compare to what it could have been, its sucks.
