RP-Once Again in the Lonely House of Hufflepuff...

[_Lavender_]

*She sits in the Hufflepuff Commen Room, in the chair next to the fire, her legs crossed beneath her, her hands gripping the arms of the chair. Her raven hair flows back into a long braid begind the middle of her back, and her green eyes flicker over the fire before her rising  and falling with her gradual breathing..*

[Candace]

*She walked into the Hufflepuff Common Room and saw Lavender sitting in one of the chairs staring into the fire. She sat down next to her* Are you ok? Whats on you mind? *She asked her.*

[_Lavender_]

*She turned her head slightly, her eyes locking over the girl before her. Her eyes, forest green in their usual, were tinted a coal black.*

"Just whom may you be?"

[Candace]

*She stared back for a moment.* "Sorry, must have forgotten. I'm new here, I'm Candy, but you're Lavender right? I heard somebody talking to you at dinner." *She looked back at the girl, awaiting her response.*

[_Lavender_]

"Oh? Candy, is it? "

*Suddenly, a [though slightly on her sullen lips] smile formed upon her finely honed features. *

"Yes, my name is Lavender. You are in Griffindor, I presume?"

[Candace]

*She looked back at the girl and smiled*"Yes I am, and yourself?"*A sudden question popped into her head* "Are you like 'popular' around here, like do you know alot of people. Cause since I'm new I dont know anyone and I dont want to be an outcast." *A frown graced her face as her thoughts changed to her friends and [now] ex-boyfriend back home. 'I hope I'm accepted around here' she thought*

[_Lavender_]

*Reading her thoughts quite as easily as she heard voices, a warm smile now replaces the abruptness of the earlier. She had sized her up, and she knew now she had sized her up right. At the question, she pauses, just slightly, before speaking*

"Ah....Perhaps, well, yes, you could say that. I know my way around the school and its cliques, but here, now, I won't bore you with my scars. I think you'll get along great."

[Candace]

*She smiled even wider* "Thanks but even so, I'm shy so do you think you think you could introduce me to a few people?" *She thought to herself 'I think I've made a new friend' but she wasn't sure, so she asked* "Friends?" *She asked staring Lavender directly in the eye and holding out her hand for her to shake.*

[Ginny Weasly]

*appears on a chair and smiles wryly at them* You should really keep your thoughts low. I could hear them all the way in the forest. It might be my block, but I doubt it.

[Candace]

*looks at the girl* "Oh I'm sorry, I'm Candy by the way."

[Ginny Weasly]

*rolls her eyes and shakes her head slightly. Smiles* Nice to meet you Candy. I'm Ginny Weasly, psychotic forest commander at your service. *laughs*

[Candace]

*laughs* "Psychotic? Well thats an interesting description."

[Ginny Weasly]

Well, I am psychotic, psychic, telekinis user and regular witch all around.

[Candace]

*head spins with all the new information.* "Interesting."

[Ginny Weasly]

*laughs once more and stands, stretching* Time for a walk, Lav wanna come?Candy as well, Considering I'm only going as far as students are allowed, you can come.
