Around the Lake

Lavy sat by the egde of the lake and looked out over it at the moon. It was a full moon and she could hear the howl of the wearwolves in the forest and the shrikes from the vampires. Lavy wasn't really paying much attention though. She was waiting for somthing to happen. Somthing big she hoped. She didn't really now what it was but she had a feeling. The same feeling she had gotten the night her parents died. But this one was much better.

"Hi! What are you doing?" Chris asked, walking down the path. He came out in the night regulary now that he knew he wouldn't get in too much trouble.
