*looks at sarah and put his hand on her thigh.* baby, dont cry. you cant do anytihng about it. no one can. *sirius smiled at silas.* well i just wanted to show sarah how close her drawlings were to your actual apperance. ill bring a picture that she has drawn down here sometime. im sure you'd appreciate it. well. id guess we'd better get going sarah. *bows to silas.* tha..*a big crashing was heard a few yards behind silas. they all looked around and saw around 20 merpeople swimming away from there home. all looking scared. quickly sirius took out his wand and looked at sarah.* baby, go back up to the others. ok? ill be there soon.

*looks at silas.* i want to help you stop them. they cant do this.

*the next moment silas's younger brother whom sirius knew swam up to silas.* brother, they are back. we cannot protect. our forces are week.


*sirius swam back with silas and the brother. not speaking. he weant to the merpeople's houses. they were wrecked and ministry officals were putting up signs everywhere.*

*sirius swam quickly up to one and read it allowed.*

by order of the minister of magic, all half breeds are to leave human inhabbited areas. trials will be heald on the first of december to decide where these merpeople will be sent. until that time, all half-breeds are to leave this area, pending further announcements.

*sirius looked around and saw his friend fighting with a ministry offical who had captured a beautiful, young, merperson. the ministry offical was shouting.* THIS HALF-BREED JASMINE HAS ASSULTED A MINISTRY OFFICAL IN THE COURSE OF HIS DUTY! SHE SHALL BE TAKEN TO ASKABAN FOR TRIAL! *silas's brother was attempting to stab the ministry offical with his spear.* no! you cant take my little sister!.

*everything after that was a blur. sirius saw a flash of green light shoot out of the ministry worker's wand, hitting his friend squarly on the chest. he saw his friend fall down. lifelessly. sirius swam after the ministry offical. anger building up inside him, he grabbed Jasmine by the arm and began swimmin up to the shore. he shot them out of the water using his wand. they landed on the ground hard and sirius quickly conjured up a glasss case, filling it with water. he helped Jasmine into it. then he muttered something and the glass case dissappeared.*

*sirius sat down on the ground. he couldn't beleive his best friend was gone.*

the whole time jessie was watching out of the corner of her eye... when she saw sirius dive into the water, she interupted cho and said *OMG cho sirius just dived into the lake!!* after a moment they saw a flash of green and then sirius hurtled out of the water and made a glass case of water put a mermaid in it and then it disipeared.
then sirius sat down on the ground soaked threw. Jessie looked at Cho and then got up and ran over to sirius. *Sirius wat in the world were you doing...your so wet and cold and i saw a mermaid and the  flash of green....and and.....WHAT HAPPENED!!*

Sarah had not listen to Sirius she had took of after the ministrys people.  She was going to help the Merpeople. After the guy left sarah swam back to the shore.

"Guys I'll talk to you later. I got some talking to do." Sarah then used magic to put on her robe and dries hair.

"I'm going to the ministry." Sarah then put on her glasses she uses to read and put hair in bun. She had not left them yet.

"WHAT IS GOING ON." Sarah siad as she turned to Jessie.

"THEY ARE GOING TO GET RID OF THE MERPEOPLE."

Cho grabbed Jessie's arm and said,"Sarah....she would do anything to help anyone out...even if it was an enemy.....let her be."

"We just need to stop them. The Merpeople are nice."

*sirius got up, still soaking wet and apparated to the ministry. he barged into the care of magical creatures office and started yelling.* YOU CANT DO THIS TO THE MERPEOPLE!

Any replaints or reguests can be told to my secretary and she will address the importance of the accusations. *the ministry offical said boredly still looking down at a piece of paper.* in the meantime, mr. black. *he said standing up, putting his hands on his desk firmly, and looking Sirius strait in the eye.* I suggest you leave right now. Any more complaints from a ministry offical reguarding your actions and I will have you locked up in a cell in askaban! *a vein in his left eye was bulging* do I make myself clear?

That's not good enough! *siruis yelled angrily.* do you...have you...have you even taken the time to...to meet and...and...and even talk to these creatures!

*the ministry worker sat down again, reading the same piece of paper and making notes.* merpeople are not the sort of half-breeds...*he said uncaringly.*

*Sirius took out his wand and pointed it at him.* they are not half breeds. *he said angrily.* they are one of the most respected creatures of our time. *he was breathing fast and angrily now.*

*stands up again. Looking mad aswell.* right, let me remind you, that the last time you used a weapon on a ministry offical you were almost kicked out of Hogwarts school of  whichcraft and wizardry. Now, I suggest you be a good boy and lower your wand. *without Sirius looking, the man had pressed a little button under his desk. The next moment three other ministry officals had burst him all of them yelling obliviate at Sirius at the same time.*

*Sirius was knocked out unconscious. When he awoke he was in a very dark room and it was very cold and lonely.*

Sarah ran into the office right before they did that to sirius and watched it all. She was ready to cry in mean people were trying to think of what to say.

"Sir Siruis is right. The Merpeople do not deserve this."
